        Chinoketides A and B, Two New Antimicrobial Polyketides from the Endophytes of Distylium chinense with the "Black-Box" Co-culture Method

        Two new polyketides, chinoketides A and B (1 - 2) with a known compound xylarphthalide A (3), were isolated from the solid medium of the endophytes from the leaves of the relic plant Distylium chinense with the "black-box" co-culture method, and the structures of two new compounds were elucidated by NMR, MS and CD spectra. And the absolute configurations of chinoketides A (1) and B (2) were determined as 2R,3R,8S and 5R,6S by calculating their ECD spectra to compare with the experimental CD spectra. Finally, the antimicrobial activities were evaluated to Erwinia carotovora sub sp. Carotovora (Jones) Bersey et al, and the results showed that compounds 1 - 3 displayed the antimicrobial activities with MIC value at 20.5, 30.4 and 10.2 mg/mL.

      • Study on Importance Function for Particle Filter

        As an important nonlinear filter theory, particle filter is a heated issue in domestic and foreign researches. The option of importance density is one of the key steps of particle filter algorithm. The proper option of importance density can minish the negative influence of filter algorithm caused by degeneracy problem. This paper introduces several widely-used options of importance density systemically, and analyzes their features and applied perspectives respectively. The paper also advances a comprehensive method of importance density, analyzes its technical features, explores the adjudgement and improvement of this method based on various performance, and finally puts forward the necessary further study according to the engineer requirements.

        Zn2þ-Doped Carbon Dots, a Good Biocompatibility Nanomaterial Applied for Bio-Imaging and Inducing Osteoblastic Differentiation In Vitro

        Multifunctional photoluminescent (PL) nanomaterials have attracted considerable interest in terms of their potential applications in the field of clinical medicine. Carbon dots (CDs), as emerging optical nanomaterials, are promising in various fields including biological imaging, drug transport and nerve tracing. However, little research has investigated on bone tissue engineering as of now. In this study, a new kind of bifunctional Zn2+-doped carbon dots (Zn-CDs) has been synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method, Zn-CDs show effective fluorescent imaging and induce osteoblastic differentiation abilities in vitro. Moreover, compared with the raw material, Zn-CDs exhibited more effective osteoblastic differentiation promoting capability. Overall, the biocompatible nanomaterial Zn-CDs show potential to be used as a promising novel nanodrug for bone loss therapy and also a monitor of cell variation by fluorescence imaging.

        Rapid Screening of Maize Inbred Lines Based on NIR-MIR Spectral Characteristics and Small-molecule Metabolites

        Near-infrared (NIR), Mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopy and Gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with principal component analysis (PCA) were used to preliminarily select suitable maize parents that can be further employed in future breeding process. Especially, a new matrix was innovatively developed in terms of metabolic components, and used for PCA. Firstly, the quality maize seeds were selected based on the score plots from PCA of NIR, MIR, fusion of NIR and MIR, and GC-MS. Then, the potential biomarkers, including phenol, propionic acid, DL-malic acid, L-valine, which have great influence on the selection of quality maize seeds, were confirmed based on the loading plots from PCA of GC-MS and MIR spectral data. Finally, the quantitative analysis of partial biomarkers for selected parents was carried based on GC-MS method. The selected suitable maize parents were further confirmed by the difference of biomarkers contents. The results showed that NIR, MIR, and GC-MS combined with PCA are as rapid, convenient analysis methods, and can be thus employed for future maize breeding process.

        A new tactic analysis of broadcast sports video is proposed based on player trajectory information. Tactic analysis of sports video aims to recognize and discover tactic modes and match strategies that teams and personal players used in the games. Based on players and ball trajectory. First presents an interactive relationship analysis of temporal and spatial algorithm based on time fragment slice. According to the speed and distance of trajectory shape and the distance measurement and each trajectory in time fragment, to use graphical model was constructed to express tactical video game sports event. Through the analysis of each component fragment of interaction trajectory, the offensive incidents of tactical mode carried out hierarchical recognition of coarse to fine in football game video. In the coarse recognition process, the interaction mode is divided into a coordinated attack and personal attack. In fine recognition further, the coordinated attack mode is divided into interception attack and no interception attack. The personal attack mode is divided into direct attack and the dribbling-attack.

        Discovery of Chitin Deacetylase Inhibitors through Structure-Based Virtual Screening and Biological Assays

        Chitin deacetylase (CDA) inhibitors were developed as novel antifungal agents because CDA participates in critical fungal physiological and metabolic processes and increases virulence in soil-borne fungal pathogens. However, few CDA inhibitors have been reported. In this study, 150 candidate CDA inhibitors were selected from the commercial Chemdiv compound library through structure-based virtual screening. The top-ranked 25 compounds were further evaluated for biological activity. The compound J075-4187 had an IC50 of 4.24 ± 0.16 μM for AnCDA. Molecular docking calculations predicted that compound J075-4187 binds to the amino acid residues, including active sites (H101, D48). Furthermore, compound J075-4187 inhibited food spoilage fungi and plant pathogenic fungi, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) at 260 μg/ml and minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC) at 520 μg/ml. Therefore, compound J075-4187 is a good candidate for use in developing antifungal agents for fungi control.

        금융법은 금융경제의 발전에 따라 발전된 새로운 법률체제이다. 중국의 금융법은 30년 동안의 발전을 거쳐 기본적인 법률체제가 형성되었다. 그의 기본적이 특징은 국가법률을 기본구조로 하고 정부의 “조례” 와 관리감독 규장을 기본내용으로 하며 “분업경영” 분업감독을 실시하고 공상업과 금융업의 업무경영을 엄격하게 분리하여 그 서로간의 투자에 대하여 엄격하게 제한한다. 금융기관 내부의 은행업, 신탁업, 증권업, 보험업의 핵심업무를 분리하여 경영하고, 중국인민은행 은행관리감독위원회, 증권관리감독위원회, 보험관리감독위원회가 분업하여 감독하며 금융지주회사에 대해서는 지배주주의 업무성격에 따라 “주감독제도” 및 “합동회의제도”를 실시한다. 금융업무경영은 수권제(受權制)를 실시하고 모든 금융업무경영은 감독기관의 수권을 얻어야 하며, 그렇지 않으면 비법경영에 속한다. 이러한 체제는 은행법시스템, 지불결제시스템, 신탁법시스템, 증권법 시스템, 보험법시스템 및 관리감독법시스템으로 구성한다. 대체적으로 말하자면 이런 법률체제는 중국 금융업발전의 현실상황과 기본적으로 부합한것이다. 다만 세계 각국 금융업의 계속적인 발전에 따라 각국 금융법률 체제가 계속 발전하고 있어, 중국 현행금융법체제의 많은 내용은 계속 발전된 금융추세와 적응하지 않고 많은 내용은 계속적으로 완화하여야 한다고 인식하여야 한다 본문은 중국 금융법의 기본현황을 객관적으로 총결된 바탕으로 중국 금융업의 발전수요와 결합하여 중국 금융법체제에서 존재하는 문제를 논하고, 중국 금융업 발전의 실제내용에 근거하여 체제적으로 중국 현행 금융법을 개선하는 의견을 제세하며 학계와 실무계에 참고를 제공한다. Financial law is a new legal system going with the financial economic development. China financial law has formed a basic legal framework after nearly 30 years development. The essential characters of such a system are that the nation`s laws are the basic framework: The state Council regulations and regulatory body documents are the specific content; to operating under the principle of “segregate management and segregate supervision”; the strictest transaction isolation of industry, commerce and finance; seted strict limits the mutual investment between the two industries; to operating segregate management about core business between banding, trust, securities and insurance industry: segregated supervision by The People`s Bank Of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, and China Insurance Regulatory Commission; financial holding companies according to the controlling shareholder to adopt leading supervision and joint meeting system; to have to get a license before operating a financial business, or will be illegal operation. The China financial law system consists of banking law system, payment and clearing law system, trust law system, securities law system, insurance law system and regulatory law system. But, also must see, the financial legal system is constantly improving with the development of finance industry. China financial system has a lot of content needs to be perfected ceaselessly. This paper tries to summarize the basic situation, existing problems and to put forward some improving suggestions about china financial law for relevant professional and administrator are presented as a reference.

        Solidification of uranium mill tailings by MBS-MICP and environmental implications

        Uranium mill tailing ponds (UMTPs) are risk source of debris flow and a critical source of environmental U and Rn pollution. The technology of microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) has been extensively studied on reinforcement of UMTs, while little attention has been paid to the effects of MICP on U & Rn release, especially when incorporation of metakaolin and bacillus subtilis (MBS). In this study, the reinforcement and U & Rn immobilization role of MBS -MICP solidification in different grouting cycle for uranium mill tailings (UMTs) was comprehensively investigated. The results showed that under the action of about 166.7 g/L metakaolin and ~50% bacillus subtilis, the solidification cycle of MICP was shortened by 50%, the solidified bodies became brittle, and the axial stress increased by up to 7.9%, and U immobilization rates and Rn exhalation rates decrease by 12.6% and 0.8%, respectively. Therefore, the incorporation of MBS can enhance the triaxial compressive strength and improve the immobilization capacity of U and Rn of the UMTs bodies solidified during MICP, due to the reduction of pore volume and surface area, the formation of more crystals general gypsum and gismondine, as well as the enhancing of coprecipitation and encapsulation capacity

      • Effect of Trichostatin A on CNE2 Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cells - Genome-wide DNA Methylation Alteration

        Trichostatin A (TSA) is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. We here investigated its effects on proliferation and apoptosis of the CNE2 carcinoma cell line, and attempted to establish genome-wide DNA methylation alteration due to differentially histone acetylation status. After cells were treated by TSA, the inhibitory rate of cell proliferation was examined with a CCK8 kit, and cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. Compared to control, TSA inhibited CNE2 cell growth and induced apoptosis. Furthermore, TSA was found to induce genome-wide methylation alteration as assessed by genome-wide methylation array. Overall DNA methylation level of cells treated with TSA was higher than in controls. Function and pathway analysis revealed that many genes with methylation alteration were involved in key biological roles, such as apoptosis and cell proliferation. Three genes (DAP3, HSPB1 and CLDN) were independently confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR. Finally, we conclude that TSA inhibits CNE2 cell growth and induces apoptosis in vitro involving genome-wide DNA methylation alteration, so that it has promising application prospects in treatment of NPC in vivo. Although many unreported hypermethylated/hypomethylated genes should be further analyzed and validated, the pointers to new biomarkers and therapeutic strategies in the treatment of NPC should be stressed.

        Effects of Temperature and Additives on the Thermal Stability of Glucoamylase from Aspergillus niger

        GAM-1 and GAM-2, two themostable glucoamylases from Aspergillus niger B-30, possess different molecular masses, glycosylation, and thermal stability. In the present study, the effects of additives on the thermal inactivation of GAM-1 and GAM-2 were investigated. The half-lives of GAM-1 and GAM-2 at 70ºC were 45 and 216 min, respectively. Data obtained from fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectroscopy, UV absorption spectroscopy, and dynamic light scattering demonstrated that during the thermal inactivation progress, combined with the loss of the helical structure and a majority of the tertiary structure, tryptophan residues were partially exposed and further led to glucoamylases aggregating. The thermal stability of GAM-1 and GAM-2 was largely improved in the presence of sorbitol and trehalose. Results from spectroscopy and Native-PAGE confirmed that sorbitol and trehalose maintained the native state of glucoamylases and prevented their thermal aggregation. The loss of hydrophobic bonding and helical structure was responsible for the decrease of glucoamylase activity. Additionally, sorbitol and trehalose significantly increased the substrate affinity and catalytic efficiency of the two glucoamylases. Our results display an insight into the thermal inactivation of glucoamylases and provide an important base for industrial applications of the thermally stable glucoamylases.
