      • It 主語와 Infinitival Complement 사이에서 使用되는 形容詞에 對한 硏究

        첫째로 'It'subject와 Infinitival Complement 사이에서 使用되는 形容詞를 그 種類別로 區分하여 Agent의 特性을 가진 形容詞를 Class A adjective라 하고 Experiencer의 特性을 가진 形容詞를 Class E adjective라 하고 Situation의 特性을 가진 形容詞를 Class S adjective라 칭하였다. 다시 Class A의 形容詞와 結合하는 of-phrase 文章의 Formular를 다음과 같이 分類하고 그特性을 考察하였다. I. Class A adjective Formulars A. It Cop Adj of Np to Vp. B. It Cop Adj to Vp (of-phrase is missing). 고찰된 내용 중에서 가장 중요한 Class A 형용사의 특성을 몇 가지 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Class A 형용사의 특성 a. Class A 형용사는 actor(of+Np)와 act (To+Vp)를 동시에 수사한다. b. 문장 중에 of-phrase가 생략되어도 그 문맥에 따른 의미상의 of+Np는 그대로 내구되어 있다. c. of+Np는 animate이어야 한다. d. of+Np는 Agent의 역할을 할 수 있어야 한다. e. Class A Adjective는 전치사구를 하나만 허용한다. f. Class A 형용사의 문장에서 보어동사(TO+Vp)는 action으로 해석되어야 한다. g. of+Np가 agent 역할을 할 때 class A adjective는 passive complement와 겸용될 수 있다.

      • 자동차 배선의 현황 및 개선에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 자동차 전기배선의 현 상황에 대하여 분석하고 앞으로의 발전 추세에 대하여 예측함으로서 와이어 하네스 제조회사들이 미리 대비하는데 도움이 될 수있도록 하였다. 또한 새로운 직렬다중통신장치를 고안ㆍ제작하여 시험한 결과 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다. 회로의 수가 증가하여 더욱 복잡해지고 무거워 지는 와이어 하네스를 직렬 다중 통신 방식을 이용하여 3~4 가닥의 선으로 단순화할 수 있으며 또한 진단기능을 포함시킴으로써 배선 단순화 이상의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. In this paper, some discussions on the current status and the future trend in automobile wiring system was presented to help autombile wireharness makers prepare for the future. And a new serial communication method was presented and made and tested, and the system operated well enough. Using serial data communication we can simplify wire harness by 3~4 conductor lines. And self-diagnosis function can be included.

        The aim of this study is to develop a mechanical way of comparative thread that runs through all the seemingly different, analogous and opposite meanings of the prepositions, 'of' and 'with' The meanings of these two prepositions in the dictionary have so many different and complicated uses that it is very difficult for the students to memorize them properly without any help of mechanical way of memory. It is shown here that all the different meanings of these two prepositions, 'of' and 'with' come about as the mental activities of abstraction and metaphor and that all the uses made by these mental activities of them share some common semantic features. It is also shown here that the great part of the meanings of the preposition 'of' are in the startling resemblence in some aspects and in marked contrast in another to the preposition 'with' The semantic analysis of each preposition and the comparision of these two prepositions would help us to memorize these complicated meanings so easily. It also can be said with confidence that the way of mechanical memorization mentioned in this study and its resulting pictures would help us to look at the problem of teaching the complicated meanings of x of y and x with y to the Korean students. I am very emphatic on the importance of this teaching method and artificial memory.

        The purpose of this paper is to theoretically analyze low temperature behavior of β in BJT and measure β in BJT at various temperatures and compare them Theory and experimental results agree each other qualitatively, but to some degree they deviate qualitatively. The further study will be needed to edplain the disparity between them.

        The aim of this research is to find out mechanical ways of comparative thread that runs through all the seemingly different, analogous, and opposite meanings of the two prepositions, 「from」 and 「to」. The meanings of these two prepositions in the dictionary have so many different and complicated uses that it is very difficult for the students to memorize them properly without any help of mechanical ways of learning. It is shown here that all the different meanings of these two prepositions come about as the mental activities of abstraction and metaphor and that all the uses made by these activities share some common semantic features. In other words there are some mental activities between the concrete expression and the abstract words which can be explained by the mechanical ways. From the concrete meaning of 「from」 used to indicate change, the abstract meanings such as difference, distiction, avoidance, escape, removal, prevention, the source, reason, motive, separation and its analogues are shown and from the concrete meaning of 「to」 used to indicate the result of state, the abstract meanings such as identical conception, agreement, assignation, the origin, match, destination and its analogues are shown. It is also shown here that the greater parts of the meanings of 「from」 are in the startling resemblence in some aspects and in marked contrast in another to the preposition,「to」. I think that the semantic analysis of each preposition and the comparision of these two prepositions would help the students to memorize these complicated meanings easily. I also think that the ways of mechanical memorization mentioned in this research and its resulting pictures would help the students to look at the problem of learning the complicated meanings of X from y and X to y. I am very emphatic on the importance of this learning method and artifical memory.

        The aim of this study is to develop a mechanical way of comparative thread which runs through all the different, similar and opposed meanings of the prepositional adverbs, 「up」 and 「down」 These two prepositional adverbs have so many complicated and various usages that it seems to be hard for the beginners to understand and memorize the meanings of them correctly without mechanical ways of memorization Through the sementic analysis and making the comparison of these two prepositional adrerbs it is found here that all the various meanings of 「up」and 「down」 come about as the mental activities of abstraction and metaphor and that nearly all the usages made by these mental activities share some common sementic features. In other words, the great part of the meanings of 「up」 are in the startling resemblence in some aspects and in marked contrast in others to the abverb 「down」 These common sementic features shared by mantal activitics of abstraction and metaphor are the mechanical ways of comparative thread we must remember. These common sementic features would help us to look at the teaching problem of the complicated meanings to the korean students in the sentences of 「x up y」 and 「x down y」. I am very emphatic on the importance of this teaching method and artificial memorization.

        The aim of this thesis is to develop a comparative thread that runs through all the seemingly different and opposite meanings of a preposition, at and a adverb, away. As away is an adverb, the preposition, from must be used with away in order to indicate a datum point Y in the sentence pattern of X away (from) Y. The meanings of at and away (from) in the dictionary have so many different and complicated uses that it is very difficult for the students to memorize them properly without any mechanical way of memory. It is shown here that all the different meanings of at and"away (from) come about as the mental activities of abstraction and that all the uses made by these mental activates of abstraction share some common semantic features. It is also shown here that the greater part of the meaning of at are in marked contrast to the ones of away (from) with one another. The semantic comparison of at with away (from) and each semantic analysis meaning help us to memorize a great number of uses so easily. It also can be said with confidence that the way of mechanical memorization mentioned above and its resulting picture help us to look at the problem of teaching the complicated meanings of at and away (from) to Korean students. I am very emphatic on the importance of this teaching method and artifical memory.

      • 전력용 MOSFET온도 측정방법에 관한 연구

        반도체 소자는 자체의 전력소모로 인하여 소자의 온도가 주면온도에 비해 상승하게 되며, 온도 상승은 소자의 전류-전압 특성을 변화시킨다. 전력소모에 따른 소자의 온도 상승효과는 회로의 성능을 변화시킬수도 있으므로 회로 설계자가 고려하여야 하며, 특히 전력용 반도체 소자의 경우에 그러하다. 본 논문은 반도체 소자중 전력용 MOSFET의 온도 측정 방식 및 회로를 제시하였으며 제시된 방법을 이용한 측정치를 제시하였다. When an semiconductor device operates, power dissipation raises the device temperature, and temperature rises change the device electrical characteristics. Knowledge of the device temperature rise due to power dissipation in the device is needed for the circuit designer to more accurately predict circuit behavior. This paper is focused of the temperature measurements of the power MOSFET. Electrical temperature measurement method will be presented and also temperature measuring circuit was designed and will be presented. The drain-body P-N junction forward voltage drop is used as an electrical prameter for measuring power MOSFET temperature.

      • SPICE에서의 새로운 素子 모델 구현

        The purpose of this paper is to present the method of implementing new device models in SPICE program. Using dependent sources, resistors and diodes in SPICE program, we could implement the new device model if we could express the current-voltage characteristics as the polynomials of voltages and currents. In this paper, the systematic procedures to implement are presented.
