성과지향적 콘텐츠에 기반한 태권도장의 품질변화 예측에 따른 경영전략

As Taekwondo's technology system is diverse, it can not be overlooked that Taekwondo-gym has a wide variety of roles and functions. Therefore, it is necessary to continually expand the contents to meet the needs of children and adolescents belonging to Taekwondo-gym and Taekwondo-gym, which are at the forefront of Taekwondo dissemination and occupy the majority of Taekwondo residents, and parents who support them. Achieving Educational Value of Taekwondo-gym through Future Prediction Content-based performance orientation will be used as an important content in Taekwondo-gym in the future. However, there remains a question as to whether masters of Taekwondo-gym can effectively guide it. And the leader education that can strengthen it in the future should be done through Taekwondo department and Taekwondo organization. Achieving Economic Value of Taekwondo-gym through Future Prediction Content-based achievement orientation causes the peoples in Taekwondo to keep asking about the essence of Taekwondo itself. However, recalling that Taekwondo-gym is a private education facility for trainees and parents and a means of livelihood for taekwondo-gym's masters, there is a lack of justification for growing and developing as a professional integrated sports education facility.Just as Taekwondo-gym has grown quantitatively and qualitatively over the last half-century, it will certainly continue to grow as society demands it. The biggest problem is whether Taekwondo-gym change and innovation are ready for Taekwondo masters to accept. 태권도의 기술체계가 다양하듯이 태권도장이 지니는 역할과 기능이 매우 다양함을 간과 할 수 없다. 따라서 태권도보급의 최일선에 존재하며 태권도 수련인구의 대다수를 차지하는 태권도장과 태권도장의 아동 및 청소년 수련생 그리고 이를 지원하는 학부모의 요구에 부응하는 콘텐츠의 지속적인 확충이 필요한 것이다. 미래예측을 통한 태권도장의 교육적 가치실현 콘텐츠 기반의 성과지향은 향후 태권도장에서 지속적으로 중요한 콘텐츠로서 활용 될 것이다. 그러나 태권도장의 지도자들이 이를 효과적으로 지도 할 수 잇을 것인가에 대한 의문은 남아있다. 그리고 앞으로 이를강화할 수 있는 지도자 교육이 태권도 전공학과 및 태권도 기관을 통하여 이루어져야 할 것이다. 미래예측을 통한 태권도장의 경제적 가치실현 콘텐츠 기반의 성과지향은 태권도의 본질에 대한 물음을 태권도인 스스로에게 계속하도록만드는 원인이 되고 있다. 그러나 태권도장이 수련생과 학부모를 위한 사설 교육시설이면서 태권도장 사범들의 생계수단임을 상기 할 때, 전문적인 종합 스포츠 교육 시설로 성장하고 발전 하는 것을 반대할 수 있는 명분은 부족하다. 태권도장이 지난 반세기 동안 양적 질적 규모를 성장해 왔듯이 분명히 사회의 요구에 따라 지속적인 성장은 가능할것이다. 가장 큰 문제는 태권도장의 변화와 혁신을 태권도 지도자들이 받아들일 준비가 되었는가가 더욱 중요하다.

An Invasion-Biological Perspective of Taekwondo Globalization

Researchers have long been interested in the reasons why Taekwondo was globalized success-fully. The efforts of masters in the foreign lands, the role of organizations, the support of the Korean government, and Taekwondo`s sportization have all been suggested as reasons. These explanations are convincing but not enough to define the reasons because of their lack of discus-sion about the characteristics of Taekwondo itself. This study focused on identifying the cultural phenomenal characteristics of Taekwondo which have aided in the sport`s globalization. The pur-pose of this study was to identify the reasons for the successful globalization of Taekwondo from an invasion-biological perspective. Invasion biology was chosen as the theoretical resource. Suc-cessful invasive organisms have two characteristics: absence of natural enemies and a genetic factor with various information. These biological traits can be interpreted as cultural features of uniqueness and requisite diversity. Taekwondo is a unique cultural phenomenon with exception-ally dynamic skills and a rich cultural diversity that can cope with environmental changes. Firstly, Taekwondo skills are fast and dynamic. The dynamics expressed in Taekwondo sparring are pro-moted through demonstration and competitions, including poomsae competitions. In addition, Taekwondo has the requisite diversity to meet demands from various environments. One of the main reasons why Taekwondo has the requisite diversity is its weak tradition. The cultural phe-nomenon which has a strong tradition is closed to its environment, but the cultural phenomenon which has a weak tradition is opened. The expression “open to the environment” means to absorb the heterogeneous elements into oneself. Through such inclusive process, Taekwondo has the requisite diversity. The uniqueness of skills and the requisite diversity are an agent of Taekwondo`s successful globalization.

스포츠산업,경영학 : 태권도장 경영 효율화를 위한 제도적 문제점과 해결방안

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the reasons of management difficulty by examining/analyzing basic systems related to TaeKwonDo as a method to find a way out of TaeKwonDo centers in saturation, and to find a solution. The solution of this problem can cause the training quality of more essential problem to increase. The results of this study are: First, the value of training in TaeKwonDo centers must be recovered. The contents of center training must recover not only the satisfaction of customer and demands to epoch change, but also the martial artistic value of TaeKwonDo. Secondly, advancement of TaeKwonDo coaches to foreign countries must be promoted. Thirdly, developing program to secure adult population of TaeKwonDo training is urgent. Fourthly, offices fully in charge of TaeKwonDo center must be newly established among 3 important organizations. New establishment of offices fully in charge of TaeKwonDo centers is an important agenda concerning the fact that diverse solutions to efficient center management and population of trainees in TaeKwonDo centers can be supported. Fifthly, a realistic system supplement to extend the period of training is necessary. Therefore, identification in training suit reinforces visible motive, and can directly affect to extend period of training by giving satisfaction to the trainees. Sixthly, the spirit of the times must be secured through system support of TaeKwonDo world and absurdity must be gotten rid of from beginning. Seventhly, education for TaeKwonDo coaches needs to be substantial. The education to become TaeKwonDo coaches, which is only 4 hours of education in World TaeKwonDo Headquarters, exposes the limits to coach education. Eighthly, there is necessity so secure new layer of training due to change in judgmentregulations. The change in judgment regulations provides a final role in creating a new training culture. Making the inspection diverse with a program such as TaeKwon exercise can be a solution. Ninthly, TaeKwonDo centers must find solutions to lead a new level of training form and culture.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 「국기원 태권도연구」 연구동향 분석

목적 본 연구는 2019년까지 10년 동안 「국기원 태권도연구」에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 태권도연구의 발전방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 「국기원 태권도연구」에 게재된 논문의 키워드를 R-프로그램(Version 3.5.3)의 SNA 패키지로 네트워크 텍스트 분석(Network text analysis)을 실시하여 핵심 키워드를 이용한 연구주제 및 연구경향을 파악하였다. 결과 「국기원 태권도연구」의 결과는 질적연구, 양적연구로 구분하여 분석을 진행하였다. 질적연구는 총 111건, 키워드는 312개였으며, “taekwondo”가 41건으로 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 또한 “virtue”, “spirit”, “taekwondo philosophy” 등 태권도 가치관, “subak”, “taekkyeon”, “karate”, “martial art” 등 역사, “taekwondo demonstration”, “poomsae”, “globaliazion” 등 기술체계, “taekwondo master”, “taekwondo study”, “dojang” 등 교육관련 키워드로 집약되었다. 양적연구는 총 159건, 키워드는 442개였으며, “taekwondo”의 빈도가 69건으로 가장 많았다. 또한 기술체계 및 교육관련 키워드 뿐만 아니라 “body composition”, “blood lipid” 등의 건강관련 키워드가 나타났다. 결론 「국기원 태권도연구」는 질적 및 양적 연구의 수가 꾸준히 증가였다. 질적연구는 대부분 ‘태권도 가치관’, ‘역사’, ‘기술체계’, ‘교육’에 대한 연구였으며, 양적연구에는 ‘태권도 기술’, ‘지도자’ 관련 연구, 그리고 ‘건강증진’에 대한 연구가 있었다. 하지만 ‘건강증진’ 분야의 연구빈도는 아직도 매우 부족한 수준이다. Purpose This study aims to analyze the research trend of the published “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon” until 2019 and seeks further research on Taekwondo. Method We utilized the R-program SNA package (ver. 3.5.3) and conducted network text-analysis on keywords used in “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon,” and identified research topics and the research trend using network text analysis based on critical keywords. Results The research trend analysis of the “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon” was conducted by dividing it into qualitative and quantitative studies. The number of total qualitative studies was 111, and its total keyword number was 312. And the keyword frequency of the “taekwondo” was 41, and it showed the highest frequency. And mainly used keywords were related to the virtues of Taekwondo (“virtue,” “spirit,” and “taekwondo philosophy”), history (“subak,” “taekkyeon,” “karate,” and “martial art”), technical system (“taekwondo demonstration,” “poomsae,” and “globalization”), and education (“taekwondo master,” “taekwondo study,” and “dojang”). Meanwhile, the quantitative study's total number was 159, and its total keyword number was 442. The most used keyword was “taekwondo (69 times)”. Also, it showed that keywords related to health such as “body composition” and “blood lipid” along with keywords related to technology system and education. Conclusion In “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon,” the number of qualitative and quantitative studies has widely increased. The area of most qualitative studies was “taekwondo values,” “history,” “technology system,” and “education.” Also, site of most quantitative researches was “taekwondo skills,” “leader,” “health promotion.” However, the frequency of research in the field of “health promotion” is still very insufficient.

Rwanda Taekwondo: A Case Study on Volunteer Activity

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest ways to develop the Taekwondo Official Development Assistance project in developing countries by analyzing the case of the successful Rwanda Taekwondo Official Development Assistance project. Methods: This study was conducted by analyzing previously collected research related to Taekwondo Official Development Assistance and semi-structured and unstructured in-depth interviews with two business-related participants. Results: The National Health Promotion for Rwandan through Physical Education and Taekwondo Education (NHPRPETE) project cooperated with the Rwanda Taekwondo Federation (RTF) to establish a multipurpose Taekwondo gymnasium and make it available to students, faculty, local residents, and Taekwondo national delegates. The reasons for its success were as follows. First, it overcame the inefficiencies of a previous education program. Second, it overcame support discontinuity. Third, it overcame the inefficiencies of Rwanda Taekwondo business operations. Fourth, it established a collaborative system with other organizations. Fifth, it contributed to the development of the Rwanda community. Conclusions: This study shows how NHPRPETE overcame the Taekwondo Official Development Assistance problems by analyzing the success case of Rwanda Taekwondo Official Development Assistance. This research presents data that will be helpful for future Taekwondo members and policymakers related to the Taekwondo Official Development Assistance when devising future programs.

A Study on the Cultural Interpretation of Taekwondo Origin and Okinawa Origin

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the cultural base of the Three Taegeuk in depth in Subak, karate(dangsu), Goryeo, Joseon, and Ryukyuguk, and to present the identity of the historical and cul-tural aspects of Taekwondo. Method: The method of this study was to examine and analyze the cultural base of Taekwondo of Subak and karate in depth, to present the identity of Taekwondo in the historical and cultural aspects, and to present the traditionality and legitimacy of Taekwondo in the national flag. Results: The re-establishment of Taekwondo is essential due to the theory of origin of Okinawa, but most Taekwondo people lack the recognition of historicality. Okinawa had close interaction with us in the Joseon Dyn-asty. This means that there are some reliably authentic documents and relics that are related to Subaks and party Subaks, that is, there should be an in-depth analysis on the historical recognition of the origin theory of Taekwondo in Okinawa. This can be a medium to open historical horizons to Taekwondo people. Conclusion: The re-establishment of Taekwondo is essential due to the origin of Taekwondo in Okinawa, but most Taekwondo people are very lacking in historical awareness. Okinawa had close exchanges with us during the Joseon Dynasty, and when we saw it, there were credible ancient documents and artifacts that were related to Subaks and party trees. If Taekwondo academics do not present this, and go to this state, it may bring about a crisis of identity for the national Taekwondo physical education culture. Therefore, there should be a clear argument and a clear argument about Taekwondo history of Taekwondo history. Furthermore, we can present the right historical values and instill the right Taekwondo history education to our descendants.

국기원의 전략경영이 태권도 세계화와 국가브랜드 향상에 미친 영향에 대한 역사적 고찰

From the establishment of the Kukkiwon, Taekwondo began in earnest the process of globalization will not be an exaggeration even. The profession of Taekwondo introduced into the sports system can get to expand base of Taekwondo, seized the initiative in the world in terms of organizational, laid the foundation of Taekwondo globalization, and equip the face of the suzerain with the Kukkiwon and the World Taekwondo Federation was founded instrument. Taekwondo was joined the General Assembly of International Sports Federation(GAISF) on the first oriental martial arts in October 1975. In the process, Kukkiwon Taekwondo Demonstration Team play an important role to confirm the quality of Taekwondo and the differentiation between Taekwondo and many othes of oriental martial arts. This was an opportunity to gain international competitive advantage to be the Olympics Taekwondo in the long-term. The Kukkiwon achieved fame as a headquarters of Taekwondo and play a pivotal role in the globalization through the founding of the Kukkiwon demonstration team, the establishment of the promotion test system, and the establishment of the world Taekwondo academy. Through a series of these efforts, Taekwondo broadened the base in the world achieved the 1986 Seoul Asian Games adopt an official sport, adopted the 1988 Seoul Olympic demonstration sport, Brazilian Rio 2016 Olympic selection key events. In addition, the Kukkiwon not only set limits the globalization to the game, but also extend to traditional martial arts and cultural contents that increase the korea brand and Taekwondo value through the World Poomsae Championships and the World Taekwondo Hanmadang. In the global environment, Kukkiwon confirmed the need for practices that embody an integrated strategic vision system to continues the status and authority of a headquarters of Taekwondo, and need for expanding role which we have neglected as a traditional martial arts and a cultural contents to the globalization of Taekwondo.

군 태권도의 의미와 역할 탐색

The purpose of this study is to examine the track of military Taekwondo, which had a leading role in activating and diffusing Taekwondo,to break down the problem of stagnation and training method of military Taekwondo systematically, and to provide activation method in order to generally activate Taekwondo by giving appropriate role, expanding internal effect on raising the morale of soldiers, and enhancing the power of national defense. As a result, present use of Taekwondo as an index of evaluation of the army must be sublated, and a new activation plan for military Taekwondo, which corresponds to the purpose of modernized army is required. As for the plan, first, complementary relationship of Taekwondo, military Taekwondo, and communal Taekwondo must be established through systematic settlement. Second, active and creative operation skills must be cultivated by raising progressive attitude through Taekwondo. Lastly, by having distinct training method that is appropriate to the army, internal and external values of Taekwondo must be used as a tonic in life in the barracks. 이 연구의 목적은 태권도의 보급 및 활성화에 주도적인 역할을 해왔고, 태권도 세계화에 초석이 되었던 군 태권도의 발자취를 되짚어 봄으로써, 현재 군 태권도의 침체 원인과 훈련방법에 대한 문제점을 구조적으로 해체하여 군 태권도의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 국방력 증강 및 병사들의 사기진작에 대한 태권도의 내적 효과를 증대하고 그 올바른 역할을 제시함으로 태권도의 전반적인 활성화에 기여하고자 하였다. 그 결과 현재와 같이 태권도가 군에 대한 평가의 지표로 활용되는 것은 지양해야 하며, 현대화된 군대의 목적에 부합하는 새로운 군 태권도 활성화 방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 그 방안으로는 첫째로 태권도, 군 태권도, 사회태권도의 구조적 확립을 통한 상호보완적 관계가 성립되어야 하며, 둘째로는 군 태권도의 태권도교육을 통한 진보주의적 사고태도를 함양하여 정형화된 사고에 틀에서 벗어나 능동적이고 창의적인 작전수행 능력을 길러야 한다. 마지막으로 군 태권도의 역할에 맞는 차별화 교육을 통해 태권도의 내․외적 가치를 교육함으로써 장병들의 병영생활에 활력소 역할을 수행해야 할 것이다.

태권도 수련생의 감소원인규명과 경영활성화 방안 모색

The purpose of this study is to identify the cause of decrease in the number of private Taekwondo trainees and explore Taekwondo studio revitalization plan in accordance with the findings. First, Korea Taekwondo Association needs to create a task force team to develop programs which men and women of all ages may participate and to initiate a revitalization support plan. Second, Taekwondo instructors who own Taekwondo studios consider that the lack of programs for adults and teenagers is the cause of low participation in Taekwondo training by adults in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify the programs provided by Taekwondo studios in order to motivate continuous Taekwondo training and to capture the interests of potential students’ parents and trainees. Third, in order to change the declining trend of Taekwondo training population, Taekwondo instructors should come up with a strategic plan for survival. Meanwhile, Taekwondo-related organizations should actively support Taekwondo studios to increase the market share of Taekwondo in sports market and to extend Taekwondo training period of trainees. In addition, to make Taekwondo more popular, it is needed to attract new trainees and transform Taekwondo into a media-friendly sports game. Fourth, to promote prolonged training period, it is necessary for trainees to change their goals into a more learning-oriented-perspective. Also, educational objectives motivation training even after level-advancement-examination needs to be established. Fifth, it is necessary to transform Taekwondo from training-centered-education to a reinforcement program for physical education classes in schools.

Direction on Improvement for Taekwondo in Islamic Culture

The purpose of this study is to provide a direction of improvement for Taekwondo in Islamic culture by considering Taekwondo skills, spirits, and virtue. Moreover, this study could serve as a foundational example of harmony and cross culture of Taekwondo and Islamic culture in expanding Taekwondo to different cultures. Taekwondo was able to set its root in Islamic countries such as Iran, Syria, and Jordan due to tolerance and combination of Islamic culture and Taekwondo spirit. Taekwondo spirits such as respect, perseverance, peace, and harmony were important in Islamic culture. Harmony above all, provided opportunity for women as well with expressing female identity and their desires in feministic society of Islam. Female athletes could come across other cultures by attending international competitions. This was not possible in the past, but now they participate in Taekwondo competitions wearing hijab. They get to fulfill desire for physical activity and self-expression as an equal member of society. The mother country of Taekwondo is Korea, and Taekwondo is a part of Korean culture that set its root in other cultures in no time. So far, Korea has received special treatment because it is the mother country of Taekwondo. However, as Japan lost its value as mother country of Judo, Korea should be aware too. Taekwondo needs cultivation of talented people and development of new Poomsae so it can improve and develop in other countries with different cultures. Muslims usually go on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land on December 5th every year, and Vatican in Rome is the center and spokesperson of Catholics. Likewise, Taekwondo must become the spiritual core for people with value of physical training and spirituality. This will be possible only through cross-culture and infiltration. As value of spiritual cultivation through Taekwondo training is developed and spread, Taekwondo might grow to realize life’s ultimate value. Who would not want to learn Taekwondo if Taekwondo spirit leads their lives and makes their lives abundant? Future Taekwondo should not serve as self-fulfilling abundance due to politics, but as a new humanistic culture that could become the spiritual symbol of people around the world.
