This paper mainly focuses on the control strategy for phase-shifting full-bridge soft switching electrolytic silver power supply based on Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) soft switching technology. Taking into consideration the low performance of traditional PID control for phase-shifting full-bridge soft-switching, this paper introduce a PID improved by Back Propagation (BP) neural network with one single learning rate which is used to calculate weights from the input layer to the hidden layer and weights from the hidden layer to the output layer. After testing, it is found that setting independent learning rate for calculation of weights from the input layer to the hidden layer and weights from the hidden layer to the output layer which will not have an adverse eff ect on the design of the controller. Instead, the learning rate can be set according to the respective characteristics of the weights between the two layers, which is called double learning rate BP neural network PID. The simulation results indicate that compared with the single learning rate BP neural network PID control, the double learning rate BP neural network control has higher response speed, less over-shoot, short time to enter the steady state and strong immunity.

Shiga toxin 2 (Stx2) is a major virulence factor for enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), which is encoded by λ lysogenic phage integrated into EHEC chromosome. Stx2A1, A1 subunit of Stx2 toxin has gathered extensive concerns due to its potential of being developed into a vaccine candidate. However, the substantial progress is hampered in part for the lack of a suitable in vitro expression system. Here we report use of the prokaryotic system pET-28a::espA-Stx2A1/BL21 to carry out the fusion expression of Stx2A1 which is linked to E. coli secreted protein A (EspA) at its N-terminus. Under the IPTG induction, EspA- Stx2A1 fusion protein in the form of inclusion body was obtained successfully, whose expression level can reach about 40% of total bacterial protein at 25°C, much higher than that at 37°C. Western blot test suggested the refolded fusion protein is of excellent immuno-reactivity with both monoclonal antibodies, which are specific to EspA and Stx2A1, respectively. Anti-sera from Balb/c mice immunized with the EspA-Stx2A1 fusion protein were found to exhibit strong neutralization activity and protection capability in vitro and in vivo. These data have provided a novel feasible method to produce Stx2A1 in large scale in vitro, which is implicated for the development of multivalent subunit vaccines candidate against EHEC O157:H7 infections.

The rapid development of wireless power transfer (WPT) in mobile devices and Internet of Things (IoT) Technologies inspires the research interest to support the wireless power charging capability on digital living equipment to manage energy sources eff ectively. As energy consumption in our day to day life is steadily increases the demand, the trend for energy harvesting technology also grows and there is an increasing number of an independent IoT based microgrid facility is built using solar panels in smart home. The digital living things are usually placed in a narrow space with microgrid facility. However, The IoT connected digital living is placed independently in a large space. The WPT will give interference to electrical equipments and electric utility meter in microgrid facility. This paper is focused on analyzing the coexistence between WPT and electric utility meter in an IoT based smart home microgrid facility. The separation distance between WPT and electric utility meter and the allowable numbers of WPT are suggested in order to protect electric utility meter from interference of WPT on the basis of interference scenario. The Monte Carlo method is used for the impact analysis of WPT supporting digital living things on energy utility meter built-in with Near Field Communication.

Two new triterpenoids, schisphendilactoneA and B (1 and 2), together with three known triterpenoids,were isolated from the stems of Schisandra sphenanthera. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods,and the absolute configuration of 1 was determined bysingle-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 showedmoderate inhibitory activity against SW480 cancer cellline, and compound 5 exhibited promising anti-HIV-1activity with EC50 value of 0.52 lg ml-1 and therapeuticindex value of 117.12.
Applying Beamforming to LTE Base Station for Reducing Interference Impact and Saving Frequency

This paper assumes that Long Term Evolution (LTE) will be deployed in TV White Spaces (TVWSs). Beamforming is a technology that is applied to an LTE base station (BS) for reducing interference impact of LTE on DTV. A simulation method based on Monte Carlo is proposed to evaluate the interference probability in DTV receivers in the case of interference impact of LTE BS on DTV receiver. As per simulation results, the interference impact of LTE BS on DTV receiver is efficiently mitigated and the guard band remarkably reduced when LTE BS uses beamforming.
Compatibility analysis between DTV and radio microphones in Korea

Recently, Korea has made a plan to allocate CH 14~ CH 51(470 MHz-698 MHz) for DTV. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account compatibility and sharing between DTV and other potential service systems. This paper assumes that DTV operates on CH 51 (692 MHz~ 698 MHz) and radio microphones operate on CH 52 (698 MHz~704 MHz) in spare band, and then analyzes compatibility between DTV and radio microphones. According to interference scenarios, protection requirements and system parameters, the required protection distances between DTV and radio microphone are determined. In the case of DTV potentially interferes with radio microphone, in the worst case, the required protection distance between DTV and radio microphone should be more than 1710.6 m for indoor scenario and 168.1 km for outdoor scenario; in the reverse case that radio microphone potentially interferes with DTV, the required protection distance between radio microphone and DTV should be more than 53 m for outdoor scenario. The analysis results may offer a reference and be helpful for considering compatibility between DTV and radio microphones in band V before DTV will be used.
Study on Coexistence between WiBro and WLAN in DTV Bands

본 논문은 DTV 주파수 대역(185 MHz, 481 MHz, 687 MHz)에 WiBro와 무선랜 서비스가 동일 채널 및 인 접 채널에 할당되는 시나리오를 가정한 후, Monte-Carlo 기반의 Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool(SEAMCAT)을 이용한 간섭 분석을 통해 최적의 주파수 대역을 제시하였다. 분석 내용으로 WiBro Mobile Station 과 무선랜 User Equipment 사이의 요구되는 보호거리 및 보호 대역, WiBro Mobile Station/Base Station 및 무선랜 User Equipment 의 허용 송신 파워를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 주파수 대역 185 MHz에 할당할 경우가 상대적으로 잠 재적 간섭이 가장 큰 경우이고 697 MHz의 할당이 최적의 주파수 대역으로 분석되었다. 본 분석결과는 향후 DTV 주 파수 대역에 WiBro와 무선랜의 할당에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. Mutual Interference scenarios between Wireless Broadband (WiBro) and Wireless LAN (WLAN) in DTV bands are assumed. Co-channel interference and adjacent channel interference are respectively evaluated in terms of carrier to interference ratio (C/I) by using Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool (SEAMCAT) based on the Monte-Carlo simulation method. For the simulation, three frequencies such as 185 MHz, 481 MHz and 687 MHz are chosen. Analysis results indicate that interference situation of using frequency of 185 MHz is the worst case, which requires longer protection distance between WiBro MS and WLAN User Equipment (UE), lower transmit power of WiBro Mobile Station (MS) and WiBro Base Station (BS) and WLAN UE and larger guard band. Comparing to cases of using frequency of 185 MHz and 481 MHz, interference situation of using frequency of 687 MHz is slighter. Therefore, using frequency of 687 MHz is easier for coexistence between WiBro and WLAN. Analysis results can be used as reference and guideline when planning the deployment of WiBro and WLAN in DTV bands.
