This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between career commitment and job devotion behavior, focusing on dealer self-leadership as a key resource of casino industry, and to demonstrate the moderating effect of innovative organizational culture. First, the sub-variables of self-leadership, behavior-oriented strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies, were found to have a significant effect on career commitment, while natural reward strategies did not have a significant effect. Second, career commitment had a significant effect on job devotion behavior. Third, the innovative organizational culture showed moderating effects in the relationship between the on constructive thought pattern strategies of self-leadership and career commitment. Therefore, it is necessary to find a way to establish self-leadership as a high-dimensional motivation factor that can improve the interest, enthusiasm and immersion of the business according to the job characteristics of casino dealers.

The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of filler morphology on the wear characteristics of commercial composite resins containing 4 different types of filler, such as prepolymerized particle fillers, irregular-shaped fillers, prepolymerized particle fillers with irregular-shaped fillers, and round-shaped fillers, respectively. The wear test was conducted using a ball-on flat test machine. The results obtained were as follows; 1.The friction coefficient of the composite resins containing prepolymerized particle fillers was lower than those of the other 3 types of composite resins. 2.The wear characteristics, including the wear volume, specific wear rate, and width and depth of the wear track exhibited a similar tendency relative to the magnitude of the friction coefficient. However, the Palfique Toughwell containing a submicron spherical filler, which showed a similar friction coefficient to the other composite resins, revealed the lowest wear resistance of the composite resins examined. 3.Based on a SEM observation of the worn surfaces, the composite resins containing a prepolymerized particle filler exhibited smooth worn surfaces, The composite resins containing either an irregular-shaped filler or an irregular-shaped filler with prepolymerized particle filler showed similar worn surfaces. Among the composite resins containing only a round-shaped filler, Z100 exhibited a rough surface with the extrusion of the round filler, whereas Palfkque Toughwell showed a smooth worn surface.

The present study investigated the effectiveness of several surface pretreatment methods on the bonding of Ti to adhesive resin. Commercially pure Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy were bonded by 4-META/MMA-TBB resin to stainless rods. Each specimen was polished with No. 1.000 sandpaper and then treated with various surface treatment methods, such as 50 ㎛ size of Al₂O₃particles sandblasting, tinplating, silicoating, combination of sandblasting and tinplating and combination of sandblasting and silicoating. The surface of pure Ti treated with sandblasting was roughened to irregular and retentive pattern and aluminum content on the treated surface was increased. The surface morphology treated with tinplating was similar to nontreated one and the surface composition showed almost no change. The surface morphology of silicoating groups was similar to the one of silicoated after sandblasting condition and in both group, carbon content was significantly increased. The surfaces morphology of tinplating was not changed at all. The surface observation results of commercially pure Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy specimens were similar, but Ti-6Ai-4V alloy specimens were similar, but Ti-6Al-4V alloy showed more amount of tin precipitations at tinplating groups. Average tensile bond strength of each group was ranged from 21.20 to 31.64 MPa. The tensile bond strength of each group did not show a difference at the 0.05 significance in one-way ANOVA test. Fracture mode of each specimens was almost resin cohesive fracture, and some adhesive fracture-like area was proved to be cohesive fracture in higher magnification. Thus, bonding strength of resin-Ti interface was stronger than that of 4-META/MMA-TBB resin itself.

In a rapidly changing environment, casino companies are meeting various needs that customers’ wants and seeking ways to improve service quality and corporate competitiveness to provide differentiated services from other companies. This study is meaningful in that it has verified the impact of casino dealers' self leadership on their job performance. As the main results of the study, first, all three sub-factors of self- leadership (behavioral-oriented strategies, natural compensation strategies, and constructive thinking strategies) showed significant results in affective commitment. Second, affective commitment showed a statistically significant impact on job performance. Third, in the relationship between self- leadership and affective commitment, the culture of error management has been shown to have a partial control role. Based on the research results above, this study suggested implications for strategic human resource management for discriminatory and professional casino dealers. In addition, it presented ways to utilize self- leadership that can meet the goal of the company and explained the importance of forming a error management culture for innovative changes.

현재 컴퓨터 성능의 발달과 함께 GIS 서비스는 기존의 단순 지도 서비스를 비롯한 각 개체들의 위치 정보인 POI 서비스까지 요구되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 GIS 서비스는 그 핵심적 기반이라 할 수 있는 지도 데이터를 표현하는데 있어서 각 개발 업체 및 연구기관마다 각기 다른 지도데이터 포맷을 사용하고 있다. 이는 곧 데이터의 중복 구축뿐만 아니라 기존 GIS간의 상호 운용성이 결여되어 서로 간에 호환 불가라는 문제점을 야기 시킨다. 또한, POI 서비스에서도 POI를 이루는 개체들에 대한 위치 정보가 불충분하여 단순히 지명 서비스만을 제공하고 있어, 다양한 정보 서비스를 제공 받고자 하는 사용자의 요구를 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지도 표준인 GML을 기반으로 하여 지도 가시화의 중복 구축 및 비호환성을 극복하고, 단순한 POI 정보에 대해서는 계층적이고 사용자 중심적인 위치정보를 구축하고 이를 가시화하는 GVP를 개발한다.
