        어깨 근력강화 운동프로그램이 척수장애인의 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 척수장애인을 대상으로 12주간 어깨 근력강화 운동이 건강관련체력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 하지마비인 남성 척수장애인 25명을 선정하여 12주간 주 당 3회의 빈도로 운동을 실시하였으며, 사전과 사후측정에서 결과값은 SPSS 25.0 version을 이용하여 대응표본 t검정을 실시하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 측정 결과 근력과 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성은 유의한 향상 효과를 확인하였으나(p<.05, p<.01, p<.001), 신체조성의 측정 변인은 모두 유의한 효과를 나타내지 못하였다. 따라서 특정부위에 집중된 어깨 근력강화 프로그램이 척수장애인들의 건강관련체력요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of shoulder strengthening exercise on health related physical fitness for 12 weeks in spinal cord injury. The subject of the study was 25 men with spinal cord injury with paraplegia, and exercise was performed at a frequency of 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The paired t-test was conducted using SPSS 25.0 version. The significance level was set as α=.05. As a result of the measurement, a significant improvement effect was confirmed for muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, and flexibility (p<.05, p<.01, p<.001), but none of the measurement variables of body composition showed a significant effect. Therefore, it is thought that the shoulder strengthening exercise program focused on a specific area has a positive effect on the health related physical fitness factors of people with spinal cord injury.

        신체질량지수에 따른 20대 남,여의 운동부하 검사 후 심박수 회복률과 맥파속도 비교

        This Study is intended to compare the recovery rate of heart rate with the pulse wave velocity in after conducting the graded exercise test for each group of overweight people and underweight ones according to each BMI (Body Mass Index). The recovery rate of heart rate was measured every 30seconds at each maximal heart rate after each graded exercise test and then the pulse wave velocity of each person was measured after completing the measurement of heart rate of each person. Accordingly, as the results from the measurements, first, it was found that the recovery rate of heart rate of the overweight groups of males and females was faster than that of the underweight groups after conducting a maximal graded exercise test for each group, that is, the underweight and overweight groups of males and females. And the results were significant statistically. Second, the pulse wave velocities of the overweight groups of male and females showed some difference between the average values after conducting the maximal graded exercise test for each group, but the results were not significant statistically. As the results of this Study shown as above, it was found that the recovery rate of heart rate of each group is related to the BMI of each person and the average values of the pulse wave velocities of all the groups were different, but the differences were not significant statistically. Thus, it was found that the cardiovascular system of the overweight groups of males and females is much healthier than that of the underweight groups of males and females after measuring the recovery rates of heart rates and the pulse wave velocities of all the groups as the predictive factors for a disease of the cardiovascular system of a human being. 본 연구는 신체질량지수에 따라 과체중과 저체중 집단에게 운동부하 검사 후 심박수 회복률가 맥파속도를 비교하는데 그 목적이 있다. 운동 부하 검사 후 최대심박수에서 30sec단위로 심박수의 회복률을 측정하고 맥파속도를 측정하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 이에 측정한 결과는 첫째, 남성과 여성의 저체중과 과체중 집단 간의 최대 운동 부하검사 후, 심박수 회복률은 과체중 집단이 빠른 회복률을 보였으며, 통계적으로 유의하였고, 둘째, 남성과 여성의 저체중과 과체중 집단 간의 최대 운동 부하검사 후, 맥파속도는 과체중 집단이 평균값의 차이를 보였으나, 통계적으로는 유의하지 않았다. 이와 같이 본 연구 결과, 신체질량지수에 따른 심박수 회복률은 관련성이 있었으며, 맥파속도는 평균값의 차이를 보였으나 통계적 유의차를 나타내지 않았다. 심혈관계의 질환의 예측인자인 심박수 회복률과 맥파속도의 측정을 통해 남성과 여성 집단 모두 저체중 집단에 비해 과체중 집단이 심혈관계가 건강하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        각화낭성 치성 종양의 보존적 외과적 치료 : 증례보고

        각화낭성 치성종양은 국소적으로 공격적이고, 높은 재발률을 가지며 뚜렷한 조직학적 특성이 있는 낭성 병소로 다양한 치료 방법이 사용되고 있다. 몇몇 학자들은 공격적인 형태의 치료방법을 주장하지만, 또 다른 학자들은 보존적인 치료를 선호한다. 본 증례들은 미맹출 치아를 가진 소아 환자들에게 보존적 외과적 방법인 조대술과 낭종 적출술을 이용하여 각화낭성치성종양을 치료하였고, 주기적인 검진을 시행중에 있다. 보존적 외과적 치료를 이용하여 각화낭성 치성종양을 치료하는 경우 치아와 해부학적 구조를 보호할 수 있어 소아 청소년 환자의 경우에게 좋은 치료 선택이 될 수 있다. The keratocystic odontogenic tumor (KCOT) is a unique cyst because of its locally aggressive behavior, high recurrence rate and characteristic histological appearance. Various options are available for treatment. While some clinicians advocate aggressive forms of dental treatment, others prefer more conservative therapy. In this study, two types of conservative surgical procedures were performed to treat the tumor; marsupialization and cyst enucleation. The patients showed healing process on conservative surgical treatment and teeth erupted without recurrence. Conservative surgical treatment can be an effective treatment option for young children because of their efforts to preserve teeth and other anatomical structures.

        임상적으로 유용한 치과용 Air/water syringe의 소독법

        본 연구는 미생물의 배양을 통해 임상적으로 효과적인 air/water syringe의 소독법을 조사할 목적으로, 치과 병원에서 사용하는 10개의 AWS tip을 사용하였다. 실험군은 6개 군으로 나누어 실험을 3번씩 반복하여 180개의 샘플을 얻었다. 1군은 소독하지 않은 경우, 2군은 물에 적신 거즈로 큰 오염물만 제거한 경우, 3군은 78% 에탄올 스펀지로 10초간 소독한 경우, 4군은 78% 에탄올 스펀지로 20초간 소독한 경우, 5군은 1 : 100으로 희석한 High Level Disinfectant$^{(R)}$을 적신 스펀지로 20초간 소독한 경우, 6군은 가압증기멸균한 경우이다. 1군과 2군은 4, 5, 6군보다 유의하게 높은 미생물집락형성을 보였다(p < 0.05). 또한 4, 5, 6군은 미생물 집락이 나타나지 않았다. 에탄올과 High level Disinfectant$^{(R)}$를 사용하여 AWS tip을 20초 이상 소독하는 것은 가압멸균법이나 일회용 tip의 사용이 가능하지 않은 경우 교차감염 예방을 위해 유용한 방법이 될 수 있다. This study aims to investigate contamination level and effective clinical disinfection methods of dental air/water syringes (AWS) by using microbial incubation. This study used AWS of ten dental unit chairs of Hospital. Total 180 samples were obtained. There are six groups of samples: non-sterilized (group 1), sanitized with wet-gauze (group 2), sanitized with 78% ethanol sponge for 10 seconds (group 3), sanitized with 78% ethanol sponge for 20 seconds (group 4), sanitized with 1 : 100 diluted High Level Disinfectant$^{(R)}$ (group 5), autoclaved (group 6). Group 1 and 2 showed statistically significant level of CFUs than Group 4, 5 and 6 (p < 0.05). Group 4, 5 and 6 did not show any noticeable CFU. Sanitizing AWS tips with ethanol and High level Disinfectant$^{(R)}$ proves to be a useful and practical method for preventing cross-infections.

        코로나19로 인한 좌업생활 증가에 따른 건강유지 요인 분석

        본 연구는 코로나19로 인해 증대된 좌업생활이 건강을 유지하기 위한 신체적 요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 좌업생활을 주로 하는 사무직 여성으로 33명을 선정하였다. 집단 설정은 좌업생활 시간에 따라 고 좌업생활 집단 11명, 중 좌업생활 집단 11명 그리고 저 좌업생활 집단 11명으로 구분하였다. 측정 변인인 최대산소섭취량과 초과산소소비량의 집단 간 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았지만, 혈중 젖산의 수치는 운동 직후(p<.05), 그리고 회복기 15분(p<.001)과 20분(p<.001)의 시점에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 회복반응의 정도는 저 좌업생활 집단에서 더욱 원활한 회복의 경향을 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과가 나타난 것은 좌업생활 정도에 따른 시간의 차이가 건강을 유지하기 위한 요인에게 영향을 줄 것이라 사료된다. 따라서 개인적 공간에서 많은 시간을 보내는 코로나19 상황에서도 좌업생활 시간을 최소화하는 것이 필요할 것이라 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate how the increased sedentary behavior due to COVID-19 on physical factors to maintain health. The subjects of the study were 33 office women who mainly lead a sedentary behavior. The group settings were divided into high sedentary behavior groups(n=11), middle sedentary behavior groups(n=11), and low sedentary behavior groups(n=11) according to the hours of sitting down living. There was no significant difference between the groups in the VO₂max and EPOC, the level of lactate in blood showed a significant difference immediately after exercise(p<.05) and at 15(p<.001) and 20(p<.001) minutes of recovery, and the degree of recovery was more smooth in the low sedentary behavior groups. These results suggest that the difference in time according to the degree of sedentary behavior will affect the factors for maintaining health. Therefore, it is considered necessary to minimize sedentary behavior time even in the COVID-19 situation where the time spent in a personal space increases.

        강도별 저항성 인터벌 트레이닝이 20대 여성의 심부담도와 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of intensity-specific training for 8 weeks on double product and blood lipids for women in their twenties. Method: The subjects of the study were women in their 20s living in the metropolitan area, who explained the purpose and method of this study in detail, and asked for consent from the people who voluntarily expressed their intention to participate. 22 subjects who volunteered were recruited. As the training method, high intensity interval training and moderate intensity interval training were applied, and the exercise period was set at 8 weeks. The homogeneity of the momentum between each training was secured through preliminary measurement. The measurement variables were double product and blood lipid. The statistical method was SPSS 25.0 version, and the mean and standard deviation were calculated using descriptive statistical analysis. Repeated measurement ANOVA was used to verify the effect of training for 8 weeks. The differences between groups were analyzed using a paired t-test. All statistical significance levels were set to α=.05. Result: The results of this study are as follows. 1) As a result of the double product, both high intensity interval training and moderate intensity interval training were improved (p<.05, p<.01). 2) In the case of blood lipids, HDL-C variables were significantly increased in the high-intensity interval training group (p<.05). Conclusion: As a result of applying interval training by intensity to women, double product is improved in all training groups, and improvement in blood lipids is insignificant, but it is thought to be effective in the long term. Therefore, high-intensity interval training can help maintain the health of women in their twenties, and it is considered to be more effective training because it can also save time.

        트레이닝 방법에 따른 척수장애인의 유산소 체력 및 심근산소소비량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the aerobic fitness and myocardial oxygen uptake according to the training method for spinal cord injury. As the training method, high intensity interval training and moderate intensity continuous training were applied. As the training method, high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity continuous training were applied. and the subjects of the study were selected as men with spinal cord injury. The recruited subjects were randomly assigned to a high intensity interval training group (n=8) and a moderate intensity continuous training group (n=8) to form a group, and training was conducted for 8 weeks. In the case of aerobic fitness, there was a significant difference in the high-intensity interval training group (p<.001), myocardial oxygen uptake did not show a significant effect. In conclusion, high intensity interval training is expected to be effective training method for spinal cord injury because it can expect time saving along with the effect of cardiopulmonary fitness. In order to effect myocardial oxygen uptake, it is necessary to apply detailed training through analysis of physical factors along with the level of damage of the subjects. 본 연구는 척수장애인을 대상으로 트레이닝 방법에 따라 유산소 체력과 심근산소소비량을 분석하고자 하였다. 트레이닝 방법은 고강도 인터벌 트레이닝과 중강도 지속성 트레이닝을 적용하였으며, 연구대상은 남성 하지마비 척수장애인으로 선정하였다. 모집된 대상자를 고강도 인터벌 트레이닝 집단(n=8), 중강도 지속성 트레이닝 집단(n=8)으로 무작위로 배정하여 집단을 구성하였으며 8주간 트레이닝을 실시하였다. 유산소체력의 경우 고강도 인터벌 트레이닝 집단에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<.001), 심근산소소비량은 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 고강도 인터벌 트레이닝이 심폐체력의 효과와 더불어 시간적 절약을 기대할 수 있기 때문에 척수장애인에게 효과적인 트레이닝 방법이라 생각되며, 심근산소소비량의 효과를 위해서는 대상자의 손상수준과 더불어 체력적 요인의 분석을 통한 세밀한 트레이닝 적용이 필요할 것이라 사료된다.

        여성 척수장애인의 저항성 트레이닝이 신체조성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of 8-week resistance training on body composition and blood lipids in women with spinal cord injury. Method: The subjects of the study were ten women with spinal cord injuries living in the metropolitan area, to whom the purpose and method of this study were explained in detail. Informed consent was obtained from the subjects who volunteered to participate, and they were recruited. As an exercise method, an 8-week resistance exercise program was applied. Because of the covid-19 situation and movement restrictions of the spinal cord due to injury, they were allowed to participate in exercise in a personal space, which was confirmed by using messenger and video conferencing system. The exercise strength and duration were conducted using an elastic thera band with a strength of 45% based on 1RM measured in advance, which was conducted for 25 minutes, and the RPE was maintained at about 12. As measurement variables, body composition and blood lipid were measured. The SPSS 25.0 version was used for all statistical data processing, and the mean and standard deviation were calculated through descriptive statistical analysis. To verify the effect of 8-week resistance training, the analysis was conducted using paired t-test. All statistical significance levels were set to α=.05. Result: The results of this study are as follows. 1) In the variables of body composition, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, and body fat percentage did not show a significant effect, but the effect of maintaining was confirmed. 2) In the case of blood lipids, HDL-C showed a significantly elevated effect (p<.05). Conclusion: As a result of 8 weeks of resistance training for women with spinal cord injury, it was confirmed that there was no improvement in body composition, but the effect of maintenance was confirmed, and in the case of blood lipids, HDL-C was improved. Participation in resistance training for women with spinal cord injury can prevent health deterioration, and it is thought that long term training should be applied for high level improvement.

        Comparing the Power of Several Tests about Specific Populations

        The t-test, Mann-Whitney test and median test are three tests that can be employed to test for the difference in location parameters. We compared powers of the three tests under a variety of population distributions (contaminated normal distribution, mixed normal distribution) through a simulation study. Each test was performed 10,000 times under the same conditions. In every case, equal sizes of 10, 15, 20 and 25 were used. The powers of the tests were estimated, based on the number of times the null hypothesis was rejected as divided by 10,000. The results of the simulation study indicated that the Mann-Whitney test was powerful when the underlying distributions were mixed normal distribution and contaminated normal distribution about sample size of 10, 15, 20 and 25. In this case, mixed normal distributions considered were 75% N(0,1) and 25% N(3,36) Also, contaminated normal distributions considered were 20% N(0,1) and 80% N(0,2).
