비인가 대안학교 청소년의 교육 경험 사례연구: 대안학교에서 대학교까지

이 연구는 대안학교 학생들의 교육 경험을 다중사례연구로 탐색하여 정규 교육과정 바깥에서 이뤄지는 학업형 학교 밖 청소년의 학습 경험과 대학진학 여정을 깊이 들여다보았다. 이를 위해 대안학교에 재학한 후 대학생이 된 일곱 명의 연구참여자와 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 참여자들은 부모님의 권유로 대안학교에 진학한 경우가 많았지만 비정규 교육과정에서 배우고 싶다는 의지를 어린 나이부터 강력히 내비친 참여자도 있었다. 정규 교육과정에서는 할 수 없는 다양한 경험을 바탕으로 ‘나’만의 세계를 구축하던 참여자들에게도 대학과 학벌을 너무도 중시하는 우리 사회의 대학진학은 당연한 선택지였다. 참여자들은 또래보다 늦었다는 부담감을 안으며 낯선 암기식 점수 매기기 입시 공부에 매진해야 했다. 이들은 대학 공부가 입시 공부와는 전혀 딴판이고 오히려 비정규 교육과정의 공부 방식과 비슷하다면서 남다른 경험에 자부심을 느끼며 독립적인 대학생으로 자신의 길을 개척하고 있다. 이 연구는 청소년을 학생으로, 학생을 정규 교육과정 재학생으로 치환하는 풍토에 문제를 제기하며 대안학교에서도 학업을 계속하는 학교 밖 청소년들이 존재함을 보여준다.

간호전문직관, 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도가 진로준비 행동에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study is to determine impact of nursing professional intuition, nurse image, and major satisfaction on career preparation behavior in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 165 randomly selected nursing college students from four universities in D, G, C, and K cities who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in the study. Data collection period was collected from September 1th to 17th, 2019. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson s correlation analysis, and multiple regression, conducted using SPSS Statistics 21. According to the results of the study, nursing professional intuition, major satisfaction, and career preparation behavior showed a significant positive correlation. Nursing professional intuition and major satisfaction independently accounted for 25.2% of career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and operate programs in the curriculum to improve the nursing professional, major satisfaction in order to improve career preparation behavior of nursing students. 본 연구는 간호 대학생의 진로준비 행동에 간호전문직관, 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도가 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. D, G, C, K시 4개 지역에 소재한 간호 대학생 165명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 9월 2일부터 30일까지 편의표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person’s correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 진로준비 행동과 간호전문직관(r=.476, p<.001), 간호사 이미지(r=.784, p<.001), 전공만족도(r=.441, p<.001),는 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 간호 대학생의 진로준비 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 간호전문직관(β=.437, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=.283, p=.006)로 나타났으며, 설명력은 25.2%로 나왔다. 즉, 간호 대학생의 진로준비 행동 향상에는 간호전문직관과 전공만족도가 중요하며 이를 증진시킬 수 있는 교과과정 개발과 프로그램 활용이 필요해 보인다.

교사 공동체 특성이 교사의 교수학습 효능감 신장에 미치는 효과

Today, teachers are required to play a new role suitable for the new age, and the professional community is emerging as a key for enhancing teachers' collective expertise. This study sought to confirm the effect of the core elements of the professional community on the improvement of teachers’ teaching and learning efficacy. For this purpose, a two-level hierarchical linear model was analyzed for 3,463 teachers who responded to the teacher questionnaire in the 9th wave data from the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study(GEPS). As a result of the study, even after controlling the school level differences, cooperation among teachers, a key characteristic of the professional community, had a significant positive effect on enhancing teachers’ teaching and learning efficacy. The effects of distributed leadership, such as principal leadership and teacher leadership, were not significant, suggesting that the core elements of the professional community, a, such as cooperation and trust, cannot be seen in all schools, and that teaching and learning efficacy can be improved based on current school satisfaction. These findings are meaningful in that highlighted the professional community as a starting point to discover the potential of individual students, emphasize the role of teachers as subjects that will bring innovation to schools and education, and enhance teachers' collective expertise.

본 연구는 법적분쟁을 경험한 초등교사의 어려움을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 법적분쟁 경험이 있는 일반교사 8명과 학교장 2명 등 총 10명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 법적분쟁의 어려움은 크게 법적분쟁 과정 중 어려움과 법적분쟁 종료 후 어려움으로 구분되었다. 초등교사들은 법적분쟁 과정에서 신뢰할 수 없는 교육청과 비협조적인 학교로부터 여러 곤란을 겪었고 교육의 문제를 사법에 기대어 해결하려는 교육의 사법화 현상으로 직업적 위기를 맞았다. 교사들은 법적분쟁에 대응하는 동안 심리적・정서적 고통에 시달려야 했고, 이러한 고통이 법적분쟁 종료 이후에도 지속하였다. 또 법적분쟁은 교사들의 교육활동을 위축하였고 교사들을 교권보호위원회나 민사소송 등 또 다른 싸움으로 내몰았다. 어려움을 해결할 대안으로는 학교와 교육청 등 기관 차원의 노력이 언급되었다. 구체적으로 학교에서는 교장을 비롯한 관리자가 적극적인 자세를 취해야 하며 교육청은 시스템 차원에서 법적 대처 능력을 갖출 것이 요구되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 학교 현장이 사법화하는 현상을 직시하고 교육적 해결방안을 모색할 것, 업무 중 발생한 교사의 법적분쟁을 기관 차원에서 대응할 것, 비교수 학교 전문가 인력풀을 배치하여 사안을 학교 현장을 잘 아는 전문가가 다룰 것을 제언하였다. This study aimed to explore the challenges facing elementary school teachers who experience legal disputes. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight teachers and two principals. During the legal proceedings, teachers encountered issues with untrustworthy offices of education and uncooperative schools. The professional crises were exacerbated by the phenomenon of judicialization of education, wherein educational issues were sought to be resolved through judicial means. The teachers also suffered from psychological and emotional distress, and these hardships persisted even after the end of the legal conflicts. Furthermore, the legal disputes hindered the teachers’ educational activities, and they faced additional conflicts. As alternatives to address these difficulties, institutional efforts at the school and educational authority levels are recommended. Specifically, school administrators, including principals, are urged to adopt proactive approaches, while educational authorities are called upon to enhance their systemic capacity to handle legal issues. Based on these results, this study suggests addressing the judicialization of education, systematizing institutional responses at the organizational level, and deploying experts in legal matters within the education system.
