        윤동주의 시에 나타난 기독교 신앙 : 「十字架」를 중심으로

        Yun, Dong-ju wrote several religious poems around May and June 1941, the establishment stage of Christianity. This paper analyzed 「Walk with Your Eyes Closed」 and 「Cross」 which strongly reveal his religious beliefs. 「Walk with Your Eyes Closed」 contains a poet’s firm will to stick to his faith despite ruthless persecution. In this poem, Yun, Dong-ju was very concerned about two kinds of false step; Earthly temptation and being skeptical about Christianity with the belief of ‘the God = Human’. This kind of complete and deep faith grows up to the spirit of martyrdom in 「Cross」. In 「Cross」, Yun, Dong-ju described the Age of Darkness in which we could not be rescued wihtout a cross. In this poem, therefore, a poetic ’I’ awaits martyrdom just like Jesus to end the Age of Darkness and the time of corruption by offering himself in sacrifice. 「Cross」 delivers a massage that true faith contains the spirit of martyrdom. Yun, Dong-ju wrote poems which internalized the spirit of martyrdom and fallowed the path mentioned in 「Cross」 in person. He died in prison in Hukuoka(福岡) in February 1945. He died a martyr after living an eternal life in simultaneity with Jesus. After all, it was him(Yun, Dongju) who was expressed as a religious existence in Cross .

        정상교합자와 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 경추골성숙도에 관한 연구

        정상교합자와 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자간의 성장 정도에 차이가 있는지를 평가하기 위해 8-12세 여자를 대상으로 하여 진단 석고 모형과 측모두부방사선사진을 기준으로 정상교합자 172명 , 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자 191명 총 363명을 분류하여 연구를 시행하였다. 경추의 하연의 만곡도와 수직·수평 길이의 비를 측정해서 연령이 증가함에 따른 변화를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 연령이 증가함에 따라 제2~6경추의 하연의 만곡도는 정상교합자와 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자 모두에서 일정하게 증가하였다. 2. 연령이 증가함에 따라 제3~6경추의 수직·수평 길이의 비도 정상교합자와 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자 모두에서 일정하게 증가하였다. 3. 제2~6경추의 하연의 만곡도와 제3~6경추의 수직·수평 길이의 비에서 정상교합자와 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자간의 경추골성숙도 차이를 조사한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 정상교합자와 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자간의 경추골성숙도를 비교했을 때 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으므로 성장에 차이가 없음을 시사하였다. This study was to evaluate and compare differences of the cervical vertebral skeletal maturity of normal occlusion and skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Normal occlusion (172 girls) and skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion(191 girls) were classified according to diagnosis stone model and lateral cephalogram of Korean girls aging from 8 to 12 years. The concavity of inferior border, vertico-horizontal ratio of cervical vertebrae were observed and measured according to age. Differences of the cervical vertebral skeletal maturity were evaluated. The results were as follows : 1. The concavity of inferior border of the 2nd to 6th vertebrae of normal occlusion and skeletal Class Ⅲ had uniformly increased with age. 2. The vertico-horizontal ratio of the 3rd to 6th vertebrae of girls with normal occlusion and skeletal Class Ⅲ had uniformly increased with age. 3. There was no significant difference in cervical vertebral skeletal maturity between normal occlusion and skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in the concavity of inferior border of the 2nd to 6th vertebrae and in the vertico-horizontal ratio of the 3rd to 6th vertebrae. The results in the study indicate that there is no significant difference of cervical vertebral skeletal maturity between girls with normal occlusion and skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion.

        Case Report : A Case of Behcet`s Disease Complicated by IgA Nephropathy

        Behcet`s disease (BD) is a rare, multisystemic disorder characterized by vasculitis. Although renal involvement rarely coexists with BD, several types of renal involvements have been reported: amyloidosis, glomerulonephritis and vascular involvement. Herein, we report a rare case of BD complicated with IgA nephropathy (IgAN). A 42-year-old woman visited the hospital due to joint pains and painful subcutaneous nodules. Based on her medical history of recurrent orogenital ulcers, arthritis, enteral ulcers, erythema nodosum-like skin lesions, and a positive pathergy test, we diagnosed her with BD. To evaluate proteinuria, we performed a renal biopsy. The patient was diagnosed with BD complicated with IgAN, and treated with a low dosage of steroid, colchicine, as well as angiotensin II type I receptor blockers. Although renal involvement in BD is rare, it is important to periodically perform renal function assessments in patients with BD involving abnormal urine results.

        윤동주(尹東柱)의 시(詩)에 나타난 종말의식(終末意識) - 광명중학(光明中學) 시절(時節)의 시편(詩篇)들을 중심(中心)으로 -

        尹東柱는 日帝가 경영하던 龍井의 光明中學을 다니는 동안, 극도로 타락한 非歷史的 時代를 직접 체험하면서 시를 썼다. 이 시기 그의 시편들은 당시의 시대적 어둠으로 인한 內面的 葛藤의 記錄이다. 그는 歷史 속에서 일하시는 하느님의 役事를 믿으면서, 시대적 어둠에 휩쓸리지 않고 자신의 歷史的 位置를 지키며 깨어 있고자 하였다. 타락한 시대가 주는 좌절감을 終末論的 希望으로 극복해 나아갔던 것이다. 光明中學 시절에 시작된 그의 그리스도교적 終末意識은 그의 시를 형성한 基本動因 중의 하나이다. 그의 終末意識은 이후, 연희전문 시절과 東京 유학 시절을 거치면서 더욱 발전하여, 그로 하여금 암울한 시대를 넘어 마침내 殉敎에까지 나아가도록 한 내면적인 힘의 根源이 된다. While attending Gwangmyeong Middle School of Longjing, operated by the Japanese, Yun, Dong-ju directly experienced an era of ahistorical period which was extremely corrupt. Yun’s poems written during this period reflect his covert conflict caused by the darkness of the time. Yun, as he believed the work of God who worked within the history, tried to maintain his historical position and remain enlightened without being overwhelmed by the darkness of the time. He had overcome the challenges of the corrupted era with apocalyptic hope. Yun’s apocalyptic consciousness of Christianity that had been instilled during his time at Gwangmyeong Middle School is one of the fundamental motives that formed his poems. Yun’s apocalyptic consciousness developed even further in the later days as it had become the source of insidious force which made him overcome the dark times and die a martyr for his faith.

        윤동주(尹東柱)의 「바람이 불어」에 나타난 자아(自我) 이해(理解)

        尹東柱는 그의 시 「바람이 불어」(1941.6.2)에서, 倫理的 實存을 넘어 宗敎的 實存으로 跳躍하는 모습을 보여주고 있다. 이 시에서 시인은 主體性을 지닌 윤리적 실존으로서의 자신이 普遍的 倫理를 실현할 수 없다는 것을 告白하며 통절히 뉘우친다. 이 뉘우침 속에 윤리적 실존은 自己矛盾을 드러내며 切望한다. 그러나 이 절망은 새로운 自我를 형성하는 발판이 된다. 시인은 沈默의 祈禱를 통해 무한한 사랑이신 하느님의 말씀을 듣고 진정한 자아를 찾게 되는 것이다. 이렇게 거듭난 자아는 信仰의 決斷을 통해 强化된 새로운 主體性이다. 시인은 마침내 時間 속에서 永遠을 만나는 종교적 실존으로서의 自我를 確立한다. 그리하여 그리스도와의 同時性을 획득하는 바, 이것은 그 자체로 殉敎의 의미를 內包하는 것이다. This essay is an analysis of Yun, Dong-ju’s 「The Wind Is Blowing」, which was written when he was in the first half of graduating class of Yonhee College. In this chapter of his life, within the influence of Kierkegaard's existential philosophy, he established his subjecthood in Christian faith. So, I try to grasp the meaning of leaping from ethical existence to religious existence. 「The Wind Is Blowing」 is largely divided into two parts, the first half being the first to the fourth stanza and latter half being the fifth to the sixth stanza. The first half implies that ethical attitude to life fails when the poetic self sees that he cannot realize the universal. And the latter half portrays the image of religious existence; the poetic self is grounded transparently in God. There is the prayers of the poetic self between ethical existence and religious existence. In the deepest sense prayer is the language of openness, and the language of openness to God is silence. The poetic self comes to realize that true prayer is to wait until he hears the words of God in silence, he becomes conscious of the tremendous gulf between himself and God, finally he accepts himself as a sinner. The fundamental theme of 「The Wind Is Blowing」 is the meaning of personal existence, ultimately, the problem of becoming a Christian. The poetic self-accepts the paradox that God, the Eternal, has become incarnate in a particular individual man, Jesus, in time. Finally, the poet stands where time and eternity meet, in this sense he is contemporary of Christ, and his faith is martyrdom in itself.

        윤동주(尹東柱)의 시(詩)에 나타난 종교적(宗敎的) 실존(實存)- 「돌아와 보는 밤」 분석(分析)-

        이 글에서는 尹東柱가 연희전문 졸업반 前半期에 쓴 詩 「돌아와 보는 밤」을, 그에게 큰 影響을 끼친 키에르케고르의 實存哲學과 관련하여 分析함으로써, 尹東柱의 시에 나타난 ‘宗敎的 實存’의 모습을 捕捉하고자 하였다. 이 작품의 詩的 自我는 세상으로부터 자신의 ‘좁은 방’으로 돌아와 불을 끄고 눈을 감는다. 이윽고 그는 ‘마음 속으로 흐르는 소리’를 듣는다. 이는 세상과 斷絶된 孤獨 가운데 하느님 앞에 홀로 선 單獨者의 모습이다. 이 詩는 기독교 신자인 시인이 祈禱하는 모습을 보여 주는 작품이면서, 동시에 그 자체로 하나의 祈禱이기도 하다. 尹東柱는 진정으로 基督敎 신자가 된다는 것이 무엇인가 하는 문제와 씨름한 祈禱의 사람이었다. 마침내 그는 地球 바깥에서 지구를 움직일 수 있는 아르키메데스의 點, 즉 이 시에서 ‘좁은 방’으로 나타난 祈禱의 자리를 찾아 냈다. 이 詩는 그 이후에 다른 名篇들의 創作을 가능케 한 아르케메데스의 點이 된다. This paper tries to analyze Yoon, Dong-ju's The Night I Returned, which was written when he was in the first half of the graduating class of Yonhee College, in connection with the existential philosophy of Kierkegaard, who had a great influence on his growth of the Christian faith. So, I try to grasp the meaning of the movement of his personal existence toward the religious existence. In The Night I Returned, The poetic ‘I' returns to his narrow room from the world and puts out the light, then slowly closes his eyes. After a while, sounds flow within his heart, and his thoughts are ripening on their own. This figure of ‘a man of prayer' suggests that the poet detaches his self from worldly ties and worldly dependence and comes alone before God. In a manner of speaking, that is the figure of ‘a single one', and this poem is a prayer in itself. Yoon, Dong-ju was a man of prayer. He wrestled with the problem of becoming a Christian, deepened his understanding of the relationship of his life to the Christian faith. To become a Christian is to become aware of one's inmost individuality, and to become a single one. At last, he found a place of prayer, his narrow room, Archimedean point outside the world from which to move the earth. In the same way, The Night I Returned turned out to be such a point from which to compose preeminent poems.

        5-FU, Cisplatin 사용 후 발생한 방사선 회상 근염 1예

        Radiation recall phenomenon is an inflammatory reaction which occurs at a previously irradiated area after the administration of causative agents, especially anticancer drugs. Radiation recall mostly involves skin and rarely affects internal organs. We, hereby, report a rare case of radiation recall myositis. A 51-years-old man visited the hospital due to pain and weakness of the left thigh. He had been diagnosed with a skin metastasis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, at the left thigh and treated with radiotherapy and subsequent combination chemotherapy of 5-FU and cisplatin. After the 5th cycle of chemotherapy, the patient developed pain and weakness localized at the previous radiation field. An MRI revealed myositis of left gluteus medius muscle. Muscle biopsy showed no malignant cells or signs of infection. He was diagnosed as having radiation recall myositis and treated with steroid and NSAID. Soon after, pain and weakness gradually improved. Although rare, a possibility of radiation recall myositis should be considered when a patient with history of radiotherapy has a myopathy.
