        박물관 해설 시스템의 사용체험에 관한 연구

        최근 박물관은 나날이 관람객과 사회의 관심을 받고 있다. 그렇지만 오늘날 국내외에서 진행된 박물관 해설에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 제한적이다. 박물관 해설 시스템의 계획 설계는 주로 전문가의 시각을 기반으로 진행된 것으로, 대부분 관람객의 욕구를 크게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 관람객의 박물관 해설 시스템 사용체험에 주목하였다. 관람객이 느끼는 박물관의 해설 시스템 효과에 대한 분석을 통해 박물관의 해설 시스템이 관람객의 문화적 욕구를 충족시키는지 살펴보고 시스템에 존재하는 문제와 부족한 점을 파악하였다. 그 후 문제점을 정리 귀납하여 최종적으로 박물관의 해설 시스템의 주요요소를 제시하여, 박물관 해설 시스템의 개선과 교육 기능의 발현을 위한 도움이 되고자 하였다. 연구의 과정은 우선 선행연구를 통해 박물관에 존재하는 4가지 주요 해설방식을 확정하였다. 그 후 4가지 유형의 해설방식에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 현존하는 문제와 부족한 점을 수집하였다. 이어 유형분석의 방법을 통해 수집한 결과를 14개 문제의 유형으로 묶고, 설문조사를 통해 14개 문제에 대한 일반적인 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 박물관 해설시스템에 사용자의 불편한 점과 문제점을 파악하였고, 이를 바탕으로 박물관 해설시스템에 필요한 다섯 가지의 주요요소를 도출하였다. 그 가운데 흡입성은 박물관 해설 시스템에서 가장 취약한 요소임을 알 수 있었고, 향후 각각의 요소들의 적용방법에 관한 연구가 이어질 것이다. 박물관 해설시스템 최적화 및 해설 체험 개선 등에 관한 연구를 진행할 때 참고자료가 되길 바란다. Recently, museums are attracting the attention of visitors and society. However, research on museum interpretation conducted at domestic and foreign is relatively limited. The plan design of the museum commentary system was mainly based on the perspective of the experts, and most of them do not reflect the desire of the visitors. This study focused on visitors' experience of using museum Interpretation system. Through analyzing the effect of the Interpretation system of the museum that the visitor feels, we examined whether the Interpretation system of the museum meets the cultural needs of the visitors and identified the problems and deficiencies in the system. After that, the problems were rearranged and suggested the main elements of the commentary system of the museum finally, so as to help improve the museum commentary system and the educational function.In the first part of the study, the four major explanatory methods existing in the museum were confirmed. After that, we conducted in - depth interviews on four types of commentary methods and collected existing problems and deficiencies. The results of the type analysis were grouped into 14 types and the questionnaire was used to conduct a general survey on 14 problems. In this study, the user 's discomfort and problems were identified in the museum Interpretation system, and based on this, five key elements necessary for the museum Interpretation system were derived. Among them, inhalation is the weakest element in the museum commentary system, and future research will be conducted on how to apply each factor. I hope that you will be a reference material when you carry out research on the optimization of the Interpretation system of the museum and the improvement of the Interpretation experience.

        어휘를 매개로 한 색조 연상과 성격 특성의 관련성 연구

        본 연구에서는 DISC 성격 유형별 표현 어휘와 PCCS 색상 조합(색조)의 연상 어휘 간에 일치되는 어휘들을 매개로 하여, DISC 성격 유형별 색조들을 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.; 자기주도성이 높은 D 성격 유형에 대응하는 색조들은 선명하고 밝으며, 강하고, 깊은 느낌의 색들로 주로 채도가 높은 범위에 분포되어 있었다. 사교성이 높은 I 성격 유형에 대응하는 색조들은 선명하고 밝으며, 강하고, 색채가 선명한 느낌의 색들로, 중간 명도, 고채도 영역에 분포되어 있었다. 안정성을 지향하는 S 성격 유형에 대응하는 색조들은 옅고, 밝게 빛나고, 부드러운, 밝은 회색빛의 또는 회색빛의 색들로 고명도 저채도의 영역에 분포되어 있었다. 신중한 C 성격 유형에 대응하는 색조들은 부드러운, 흐릿하고 칙칙한, 어두운 회색빛의 색들로 저명도, 중간 채도의 영역에 분포되어 있었다. In this study, color group by DISC personality type was derived by mediating vocabularies between DISC personality type and associative vocabulary of PCCS color combination. The results of the study are as follows.; The color combinations that correspond to the highly D personality type were vivid, bright, strong, deeply colored, mostly in a high saturation range. The color combinations corresponding to the highly sociable I personality type were sharp, bright, strong, and distinctive in color, distributed in the medium-lightness and high-luminance areas. The color combinations corresponding to the stability-oriented S personality type were light, brightly shining, soft, light gray or grayish in color, and were distributed in the area of low saturation. The color combinations corresponding to the prudent C personality type were soft, hazy, grayish, with dark grayish colors, distributed in the area of prominence, medium saturation.

        Long non-coding RNA H19X promotes tumorigenesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer through regulating the miR-503-5p/KANK1 axis

        Background: It has been well established that the long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) plays a critical role in tumor progression. However, the function of these transcripts and mechanisms responsible for their deregulation in colorectal cancer (CRC) remain to be investigated. Objective: To explore the potential effect and regulation mechanism of lncRNA H19X in colorectal cancer. Methods: We predicted and validated long non-coding RNA H19X from microarray data of colorectal cancer tissues. In addition, the biological behaviors of H19X and miR-503-5p on CRC were examined in vitro and in vivo, including MTT, colony formation assay, Hoechst33342 and transwell assay. The mRNA and protein levels of KN Motif and Ankyrin Repeat Domains 1 (KANK1) were analyzed by Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR), western blotting (WB) assay. Moreover, bioinformatics tools and dual-luciferase reporter assay were applied to demonstrate the relationship between KANK1 and miR-503-5p. Results: H19X was remarkably up-regulated in CRC tissues. Its expression related to tumor size (p = 0.041), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.037), distal metastasis (p = 0.028), advanced TNM stage (p = 0.034) and poor survival in CRC. H19X acted as an oncogenic lncRNA that induced CRC cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Through a number of functional studies, we found that H19X silencing inhibited the malignance phenotype of cancer cells through loss of miR-503-5p. Further studies demonstrated that miR-503-5p was involved in the progression of CRC by directly regulating the downstream target KANK1. Conclusion: Collectively, the findings of the present study indicate H19X/miR-503-5p/KANK1 axis has critical role in the progression of colorectal cancer, providing an effective prognostic indicator and promising target in treatment of colorectal cancer.

        Well-dispersed graphene toward robust lubrication via reorganization of sliding interface

        Excellent lubrication performance of graphene lubricant is mostly attributed to the dispersion of graphene and forming of tribo-film. Herein, diethylene glycol dodecyl ether (E2C12) functionalized graphene oxide (E2C12-GO) was successfully prepared by simple esterification. The physicochemical properties of as-prepared samples were characterized by a series of characterization methods. E2C12-GO with flat edge and high-level spacing possesses high dispersion stability in PAO 20 base oil. Compared with base oil, 0.08 wt% E2C12-GO could achieve the reduction of average friction coefficient and wear rate by 30 % and 57 % at 150 N, respectively. Even with each long-term friction, E2C12-GO could still maintain the state of robust low friction coefficient. Meanwhile, the addition of E2C12-GO can significantly improve the loadbearing capacity (PB value and PD value) of base oil. The excellent tribological properties of E2C12-GO were attributed to high dispersion and high layer spacing, as well as the reorganization of sliding interface. Prospectively, the E2C12-GO shows promising potential as a multi-functional oil-based lubricating additive in industrial applications.

        Preparation and sinterability of submicron titanium carbide powders synthesized with phenolic resin as carbon source by carbothermal reduction

        Titanium carbide powders were synthesized under an argon atmosphere using titanium dioxide and pyrolysis carbon derivedfrom pyrolyzed phenolic resin as raw materials. The effects of synthesis temperature, holding time, and C/Ti molar ratio onthe phase composition and morphology of the synthesized powders were investigated. The results show that the pyrolyzedphenolic resin at 1000 ℃ is a carbon source composed of amorphous and crystalline carbon. Increasing the C/Ti molar ratio ofthe mixed powder can reduce the content of titanium oxide impurity, indicating the improvement in the purity of TiC powder. In addition, the C/Ti molar ratio can also significantly affect the morphology of the synthesized TiC powders. SEM and EDSresults exhibit that the atomic content on the surface of TiC particles is closely correlated with the atomic distribution on thesurface of the particles. TiC powder with a median particle size of 384 nm could be synthesized at 1500 ℃ for 30 min at the C/Ti molar ratio of 2.3:1. In addition, the sinterability of the synthesized TiC powder was preliminarily discussed. The hardnessand fracture toughness of the TiC ceramic sintered at 2000 ℃ under 40 MPa with a dwell time of 2 h are 15.92 GPa and 3.22MPa·m1/2, respectively.

        Ginseng-derived type I rhamnogalacturonan polysaccharide binds to galectin-8 and antagonizes its function

        Background: Panax ginseng Meyer polysaccharides exhibit various biological functions, like antagonizing galectin-3-mediated cell adhesion and migration. Galectin-8 (Gal-8), with its linker-joined N- and C-terminal carbohydrate recognition domains (CRDs), is also crucial to these biological processes, and thus plays a role in various pathological disorders. Yet the effect of ginseng-derived polysaccharides in modulating Gal-8 function has remained unclear. Methods: P. ginseng-derived pectin was chromatographically isolated and enzymatically digested to obtain a series of polysaccharides. Biolayer Interferometry (BLI) quantified their binding affinity to Gal-8, and their inhibitory effects on Gal-8 was assessed by hemagglutination, cell migration and T-cell apoptosis. Results: Our ginseng-derived pectin polysaccharides consist mostly of rhamnogalacturonan-I (RG-I) and homogalacturonan (HG). BLI shows that Gal-8 binding rests primarily in RG-I and its β-1,4-galactan side chains, with sub-micromolar K<sub>D</sub> values. Both N- and C-terminal Gal-8 CRDs bind RG-I, with binding correlated with Gal-8-mediated function. Conclusion: P. ginseng RG-I pectin β-1,4-galactan side chains are crucial to binding Gal-8 and antagonizing its function. This study enhances our understanding of galectin-sugar interactions, information that may be used in the development of pharmaceutical agents targeting Gal-8.
