        無形資産과 業績評價尺度에 관한 硏究

        This paper examines the empirical cross-sectional relationship between cash flow, earnings and market value added for listed firms on the Korea Stock Exchange. It does so because of recent claims that cash flow is a better measures for use by firms in internal planning and control activities than, say earnings. If such is the case then presumably, we would expect that cash flow has a stronger association with market value than, for example, earnings. We conclude that the relationship between cash flow and market value is by no means perfect. Nonetheless, cash flow has a strong association with market value, in conjunction with RD expenditures and opening and closing book value. Also We empirically confirmed that the long-term measures such as the long-term earnings & cash flow types, have a significant impact on MVA. As a consequence, the long-term element of cash flow, earning measures does appear to add explanatory power to equation involving merely earnings, cash flow, RD expenditures and advertisement expenditures. My view, therefore, would be that the evidence presented in the paper provides some support for advocates of the use of cash flow and the long-term measures for planning and control.

        The effects of anisotropic mechanical stress applied normal to the surface of p-n junctions have been investigated. As the stress increased, the breakdown voltage was decreased and the breakdown mode became softer. Within a certain limitation in the applied stress, the above phenomena werw reversibbe, though relaxation and hysteresis phenomena were observed. The time constant of relaxation depended upon the shape of the stressing tip, but for the given tip and device a unique time constant was obtained. The stress.dependence of breakdown voltage showed a good linearity up to about 3.0${\times}10^4$ kgw/$\textrm{cm}^2$, when the flat tip of radius 15$\mu$ was used, and the temperatere-dependence of breakdown voltage under the stress also showed a good linearity in the temperature range of 100 to $300^{\circ}K$.

        게이트절연층을 위한 HCI 열처리법 텅그스텐 metallization 및 fumed silica epoxy를 쓴 다중층 encapsulation 기술을 감이온 전장효과 트랜지스터(ISFET) 제조에 활용하고 이의 동작특성을 조사하였다. 또 ISFET를 위한 이론적 모형을 제시하고 이 것이 실험사실과 잘 일치함을 보였다. 제조된 ISFET는 빠른 반응, 긴 수명 및 작은 이압특성을 나타내었는데, 특히 안정부는 크게 개선되었다. An ion sensitive field effect transistor employing a special HCI heat treatment for the gate oxide layer along with tungsten metallization and multilayer encapsulation using fumed silica epoxy mixture was fabricated and its performance characteristics have been investigated. A theoretical model for the device operation is discussed, and it is shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theory. The fabricated device has excellent performance characteristics showing the fast response, long operation-life, small pH hysteresis, high sensitivity, etc. Especially, its stability has been greatly improved.

      • FET형 반도체 마이크로센서 개발(Ⅰ)

        현대사회가 발전함에 따라 개인의 건강 및 환경오염에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으나, 국내에서는 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 건강진단용 의료장비나 환경감시용 측정장치의 개발이 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 부응하여 소형화, 규격화 및 양산화에 매우 유리한 FET형 마이크로센서에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 CMOS공정으로 제조된 pH-FET가 높은 감도와 우수한 장기안정성을 가짐을 확인하였으며, Na-ISFET 제조를 위하여 ionophore로서 ETH2120을 선정하고 감지막의 최적조성비, 직선감응범위 및 감도 등을 조사하였다. 그리고 ionophore인 valinomycin과 ETH129를 사용하고 matrix로서 감광성고분자인 PVB/BAC를 이용하여 K 및 Ca-ISFET의 감지막을 사진식각공정으로 형성시켰다. 용존가스센서를 집적화하기 위하여 바탕소자인 금속박막 즉 Ag/AgCl과 Pt박막의 증착조건 및 Liff-off 공정조건을 확립하였으며, 가스투과막과 hydrogel막의 형성법에 대한 기초조사를 수행하였다. FET형 포도당센서에 적합한 Desk-top 형태 포도당 측정기의 hardware 및 software를 설계 제작하여 그 특성을 검증하였다. 이는 여타의 FET형 센서에 이용가능할 것이다. 또한 센서신호를 다중으로 처리할 수 있는 Custom IC를 CMOS공정에 적합하게 설계검증하였다. Sol-Gel법과 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 압전물질인 BaTiO_3, Pb(ZrTi)O_3 및 ZnO 막을 형성하고 이들의 물성을 조사하여 FET형 압력센서에의 적용가능성을 확인하였다. According to the development of modern society, interests in individual health and environmental pollution have been increased. But the domestic development of medical diagnostic and environmental monitoring equipments do not satisfy this requirements. This research had been dedicated to the FET type semiconductor microsensor which has advantages such as small size, standardization and mass-production. The fabricated pH-ISFET by CMOS process has high sensitivity and excellent long-term stability. A Na-ISFET was prepared which contained EH2120 as ionophore in sensing membrane and investigated optimum composition of membrane, linearity and sensitivity of the Na-ISFET. By using photo-sensitive polymer PVB/BAC as matrix, we formated sensing membrane of K and Ca-ISFET in photolithographic method. To integrate dissolved gas sensors, we established deposition and liff-off process condition of metal electrode(Ag/AgCl and Pt) as well as the formation method of hydrogel and gas permeable membrane. Hardware and software of desk-top type glucose meter suitable to FET type glucose sensor were designed manufactured to verificate its operation. This system was designed to be available for other FET type sensors. Additionally we designed and verified custom 1C, which can process multiple sensor signals, compatible with CMOS process. By sol-gel method and RF magnetron sputtering method, piezoelectric film such as BaTiO_3, Pb(ZrTi)O_3, and ZnO were deposited. These films were characterized and ascertained their adaptability to FET type pressure sensor.
