        금속 Al분말 첨가 Castable 내화물의 특성

        Effects of metallic Al powder addition on basic and thermal properties of castable refractories were investigated. Generally, low grade prooperties were obtained by metallic Al powder addition with the increase of temperature, comparing with those of non-addition of Al powder. Especially, Al addtion showed severe shrinkage, corrosiion and low strength above 1000$^{\circ}C$. As a result of Al addition, lower strength of and higher corrosion resistance were shown for 2% addition, but it was reversed for above 4% addition. It was found that Al addition was excellent in the explosive spalling test regardless of Al quantity.

        Transglutaminase 2 mediates transcriptional regulation through BAF250a polyamination

        Background Transglutaminase 2 (TG2) mediates protein modifcations by crosslinking or by incorporating polyamine in response to oxidative or DNA-damaging stress, thereby regulating apoptosis, extracellular matrix formation, and infammation. The regulation of transcriptional activity by TG2-mediated histone serotonylation or by Sp1 crosslinking may also contribute to cellular stress responses. Objective In this study, we attempted to identify TG2-interacting proteins to better understand the role of TG2 in transcriptional regulation. Methods Using a yeast two-hybrid assay to screen a HeLa cell cDNA library, we found that TG2 bound BAF250a, a core subunit of the cBAF chromatin remodeling complex, through an interaction between the TG2 barrel 1 and BAF250a C-terminal domains. Results TG2 was pulled down with a GST-BAF250a C-term fusion protein. Moreover, TG2 and BAF250a were co-fractionated using P11 chromatography, and co-immunoprecipitated. A transamidation reaction showed that TG2 mediated incorporation of polyamine into BAF250a. In glucocorticoid response-element reporter-expressing cells, TG2 overexpression increased the luciferase reporter activity in a transamidation-dependent manner. In addition, a comparison of genome-wide gene expression between wild-type and TG2-defcient primary hepatocytes in response to dexamethasone treatment showed that TG2 further enhanced or suppressed the expression of dexamethasone-regulated genes that were identifed by a gene ontology enrichment analysis. Conclusion Thus, our results indicate that TG2 regulates transcriptional activity through BAF250a polyamination.

        Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TO) is a rare idiopathic tracheobronchial abnormality characterized by diffuse cartilaginous and osseous nodules protruding into the airway lumen of the trachea and bronchus. TO is easy to misdiagnose because of nonspecific symptoms and chest CT scan with pathologic biopsy is necessary for definitive diagnosis. We report two cases of patient with TO who underwent laryngomicroscopic biopsy and tracheostomy with literature review.

        문제 풀이와 시뮬레이션을 접목한 물리 교수학습 방법 개발 및 적용 효과

        The study proposes a novel teaching and learning method that integrates problem-solving and Algodoo simulation to enhance physics education. The study examined the effectiveness of this method by conducting a qualitative analysis of the data collected from eight high school students who had completed the Physics I course. The results showed that the approach had several benefits. First, students were able to improve their scientific inquiry skills for data interpretation and experimentation while performing inquiry activities linked to problem-solving. Second, their concept understanding of physical situations and problem-solving abilities improved. Third, the combination of simulation and problem-solving facilitated the utilization of students' metacognitive aspects and also increased their interest and participation. However, the students encountered initial difficulties due to a lack of experience, and guidance on the inquiry process tailored to the level was necessary during the inquiry activities. Overall, the study highlights the potential of the combined teaching-learning method and its applicability in addressing the changing demands of physics education. 본 연구에서는 문제 풀이와 시뮬레이션을 접목한 새로운 교수학습 방법을 개발하여 적용하고, 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 물리학I 과정을 마친 고등학생 8명을 대상으로 역학 영역의 4가지 주제에 대해 문제 풀이와 Algodoo 시뮬레이션을 접목한 교수학습을 진행하였으며, 이 과정에서 수집된 자료는 질적으로 분석되었다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 학생들은 문제 풀이와 연계된 탐구활동을 수행하면서 자료 해석 및 실험수행과 관련한 과학적 탐구력을 함양할 수 있었다. 둘째, 문제상황과 관련한 개념 이해와 문제 해결 능력이 향상되었다. 셋째, 시뮬레이션과 문제 풀이의 결합은 학생의 메타 인지적 측면의 활용을 촉진하였고, 흥미와 참여도를 증진시켰다. 한편, 학생들의 어려움은 초기 프로그램을 접하는 과정에서 있었으며, 학생들의 탐구 경험 부족으로 인해 탐구 절차에 대한 적절한 수준에서 안내가 탐구활동에서 지원될 필요가 있었다. 본연구의 결과를 토대로 시뮬레이션을 접목한 물리교육의 방향성 및 성공적인 교수학습 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

        근골격계 질환 방지를 위한 마우스 손목지지대 개선에 관한 연구

        Increased usage of the computer mouse has been a essential factor affecting the musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in wrist movement variations, forearm muscular loads, comfort and normal performance among a proposed movable wrist support, fixed wrist support and without wrist support when using a computer mouse. Eight subjects performed a standardized simple task set which has structured six detailed tasks with each wrist support option. The wrist angle variations in the right arm were registered by electrogoniometer and the muscle activity in the shoulder, deltoid and two extensors in the forearm were also registered by electromyography. The subjects rated perceived comfort while performing the tasks with each wrist support option. Working with proposed movable wrist support, compared to other options, gave significantly decreased wrist angle variations at almost tasks both biaxial movements. There is a decrease of 50% in wrist angle movements and 30% in EMG amplitude when compared a proposed wrist support with no wrist support. Also, in work with a proposed wrist support, the subjects rated more comfort but they showed a little decreased performance in a few detailed tasks.

        일라이트와 일라이트-수산화철(침철석) 혼합물이 20-30대 성인의지성피부 상태 개선에 미치는 효과 비교

        This study attempts to apply only illite and illite-iron hydroxide (Goethite) mixture having no toxicity, absorptionpower of sebum and wastes, antibacterial function, to the human facial skin in order to compare each of itseffectiveness to provide basic materials for beauty industry by confirming whether these minerals can beused for face pack which can improve the oily skin. The effects of these two groups were compared with thesplit face approach in terms of skin measurement, the content of skin oil, moisture content, and the numberof pores. To identify the improvement in acne, the number of papules, pustules, and nodules were measuredthrough photography or the visual evaluation of dermatologists. After the experiment, questionnaire surveyswere conducted to compare the symptoms of skin irritation, and sample preferences. The findings obtainedfrom this study are as follows. Along with the main results of this study, illite-iron hydroxide (Goethite) mixtureand illite were effective in improving the oily skin and illite-iron hydroxide (Goethite) mixture was more effectivein improving skin pores. Both two samples were safe products without skin irritation. The effect of illite-ironhydroxide (Goethite) mixture can be verified by conducting the clinical experiment targeting human skin. It isexpected that the new value of the test materials will be created in the cosmetic market and that these testmaterials can play a substantial role in developing new cosmetic products.

        추나요법의 건강보험 맟 의료급여 적용에 따른 한방병원에 내원 하는 환자군에 대한 통계적 고찰

        Objectives: The objective of this study is to analyze and observe what kinds of changes in Patients who visited a Korean Medicine Hospital according to the Application of Chuna Therapy Health Insurance and Medical benefits. Methods: In this study we collected data of Patients who first visited the OOOO Korean Medicine Hospital from March 8 to May 8. we collected data of 1074 Patients who first visited the Daejeon Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital from March 8 to May 8. Based on the medical charts, Computer order, we analyze and observe statistical data of 1074 patients putting them into six groups. Outcuomes: 1.The increase in the rate of receiving chuna therapy was significant in Group A and Group B(ρ<0.05). 2.The increase in the onset of the disease for more than one year was significant in Group C and Group D(ρ<0.05). 3.The increase in the proportion with disease Corporal was significant in Group E and Group F(ρ<0.05). Conclusions: According to according to the Application of Chuna Therapy Health Insurance and Medical benefits, the number of patients receiving Chuna Therapy increased, and people with old illnesses were more likely to receive Chuna Therapy.

        QFN 반도체 패키지의 외형 결함 검사를 위한 효과적인 결함 분류 시스템 개발

        There are many different types of surface defects on semiconductor Integrated Chips (IC's) caused by various factors during manufacturing process, such as cracks, foreign materials, chip-outs, chips, and voids. These defects must be detected and classified by an inspection system for productivity improvement and effective process control. Among defects, in particular, foreign materials and chips are the most difficult ones to classify accurately. A vision system composed of a carefully designed optical system and a processing algorithm is proposed to detect and classify the defects on QFN(Quad Flat No-leads) packages. The processing algorithm uses features derived from the defect's position and brightness value in the Maximum Likelihood classifier and the optical system is designed to effectively extract the features used in the classifier. In experiments we confirm that this method gives more effective result in classifying foreign materials and chips. 반도체 외관결함에는 발생 요인이 각각 다른 crack, foreign material, chip-out, chip, void 등이 있으며, 검사 시스템에서는 결함 유무 및 결함 분류를 수행하여 효과적인 공정관리가 가능하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 QFN 패키지 결함의 분류를 위한 알고리즘 및 광학시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서 분류가 어려운 결함 중 하나인 foreign material 과 chip의 효과적인 분류를 위해 제안한 결함의 위치, 밝기의 특징정보(feature)를 사용한 ML(Maximum Likelihood ratio) 분류방법 및 특징정보 획득에 효과적인 광학계를 제안하였다. 실험 결과에서 분류가 어려운 foreign material과 chip에 대한 신뢰성 높은 분류성능을 보였다.
