금융소비자의 비대면 금융생활서비스 이용 및 이용가능성 영향요인

This is an exploratory study to find ways to improve the financial well-being of consumers in the digital environment. To that end, experience with, and satisfaction from, non-face-to-face financial services, plus self-confidence and reliability were evaluated. In addition, we examine how these characteristics relate to their competency in financial management. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the proportion of those experienced in using simple payment services and mobile remittance services was over 90%. The rates of financial product subscriptions, utility/tax payments, and app card usage were around 80%, with loan services and insurance claims at around 60%. On the other hand, experience with using a household account book service and robo-advisors did not even reach 50%, and with robo-advisors in particular only one person in five had experience using one. Second, from examining those who had used non-face-to-face financial services, satisfaction with mobile remittance services was the highest, and satisfaction with simple payment services, which had the highest usage rate, was moderate. For household account books and robo-advisor services, which had low usage rates, satisfaction was also low. Third, self-confidence with non-face-to-face financial services was higher in younger age groups and college (or higher) graduates who had high subjective income levels, whereas those who had a propensity to consume, and those with a propensity to save, were at appropriate levels. In particular, for mobile remittance services, the difference in self-confidence between inexperienced and experienced users was the greatest. Fourth, differences were examined between financial competencies in financial management according to experience from using non-face-to-face financial services. Financial management knowledge, behavior, attitudes, and skills were found to be higher in those with experience using a service. Fifth, financial management knowledge and skills were found to be factors that increased possibility of using financial services, and financial management behavior was found to have a weak influence. 본 연구는 급속히 변화하는 디지털전환 환경에서 비대면으로 이루어지는 금융생활서비스 이용 경험과 만족도, 자신감과 신뢰감을 평가하고, 이러한 특성이 재무관리역량과어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 비대면 금융생활서비스 경험률을 살펴본 결과 간편결제 서비스와 모바일 송금서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 비중은 90%가 넘을 만큼 대중화 되어 있는 것을 확인하였고 금융상품 가입과 공공요금/세금 납부, 앱카드 이용률은 80% 내외, 보험금 청구 서비스는 60% 내외로 나타났다. 반면 가계부 서비스와로보어드바이저 이용경험률은 50% 미만이었고, 특히 로보어드바이저의 경우는 5명 중1명 정도만 이용한 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비대면 금융생활서비스 이용 경험자의 만족도가 가장 높은 서비스는 모바일 송금서비스였고 이용률이 가장 높았던 간편결제 서비스의 만족도는 중간 정도였으며 이용률이 낮았던 가계부와 로보어드바이저서비스의 경우는 만족도도 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 비대면 금융생활서비스에 대한 자신감은 연령이 낮은 집단, 대졸 이상인 경우, 주관적 소득수준이 높은 경우, 소비성향과 저축성향이 적정수준인 경우 더 높게 나타났고 영남권에 거주하는 경우 충청강원권에 거주하는 경우보다 더 높았다. 또한 모든 비대면 금융생활서비스에서 이용경험이 있는 경우자신감이 더 높았고, 특히 모바일 송금서비스의 경우 무경험자와 유경험자 간의 자신감차이가 가장 컸다. 넷째, 비대면 금융생활서비스 이용경험에 따른 재무관리역량 수준의차이를 살펴본 결과, 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 경우 재무관리지식, 행동, 태도, 기술이 더 높게 나타난 경우가 많았다. 다섯째, 재무관리역량에 포함되는 지식과 기술은 비대면 금융서비스의 이용가능성을 높이는 요인으로 나타났고 재무관리행동의 경우 약하게나마 이용가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
한국 상담자를 위한 옹호활동 인식 척도의 개발 및 타당화

본 연구는 한국 상담자들의 옹호활동에 대한 인식 수준을 측정하는 척도를 개발하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 김민정, 최한나(2021)가 도출한 옹호활동에 관한 76개의 예비 문항을 토대로, 척도 개발을 위해 상담 전공 대학원 석사 과정 재학 이상의 268명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 263명의 자료로 문항 분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 상담자로서의 사회적 기여, 심리적 옹호, 지원망 연계 3개 요인과 총 18문항이 도출되었다. 3요인 18문항 모형에 대한 구인타당도를 확인하기 위해 동일한 조건으로 255명의 자료를 수집하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 본 연구의 모형이 적합한 수준임을 확인하였다. 척도의 준거타당도를 확인하기 위해 사회정의 옹호역량, 다문화 상담 역량, 상담 경력, 다문화 상담 경험, 사회정치적 관심과의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고, 개발된 척도가 적절한 신뢰도와 타당도를 갖춘 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 한국 상담자를 위한 옹호활동 인식 척도의 의의와 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the Advocacy Perception Scale for Korean counselors. To this end, based on 76 initial items of advocacy derived by Kim and Choi(2021), data were collected from 268 students enrolled in a master’s program or higher in counseling to develop the scale, and final 263 data were analyzed for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. As a result, 3 factors and 18 items were derived. The three factors were labeled as : Social Contribution as a Counselor ; Psychological Advocacy ; and support network connection. As a result of collecting data from 255 students under the same conditions and conducting a confirmatory factor analysis to confirm the construct validity of the 3-factor 18-items model, it was confirmed that the model of this study was appropriate. In order to confirm the criterion validity of the developed scale, a correlation analysis was conducted with the social justice advocacy competence, multi-cultural competence, counseling experience, multi-cultural counseling experiences, and social political interest, and it was confirmed that the developed scale had appropriate reliability and validity. Finally, the implications and significances of advocacy perception scale for Korean counselors were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to research on the motives and behaviors of Blog utilizing for middle school and college students, who were frequent users of Blog. I tried to find the sub-factors of the Blog using motives, the Blog using behavior, and the reasons for reduced interests toward Blog, and to find the relationships among these factors and the differences between the two groups. And I tried to find the typology based on Blog utilizing motives and behaviors, and to find the characteristics of the types. In order to accomplish objectives, FGI and survey were used simultaneously. From FGI, I improved the questionnaire and the survey was conducted toward 475 male, female middle school and college students in Daegu and Kyungbuk areas. SPSS 14.0 program was used to analyze frequency, cross-tabs, factor analysis, t-test, and K-mean cluster analysis for collected data. The research showed following conclusions. First, I found the 5 factors of Blog utilizing motives, 2 Blog utilizing behavior factors and 3 factors of the reduced interest toward Blog. Second, Blog utilizing motives, Blog utilizing behavior, and reasons for reduced interest have mutual direct influences. Third, by Blog using motive and behavior of participants, cluster analysis was conducted. They were divided into the passive Blog user group and the active Blog user one. Active user group had 236 participants and passive user group had 169. Active user group experienced more disappointment in Blog contents, felt more burdens in management, reduced interest and side effects than passive user. Active user group had higher Blog utilization, higher ratio of female students and more college students.
Elastic net을 활용한 남녀 학생의 읽기 성취 예측변수 탐색: PISA 2018 자료 분석

The purpose of this study was to build models of high prediction and to explore reading predictors, applying machine learning to the Korean samples who participated in the PISA(Programme for International Student Assessment) 2018 assessment (509 variables of 6,630 samples). Among machine learning techniques, penalized regression (regularization) and random forests were compared in terms of prediction, specifically RMSE (Root Mean Square Error). As a result, penalized regression outperformed random forest, and elastic net was chosen over LASSO(Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator) due to its capability to handle possible multicollinearity issues. After prediction models were separately built for male and female students via the Elastic net, new predictors yet uninvestigated in previous research were identified and summarized as follows. First, the predictors that were commonly selected from the male and female models included school variables such as foreign language class hours and performing arts class-taking. Second, male predictors were mostly individual (e.g., resilience and cross-cultural acceptance). Third, with regard to female students, school and parent variables were found important such as students’ perception on school cooperation and the importance of school reputation in parents’ school selection, respectively. The results on gender differences are expected to contribute to improving the Korean students’ reading literacy. Further studies are warranted.

The purpose of this case report is to introduce milled titanium bar with Locator® that made by CAD/CAM for implant supported overdenture in maxillary edentulous patients. For over 2 years, in terms of function and esthetics, satisfactory result was obtained.
해삼 추출물의 Streptococcus mutans 에 대한 항우식 효과

Apostichopus japonicus (A. japonicus )는 극피동물문 해삼강에 속하는 무척추동물로 전 세계적으로 약1,500종이 분포하고 있다. A. japonicus 와 관련된 이전 연구에서 항산화 및 항염증 효과가 보고된 바 있으나항치아우식 효과는 보고된 바가 없다. 본 연구는 A. japonicus 추출물이 Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans ) 의 치아우식 활동을 억제할 수 있는지를 평가했다. S. mutans 는 치아우식 및 치아생물막 형성에 주요한 역할을 하는 세균 중 하나이다. 성장, 산 생성 및 생물막 형성과 같은 치아우식 특성에 대한 A. japonicus 추출물의 억제 효과를 평가하였다. A. japonicus 추출물은 S. mutans 의 성장과 산 생성을 유의하게 억제했으며, 또한 Safranin 염색을 통해 A. japonicus 추출물의 생물막 형성 억제 효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 A. japonicus 추출물이 S. mutans 의 치아우식 활동을 억제하며 항 치아우식 제제로서의 잠재적 후보가 될 수있음을 시사한다. Apostichopus japonicus (A. japonicus) is an invertebrate belonging to the family of Echinodermata (Holothuroidea) that includes approximately 1,500 species worldwide. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects have been reported in previous studies of A. japonicus, but no anti-cariogenic effects have been reported. This study evaluated the anti-cariogenic effect of A. japonicus extract on Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans). S. mutans is one of the major bacterial contributors to dental caries and dental biofilm formation. The inhibitory effects of A. japonicus extract on cariogenic properties, such as growth, acid production, and biofilm formation were evaluated. A. japonicus extract significantly inhibited the growth and acid production of S. mutans. Moreover, the inhibitory effect of A. japonicus extract on biofilm formation was confirmed through safranin staining. These results suggest that A. japonicus extract can inhibit the cariogenic activity of S. mutans and may be a potential anti-cariogenic agent.
임파워링 리더십이 호텔종사원의 향상초점과 창의성, 혁신행동에 미치는 영향-혁신지원인식의 조절효과-

This study was conducted to apply empowering leadership, which has received positive evaluation by preceding studies as a type of leadership that improves innovative behaviors of hotel employees, to identify the correlation between hotel managers' empowering behaviors and hotel employees' promotion focus, creativity, and innovative behaviors.Also, perceived support for innovation was applied as the moderating variable between empowering leadership and innovative behaviors and between promotion focus and innovative behaviors to check its effect. The subjects of this study were the employees of five-star hotels of Korea and the samples were 219 employees of six five-star hotels, including L hotel, I hotel, and h Hotel in Seoul, H hotel in Gyeonggi-do, C hotel in Busan, and H hotel in Jeju. As a result, it was found that empowering leadership has a positive impact on promotion focus and creativity, but no significant impact on innovative behaviors.This study clarified the positive effect of promotion focus and creativity on innovative behaviors and the moderating effect of perceived support for innovation between promotion focus and innovative behaviors to identify the structural correlation between variables for the innovative behaviors of employees.
