In this study, the numerical simulation has been performed for real power plant boiler tube bends specimen to determine the influence of shape and analysis result was compared with metallurgical investigation results for rupture damaged one. Using the common program, the change of first principle stress level and distribution in tube bend was compared. Analysis result showed the 300% stress increase in bend extrados external surface of the high heat flux zone and distribution pattern change. The cause of change was dominated by ovality. The calculated creep lifetime of high ovality bend was dropped below 3% of normal straight tube life time. And the metallurgical investigation result for rupture damaged tube bend from power plant manifest the relationship between stress change and rupture pattern. According this study, the effect of tube bend shape imperfection was understood.
유럽의 반이민 정치집단에 관한 연구 : 반이민 정당인 영국독립당(UKIP)과 프랑스 국민전선(National Front)의 정치적 부침(浮沈)

논문은 반이민 정당인 영국독립당과 프랑스 국민전선의 정치적 부상과 침체에 관한 분석을 제시하고 있다. 영국독립당과 국민전선의 정치적 부침의 `정치적 기회구조`(political opportunity structure)와 정치적 행위자로서 양 정당의 전략변화 등이 미친 영향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 정치적 부상과 침체의 과정을 설명하고 있다. 영국독립당과 국민전선이 정치적으로 성장하는 데는 이민문제라는 새로운 균열의 정치적 기회구조와 함께 극우정당과의 차별화와 정치적 의제 확장 등의 전략변화가 정치적 부상에 긍정적 기여를 했다. 한편 양 정당의 정치적 성장을 어렵게 하고 침체 또는 몰락의 길을 걷게 하는 제도적 기회구조는 양국의 선거제도이다. 소선거구단순다수제도와 결선투표제도는 정치연합의 가능성이 낮은 양 정당이 득표에 비해 적은 의석수를 얻는 결과를 가져왔다. 또한 반이민 이슈를 흡수하는 주류정당의 대응은 반이민 정당의 정치적 부침에 영향을 미쳐왔다. 연구에서는 `정치적 기회구조`와 전략변화라는 분석틀을 통해 반이민 정당의 정치적 부침을 분석함으로써 장기적 국면과 단기적 양상의 정치적 성장과 쇠퇴를 동시에 설명할 수 있었다. 장기간의 변화에 대한 고찰과 함께 비교적 단기간 내 전개되는 반이민 정당의 부상과 침체를 고찰할 수 있는 분석방법을 제시하고 있다. 또한 주류정당의 대응과 반이민 정당의 전략변화를 다룸으로써 행위자로서 정당의 역할을 분석에 포함시켰고, 객관적 요인 분석에 치우친 기존 연구들의 한계를 극복하고자 했다. 한편 논문에서 활용된 `정치적 기회구조`와 전략변화 분석을 유럽의 반이민정당 또는 극우정당에 대한 고찰로 확대시켜 정치적 부침에 관한 설명과 예측을 제시할 수 있고, 이를 통해 정치적 부침의 유형화도 가능할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this article is to examine the political rise and fall of UKIP in Britain and National Front in France as anti immigration parties. In the 2010s, both parties experienced electoral successes, especially the European Parliament election in 2014 and the 2017 presidential election in France. There are many analyses about the parties` political development. First, immigration and refugee issue have influenced their political rise. Second the electoral successes of the parties were based on the supports from `left behind` people including the aged, the low educated and the unskilled workers. However, the UKIP was defeated in the 2017 general election and local election. Even if the National Front won 8 seats in the 2017 general election, the result was below expectations. This research presents the analysis of the political rise and fall of the UKIP and National Front in the 2010s through the political opportunity structure approach and the examination of the parties` strategy for winning elections. The cleavage structure of immigration and the efforts to change strategies resulted in the political upsurge of the UKIP and National Front. However, electoral systems such as the first past the post and the single member dual ballot, the action of mainstream parties against the UKIP and National Front and low probability of political alliance caused political collapse or delay of persistent growth of both parties.

In this study, the domestic and abroad policies and regulations on the gas cooling systems have been analyzed. First, the current policies were investigated in Korea and other countries to stimulate the distribution of the gas cooling systems. The advantage and disadvantage for each policy were evaluated. Finally, several policies were proposed for the effective distribution of the gas cooling systems.
지역냉방 확대보급에 따른 하절기 전력피크 및 수요관리 효과 분석

In this study, the effects of district cooling on the peak load reduction of electricity and demand management in the summer were analyzed. The cooling load ratio of the summer season was estimated from climate data, and the cost reduction by the replacement of power plant with spread of district cooling was predicted. In addition, the peak load reduction and the replacement effect of the electricity generation were presented based on the district cooling propagation plan and the supply and demand program of natural gas.

Nowadays, natural gas is replacing oil and coal in generation market, building energy and transportation, because it emits less greenhouse gas and has higher efficiency than those of oil and coal. Therefore, demands of natural gas are increasing. In this study, we analysed demand side managements(DSM) of natural gas in foreign major countries, and concluded with our perspective on how to proceed with the use of those of them.
An Algor ithm for Finding a Relationship Between Entities

Database schema integration is a significant issue in information systems. Because schema integration is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task, many studies have attempted to automate it. Researchers typically use XML as the source schema and leave much of the work to be done through DBA intervention, e.g., there are various naming conflicts related to relationship names in schema integration. In the past, the DBA had to intervene to resolve the naming-conflict name. In this paper, we introduce an algorithm that automatically generates relationship names to resolve relationship name conflicts that occur during schema integration. This algorithm is based on an Internet collocation and English sentence example dictionary. The relationship between the two entities is generated by analyzing examples extracted based on dictionary data through natural language processing. By building a semi-automated schema integration system and testing this algorithm, we found that it showed about 90% accuracy. Using this algorithm, we can resolve the problems related to naming conflicts that occur at schema integration automatically without DBA intervention.
화력발전용 보일러 튜브 2.25Cr-1.6W 강의 용접부 균열에 대한 손상해석

As the steam temperature of thermal power plant boiler is increasing, the use of 2.25Cr-1.6W steel is prevalent in tube of superheater and reheater section. Yeonghung thermal power plant that has the superheater and reheater of 2.25Cr-1.6W steel has experienced weld metal cracks. 2.25Cr-1.6W steel is very sensitive to stress relief crack because it contains molybdenum(Mo) and vanadium(V) elements. As result of failure analysis of cracked sample tube, crack begins in heat affected zone or weld metal and propagates inter-granular. It is identified that the mechanism of the crack in sample tube is stress relief crack. The causes of crack are post welding heat treatment and stress concentration. To avoid crack of 2.25Cr-1.6W steel welding, post welding heat treatment should not be conducted and tube is designed to minimize the stress.
