        As the transport has been generalized to multimodel transport from ocean transport with the development of trade, the carrier's liability has been extended to port to port. The cargo insurance must also meet such a requirement of the times. So the introduced clause is Warehouse to Warehouse Clause on I.C.C and it was enacted to clarify the concepts of transportation and final warehouse as the transit clause in 1982. The term insureed is very meaningful to insurer and insured in contract of insurance like perils covered and excluded perils because it dertermines protection by insurance for insured and the risk cover for insurer. The transit clause this study is to investigate is the most important on clauses of ICC and is hard to understand, and has many problems for its interpretation and especially coming into questions are as follows ; First, in ordinary course of transit, what voyage does it belong to the conventional scope ? Second, as the meaning of final warehouse, what is the final warehouse ? Third, which is the intermedite warehouse, stowage of final warehouse for distribution ? Fourth, in the clause that" the insurance shall be expired on 60th days after discharge", how does the basic period of 60th days be calculated? In applying the transit clause of ICC(Institute Cargo Cluses)to the cargoes of transit system, it has primary factor of dispute on its interpretation and may result in a disadvantageous result which can not be anticipated in the position of shipper. This paper examines and reviews the literatures at home and abord related to multimodal transport insurance and investigates clear duration of risk of insurer and rational interpretation based on the historical consideratins and case examination and then to complement it, questionnaire is executed and claim documents of the insurance company are arranged and analyzed.

        골수구성 백혈병 환자에게 발생한 결핵성 림프절염

        혈액질환 가운데 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 알려진 것은 호지킨 림프종을 포함한 림프증식성질환 그리고 모양세포성 백혈병 등이 있다. 또한 동종 골수이식을 받은 환자에서도 결핵은 증가한다고 알려져있다. Kaplan 등은 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 보고하였다. 그러나 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵의 발생이 증가하는 이유에 대해서는 아직까지 정확하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 저자들이 2년 동안 후향적으로 조사한 180명의 성인 골수구성 백혈병 환자들 가운데 결핵이 발생한 환자는 4명이었고, 발생 부위는 모두 림프절이었다. 결핵은 골수구성 백혈병의 특정 아형에만 국한되어 발생하지 않았지만, 50%에서 FAB 분류에 의한 M4였다. 림프절이 종대된 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 특히, 결핵의 유병율이 높은 나라에서는 결핵성 림프절염도 감별진단에 포함시켜야 한다. During the neutropenic phase, leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy are prone to bacterial and, fungal infections; occasionally mycobacterial, viral and protozoal organisms may also cause infections. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection was reported very rarely in these patients. This report describes four patients with M. tuberculosis infection identified from 185 adult patients who were diagnosed myelogenous leukemia between January 2003, and December 2004. There was no patient with M. tuberculosis infection from 44 lymphoid leukemia and 11 acute biphenotypic leukemia patients. Sites of infection were all lymph nodes. Three among four patients were presented with lymphadenopathy at initial diagnosis of leukemia, and the other one presented with lymphadenopathy after induction chemotherapy. There was no patient presented with lymphadenopathy during the neutropenic phase. Tuberculous lymphadenitis was presented in a patient with three acute myelogenous leukemia (FAB class 2 M4, 1 M2) and a chronic myelogenous leukemia, accelerated phase. An acute myelogenous leukemia patient had a leukemic cell and tubercle bacilli in the same lymph node. Tuberculosis should also be included as a differential diagnosis in myelogenous leukemia patient with lymphadenopathy, especially in the countries in which the disease is endemic.

      • 병재배 폐톱밥을 이용한 양송이 복토재료 개발에 관한 연구

        애느타리 병재배후 탈병한 톱밥을 3월 중순 퇴적하여 부숙시킨 결과 퇴적기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 부숙정도는 퇴적 30일이후에 가장 컸으며 부숙 소요일수는 최소 48일이었다. 퇴적 기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 pH 및 총 질소 함량은 부숙이 진전됨에 따라 증가하는 경향이었고 총 탄소 및 C/N율은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향이었다. 식양토에 부숙이 완료된 톱밥을 부피 비율로 10, 30, 50%씩 첨가하여 복토 재료로 사용한 결과 30% 첨가시 식양토 단용 처리보다 A. bisporus 균사 생장이 촉진되고 초발이 소요일수가 5일 빠르며, 수량에 있어서도 28% 증수되었다. After bottle culture of Pleurotus ostreatus, sawdust was taken out from the bottle and accumulated in the middle of March, and then composted. As the result, Y value was decreased rapidly 30 days after composting, and it was decreased slowly after 30 days. It is considered that 118 days is required for composting, however, it is possible to use for casing material after at least 48 days composting. The pH and total nitrogen content of sawdust based on composting period had tendency to increase as composting was processed. Total carbon and C/N rate had tendency to decrease as time went on. Based on the rate of 10, 30 and 50%, each sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporrus. Among various treatments, the mycelial growth of A. bisporus was more favorable in the treatment of 30% sawdust than in the single treatment of clay loam. Based on the date necessary for primodium formation of A. bisporus, the primodium formation in the treatment of 30% sawdust was reduced to about 5 days as compared with that of any other treatments When 30% sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporus, the yield of its fruiting body was increased to 28%.

        Heterotopic ossification is frequent complication in patients with spinal cord or brain injury, although the etiology is unknown. The extensive heterotopic ossification is a cause of limitation of active or passive joint motion and ultimately bony ankylosis which interferes independency in activities of daily living and ability of maximum rehabilitation. Whereas, the articular complication of heterotopic ossification have been well documented, the vascular complication are less well known. We experienced one case with vascular compression and obstruction by heterotopic ossification in a patient with traumatic brain injury and reported the case with clinical and radiologcal and laboratoric findings.

      • Actinobacillus sp. EL-9로부터 생산된 생분해성 폴리에스터의 구조 및 특성

        Actinobacillus sp. EL-9로 부터 추출, 정제된 PHB를 GC, IR 및 NMR로 분석한 후, 그 구조를 확인하였으며, 열적 성질, 점도 및 분자량 등을 검토하였다. Actinobacillus sp. EL-9로부터 추출, 정제된 PHB를 IR,500㎒ ^1H-NMR 및 125㎒ ^13C-NMR 를 이용하여 조성분석을 실시한 결과, 본 공시균이 생산한PHB는3-hydroxybutyric acid 의 homopolymer임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 PHB의melting temperature(T_m)은 169.7℃임을 알 수 있었으며, crystallization trmperature(T_c)는 69.13℃이었다. PHB의 점도는 1.08×10^6(±3,000)이었다. In this study, the composition and characteristic of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB) biosynthesized by Actinobacillus sp. EL-9 are investigated. PHB produced by Actinobacillus sp. EL-9 was identified as the homopolymer of 3-hydroxybutyric acid(PHB)by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis. The melting temperature(T_m), and crystallization trmperature(T_c)of PHB was 169.7℃ and 69.13℃, respectively. the viscosity on the basis of Brookfield viscometer was 6.01㎗/g. The viscosity-average molecular weight estimated by Mark-Ho-wink-Sakurada equation was 1.08×10^6(±3,000).

      • 비정상 질확대경검사 소견을 보이는 환자에서 환상투열요법의 직접적 적용에 관한 연구

        Objective: Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone (LLETZ) has been widely used for evaluating cervical dysplasia/cancer. We performed this study to evaluate if colposcopically suspected cervical high-grade dysplasia or cancer could be directly evaluated and treated with LLETZ. Methods: 93 women who were scheduled for colposcopic evaluation because of an abnormal cervical cytology report were included in the study in Sanggye Paik Hospital from Jan to Dec 2001. Mean age of the study population was 38.6±9.0. colposcopy directed punch biopsy was not performed and histologic diagnosis was made by LLETZ. Sensitivity and specificity of colposcopic evaluation was calculated and compared with those of cervical cytology. Results: On histopathological examination by LLETZ, 11(11.8%) patients had invasive cancers including 3(3.2%) adenocarcinomas. The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy for the detection of cervical dysplasia or cancer was 71.7% and 72.3% respectively, wile those of cytology was 56.5% and 74.5% respectively. Conclusion: LLETZ may be adequately performed for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical dysplasia/cancer based on the results of pap smear and colposcopy without punch biopsy. Cost benefit might be anticipated while cost-effectiveness analysis is necessary in the future.

      • 유도전동기 드라이브 시스템의 고성능 벡터제어를 위한 PI 및 퍼지 제어기의 비교

        For high performance induction motor drives such as mill drives, elevator, spindle drive, NC and so on, accurate position and speed controls are usually required. In high performance drives of induction motors, the position and speed controller usually undergoes a windup because of voltage limitation due to an inverter saturation. This paper is proposes the performance comparison of PI, antiwindup PI and fuzzy controller for high performance vector control of induction motor drive system. An antiwindup PI controller is proposed for PI controller considering inverter saturation. The performance of a fuzzy controller is compared with that of an antiwindup PI controller in an internal loop. The validity of the proposed technique is confirmed by simulation results for induction motor drive system.

      • 적응관측기를 이용한 SPMSM의 속도 및 위치 센서리스 제어

        This paper is proposed to position and speed control of a surface permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) drive without mechanical sensor. An adaptive state observer is used for the mechanical state estimation of the motor. The observer is developed based on a nonlinear model of the SPMSM, that employs a d-q rotating reference frame attached to the rotor. A adaptive observer is implemented to compute the speed and position feedback signal. The validity of the proposed sensorless scheme is confirmed by various response characteristics.
