The purpose of the study was to examine how the verbal and nonverbal communication of dance instructors affects the satisfaction and long-term relationship intention of trainees. To achieve this goal, 250 trainees were conveniently selected from sports centers, community centers, and culture centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. 238 usable samples were utilized data analysis including frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, the verbal communication of dance instructors significantly affected customer satisfaction. Secondly, body language, paralanguage, and physical appearance subfactors of the dance instructors’ nonverbal communication, significantly affected customer satisfaction, while spatial language did not. Thirdly, customer satisfaction had a significant impact on long-term relationship intension. Also, the study presented details on discussions and on-site application plans as well as future research opportunities.

Influence of a engine room under-cover on aerodynamic forces has been studied. Numerical simulations were performed of flow around a sedan vehicle. A lattice Boltzmann method was utilized to portray the unsteady aerodynamics of wake flows. The pressure and velocity distributions were employed to examine the flow structure against the engine room under-cover. It was found that the flow acceleration near the under-cover drops the pressure on the surface of the under-cover. This low pressure distribution decreases the lift force. Then, the accelerated flow reduced the back-flow region in the rear wake and the drag force decreases.

This study examines the impact of depth levels in terms of point of view and binocular disparity in 3D stereoscopic gaming on psychological experiences of players such as their presence in the game, perception of characteristics and visual fatigue. In the experimental research, eighty male students played Valve’s Left 4 Dead 2 after being randomly assigned to four different depth levels such as 39, 99, 127 and 224 using Ugo Capeto 3D’s Depth Map Automatic Generator. The results show that the disparity affected the participants’ perception of characteristics, and proximity, clarity, materiality in perceived characteristics, and spatial realism in their presence in the game. The point of view and disparity affected the spatial realism in the participants’ presence in the game. This result also shows that the point of view affected the participants’ presence and the temporal involvement during their presence. There was no significant effect on the visual fatigue, or the presence of dynamic immersion. The added value of 3D stereo in gaming, and the practical implications of the results are further discussed.

A numerical simulation was performed of flow behind a squareback car with a rear spoiler. Influence of the rear spoiler on drag force has been studied. A lattice Boltzmann method was utilized to portray the unsteady aerodynamics of wake flows. The pressure distributions were employed to examine the vortex formation mode against the rear spoiler. It was found that the separation flow at roof end and c-pillar makes three dimensional vortex structures and the rear spoiler increases pressure on the rear glass surface.
