태권도 글로벌 메가 이벤트의 서비스품질 인식이 개최지역도시 브랜드자산과 애호도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality, city brand equity and local loyalty of Taekwondo Hanmadang, one of the Taekwondo global mega events. In order to achieve this goal, 280 samples from the World Taekwondo Hanmadang were extracted and analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. The following conclusions were drawn. First, first, the service quality of Taekwondo Global Mega Event was found to affect the brand equity of the local city. Second, the service quality of Taekwondo Global Mega Event was found to affect local loyalty. Third, the brand equity of local cities affected the local loyalty. 본 연구는 태권도 글로벌 메가 이벤트의 하나인 세계태권도 한마당의 서비스품질, 도시브랜드자산 및 지역애호도의 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 세계태권도 한마당을 방문한 280명의 표본을 추출하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 첫째, 태권도 글로벌 메가 이벤트의 서비스품질은 개최지역도시 브랜드자산에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 글로벌 메가 이벤트의 서비스품질은 지역애호도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개최지역도시 브랜드자산은 지역애호도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

골프선수와 프로캐디 양면 경험을 통한 전문직업인의 성장가능성

본 연구는 골프선수와 프로캐디 양면의 일을 통한 경험으로 삶 목표와 장래에 대해 프로캐디가 만들어 내는 양상 들을 심층적으로 분석하고 그 의미를 찾는 것이 목적이다. 골프선수와 프로캐디를 경험하고 있는 7명을 대상으로 질적 연구를 실행하였으며, 2016년 6월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 약 6개월에 걸쳐서 심층면접을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 사례 기록(Case Record)과 개인별 종합 프로파일(Profile)을 작성 후, 귀납적 범주 분석방법을 이용하여 분석하여, 이를 통 해 어떻게 자기 삶의 방식을 구성하며 나아가는지에 대해 알아보았으며, 본 연구의 분석 및 해석한 결과를 요약한다면 다음과 같다. 프로캐디에 대한 인식, 프로캐디의 생활과 목표, 프로캐디의 장단점을 통한 장래성으로 나타났다. 그 결과 프로캐디들은 골프선수의 목표를 가지거나 경제적인 부족함을 채우고자 프로캐디의 입문과 삶의 유지 방식을 조명하였 으며, 선수와 함께 시합하여 겪은 경험에 대해 자부심을 가지고 있지만, 프로캐디의 역할을 수행하는 주된 직업으로써 현재는 부족함이 있다고 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze and clarify the aspects of the professional caddie about the life goal and future made by the professional caddie through experiences from the jobs as a golf player and professional caddie. A qualitative research was conducted on 7 people, who experiences as a golf player and professional caddie, and in-depth interviews were performed from Jun. 1, 2016 up to Nov. 30, 2016 for around six months. The data collected was used for case record and individual general profiles, and the inductive scope analysis method was used for analysis to examine the composition of their life. The summary of the results of the research analysis and interpretation is as follows. It was found as the recognition, life and goal, and prospect through the good and weak points of the professional caddie. As a result, the professional caddie illuminates the life maintenance method as well as the entrance as the professional caddie in order to have the goal of the golf player or make up for the economic insufficiency, and even though they are proud of the experiences with players through games, but the main job of the roles as a professional caddie is currently found unsatisfactory.

지속 가능한 태권도산업을 위한 전문인력 양성의 필요성과 개선 과제 탐색

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 지속 가능한 태권도산업을 위한 전문인력 양성의 필요성과 개선 과제를 규명하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌고찰을 주된 연구방법으로 활용하였다. 결과: 국내 태권도산업 전문 인력 양성 체계에서 보여지는 개선과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도의 선순환적 공급과 수요 확대 전략이 필요하다. 둘/재, 둘째, 태권도 프로그램의 고급화 사업의 실현이 필요하다. 이어 이를 해결하기 위한 기본 전략은다음과 같다. 첫째,, 태권도산업 선도 인재 양성의 체계를 재정비해야 한다. 태권도학과 교육과정의 친산업화 과목을 확충하거나 조정하여 정부 예산을 집행하는 태권도 유관기관의 태권도 전공 인재에게 실무를 재교육하는 인큐베이터 시스템을 마련한다. 둘째, 정책 실현을 위한 정부-기관-산업-학계의 태권도산업 정책에 대한 통합적 논의가 필요하다. 주요 4대 조직 및 산-학 협동 정책 실현 협의체 등을 구성하여 태권도산업계 분야별 우수 기업 검증과 우수 기업에 대한 제도적, 경제적 우선 지원, 용품의 개발-생산-유통 체제 정비를 위한 정책적 제도의 마련이 중요하다. 결론: 태권도를 명품화 하고자 하는 정부의 정책을 실현하기 위한 구체적인 사업이 국내외 태권도계 전반에 영향력을 미치지 못하고 있다는 사실을 인식해야 할 필요가 있다. 특히 이러한 정책을 기반으로 10년, 20년 뒤의 태권도산업의 발전을 지향하고자 한다면 현재 태권도계에 배출되어있는 태권도 전공자를 활용할 수 있는 효과적 방안이 마련되어 단계적으로 실현되어야 한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the necessity and improvement tasks of nurturing professional manpower for sustainable Taekwondo industry. Methods: In order to achieve the research purpose, literature review was used as the main research method. Result: The improvement tasks seen in the domestic Taekwondo industry professional training system are as follows. First, there is a need for a virtuous cycle supply and demand expansion strategy of Taekwondo. Second, it is necessary to realize the Taekwondo program's advanced business. Following is the basic strategy to solve this. First, we need to reorganize the system to foster leading talent in the Taekwondo industry. Second, the government-institution-industry-academia's Taekwondo industrial policy needs to be comprehensively discussed to realize the policy. Conclusion: It is necessary to recognize that concrete projects to realize the government's policy to make Taekwondo a masterpiece have no influence on the overall Taekwondo world. In particular, based on these policies, effective measures to utilize the Taekwondo majors currently being discharged in Taekwondo should be prepared and realized in stages.

Early Clinical Outcomes of Manipulation under Anesthesia for Refractory Adhesive Capsulitis: Comparison with Arthroscopic Capsular Release

Background: The purpose of this study was to compare early clinical outcomes of manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) and arthroscopic capsular release (ACR) in patients with refractory adhesive capsulitis (AC). Methods: Thirty AC patients who underwent MUA (MUA group) were included. As a control group, thirty AC patients who underwent ACR (ACR group) were matched for age and sex with the MUA group. Visual analog scale (VAS) pain score, American shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score, and range of motion (ROM) were evaluated preoperatively and at 3, 6, and 12 months after procedure. Results: Both groups had significant improvements in the VAS pain score, ASES score, and ROM at 12 months after procedure. VAS pain score and ASES score were significantly better in the MUA group than in the ACR group at 3 months after procedure. Mean forward flexion was significantly greater in the MUA group than in the ACR group at 3 months after procedure. Mean external rotation and internal rotation were significantly greater in the MUA group than in the ACR group at 3, 6, and 12 months after procedure. Two patients required additional steroid injections at 3 and 6 months after MUA because of recurrent stiffness with pain. Conclusions: Compared with ACR, MUA provided equivalent clinical outcomes in the early period after procedure. Our study suggests that MUA is a useful option to be considered as treatment for refractory AC before choosing ACR.

미디어 내용분석을 통한 겨루기 경기의 개선방안

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 미디어에서 나타나는 태권도 겨루기 경기의 문제점에 대한 내용분석을 통하여 겨루기 경기의 개선방안을 규명하는데 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 설정한 연구방법은 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 한 귀납적 분석법을 사용하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 결론: 미디어의 태권도 겨루기 경기 관련 기사를 분석하여 다음과 같이 결론을 도출하였다. 분석한 내용을 범주화하면 경기 내적 측면과 경기 외적 측면 방안으로 대범주를 구성할 수 있었다. 경기 내적 범주는 ‘경기규칙 개선, 선수관리 개선’으로 구분하였다. 그리고 경기 외적 범주는 ‘대회지역 관리, 미디어 및 홍보 관리’로 구분하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구체적인 논의가 지속되어야 하며 개선방안을 실천하기 위한 태권도 관계 조직들의 노력도 필요하다. Pupose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem and improvement plan of Taekwondo Kyorugi game through contents analysis of media news article. Methods: To accomplish the purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of the research method using inductive analysis based on literature review. Conclusion: I analyzed the articles related to the Taekwondo competition game of media and concluded as follows. By categorizing the analysis, it was possible to construct a large category in terms of internal and external aspects of the game. The internal category of the game was classified into 'improvement of competition rules and improvement of player management'. The category outside the game was divided into 'management of the conference area, media and public relations management'. Based on this, specific discussions should be continued, efforts by Taekwondo organizations to implement improvement measures are also needed.
