      • PET 검사에서 CT 장비의 차이에 따른 PET/CT의 SUV 비교 평가

        암에 대한 진료 및 치료 효과 판정 등에 유용한 PET 검사가 증가되면서 추적검사 시 SUV의 정확한 비교를 위해 EANM 등에서는 동일한 장비에서 검사를 시행하는 것을 권고하고 있어 동일한 기종의 PET/CT 활용에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 병원의 환경상 여건이 허락되지 않는 경우가 많아 정확한 SUV 비교를 위한 Factor 개발, 장비간 호환 등의 방안을 마련하는데 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이런 관점에서 기종이 다른 3대의 PET/CT 장비를 대상으로 SUV를 평가하여 장비간 호환성이 가능한지 실험해 보았다. Discovery 690, Discovery 690Elite, Discovery 710 장비를 대상으로 ACR phantom, NEMA IEC Body phantom, SNM Chest phantom, $^{68}Ge$-cylinder phantom에 대한 SUV를 측정하여 장비간 비교를 시행하였다. 장비 별 SUVmean과 $SUV_{max}$를 측정하여 비교해 본 결과, $SUV_{mean}$의 경우 각 phantom 별로 장비간 차이는 최대 3.61%, 최소 0.19%였고 $SUV_{max}$는 장비 별로 최대 4.11%, 최소 0.03% 정도 차이가 발생하였다. 제조사에서 권고하는 장비간 SUV 허용 범위는 5%이며 실험에 사용된 3대의 PET/CT 장비간 SUV 차이는 이에 포함된다. 이는 CT 기종의 차이에 따른 SUV의 변화는 크지 않음을 유추할 수 있다. 병원마다 동일한 장비를 여러 대 구입하기에는 현실적인 어려움이 있으므로 기종이 다른 PET/CT 장비의 SUV가 허용 가능한 범위 내에 있는 장비를 활용한다면 동일한 장비 사용을 권고하는 추적검사의 경우 예약 일정 변경 등의 검사 효율성이 증가되고 정량평가의 정확도를 높여 줄 것이다. Purpose: Among different PET/CT devices which are composed of same PET model but different CT models, SUV, usually used for quantitative evaluation, was measured to assess the accuracy of follow up scans in different PET/CT and confirm that interequipment compatibility is useful in arranging the PET/CT exam appointment. Materials and Methods: Using ACR PET Phantom, PET NEMA IEC Body Phantom, SNM Chest Phantom and Ge-68 cylinder Phantom, $SUV_{mean}$ and $SUV_{max}$ was measured by 3 different models of PET/CT (Discovery 690, Discovery 690Elite and Discovery 710, GE) made in same company. ANOVA was used to evaluate the significant difference in the result. Results: In the result, the average of $SUV_{max}$ was D690 (25 mm-1.82, 16 mm-1.75, 12 mm-1.73, 8 mm-1.44), D690E (25 mm-1.76, 16 mm-1.92, 12 mm-1.78, 8 mm-1.55) and D710 (25 mm-1.84, 16 mm-1.89, 12 mm-1.77, 8 mm-1.61) in ACR Phantom, D690 (25 mm-2.26, 16 mm-2.25, 12 mm-1.92, 8 mm-1.85), D690E (25 mm-2.45, 16 mm-2.25, 12 mm-2.05 8 mm-1.91) and D710(25 mm-2.49, 16 mm-2.20, 1 2mm-2.30, 8 mm-2.05) in PET NEMA IEC Body Phantom, D690-1.04, D690E-1.10 and D710-1.09 in SNM Chest Phantom and D690-0.81, D690E-0.81, D710-0.84 in Ge-68 cylinder Phantom. The differences between average SUV of 4 phantoms were $SUV_{mean}$-1.87%, $SUV_{max}$-2.15%. And also as a result of ANOVA analysis, there was no significant difference statistically. Conclusion: If different models of PET/CT have same specification of PET system, there was no significant difference in $SUV_{mean}$ and $SUV_{max}$ even though they have different CT system. And also differences of $SUV_{mean}$ and $SUV_{max}$ in phantom images were under 5% which many manufacturers recommend. Therefore, follow up scan will be possible using different PET/CT if it has same specification of PET system with the previous PET/CT. This information will enable the accurate comparative analysis when conducting follow up scans and be helpful to schedule PET/CT exam more effectively.

        수지상 및 루프 계통의 단점을 개선하기 위해 네트워크 계통방식의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 기존 CLS(Closed-loop system)에 적용했던 통신기반 보호협조 방식의 개선이 필요하며, 고장처리 실패의 주원인이었던 고장전류방향성 판정에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고장발생시 고장전류의 파고치 극성비교를 통해 정확한 고장전류방향성 판정 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

        교류-교류 행렬변환기를 이용한 유도전동기의 벡터제어 구현

        Application of matrix converter to vector control of induction motor using simplified Venturini algorithm which is capable of achieving the maximum output voltage is developed. This algorithm simplifies the control algorithm and therefor reduces the digital implementation time. Matrix converter is used as voltage-referenced voltage fed vector controlled induction motor drive. This paper describes the performance of vector controlled induction motor with four quadrant capability employing a matrix converter power circuit. The advantage of this system over the conventional rectifier-inverter arrangement are capability for regeneration into the utility, sinusoidal supply currents and minimum passive components. The steady-state and transient performance of the induction motor drive under the vector control technique is demonstrate with simulation and experiment results.

        부동산개발업의 현황 및 발전방안 중요도 연구

        This study aims to analyze real estate development business system and its status and to suggest the development plan of the real estate development business system through the real estate development business expert survey and empirical AHP analysis. The general importance was presented in order of the introduction of the authorized license system, implementation of refresher training In addition to the preliminary education for licensed estate development experts, the improvement of qualifications in the field of real estate development business practices, the construction acceptance to registered real estate developers, establishment of rules related to repair defects and so on. We found that, first, real estate development business experts have chosen human resources item as a top priority for the development of the real estate development business system. In other words, it is necessary to introduce the authorized license system to enhance expertise and improve the qualifications in the field of real estate development business practices. Second, it is necessary to conduct refresher training in education item for licensed real estate development experts to acquire latest real estate development business information and knowledge and work smoothly in addition to the preliminary education. Third, in management item it is necessary to allow registered real estate developers to do construction work such as a housing constructor, when equipped with certain requirements in order for registered real estate developers to improve responsibility and expertise and secure consumer confidence. Finally, in order to secure legal responsibility for consumers, it is necessary to establish rules related to repair defects and so on in management item. The implication of this study is that it is possible to identify urgent tasks that require improvement in accordance with the number of general importance.

        Crown Contours

        One of the main goals of restorative treatment is to establish a physiological periodontal environment and promote periodontal health maintenance. Crown contours affect periodontal health. Loe in 1965 and Socransky in 1970 showed that bacterial plaque was a direct cause of periodontal disease. O"leary in 1970 and Perel in 1971 demonstrated experimentally that crown contours can also affect gingival health. Several theories about crown contours came before it was found that dental plaques are the direct cause of gum disease and, therefore, are mostly hypothetical or simple opinions. Unfortunately, when discussing the shape of the prosthesis, there are still arguments that have no rationale (or weak), such as shape to obtain gum support or shape that becomes self-cleansing. I hope that readers would understand Crown contours better through a review of the dental literature.

        과열(過熱) 증기(蒸氣)를 이용한 국내 폐기물(廢棄物) 유기성(有機性) 성분의 분해(分解) 특성 연구

        과열 증기를 이용하여 생활 폐기물내 유기성 성분의 분해를 수행하고 폐기물의 특성 및 반응 시간이 폐기물의 분해율에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 과열 증기를 이용한 분해 후 음식 및 폐지와 같은 생분해성 유기 성분은 쉽게 분해되었고 생분해성 유기 성분중 나무와 석유계 유기성 성분인 플라스틱, 금속과 같은 무기성 성분이 분해되지 않은 상태로 남아 쉽게 분리가 가능한 상태를 형성하였다. 입자의 크기 변화를 살펴본 결과 폐기물 내 생분해성 유기 성분이 적을수록 짧은 반응 시간에도 높은 입자 크기 감소를 보였으며 반응 시간이 60분 이상에서 최대 90% 이상의 입도 감소를 나타내었다. Degradation of the organic component in the waste were carried out by superheated steam in a pressurized vessel. The effects of waste characteristics, reaction temperature and residence time on the degradation rate have been determined. The biodegradable organic components such as food and paper waste have been degraded, and plastics, wood and metal were remained without degradation. The degradation efficiency is decided by the desizing rate of the waste, and the waste mixture with 23% biodegradable organic component shows higher desizing rate than that of the 43% of the biodegradable organic component in a short residence time and the desizing rate is found to be 90% in the maximum condition.

        Nowadays, it is usual to build new Han-Ok, developed Han-Ok, Han-Ok like buildings. In this situation, it needs to study for the way of conservation of Korean traditional Han-Ok. Traditional Han-Ok is not too different from the other Han-Oks above in process. However, there is a primary difference between them. It is data conservation. In the past, Han-Oks were used to be built without any architectural plans, so it could be easy to be in trouble for maintenance. From the problem, this study starts with the purpose of figuring out the method for the maintenance of Han-Ok by BIM.

        토마토를 첨가한 닭갈비 소스의 품질특성

        This study aimed to enhance the quality and sensory acceptability of dak-galbi sauce made from general tomatoes, plum tomatoes and canned tomatoes and find the most preferred quality characteristics and tomato type for the production of dak-galbi sauce, Dak-galbi sauce was blended with different concentrations of tomatoes (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%), As the amount of a tomato addition increased, the moisture contents, L-values, a-values and B-values significantly (p<0.001) increased while salinity, sugar contents and viscosity decreased, The attribute difference test showed that significant differences in such properties as color intensity, pungent flavor, pungent taste, mouthfeel were observed with more tomatoes added, Based on the results of this study, the optimal tomato content for maximizing the overall quality of dak-galbi sauce was 10~20% of general tomatoes or 20% of plum and canned tomatoes, More various kinds of dak-galbi sauce are expected to be developed through this study.
