구조해석 기법을 이용한 휴대용 용접 구조물 지지 장치용 조(Jaw)의 치 형상 설계

Deformation must be induced forcibly in order to compensate for the warpage that occurs during welding of large plates used in large structures. In the existing process, a powerful pushing jack was inserted between the support that acts as a pedestal and the plate that needs correction, and the process of correcting the plate was performed. When adjusting the steel plate to be welded, Jaw teeth are lodged in the iron plate and the bottom surface. In order for the teeth embedded in the steel plate to transmit sufficient force, the jaw should be designed to have an optimal tooth shape. In this study, the structural analysis technique was applied to design the tooth shape of the jaw to transmit the force required by the teeth embedded in the steel plate. The optimal tooth shape was selected by comparing the stress distribution and deformation amount due to the applied force for the three tooth shapes of jaw.

본 연구는 청소년 사회복지의식의 실태를 파악하여 사회복지에 대한 올바른 가치관 형성에 기여할 방법을 모색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 문헌연구와 조사연구를 병행하였다. 조사대상은 경기도 소재 고등학교와 서울시 소재 중학교 재학생 402명이었고, 자료는 SPSS WIN 11.5(Statistical Package for Social Science)를 이용하여 인구사회학적 특성과 사회복지쟁점에 관한 의식과 사회복지주체 및 사회적 책임성에 관한 의식을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 청소년들은 복지주체에 대해서는 국가의 책임을 명확히 하고 있으나 이에 따르는 사회적 책임에 대해서는 일관성 없는 의견을 표현했다. 특히, 학대와 관련해서는 매우 적극적인 개입행동을 지향하고 있으며, 부모부양에 대해서는 전통적 가치관이 나타나고 있으나, 자원봉사에 대해서는 무관심하고 시설설립에 대해서는 매우 부정적인 생각을 가지고 있음이 드러났다. 따라서 올바른 사회복지의식을 형성하기 위해서는 생애초기부터 사회복지에 대한 체계적인 교육이 제공되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study in to find out a method for contributing to the formation of proper values when it comes to social welfare, by understanding the actual conditions of teenagers` perceptions of social welfare. To this end, the present study studied literature and conducted a research. The study subjects were high school students from Gyeonggi-do ad well as junior high school students from Seoul, 438 students in all. From the collected questionnaires, 36 deemed inappropriate for using ad data were discarded, with a total of 402 questionnaries used for the analysis. SPSS WIN 11.5(Statistical Package for Social Science) was used to analyze the data. In order to find out socio-demographic characteristics, perceptions on social welfare issues, and perceptions on social welfare organizations and societal responsibility. The results showed that although teenagers clearly thought that welfare organizations were national responsibility, they held inconsistent views regarding social responsibility. In particular, they wanted very aggressive interventions regarding mistreatment, and had traditional values regarding parental support. However, they were indifferent to volunteer work, and had very negative views on establishment of facilities. Therefore, in order to form a proper social welfare mind-set, stystematic education on social welfare from early childhood would need to be provided.
