        북한군 창설기 군 간부 양성교육에 대한 고찰, 1945~50 - 평양학원과 중앙보안간부학교를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how the North Korean People's Army officers were trained during the founding of the NKPA's military. Pyeongyang Academy was designed to educate political and military officers for the new armed forces. Graduates of Pyeongyang Academy founded the State, the Party and the Army. Kim Il-Sung accepted the Soviet doctrine of the regular warfare to gain political and military power. And he made full use of his individual history of Anti-Japan armed struggle. After short training, the graduates became higher officers or Party leaders. North Korea's Central Security Officer School was designed to educate military officers, below the regiment commander. This school was adopted the Soviet Army and its system as its education philosophy. And this school formed the basis of the NKPA's army officer corps. North Korea's Central Security Officer School was a tactical sucess,but Pyeongyang Academy was a strategic failure.

        차량탑승인원 탐지를 위한 딥러닝 영상처리 기술 연구

        세계 자동차 기술의 발전과 시장 규모의 확대로 차량 수요가 증가하고 있으며 이로 인해 차량탑승 인원은 감소하고 도로의 차량 수는 증가하는 추세이다. 이는 교통체증의 원인이 되며 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다인승 전용차로 제도를 시행하고 있으나 불법 이용 차량은 계속 증가하고 있다. 이러한 불법 행위를 단속하기 위한 다양한 기술이 연구되고 있다. 기존에 개발된 시스템은 트리거 장비를 이용하여 차량을 인식하고 적외선 카메라를 통해 차량을 촬영하여 차량 탑승 인원을 감지한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 시스템 적용된 트리거 장비를 이용하지 않고 딥러닝 모델 기술을 적용한 차량탑승 인원탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 기술은 영상 내에 트리거를 설정하여 차량을 탐지하고 딥러닝 객체 인식모델을 적용하여 실시간 탑승 인원을 감지하는 시스템을 제안한다. With the development of global automotive technology and the expansion of market size, demand for vehicles is increasing, which is leading to a decrease in the number of passengers on the road and an increase in the number of vehicles on the road. This causes traffic jams, and in order to solve these problems, the number of illegal vehicles continues to increase. Various technologies are being studied to crack down on these illegal activities. Previously developed systems use trigger equipment to recognize vehicles and photograph vehicles using infrared cameras to detect the number of passengers on board. In this paper, we propose a vehicle occupant detection system with deep learning model techniques without exploiting existing system-applied trigger equipment. The proposed technique proposes a system to detect vehicles by establishing triggers within images and to apply deep learning object recognition models to detect real-time boarding personnel.

        광해군 시대의 군사전략

        In the era of King Kwanghaegun in the Joseon Dynasty going through the period of transition from ImJin War(倭亂) into Invasion of the Qing Dynasty (胡亂), the Joseon Dynasty has been trying to prevent and deter a war with Qing(淸, 後金). The purpose of this thesis is to study the military strategy of King Kwanghaegun and to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy. To achieve this goal, I analyze the components of the military strategy of this era,that is weapon, tactics, and defense system and evaluate the derived military strategy. In the terms of weapon and tactics, the Joseon Dynasty strived to reorganize and redevised the army with 『Jixiao-Xinshe(紀效書)』written by Qi, ji-Gunag (戚繼光), in order to prepare for the invasion of the Qing. For examples, there were skill trainings on the anti-cavalry weapons, tactics had moved from war-mobiles, infantry, cavalry, and firearms. But these weapon and tactics couldn't successfully executed, so supplemented by the Defense System(關防). The goal of defense system was to return to the Garrison Administrative System(鎭管體制) and this goal couldn't work because of the shortage in the troops, budget, technology and time. Before the battle of Simha(深河), Joseon propelled the sequential defense fort in the key terrain focus of river and hill. After the battle, Joseon propelled the showdown on the capital-area not the sequential defense. That is, Kwanghaegun tried to protect the leadership(保障處) and thus install four independence military defense facilities(防禦營) in Gyeonggi-do. The military strategy of the King Kwanghaegun was passive defensive strategy(守勢戰略) which used the weapon, tactics and defense system. The features of this era include the same aim of the strategy, that is the return of the Garrison Administrative System(鎭管體制) and the pursuit of the strategy based on the threats and capability. But this strategy had two limits. This passive defensive strategy couldn't control or prevent the expansion of the Qing's power. And in the strategy, the military wasn't in line with politics and diplomacy.

        四物湯 加味方이 黑色腫 細胞枯死에 미치는 效果

        Objective:In this study, the ability of Oriental medicine Samultanggamibang (SMTG) to induce apoptosis was investigated in B16F10 melanoma cells. Methods:Tetrazolium-based colorimetric assay was performed for cytotoxicity test. Several new assays for the basis of biochemical events associated with apoptosis such as DNA fragmentation by a flow cytometry, caspase-3 activation and PARP cleavage by Western blotting should be carried out potentially useful for the basis of biochemical events associated with apoptosis such as a flow cytometry and caspase-3 activation. Results:(1) The number of B16F10 melanoma cells was less than 30 % after exposure to 1 mg/ml SMTG for 48 h. SMTG increased cytotoxicity of B16F10 melanoma cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. (2) The percentage of apoptotic cells by flow cytometric analysis of the DNA-stained cells increased to 21 % at 24 h and 25 % at 48 h after treatment with 1 mg/ml SMTG. (3) SMTG-induced apoptosis was accompanied by the activation of caspase-3 and the specific proteolytic cleavage of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase. (4) SMTG induces the activation of caspase-3 and the specific proteolytic cleavage of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase and eventually leads to apoptosis through c-Jun NH2 -terminal protein kinase (JNK)-dependent manner in B16F10 melanoma cells. Conclusions:SMTG had a strong cytotoxic effect on B16F10 melanoma cells.
