        In order to analysis of colour difference in dyeing process of the production field, several dyestuffs were selected for examine pH independance, step dyeing and migration test. And another investigation also carried out how much causes colour difference to insufficient washing process a t pre-treatment process. The results were as follows. 1. All used dyestuffes behavior showed high dye-up take a t the low pH condition. 2. In the examination of pH independence, C. I. Acid Red 57 and C. I. Acid Yellow 199 dyestuffs were exception behavior to used all dyestuffs. 3. By step dyeing results, mixed system of C. I. Acid blue 62 and C. I. Acid Red 57 have a good color reproducibility.

      • 가속수명실험을 이용한 케이블 절연재료의 수명특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 고체절연재료의 수명예측의 일환으로서 가속수명실험을 통해 얻은 수명데이터의 통계학적 처리방법과 복합 스트레스와 수명과의 상호관계를 규명하기 위한 수명모델을 제시하고 있다. 가속수명실험을 통해 얻는 수명데이터는 와이블분포에 적용하고, 최소자승법과 최우추정법을 이용하여 와이블분포함수의 모수를 추정하였다. 또한 제시된 수명모델의 상수를 추정하여 복합스트레스와의 관계를 규명함으로써 수명모델의 타당성을 입증하였다. 추정결과, 주위온도와 인가전압이 상승함에 따라 수명은 현저히 짧아지고, 수명모델의 상수는 복합스트레스에 크게 의존하는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 수명모델은 고체절연재료의 수명을 나타내는데 적당한 것으로 나타났다. This paper suggests the statistic method for a lifetime estimation of solid insulating materials using the data obtained from accelerated aging test has been performed to obtain the lifetime data. The multi-stress including thermal and electrical stress has been applied to accelerate the degradation of insulating materials. The Weibull Cumulative Distribution Function has been used to treat statistically the lifetime data. Using the lifetime model of this study, we estimated the lifetime constants to show the relationship between the lifetime and the applied multi-stress. It has been shown that the lifetime model agrees well with the lifetime of solid insulating materials.

      • 水稻移秧時의 移養作業을 위한 適正圃場條件에 關한 硏究(Ⅱ) : 耕地整理 後 經適年數 Elapsed years after readjustment of arable land

        For purpose of investigation the proper paddy field condition in performance of rice transplanter according to the various elapsed years (1,2yesrs) after readjustment of arable land and days (1,2days) after puddling and the plowing depth(15,18,21cm), this experiment was carried out on the readjustment of arable land located in Chi! Am Dong, Jin Ju City. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The percentage of slip had a great influence on uneveness on the ground according to the readjustment of arable land, but highest percentage of slip was 26% in 2 year after readjustment of arable land (2day after puddling, plowing depth 15cm). 2. The planting distance was the widest difference with 12.4㎝ in 1 year after read justment of arable land (1 day after puddling, plowing depth 21cm) and the planting distance was 13.8cm, which was closed to the proper planting distance in 2 year after readjustment of arable land (2day after puddling, plowing depth 15cm). 3. The percentage of missing hill was the lowest (2.1%) in 2 year after readjustment of arable land (2day after puddling, plowing depth 15cm). 4. The planting depth was 3.15cm, which was closed to the proper planting depth in 2year after readjustment of arable land (2day after puddling, plowing depth 15cm). 5. The angle of planting posture had a great influence on uneveness on the ground. 6. From the result above mentioned, then one transplant rice after readjustment of arable land, one must transplant rice 15cm and below of plowing depth, and it is recommended that one must work minutely into plowing, soil preparation, eveness operation and etc.

      • 1980~1990년대 기능인력 부족 및 양성정책의 성격

        The major purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic of skilled worker deficiency and training policy from a manpower supply point of view. To achieve the purpose of study wrote out research problems as follows: First in which section did deficiency situations of skilled worker bring about before and after 1990 ? And what was the basic cause of them? Second, did an avoidance tendency of skilled occupation that was generated mainly at manufacturing industry bring about by any factors before and after 1990 ? How was the characteristic of it? Third, were what relations between the governmental training policy of skilled worker and the characteristic of skilled worker deficiency? The major conclusions of this study were as follows : 1) The basic cause of deficiency situation of skilled worker came from pool diminution of 15 year old men - 24 year old men. The deficiency of skilled worker was largely generated at a labor intensive industry of low wages and at a smaller business rather than a large enterprise. And in skill levels high-skilled worker lacked so much. These large deficiency of high-skill worker couldn't be solved as just a huge quantity training of a low-skilled worker : the policy that enlarge school such as an industrial high school, a training center etc. 2) An avoidance tendency of skill occupation was mostly generated by a wage disparity, an uncleanness of working environment, an anxiety of the future in their job etc. In the most of them, the wage disparity was the most significant factor. Also an social avoidance tendency of 3D job was one of the main factors. 3) The governmental policy to solve the deficiency situation of skilled worker was the way that enlarge low-skilled worker : increase student of industrial high school and training center. But these policy was the type that followed 1970s's method, moreover was the plan that overlooked 1990s's social·economical variation that a structure of industry and a need of labor supplier was variously changing. Accordingly, the governmental policy couldn't be actualized as the original supply plan until now. In conclusion, to accomplish the object of training policy and to solve the situations of skilled worker deficiency, the training method of skilled worker should be change into qualitative education which can reflect on student's need and today's uniformly quantitative education should be reformed in the future.

        Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis 환아의 치험례

        본 병원에 동통을 느끼지 못하는 것으로 인한 혀나 손가락 깨물기 등이 자가 손상,무한증,반복적 발열등의 임상증상을 보이며 유전성이 없이 CIPA로 내원한 환아에서 보호자에게 세심한 보호와 우발사고 방지에 대한 교육이 무엇보다도 중요하며, 치면세마,불소도포,소와열구전색등의 예방적인 처치와 주기적으로 내원시켜 치과적인 문제를 조기에 해결하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다. Congenital Insensivity to Pain with Anhidrosis(CIPA) is rare autosomal recessive disorder which is known to be hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathies(HSAN) typeⅣ. It is predilection for male and observed in early infant. Its clinical features include congenital analgesia, which leads to self-mutilation; inability to sweat, which leads to defective thermoregulation; and mild to moderate mental retardation. Its dental features include self-mutilation by nail peeling, which leads to gingival ulcer, tongue ulcer due to tongue biting, and enamel hypoplasia. Partial anodontia is often observed as well. Seventeen-months-old boy with CIPA was reported. This is the case in which the dental characteristics are described and the dental treatment of patient is discussed.

      • 비냉각 적외선 감지기용 비나듐 산화막의 전기전도기구

        Thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_(x)) have been deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V_(2)O_(5) target in gas mixture of argon and oxygen. The oxygen/(oxygen+argon) partial pressure ratio is changed from 0% to 8%. Crystal structure, chemical composition and electrical properties of films sputter-deposited under different oxygen gas pressures have been characterized through XRD, AES, RBS and electrical conductivity measurements. All the films prepared below 8% O_(2) are amorphous, and those prepared without oxygen are gray indicating the presence of V_(2)O_(4) phase in the films. In order to measure the current-voltage characteristics and temperature dependence of conductance, devices of A1/VO_(x)/A1 sandwich structure have been fabricated. I-V characteristics are distinguished between linear and nonlinear region. In the low field region the conduction is due to Schottky emission, while at high field it changes to Fowler-Nordheim tunneling type conduction. The conductivity measurements have shown an Arrhenius dependence of the conductivity on the temperature.

        This study describes an interframe image coding method using motion compensated and classified vector quantization(MC-CVQ). In motion compensated vector quantization(MCVQ), it is very important to encode the significant block. Therefore, we propose the MC-CVQ which encodes the significant block in the motion compensated error image by the classified vector quantizer. We classify the significant blocks according to the positions of the significant vectors, and also classify the significant vectors into 15 classes according to the positions of the significant pels. The computer simulation shows that the signal-to-noise ratio and the average bits of MC-CVQ are 0.2-0.25 bits/pel and 35 to 37 dB, respectively.

      • 水稻移秧期의 走行性에 관한 硏究

        써레作業 後 經過日數와 車輪深下에 따른 水稻移秧機의 走行性을 檢討하기 위하여 實際圃場實驗을 實施한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 써레作業 後 經過日數와 車輪沈下에 따로 Cone index와의 關係는 直線的으로 나타났다. Y(1)=0.639-0.029χ Y(2)=0.746-0.026χ 2. 水稻移秧機의 驅動 torque는 車輪沈下의 增加에 따라 直線的으로 變하였고 써레作業 後 經過日數가 增加할 때에는 減少하였으면, 엔진 搭載馬力에 充分한 餘裕가 있어 水稻移秧機의 走行에는 크게 支障이 없을 것으로 思料되었다 3. 써레 作業 後 經過日數와 車輪沈下에 따른 水稻移秧機의 驅動 torque와의 關係는 直線的으로 나타났다. Y(1) = -755.83+150.51χ Y(2) = -343.11+92.76χ 4. 슬립率은 水稻移秧機의 車輪沈下 깊이가 적을수록 적게 나타났으며 써레作業 後 經過日數가 增加할 때에는 減少하였다. This experimental study has been carried out to investigate the mobility of Rice Transplanter according to the various elapsed days after puddling and the wheel sinkage of Rice Transplanter. From the results obtained by field experiment, the following conclusions were derived. 1. The relationship between cone index of wheel sinkage and elapsed days after puddling appeared in a straight line Y(1)=0.639-0.029X Y(2)=0.746-0.026X 2. The driving torque of Rice Transplanter was directly proportional to the increasing of the wheel sinkage and was diminished as the elapsed days after puddling increased, so the loading power of these engines is considered to be enough for the mobility of Rice Transplanter. 3. The relationship between the driving torque of wheel sinkage and elapsed days after pudding appeared in a straight line Y(1) = -755.83+150.51X Y(2) = -343.114+92.76X 4. The percentage of slip was small as the wheel sinkage depth decreased and was diminished as the elapsed days after puddling increased.

      • 입찰-협상 방식 기반 해운관련 기업의 전자상거래시스템 구축

        본 연구는 해운관련 기업의 전자상거래시스템을 설계함에 있어 적용해야할 거래 방식을 탐색하여 이 방식이 적용된 시스템의 구조를 제시하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 시스템에 적용될 거래방식으로 입찰-협상 방식이 제시되었다. 이 방식은 다양한 거래를 수용하기 때문에 향후 새로운 거래 방식에 대해서도 유연하게 대처할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 입찰-협상 거래 방식을 적용하여 제시한 해운전자상거래 구조는 통신비 절감 등의 비용적 측면에서 이점을 간과 할 수 없지만, 본 논문에서 강조해야 할 점은 수요자와 공급자를 SCM 관점에서 사이버공간상에 연결함으로써 새로운 가치를 창조할 수 있다는 점이다. 사이버 공간을 이용함으로써 전통적 거래 방식에서 지니고 있던 인맥에 의한 마케팅의 한계를 극복할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 원활한 거래방식을 도입함으로써 거래 시간을 획기적으로 줄이는 효과가 있다. 또한 수 작업하에서는 시행하기 어려운 입찰-협상 방식을 적용함으로써 서비스의 생산원가를 낮출 수 있는 계기를 마련하고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 사이버해운거래 시스템의 사업적 성공을 위해서는 기존의 해운거래자의 사이버 공간으로의 유입 방안, 시스템 개발에 따른 투자비 회수를 위한 수익모델 제시, 그리고 참여 회원들의 기밀 보호 등에 따른 고려가 수반되어야 할 것이다. This paper is to suggest the architecture of e-shipping systems. For the purpose, the authors seek to find the optimal transaction method to apply to ship sale an purchase, shipping repair, ship stores and machinery. The optimal solution for the transaction is the bid and negotiation model and this will be good for accepting new transaction method which will occur in the future. Although the advantages of this systems is to reduce the communication cost, we have to focus on value creation by introducing SCM as the result of this system's application. We can overcome the limits of traditional marketing dependent on sales persons and also reduce the lead time. By accepting bid and negotiation method of transaction, this system enable to reduce the service cost. Though the above benefits of this system, we have to consider some problems to implement the systems. (1) How to induce the legend user to cyber space? (2) How to develop the revenue model to return the investments? (3) How to keep security of supplier's quotations in the system?
