In this paper, we expound the importance of the training ways in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially in the intermediate and advanced stages. It is the key for the teacher to know how to train and cultivate the foreign student's parole skills and intercourse abilities, so the teacher should persist in the whole and synthetic principle and combine the training of parole skills with the cultivation of intercourse abilities. It can help the foreign students transfer their knowledges of languages into intercourse abilities. It is necessary to make up the objective materials for training the student's parole skills. This can be systematic and scientific by using computers.

Heat stress (HS) may induce immunosuppression as well as inhibit the proliferation of lymphocytes. This study evaluated the effects on immune function of our prescription on splenic lymphocytes under HS as well as its compatibility. The effects of four herbal extracts from Agastache rugosa, Atractylodes lancea, Cortex Phellodendri, and Gypsum Fibrosum on heat treated splenic lymphocytes were investigated and the compatibility of the prescription was also explored by using the Taguchi method. This study revealed changes in proliferation by traditional Chinese medicines of splenic lymphocytes after HS. Proliferation in the HS group was significantly lower than the control group. Under HS, the effects of higher concentrations of Agastache rugosa (100 and 200 μg/mL), Atractylodes lancea (100 and 200 μg/mL), Cortex Phellodendri (50 and 100 μg/mL) and Gypsum Fibrosum (100 and 200 μg/mL) caused a significant increase on ConA/LPS-induced proliferation of lymphocytes than lower concentrations. We, therefore, conclude that the prescription of traditional Chinese medicines may recover splenic lymphocytes from the immunosuppression induced by HS. The Taguchi design, which allows rapid and high efficiency for the selection of the best conditions for our prescription on HS-treated splenic lymphocytes, demonstrated that Agastache rugosa (200 μg/mL), Atractylodes lancea (200 μg/mL), Cortex Phellodendri (100 μg/mL) and Gypsum Fibrosum (100 μg/mL)were the optimal conditions for the prescription. The validation experiment confirmed that our composition in optimum extraction conditions enhanced effects on ConA or LPS-stimulated lymphocytes under HS. The results showed that the Taguchi optimization approach is a suitable method for optimization of the composition of prescription.
Constructing ZnCo2O4@CTP microspheres as a high-energy lithium storage material

Transition metal oxides are deemed as a promising substitute for graphite anode materials of Li-ion batteries(LIBs) on account of their large specific capacity. Nonetheless, the large volume change in the processof charging and discharging leads to low capacity retention. Herein, a well-designed ZnCo2O4@coaltar pitch based porous carbon (ZCO-CTP) microsphere is prepared to construct the high-performanceanode of LIBs. The coating modification of CTP significantly reduces the polarization and charge transferresistance and improves the migration ability of ions and electrons, thus achieving a superior reversiblecapacity and cycling stability of ZCO-CTP anode. The battery with obtained ZCO-CTP5 provides a largecharge capacity of 406.17 mAh/g at 1000 mA g1 compared with pristine ZCO (only 157.78 mAh/g). Even after 1000 cycles at 1000 mA g1, the battery can achieve a charge/discharge capacity of598.46/601.17 mAh/g. We believe that the application of CTP will provide a new perspective for theexploitation of high-performance anode materials for LIBs.
A Comprehensive Review of Emerging Computational Methods for Gene Identification
Yu, Ning,Yu, Zeng,Li, Bing,Gu, Feng,Pan, Yi Korea Information Processing Society 2016 Journal of information processing systems Vol.12 No.1
Gene identification is at the center of genomic studies. Although the first phase of the Encyclopedia of DNA Elements (ENCODE) project has been claimed to be complete, the annotation of the functional elements is far from being so. Computational methods in gene identification continue to play important roles in this area and other relevant issues. So far, a lot of work has been performed on this area, and a plethora of computational methods and avenues have been developed. Many review papers have summarized these methods and other related work. However, most of them focus on the methodologies from a particular aspect or perspective. Different from these existing bodies of research, this paper aims to comprehensively summarize the mainstream computational methods in gene identification and tries to provide a short but concise technical reference for future studies. Moreover, this review sheds light on the emerging trends and cutting-edge techniques that are believed to be capable of leading the research on this field in the future.

Flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent glucose dehydrogenase (FAD-GDH) can utilize a variety of external electron acceptors and also has stricter substrate specificity than any other glucose oxidoreductases, which makes it the ideal diagnostic enzyme in the field of glucose biosensors. A gene coding for a hypothetical protein, similar to glucose oxidase and derived from Aspergillus terreus NIH2624, was overexpressed in Pichia pastoris GS115 under the control of an AOX1 promoter with a level of 260,000 U/l in the culture supernatant after fed-batch cultivation for 84 h. After a three-step purification protocol that included isopropanol precipitation, affinity chromatography, and a second isopropanol precipitation, recombinant FAD-GDH was purified with a recovery of 65%. This is the first time that isopropanol precipitation has been used to concentrate a fermentation supernatant and exchange buffers after affinity chromatography purification. The purified FAD-GDH exhibited a broad and diffuse band between 83 and 150 kDa. The recombinant FAD-GDH was stable across a wide pH range (3.5 to 9.0) with maximum activity at pH 7.5 and 55°C. In addition, it displayed very high thermal stability, with a half-life of 82 min at 60°C. These characteristics indicate that FAD-GDH will be useful in the field of glucose biosensors.

Fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) is extensively applied in the field of maintenance and reinforcement. In the actual reinforcement of concrete structures, most reinforced concrete (RC) members are in a cracked state and the existing calculation methods seldom consider the initial damage of concrete, especially the effect of severe damage on the crack of RC members. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a model for accurately evaluating the crack width of the repaired different damage state concrete members with carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) sheet. This study presents an experimental investigation on the crack behaviors of the CFRP sheet flexural-strengthened pre-damaged RC beams based on the results of an experimental program involving ten specimens. The influence of the pre-damaged level, reinforcement ratio and CFRP sheet strengthening layer on the crack development, failure characteristics, crack spacing and crack width is analyzed and discussed. Taking into account the influence of the CFRP sheet strengthening layer and pre-damaged level, a formula for predicting the average crack spacing is proposed, and then an analytical model for the crack width prediction of the flexural-strengthened high pre-damaged beams is established based on the calculation model of the crack width of the ordinary RC beams. The predicted results agree well with test values including data of this study and experimental data of 64 sets of references.
