        Before the complete construction of new high-speed line between Seoul and Pusan, KTX is going to operate on both new high-speed line between Seoul and Daegu and electrified conventional lines between Daegu and Pusan. Then, the wheels of KTX are going to operate on various rails such as KS50N and KS60 of conventional line as well as UIC60 of high-speed line. Also, conventional line will have a mixed traffic mode with various types of trains operating on it, such as Saemaul and Mugunghwa. Hence, this study reviews the wear phenomena of wheels and rails in geometrical point of view by comparing their profiles. The analyses of the results show that because UIC60 rail is designed for KTX, KS50N rail whose profile is similar to that of UIC60 will not have any impact on the shape of wheel wear. On the other hand, KS60 rail is expected to have partial wear on both the flange of KTX wheel and the gauge corner of the rail in the initial stages. However, the operation of the trains whose wheels have 1/20 conicity will cause partial sidewear on the inside of the rail and the movement of the contact point between KTX wheel and the rail toward the inside of the track. As a result, the flange wear of KTX wheel will be reduced and the formation of wear-equilibrium profile will be faster.

        여성의 정조에 대한 새로운 시각과 서사적 활용 - <낙천등운>의 하층여성 형상화

        <낙천등운>은 국문장편 중 현실 세태를 핍진히 묘사한 작품으로 주목받아왔다. 본 논문에서는 여성의 성을 형상화하는 방식에 주목하여 이 작품의 특징적 면모를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 작품에는 훼절 행위를 통해 善을 이루는 세 명의 하층 여성이 등장한다. 정마란, 화연, 혜랑, 이 세 명의 여성은 핵심 조력자로서 주인공들을 지키고 생존을 도모하기 위해 정조를 훼손한다. 여성의 성적 순결과 정조의 의무를 중시했던 조선후기 사회에서 이의 훼손은 심각한 문제로 받아들여졌다. 소설 속에서도 이를 위반한 여인들은 악녀로 규정되곤 했다. 그러나 이 작품에서는 자발적인 성행위에도 불구하고 이들이 선인군의 인물로 그려진다. 뿐만 아니라 상을 받고 가정을 이루어 행복한 삶을 영위하는 것으로 마무리된다. 국문장편에서 주인을 대신하여 성적 희생물이 되는 시비가 형상화되는 경우가 있기는 하다. 그러나 <낙천등운>의 경우 이들을 서사의 전면에서 주도적인 역할을 수행하는 주체로 내세우고 있다는 점에서 주목된다. 이들은 자신의 섹슈얼리티를 이용하여 현실의 난관을 극복해낸다. 이 과정에서의 전략적이고 주도적인 행동 방식으로 인해 성의 훼손에도 불구하고 이들이 가련한 피해자의 이미지에 머물지 않는다. 오히려 신분 장벽과 성윤리에 대한 고정 관념을 넘어서는 진취적 생명력으로서의 의미를 획득한다. 이처럼 <낙천등운>은 하층여성의 성에 주목하고 훼절에 대해 새로운 시각을 보임으로써 여성의 성에 대한 담론을 반성하게 한다. 그러나 여전히 보수적 성윤리에서 벗어나지 못한 부분들도 보인다. 남주인공의 부인들에게는 순결의 가치를 강조하고, 여성의 성적 욕망을 외면하는 점은 차별적 성인식에 말미암은 것이기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 작품이 새로운 인물 형상화를 통해 정조 개념을 상호간 애정에 기반한 것으로 재인식하게 하고, 여성의 몸을 규제 대상이 아닌 적극적 주체로서 재의미화한다는 점은 높이 평가되어야 할 것이다. < NakCheonDeungUn(낙천등운) > has been attracting attention as a novel that seriously portrays the current situation among Korean classical long novels. This paper aims to examine the characteristic aspects of this novel by paying attention to the way women's sexuality is embodied. In this novel, three lower-class women who help others through sexual act appear. Jeong Maran, Hwayeon, Hyerang, these three women, as key helpers, give up chastity in order to protect the protagonists and seek survival. In the late Joseon Dynasty society, which placed importance on women's sexual purity and the duty of chastity, the damage was regarded as a serious problem. Even in novels, women who violated this were often defined as evil women. However, in this novel, despite spontaneous sexual acts, they are portrayed as good characters. In addition, they receive awards and build families to lead a happy life. In Korean classical long novels, there are cases in which a maid sacrifices chastity on behalf of a young lady. However, in the case of < NakCheonDeungUn >, it is noteworthy that they play a leading role in the narrative. They use their sexuality to overcome the difficulties of reality. They do not remain in the image of poor victims despite sexual damage due to their strategic and proactive way of action. Rather, they show progressive vitality that goes beyond the stereotypes of discrimination and sexual ethics. Like this, < NakCheonDeungUn > focuses on the sexual behaviors of lower-class women, and reflects the discourse on women's bodies and sexuality. However, there are still parts that have not escaped from conservative sexual ethics. It is gender discrimination that emphasizes purity to the wives of the male protagonist and neglects female sexual desires. Nevertheless, this novel makes the concept of chastity recognizable as being based on mutual affection. It also provides an opportunity to re-signify the female body as an active subject, not subject to regulation.

        Track geometry changes by traffic loads. The bigger the changes are, the worse the riding comfort and running stability of train. This is so-called track irregularity and is the most important quality parameters of ballasted track. To objectively assess track irregularity, track geometry should be able to be measured. Practically, railway companies use moving chord method, which determine versine values via a chord. The versine is vertical distance to curve measured in the middle of the chord. In this report, reviewed conventional methods for track maintenance using output data of EM-120 track recording car categorized with by single failure, quality index and progress rate. And briefly reviewed technical background of track maintenance threshold and TQI(Track Quality Index) for track irregularity. For the last, proposed effective way of using track irregularity data for track maintenance.

        주체와 타자의 시각에서 바라본 여성영웅소설

        Heroine Novels have been evaluated reciprocally. There are opinions that these novels show strong consciousness of women because heroines achieve social success against men and deny the role of women under the men s control. On the other hand, some insist Heroine Novels still expose the ideology of Confucian Patriarchy. This paper examines these problems on the viewpoint of the Subject and the Others. In these novels, heroines who struggle with discord between sex and gender establish subjectivity through they deny women s role and dress up as a man. In this case they contribute to show women s capacity and confirm equality between men and women. These novels deserve attention in that point considering circumstances of the late period of Joseon Dynasty which tighten control of women. However these novels have limits not to accomplish subjectivity of general women because heroines can not perceive the trobles as general problems of whole women and they try to overcome personally and neglect somebody to achieve their success. As a result, Heroine Novels have significance in raising attention to women s problems under the strong patriarchy, but at the same time they have limits that can not get thorough recognition of women s condition and proper solutions.

This is so-called track irregularity and is the most important quality parameters of ballasted track. To objectively assess track irregularity, track geometry should be able to be measured. Practically, railway companies use moving chord method, which determine versine values via a chord. The versine is the vertical distance to curve measured in the middle of the chord. This type of method measures only versine of track irregularity curve by transfer function from the characteristics of measuring device. In this report , review the characteristics of two types of measuring tools by comparing the measurements. The one is GRP-1000 system, optical surveying system with Total station and lazar prism trolly. This calculates track geometry by surveying absolute coordinates of two points each on both rail heads. The other is EM-120, measures versine with 10m of symmetrical chord length.

The bigger the changes are, the worse the riding comfort and running stability of train. This is so-called track irregularity and is the most important quality parameters of ballasted track. To be able to objectively assess track irregularity, track geometry should be able to be measured. Practically, railway companies use moving chord method, this method determine versine values via a chord. The versine is the vertical distance to curve measured in the middle of the chord. This type of method measures only versine of track irregularity curve by transfer function from specific property of measuring tool. In this report , review the characteristics of two types of measuring tools by comparing the measurements. The one is GRP-1000 system, optical surveying system with Total station and lazar prism trolly. This calculates track geometry by surveying absolute coordinates of two points each on both rail heads. The other is Trackmaster, measures versine with 2m of chord length.

This is so-called track irregularity and is the most important quality parameters of ballasted track. To objectively assess track irregularity, track geometry should be able to be measured. Practically, railway companies in Korea use various track recording equipments to measure track irregularity. But this various equipments output different data due to their geometrical structure even measured at same location. In this report, the correlation of various track recording data used in Korea was reviewed.

Practically, railway companies in Korea use normal distribution as probability distribution of track irregularity. But some countries use non-normal distribution according to their own track recording system. In this report, reviewed probability distribution of Kyung-Bu high-speed line and tested normality.

      • 400km/h급 선로구축물 설계기술 개발의 경제적 가치

        최근 국내에서는 최고속도가 350 ~ 400km/에 이르는 고속열차를 개발하는 프로젝트가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 열차의 속도향상에 따른 궤도, 노반, 전차선, 신호 등 선로구축물에 대한 연구와 기술개발사업은 비교적 적었다. 고속철도 설계기준에서도 최고속도를 350km/으로 규정하고 있어서, 350km/h 이상의 고속 대역에 대한 검토가 필요한 상황이다. 400km/급 고속열차를 개발한 후 실용화하기 위해서는 선로구축물의 설계기술에 대한 연구개발이 반드시 필요하며, 이러한 연구개발의 경제성 측면의 타당성도 면밀히 검토되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 400km/급 선로구축물 설계기술 개발의 경제적 가치를 분석하여 적절한 개발 계획을 수립할 수 있도록 한다. Recently in Korea, a project to develop a high-speed train the maximum speed reaches the 350 ~ 400km/h have been made in many research and construct line trajectory due to the improved speed of the train, roadbed, catenary, signals, etc. technological development was not relatively active. Stipulates to 350km/h the maximum speed of high-speed rail in design criteria, it is necessary to consider the situations faster than 350km /h. In order to develop a high-speed train class 400km/h, in practical use, it is necessary to research and development of design technology construct the line, it should consider carefully the validity of the terms of the economic development of these studies. Through the analysis of economic efficiency, in this paper, we want to be able to formulate a research plan appropriate.
