        Phenomenal study on the dopant activation behavior in polysilicon thin films doped by non-mass separated ion mass doping technique

        본 연구는 수소로 희석된 $B_2H_6$를 도판트 소스 가스로 사용하여 이온 질량 주입(ion mass doping)을 하였을 때 다결정 박막의 전기적 특성과 도판트의 활성화시 방사 손상(radiation damage)의 효과에 대하여 고찰하였다. 다결정 박막에서 보론(boron)의 SIMS 분석과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션인 TRIM92를 비교해서 가장 주입 확률이 높은 이온의 종류는 $B_2H_x\;^+$(x=1, 2, 3‥‥) 형태의 분자 이온임을 알았다. 높은 에너지의 질량 이온 주입 결과 시간에 따라 변화하는 비정질화된 층의 분율이 다결정 박막 내에 연속적인 비정질 충으로 존재하였다. 주입 이온의 질량 분리가 일어나지 않는 이온 질량 주입법(ion mass doping technique)에 의해 비정질화는 유발된다. 손상된 시편의 중간 열처리 온도 범위에서 도판트 활성화 거동과 역 열처리(reverse annealing) 효과가 관찰되었다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과 p-채널 다결정 박막 트랜지스터의 오프 스테이트(off-state) 전류는 방사 손상(radiation damage)에 의존한다. The electrical properties of polysilicon thin films implanted with $B_2H_6$ diluted in $H_2$ as dopant source using ion mass doping technique and the effect of radiation damage on the dopant activation behavior were investigated. Comparing the SIMS profiles of boron in polysilicon films with that obtained from computer simulation using TRIM92 the most probable ion species were $B_2H_x\;^+$(x=1, 2, 3‥‥) type molecular ions. As a result of the Implantation of energetic massive ions, a continuous amorphized layer was created in polysilicon films where the fraction of amorphized layer varied with doping time. This amorphization comes from the fact that mass separation of implanting species is not employed in this ion mass doping technique. In the dopant activation behavior, reverse annealing phenomenon appeared in the intermediate annealing temperature range for a severely damaged specimen. The experimental result showed that the off-state current of the p-channel polysilicon thin film transistor is dependent on the degree of radiation damage.

        오리피스 형상에 따른 발사관 내 부가추력 특성 연구

        If the flow of booster gas which is exhausted to the rear part of a canister is properly restricted in the canister of a hot-launch system, the resultant pressure built up in the canister provides additional force to accelerate the missile to a required launch velocity. These thrust augmentation performances can be controlled through the configuration design of baseplate orifices. In this paper, the simple technique to analyze the thrust augmentation performances of baseplate orifices is suggested and the thrust augmentation characteristics by its various configurations are compared. According to the initial displacement of a missile, the inner pressure of a canister is measured from scaled cold flow tests, and the discharge coefficient of baseplate orifices is calculated. Then the thrust augmentation in a canister is simulated by applying these discharge characteristics to the AMESIM software for launch dynamics.

        전통시장의 사회문화적 속성이 향수(鄕愁) 및 방문만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of sociocultural factors on nostalgia, visit satisfaction for traditional market based on the real survey data from 201 students are majoring in tourism at Seoul and Gyeonggi-do who were visited the traditional market in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. By the data analyzing first, the sociocultural factors for traditional market were revealed four sub factors : traditional/historical factor, facilities/environmental factor, sociocultural experiences factor, educational factor. Second regarding of the relation between the sociocultural factors for traditional market and nostalgia, uniquely sociocultural experiences factor was positively influenced on nostalgia. Third Among the multiple sociocultural factors for traditional market, sociocultural experiences factor and educational factor were positively influenced on visit satisfaction. Especially the sociocultural experience factor, such as economic costs, various foods, cultural attractions, fun of cultural events, meet the residents, various thing to see, was the most important factor than the other sub-factors. Finally, nostalgia was positively influenced on visit satisfaction. Through the result, the author suggests that the marketer should newly create different traditional market from large distributor with sociocultural factors of them. Therefore the traditional market should be held on a regular such as the various culture program , traditional folk play, traditional education activities for young ages. For the case of facilities and operation must be developed fit into traditional image. Nostalgia is the important factor for the choice of traditional, cultural destination. I recommend the post studies must mainly consider nostalgia factor in the traditional research.

        휴양리조트 만족도가 재방문에 미치는 영향 -강원도 P리조트를 사례로-

        The purpose of the study is to offer the basic data for Gangwon-do resort through analyzing the current customer satisfaction on satisfaction attributes, and finding the relation between the satisfaction factors and revisit intention for the P resort which is one of the main resort in Gangwon-do. The available 160 data were collected from the total 200 distributed questionnaires on current visited customers in P resort. By the data analyzing first, the satisfaction attributes were revealed three sub factors : image, resort operating/facilities, experiences. The overall satisfaction score for P resort was more than average, the customers positively perceived on nature surrounding, on good brand image, on the favor place of sport, recreation. While negatively perceived on the far distance from their residence, on lower quality than money value, on the short of children/elderly and infirm facilities. Second regarding of the relation between the satisfaction factors and revisit intention, image and resort operating/facilities were positively influenced on revist intention. Third after analyzing for gender, image and experiences were positively on revisit intention on male, while image and resort operating/facilities on female.

        Clinical Manifestations in Paroxysmal Kinesigenic Dyskinesia Patients with Proline-Rich Transmembrane Protein 2 Gene Mutation

        Background and Purpose Given the diverse phenotypes including combined non-dyskineticsymptoms in patients harboring mutations of the gene encoding proline-rich transmembraneprotein 2 (PRRT2), the clinical significance of these mutations in paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) is questionable. In this study, we investigated the clinical characteristics of PKDpatients with PRRT2 mutations. Methods Familial and sporadic PKD patients were enrolled and PRRT2 gene sequencing wasperformed. Demographic and clinical data were compared between PKD patients with and without a PRRT2 mutation. Results Among the enrolled PKD patients (8 patients from 5 PKD families and 19 sporadicpatients), PRRT2 mutations were detected in 3 PKD families (60%) and 2 sporadic cases(10.5%). All familial patients with a PRRT2 gene mutation had the c.649dupC mutation, whichis the most commonly reported mutation. Two uncommon mutations (c.649delC and c.629dupC)were detected only in the sporadic cases. PKD patients with PRRT2 mutation were younger atsymptom onset and had more non-dyskinetic symptoms than those without PRRT2 mutation. However, the characteristics of dyskinetic movement did not differ between the two groups. Conclusions This is the first study of PRRT2 mutations in Korea. The presence of a PRRT2mutation was more strongly related to familial PKD, and was clinically related with earlier ageof onset and common non-dyskinetic symptoms in PKD patients.

        강원도 한방의료관광 품질이 고객 참여의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to offer the main practical factors of oriental medical tourism products could participate the potential customers as investigate the general attitude, preferences for medical tourism, and oriental medical tourism qualities(medical qualities and tourism qualities) for Gangwon province. And moreover it presented the range and rough tour course of oriental medical tourism products to respondents, and received the questionnaires. For the study, 202 useful questionnaires have been used for this study by respondents who was traveling Gangwon(Pyeongchang) area and Seoul, Gyeonggi who have been experienced to visit Gangwon area in a few months. This study conducted a factor analysis with 16 items for medical qualities of oriental medical tourism products, and were yielded three factors : medical facilities/service, doctor’s abilities, medical tourism brand awareness. And it conducted a factor analysis with 20 items for tourism qualities of oriental medical tourism products, and were yielded five factors : tourism resources, economics, tourist facilities, tourist activities, accessibility. The results are as follow. First, doctor’s abilities, medical tourism brand awareness among the medical qualities were significantly influenced on participate intention for oriental medical tour, but the medical facilities/service is not significantly influenced.         호텔종사원의 다차원적 여가만족 속성이 직무스트레스 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of multiple leisure satisfaction factors on job stress, organizational commitment for deluxe hotel employees in Seoul based on the survey data from 217 employees working in the hotels. As a result of empirical analysis, this study found the following conclusion. First, leisure satisfaction factors were consisted of five sub-factors : psychological/relaxative, educational, social, environmental,physical satisfaction by factor analysis. Second, Among the multiple leisure satisfaction factors, social, educational and physical satisfaction factors were influenced on job stress. In particular, social satisfaction factor was positively influenced on job stress. Third, Only educational satisfaction factor was significantly impacted on organizational commitment. Finally, job stress was influenced on organizational commitment. Through the result, the author suggest that hotel manager consider supporting their educational trial. Further more, hotel manager must interested in decreasing their job stress as well.
