This study is intended to promote communication to build a healthy family. In the information age, the technological development of telecommunication equipment has a deep influence on communication. The various devices related to communication take an important central place in the home. Families demand more means of communication. And people's use of communication devices is further expanded and more personalized. Communication is the heart of family life in that family members interact through verbal exchanges to express their thoughts, wishes, and core emotions. Through their honest expressions of thoughts and emotions (love and anger), family members come to know one another in very personal ways. When family members communicate and express themselves in their own unique ways, family relationships grow and deepen. Conversation is education, that parents teach by their words. Conversation sets the climate of the home. Conversation is how parents mostly make their influence good or bad felt. Also, communication is the key. Good communication is the solution to nearly everything, from arguments at Little League game to Cold Wars. Good interpersonal relationship cannot develop without good communication. Therefore, research for establishing a healthy family is urgently needed. For the aim of this study, first, it looks at the form of communication in the home. And then, what makes it difficult to communicate at home. Based on this, this study will discuss communication for establishing a healthy family followed by suggested alternatives. This study will give significant meaning in building a healthy family.

The multicultural society in the Republic of Korea is changing rapidly. Koreahas had a long history of development as a culture that has been ethnicallyhomogeneous and the national identity and pride has been based on thathomogeneity. The Korean church has also developed within this traditionalhomogeneity and is not prepared for the challenges of multiculturalism that it isfacing today. There is a need to come to an understanding of the culturally basedincongruities and conflicts that come with the increase of the foreign populationin our nation and the growing number of multicultural families. And as oursociety is changing to a multicultural and multiethnic one, naturally our churchesare changing in the same way. With the increase of multicultural multiethnic families, there have beenproblems that have arisen within the families, societal conflicts and problems ineducation. There is a need for expertise to address and deal with these problems. And especially, churches must take on the responsibility and offer caring andsupport for the children of multicultural multiethnic families to ensure that theycan grow properly in faith and become responsible citizens in our society. Therefor, this study aims to find a new way in most responding to thedemands and changes for Caring for Children of Multicultural Families in ChristianEducation. For this Purpose, detailed alternatives for Multicultural Families inChristian Education are need. This research with explore Christian education methods in which the Korean church can take an active role in dealing with theproblems and challenges of multiculturalism. The first priority for the Koreanchurch is to examine the Christian educational issues of multiculturalism andstrategies to deal with these issues. For this, there will be an examination of thecurrent status of multicultural families in our nation. The problems thatmulticultural families are facing in our rapidly growing multicultural society willthen be defined. In conclusion, there will be a discussion of the directions thatthe Korean church can take in the caring of and the Christian education ofmulticultural multiethnic families and their children. 오늘 날 대한민국은 빠르게 다문화 사회로 변화하고 있다. 오랫동안 한 민족이라는민족적 정체성을 자부심으로 삼아 왔던 문화 속에서 교회 역시 다문화 시대에 대한 준비 없이 사회적 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 다문화 다인종 사회로의 변화는 교회에도 자연스럽게 다인종 다문화 교회로 변화되어가고 있다. 따라서 급격히 늘어나는 외국인들과이로 인해 발생하는 문화적 갈등, 충돌, 고리고 변화를 올바르게 이해하는 노력이 필요하다. 다인종 다문화 가정이 늘어나면서 가정에서의 문제와 사회적인 갈등의 문제 그리고교육적인 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제들에 대하여 전문적인 돌봄이 필요하다. 특별히 교회는 다문화 가정과 자녀들이 책임 있는 사회인으로 그리고 올바른 그리스도인으로 성장할 수 있도록 기독교 교육적 돌봄과 지원에 적극적인 참여를 하여야한다. 본 연구는 다문화 가정에 대한 시대적 상황과 변화를 수용하면서 다문화가정의 기독교 교육적 돌봄의 이론을 형성하고 새로운 방향을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 점에서한국교회의 다문화화에 따른 과제를 해결하기 위하여 기독교교육적인 돌봄의 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 한국교회의 다문화화가 시작이라고 할 때 무엇보다 교육적인 측면의 연구와 전략이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 첫째 현재 우리나라의 다문화 가정의 현실을 살펴볼 것이다. 둘째 빠르게 다문화 사회로 변화하면서 다문화 가정들이 가지고 있는 문제점들을 짚어볼 것이다. 끝으로 다문화 환경 속에 다문화가정과 자녀들에 대한 교회교육의 방향성과 기독교교육적인 돌봄에 대하여 논하게 될 것이다. 이러한 연구는 교회가기독교 교육적 돌봄을 통하여 다문화가정들이 올바른 그리스도인으로 살아가게 하는데큰 의미가 있을 것이다.

The Holy Spirit and the Mission of the Church Today

Why did God send us his Holy Spirit? Obviously, one of the marks of the Spirit in the church is mission. It has been so from the first days of Christianity. Once we find out the fundamental place of the Spirit's missionary activity, we can no longer be content with the traditional way in which the relation between mission and church is posed. The mission is not just a practical, necessary instrument in the expansion of the church. The mission is not at the disposal of the church; both are at the disposal of the Holy Spirit. In saying that the church is the instrument of the mission, we speak a half-truth. the relation between the two is a result of the mission. The movement of the Holy Spirit has an end - it is not an end in itself. That end is beyond the church; it is that "the earth shall be full of knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea"(Isaiah 11:9). Realization of the kingdom and instrument of the kingdom lose their character as soon as they isolate themselves from one another. The strongest missionary force of the church is always in demonstration of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit came upon believers at Pentecost in order to constitute the church. They were not anointed with the Holy Spirit individually, but in a corporate body as a whole. In this paper our study attempts to understand the Holy Spirit's relation to the mission of the church. To do this, first, we will confirm that the Holy Spirit is the liberator of His people from the bondage of sin and the death, from life under the law, not only is He the initiator for both congregational and mission structures, but also He is the one who unifies His people as well as directs them in the activities of their church and missions. Second, we will discuss the Holy Spirit's serving to complete His missionary works by training, by empowering, and by preparing. In conclusion, we will apply the relationship between the Spirit and the Mission to the Korean church of today which is at a stand-still in growth and evangelization.

건강한 기독교 가정을 세우기 위한 결혼에 대한 기독교 교육적 돌봄

본 연구는 위기에 직면해 있는 기독교가정의 결혼에 대한 현실에 대하여 기독교 신학적 가치관을 가지고 현실에 대처할 수 있는 새로운 시각의 교육적 돌봄을 제시하려고 한다. 결혼은 하나님이 처음으로 설계하시고 세우신 것이다. 결혼은 하나님께서 허락하시고 축복하신 한 남자와 한 여자의 결합으로 사회적으로도 승인된 남녀의 전 인격적인 관계이며 영적인 권리와 의무의 관계라고 할 수 있다. 그런데 기독교의 결혼관도 시대에 따라서 많이 변화하고 있으며, 기독교 가정들도 많은 위기가 찾아오면서 많은 가정들이 해체되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이런 부부 문제의 대부분이 결혼 후부터 생기는 문제가 아니라, 결혼 전의 예비부부들의 문제라는 것을 인식하게 되고, 그 결과 예방과 발달적인 차원에서 결혼을 앞둔 청년들과 결혼을 약속한 예비부부들을 돕는 교육적인 돌봄이 필요하다. 즉, 교회가 결혼과 관련한 교회교육을 실시함으로 결혼에 대한 성경적인 본질과 가치관을 갖게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 직면하고 있는 결혼의 위기에 대하여 성경신학적인 면에서 현실적인 교육적 근거와 돌봄을 제시할 것이다. 왜냐하면 결혼에 대한 성경신학적인 관점에서의 정립은 현대 결혼관의 위기를 대처할 수 있으며, 현시대의 결혼의 문제들에 대한 그 대안을 제시 할 수 있기 때문이다. 이것을 위하여 먼저 기독교 가정의 결혼에 대한 신학적인 접근을 고찰할 것이다. 그 다음으로 기독교 결혼의 성경적 기준과 그 성격을 살펴볼 것이다. 끝으로 건강한 가정을 세우기 위한 기독교 교육적 돌봄을 예방, 치유, 관계회복, 그리고 부모 됨 등 네 단계의 교육프로그램의 필요성을 제시할 것이다. 이 같은 연구는 위기를 맞고 있는 기독교가정의 결혼관에 대한 올바른 방향을 제시하는데 의미가 있다고 할 것이다. This study proposes new perspectives in Christian education for marriage in Christian families that take into account Christian value in the face of current day challenges. Marriage is an institution that comes from God. Marriage between a man and a woman is a unification granted and blessed by God. It is also a attestation of a that binds a couple in the eyes of society which holds meaning in both a temporal and spiritual relationship. There have been many changes over time in the Christian institution of marriage and due to a plethora of difficulties and there have been many breakups of marriages. The problems faced by these couples are not ones that begin after marriage but are ones that are present in the premarital period. With this awareness, there is a need for premarital education for engaged couples to help them recognize potential problems and challenges of marriage. The church must offer education for marriage in a manner that is in concurrence with biblical teachings and Christian values. Therefore, this study will examine current situations in the challenges of marriage and offer new perspectives for education that are practical and concurrent with biblical teachings and Christian values. This is appropriate in that Christian perspectives can offer help in facing the challenges of marriage in the current day. To do this an initial examination will be made in biblical teaching on marriage. Following that, biblical standards on marriage will be considered. Finally, a Christian education program will be suggested in assisting couples in marriage and creating a healthy Christian family. This study will not only deal with marriage for couples who are already Christian but will also have meaning to non-believers in their views on marriage and the family.

대학생의 미래를 준비하기 위한 채플의 역할과 자의식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은, 대학생들이 사회적 불안을 경험하면서 사회적 상황에 위축되는 불안감을 느끼고 있다. 이로 인하여 미래가 암울함과 심리적인 고통으로 인하여 스트레스를 받는 등 대학생을 둘러싼 여러 불안한 상황에서, 대학채플이 가지고 있는 역할이 바로 대학생들에게 올바른 자의식을 갖게 함으로 미래를 잘 준비할 수 있게 하고자는 데에 있다. 따라서 대학채플은 대학생들에게 건실한 사회의 일원으로서 성장할 수 있도록 복음을 제시하여, 믿음 안에서 올바른 자의식을 갖도록 하는 사명이 있다. 따라서 대학채플은 하나님을 만나며 신앙성장을 하게하여 미래를 신앙으로 준비를 할 수 있는 소망을 줄 수 있어야 한다. 이 소망은 자신을 이해하기 이전에 먼저 존재론적 측면에서 자신의 정체성을 이해해야 한다. 즉, 내가 무엇을 해야 할 것인가 묻기 전에 내가 어떤 사람이어야 하는 가를 먼저 물어야 한다. 내가 누구인지를 발견하고 나의 참된 정체성은 우리가 간절히 원하고 그 분 안에서 정체성을 찾기 위해 애쓰지 않는 한 발견될 수 없다. 즉 하나님과의 관계에서만 내가 누구인지 진정한 자기를 발견하게 된다. 이러한 연구 목적에 따라서 먼저 자의식에 대하여 살펴볼 것이다. 그 다음에 대학 채플이 가지고 있는 역할을 목적으로서의 채플과 교육과정으로서의 채플 그리고 예배로서의 채플을 논하게 될 것이다. 그런 다음에 올바른 자의식을 통한 미래준비를 위한 전략으로 채플은 영적성장을 위한 신앙교육을 하여야하며, 성경 속에 자의식을 발견하고, 발견된 자의식을 통한 올바른 기독교적 가치관을 갖게 한다는 고찰을 할 것이다. 이러한 연구는 대학에서 실시되고 있는 대학채플이 대학생들의 미래를 준비하고 미래를 삶아가는 삶의 의미와 목적을 찾는 기독교적 정체성 확립을 통한 자의식을 확립 하는 의미를 갖는다고 할 것이다. This study examines the feelings of insecurity that university students can experience due to shrinking opportunities that they are faced with in today’s society. Due to many unstable situations surrounding the students such as stress due to a seemingly gloomy future and psychological suffering, the role of the university chapel is to assist students in developing an appropriate self-consciousness so that they may prepare properly for the future. Thus the mission of the university chapel is to assist students to grow into healthy contributors to the community as it presents the gospel and to help them develop a proper faith-based self-identity. Thus university chapel should give hope to students by allowing them to meet God and to grow in faith as they prepare for the future which is faith-based. The hope is, before understanding one’s self, one need to first understand one’s identity from the ontological point of view. In other words, before asking what one must do, one must first ask what kind of person one should be. Without searching for one’s identity in God, one cannot discover one’s true self and what we truly want in life. In other terms, one can only discover one’s true self within one’s relationship with God. For the goal of this study, an examination of self-consciousness will first be perused. A discussion then follows on the role of university chapel, its purpose and curriculum, and its function as worship. As a role of the university chapel is to assist students to grow in faith while leading them to discover a healthy self-identity so as to be able to prepare for the future, this study will look into self-identity through the Scriptures and how Christian values can be obtained. This study will assist in their discovery of their self-identity through the university chapel as they search for planning a meaningful future with Christian identity.

Think about Having Children : A Study on Childbirth and Parenting

본 연구는 국가적, 사회적 문제가되고있는 저출산 문제의 심각성에 대한 기독교 종교적 대안과 대안을 모색하고자 하였다. 대한민국은 저출산 국가이다. 저출산과 출산 기피 현상은 국가적인 문제뿐 아니라 한국교회에도 심각한 문제가 발생하고 있는 것이 현실이며, 계속해서 영향을 줄 것이다. 크게 네 가지로 교회에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 첫째 교인 수의 급격한 감소이다. 둘째 이로 인해서 교회학교의 쇠퇴이다. 셋째 다양한 가족 문제와 세대 갈등이 생길 것이다. 그리고 교인들의 신앙 위기 등의 문제를 가져온다. 오늘을 사는 젊은이들은 결혼과 출산 그리고 자녀 양육에 대해 얽매이지 않으려는 태도를 가지고 있다. 그러나 기독교인에게 자녀 출산은 하나님께서 '생육하고 번성하며 땅에 충만 하라.' 축복하신 것을 삶으로 실천하는 것이다. 즉, 자녀 출산은 인간이 결정할 수 있는 것이 아니라 하나님의 축복임을 인식해야 한다. 따라서 태아가 하나님 앞에서 얼마나 소중한 존재로 귀한 생명인 줄 알아야 한다. 그리하여 주신 생명을 어떻게 잘 양육할 것인지 관심 갖도록 해야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 성경적 관점에서 생명의 가치를 형성하도록 교회의 역할은 교육이다. 그러므로 결혼과 출산 그리고 자녀 양육을 앞두고 있는 청년과 기혼 부부의 기독교 신앙이 자녀의 출산과 양육에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인해 볼 필요가 있다. 그리고 저출산 문제를 해결하기 위해 교회와 기독교 교육의 역할은 무엇인지에 대해서 연구하고 대처 방안을 제시할 필요가 있다. 이 연구를 위하여 먼저 저출산의 요인들을 확인해 볼 것이다. 그런 다음에 자녀의 출산과 하나님의 축복임을 성경을 통해서 확인할 것이다. 끝으로 저출산을 교회의 역할과 교육적인 대안들을 제시하게 될 것이다. This study attempted to find a Christian religious alternative to the seriousness of the problem of low birth rate which has become a national and social problem, and its alternative. Korea is a low birth rate country. The phenomenon of low birth rate and childbirth avoidance is a reality that not only are national problems but also Korean churches are experiencing serious problems, and will continue to affect them. It will affect the church in four major ways. First, is a sharp decline in the number of members. Second, is the decline of Sunday schools. Third, various family problems and generational conflicts will arise. And it brings problems such as a crisis of faith among members. Young people living today have an unconventional attitude toward marriage, childbirth, and parenting. But for Christians, childbirth is a way of living in that God blessed us to "be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth." In other words, childbirth must be recognized as a blessing from God, not a human decision. Therefore, we must know how precious the fetus is in front of God and that it is a precious life. Thus, we should be interested in how to nurture the life God has given. To do so the church's role is education is to shape the value of life from a biblical perspective. Therefore the church needs to see how the Christian faith of young and married couples who are about to marry, give birth, and raise children, affects the childbirth and rearing of children. And it is necessary to study what the role of church and Christian education is to solve the problem of low birth rate and to suggest alternatives. For this study, we will first identify the factors of low birth rate. Then we will confirm childbirth and the blessing of God through the Bible. Finally, the role of the church in low birth rate and educational alternatives will be presented.

Shipping industry continues to face dramatic changes in its environment ranging from development in containerization, computerization and telecommunications to the emergence of global marketplace. Perhaps the most significant trend - representing both a threat and opportunity - is the increasingly competitive nature of shipping service market. In order for the shipping companies to cope with those improvements and challenges, they should analyze and clarify customer's DM(decision making) process for the purchase of container shipping service. The major research findings from the study were found as follows; 1) The degree of shipper's involvement in purchasing shipping services was found to be a discriminating variable affecting the information sources consisting of personal and non-personal information sources. 2) The positive relationship was found between the experiences on shipping services and non-personal information sources. 3) It was observed that as people had more experience searching for information, the more in depth their searches became. 4) There existed a positive relationship between knowledges on shipping services and information search. 5) According to the SEM analysis, the shipper's information search on shipping services was also found to have a great influence on the shipper's purchasing behavior. The shipper's search was resulted in positive customer satisfaction.
