모바일 헬스케어 운동프로그램을 20대에게 적용했을 때 미치는 효과: 파일럿 스터디

The study was conducted as a pilot study, taking into consideration the concept of digitally prescribed exercise through mobile devices for future therapeutic interventions. Fifteen men and women in their 20s, who were obese and experiencing stress, were subjected to a 4-week training program. They were provided with self-produced exercise videos, ranging from levels 1 to 9, which included exercises such as squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, jumping jacks, and running in place. The participants trained for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, using mobile devices. The results of the Wilcoxon signed-rank nonparametric test indicated a significant decrease in body mass index (BMI). The BMI decreased from 27.22±2.90 before the intervention to 26.09±2.75 after the intervention (p=0.001). Additionally, the Korean version of the Perceived Stress Scale-10 (KPSS-10) demonstrated a significant reduction in perceived stress levels. The scores decreased from 20.00±3.66 before the intervention to 16.53±3.98 after the intervention (p=0.001). The clinical significance of these findings is that the effective exercise prescription method demonstrated in this study, utilizing mobile exercise programs, could potentially be employed as a digital therapeutic intervention in the future.
구조해석 기법을 이용한 휴대용 용접 구조물 지지 장치용 조(Jaw)의 치 형상 설계

Deformation must be induced forcibly in order to compensate for the warpage that occurs during welding of large plates used in large structures. In the existing process, a powerful pushing jack was inserted between the support that acts as a pedestal and the plate that needs correction, and the process of correcting the plate was performed. When adjusting the steel plate to be welded, Jaw teeth are lodged in the iron plate and the bottom surface. In order for the teeth embedded in the steel plate to transmit sufficient force, the jaw should be designed to have an optimal tooth shape. In this study, the structural analysis technique was applied to design the tooth shape of the jaw to transmit the force required by the teeth embedded in the steel plate. The optimal tooth shape was selected by comparing the stress distribution and deformation amount due to the applied force for the three tooth shapes of jaw.
휴대용 미세플라스틱 수거시스템 설계를 위한 유동 및 구조해석

본 연구에서는 휴대용 미세플라스틱 분리장치에서 중요한 역할을 하는 사이클론 시스템의 성능을 평가하였으며 사이클론 분리장치가 미세플라스틱과 그 내부로 유입되는 모래를 얼마나 잘 분리하는지 살펴보았다. 분리성능 평가에 사용된 사이클론은 총 4가지이며, 4가지 사이클론 중에서 단일 내부 구조를 가진 형태가 분리 성능 측면에서 가장 높은 효율을 가지는 것으로 확인되었고, 또한 10, 50, 100 μm 크기의 미세플라스틱 입자 크기에 대한 분리 성능을 평가하여 50 μm 크기보다 큰 입자 크기에서 분리 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 그리고 휴대용 미세플라스틱 포집 시스템의 작동에 따른 구조적 안정성을 평가하기 위해 사이클론 시스템과 일체화된 흡입구, 분리구, 토출구에 대해 구조 해석을수행하여 안전률 1.5를 상회하는 결과를 얻었다. This study evaluated the performance of the cyclone system, which plays an important role in the portable microplastic separation device, and examined how well the cyclone separation device separates microplastics and sand flowing into them. There are four types of cyclones used to evaluate the separation performance, and it was confirmed that the form with a single internal structure had the highest efficiency in terms of separation performance among the four cyclones. In addition, by evaluating the separation performance for the microplastic particle sizes of 10, 50, and 100 μm, it was confirmed that the separation performance was improved at particle sizes larger than 50 μm. In addition, in order to evaluate the structural stability of the operation of the portable microplastic collection system, a structural analysis was performed on the inlet, separation port, and discharge port integrated with the cyclone system, resulting in a result exceeding the safety factor of 1.5.
자외선 차단 코팅을 위한 나노섬유 멤브레인 및 휴대용 전기방사 시스템 개발

As the harmfulness of ultraviolet(UV) rays is widely known, it has become important to protect the skin from ultraviolet rays. However, current sunscreens have the disadvantages of promoting skin disorders due to chemical composition, and short duration. Here, we introduce a novel portable electrospinning system that can coat UV-blocking nanofibrous membrane. Conventional electrospinning systems are not portable, as they include a high voltage power supply(HVPS) that is large in size, heavy in weight, expensive and has a wired power supply. To overcome these limitations, we replaces HVPS with batteries and high-voltage amplifiers. Nanofibers contain nanoparticles to increase the UV blocking effect. In addition, we confirmed UV transmittance, water resistance, and removal test. Unlike conventional sunscreen agents, nanofiber-based sunscreen is expected to be very useful for organ transplant patients or skin disease patients who are vulnerable to UV rays.
