청송 달기약수의 수질특성에 관한 연구

청송 달기약수(상탕,중탕,하탕)의 수질특성을 파악하기 위해 1999년 5월부터 2000년 2월까지 약 1년 동안 계절별로 총 28개 항목의 함유성분을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 각 탕별 약수의 수질에 큰 차이가 있었다. 하탕약수는 Mg과 Na이 상대적으로 높았?만? 중탕약수는 Ca, K, Si, Fe, Mn, 전기전도도, 총염기도, DO, $Cl^-$, $SO_4^{2-}$등에서 상대적으로 높은 값을 보였다. 건강상 유해성분인 As, Cd, $Cr^{6+}$, Hg는 검출되지 않았으며, Pb는 기준이하로 나타났다. 먹는물 수질기준을 초과한 항목으로는 경도, Fe와 Mn이었다. 그러나 샘물의 경우에는 이 기준을 적용하지 아니한다고 규정하였다. 약수의 계절별 특징으로는 온도를 제외한 기타 항목에서는 뚜렷한 차이가 없었다. 음용수에서 섭취할 수 있는 미네랄 양을 알아보고자 미국 국립과학아카데미의 하루 요구허용량과 섭취 음용수의 양을 1.O L로 하고 購종善嗤?기준으로 계산한 결과, Ca 35.05%, Mg 36.43%, Na 5.88∼10.63%, K 0.19∼0.57%, Mn 21.86∼43.72%, Zn 0.65%, Cr,Cu, P 등은 0.01% 이하이고, Fe는 95.1%이었다. 따라서 달기약수는 철분이 풍부한 약수임을 알 수 있었다.달기약수는 K index가 111.7∼254.6,O index가 2.3∼4.5로서 Hashimoto가 주장한 K index 5.2,O index 2.O을 상회하므로 건강에 좋고 맛있는 물의 조건을 만족하고 있다. This study deals with the water qualities of Dalgi mineral spring in Cheongsong district.Water samples which were taken from upper, middle and bottorn spring sites were tested for twenty eight important water quality items including minerals, essential and/or toxic trace elements, and the analytical items to affect the taste of mineral water, seasonally from May 1999 to February 2000 The results obtained wereas follows:Each spring site showed much difference in major items. Bottom spring water showed higher value of Mg and Na than others. Middle spring water showed the highest value in all of the items except Mg and Na. The concentration of Hardness, Fe and Mn in mineral water were over than the normal standard for drinking water, but these items are not specified for the mineral water. As, Cd, $Cr^{6+}$ and Hg were not found and Pb was found ln trace level. All of the items proved nearly constant during the four seasons except water temperature. The contribution of mineral water to the nutrition of human was calculated in order to investigate the health effect of drinking water on the bases of Required Daily Allowance,one liter of water drinking and the mineral concentration of the bottom spring. The percentage of consumable minerals of Ca, Mg, Na, K, Mn,Zn and Fe were 35.05,36.43,5.88∼10.63,0.19∼0.57,21.86∼43.72,0.65, and 95.l respectively. This means Dalgl mineral water is pIenty of iron mineral. The K and O indexes of mineraI water appeared to be good for healthy and delicious water.

Recent studies clearly demonstrated that the novel expression of LH gene in the rat testis, and suggested the local action of the LH-like molecule. The present study was performed to analyze the expression of LH genes in the rat accessory reproductive organs. Expression of LH subunit genes in the rat uterus and epididymis was demonstrated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and specific LH radioimmunoassay (RIA). The $LH_{beta}$ transcripts in these organs contained the published cDNA structure, the pituitary type exons 1-3, which encoded the entire $LH_{beta}$ polypeptide. Presence of the transcripts for the ${\alpha}$-subunit in the rat reproductive tissues were also confirmed by RT-PCR. In the LH RIA, significant levels of LH were detected in crude extracts from the rat ovary, uterus and epididymis. The competition curves with increasing amount of tissue extracts were parallel with those of standard peptide, indicating that the immunoreactive LH-like materials in these tissues are similar to authentic pituitary LH molecule. In rat epididymis, the highest amount of immunoreactive LH was detected in corpus area. Our findings demonstrated that the genes for LH subunits are expressed in the rat accessory reproductive organs, and suggested that these extrapituitary LH may act as a local regulator with auto and/or paracrine manner.

Zig-Zag 결선 및 Open-Delta 방식을 이용한 새로운 고조파 저감장치의 개발

지금까지의 고조파 필터는 중성선 리액터와 지그재그결선의 영상 고조파 전류를 제거하였으나, 부하율에 따라 고조파 저감율이 변하여 경부하에서는 고조파 저감율이 낮아지는 특성이 있고, 중성선 리액터 과열로 중성선 단선 위험의 문제가 발생하였다. 본 Zig-Zag 결선 및 Open Delta 방식을 이용한 새로운 고조파 저감장치(HANOS)는 Zig-Zag 결선의 Core Block내에 추가로 Open Delta 방식을 결선하여 중성선에 연결함으로써 중성선에 흐르는 영상 고조파 전류가 과열 없이 안전하게 제거되는 것을 시험 분석한 결과로 증명하였다. The conventional harmonic filters to reduce zero harmonic current from neutral reactors and Zig-Zag connection, have several disadvantages of the decreased reduction rate of harmonics under a light load, because they have the load factor-dependent reduction rate of harmonics, and the risk of potential breaking in the neutral line by heated neutral reactor. Based Zig-Zag connection and Open-Delta mode, this new harmonic eliminating device (HANOS) adopts the combination of Zig-Zag connection and Open-Delta mode-the latter is additionally applied to the transformer's core block for connection to the neutral line. The results of this study demonstrated that the new device could eliminate safely zero harmonic current running in the neutral line without heating.

Observation of Cell Division in a Fertilized Egg of a Zebrafish by Using a Multimodal Nonlinear Optical Microscope

We have developed a high-speed and high-resolution multimodal nonlinear optical microscope, which can acquire in vivo label and label-free 3D images. Using this microscope, we could successfully observe dynamic images of the zebrafish heartbeat with 33-millisecond intervals without staining process, indicating 1.68 beats per second. In addition, we show that the label-free, high-speed, real-time images can be obtained during somatic cell divisions in the zebrafish’s embryo.

주강제 노출형 철골주각부의 휨 성능에 관한 실험 연구

기존의 주각부는 보강을 위하여 주각부의 가공에 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하게 되며 용접부가 과다하게 되어 베이스 플레이트에 변형이 발생하여 현장 설치시 앵커볼트와의 조립이 어려운 점등의 문제가 있다. 또한 상부구조의 응력분포와 변형 등을 평가하는 것에 있어서 중요한 의미를 가지는 주각의 고정도는 베이스플레이트의 강성부족, 앵커볼트의 느슨함, 베이스플레이트 하면(下面) 모르타르의 충진불량 등에 의해서 실제 해석상의 완전고정보다는 고정도가 저하된다. 본 연구는 기존의 주각구성 방법을 개선하기 위해 응력의 분포에 따라 베이스 플레이트의 두께조절이 가능한 주강(鑄鋼)을 사용하여 베이스플레이트의 강성을 크게하고, 주각부를 보다 간편하게 구성할 수 있는 방법을 도입하였다. 이러한 주각구성법은 철판을 절단하여 용접하는 기존의 형식을 탈피하여 주각부의 베이스플레이트를 응력의 분포에 맞춰 그 두께를 조절할 수 있는 주강제품으로 제작함으로써 주각부의 가공 및 용접량을 최대한 줄이고 베이스플레이트의 강성을 증대시키며, 응력의 흐름도 명확하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시공의 간편성, 품질의 향상을 도모하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 주강제 주각부의 개발을 위하여, 기존 주각부와 주강제 주각부에 대한 실험체를 제작하여 반복가력 시험을 통하여 내력과 강성을 파악하고, 피로 시험을 통하여 장기적인 사용성을 확인하였다. 이상의 실험을 통해 주강제 주각부와 기존의 주각부의 구조적 성능을 비교하였을 때 내력과 강성면에서 동등한 성능을 보유하고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 사용하중의 반복가력 평가에서도 주강제 주각부가 안정적인 거동을 하는 것으로 평가되었다. Manufacturing conventional column base plate requires much manpower and time. In this research, a new method for constructing column base plate is introduced to improve on conventional methods through the use ofcast steel that is available for adjusting base plate thickness and enlarging base plate stiffness. The main purposes include reducing welding work, enlarging base plate stiffness, and clarifying the stress flow. Also, construction convenience and improvement in quality can be expected. For developing this cast steel base plate, test specimens of conventional and cast steel base plates are made and tested to analyze strength and stiffness. Also, the efficiency for long-term use is checked by fatigue tests. From these comparative tests, cast steel base plates have the same strength and stiffness as conventional base plates.

A Note on Complete Convergence in $C_{0}(R)\;and\;L^{1}(R)$ with Application to Kernel Density Function Estimators

Some results relating to $C_{0}(R)\;and\;L^{1}(R)$ spaces with application to kernel density estimators will be introduced. First, random elements in $C_{0}(R)\;and\;L^{1}(R)$ are discussed. Then, complete convergence limit theorems are given to show that these results can be used in establishing uniformly consistency and $L^{1}$ consistency.

고준위폐기물 처분장 안전성평가 관련 타 국가의 기술기준

The basic function of HLW disposal system is to prevent excessive radio-nuclides being leaked from the repository in a short time. To do this, many technical standards should be developed and established on the components of disposal system. Safety assessment of a repository is considered as one of technical standards, because it produces quantitative results of the future evolution of a repository based on a reasonably simplified model. In this paper, we investigated other countries' regulations related to safely assessment focused on the assessment period, radiation dose limits and uncertainties of the assessment. Especially, in the investigation process of the USA regulations, the USA regulatory bodies' approach to assessment period and peak dose is worth taking into account in case of a conflict between peak dose from safety assessment and limited value in regulation.

청송약수의 탄산과 유해 가능성 물질 존재에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to measure the levels of eluted and dissolved CO2, and CO, volatile organic substances and radiation composition of Cheongsong mineral water which were collected from November 2019 to July 2020 during the autumn, spring, and summer seasons at collection points located in the upper, middle and lower spring waters. Data of the upper, middle and lower spring waters include the following: the amount of eluted water (average value±standard deviation, mL/min) was 30.07±0.52, 15.03±0.16, 23.73±0.42, and the amount of CO2 gas was 1,000 ppm or more. In addition, there was no detection of CO or total volatile organic substances (TVOC) and the radiation dose was 0.08 to 0.13. μSv/h. A blank test value of 0.08 to 0.10 μSv/h, when compared with the median value, showed a high value of 0.02 μSv/h, and the uranium test results provided by the Cheongsong-gun Office were 0.0118 mg/L (date 2019.06.18) and 0.0091 mg/L (date 2020.06.04.) respectively, which was less than the permission limit of 0.03 mg/L. However, it is believed that further research using more precise devices is needed in order to guarantee the safety and health of the water.

해외직접구매 이용자의 지각된 가치가 만족 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향

오늘날 인터넷 및 모바일쇼핑이 생활화되고 있으며, 더불어 글로벌한 경영환경과 함께 소비생활도 글로벌화되면서 해외직접구매 시장이 더욱 활기를 띄고 있다. 하지만 이처럼 해외직접구매가 활성화되고 있음에도 불구하고 학술적 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 새롭게 급부상하고 있는 해외직접구매를 중심으로 해외직접구매가 소비자에게 가져다주는 가치들을 조사하고 해외직접구매에 대한 만족 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향력 을 살펴보고자 한다. 즉, 해외직접구매에 대한 소비자의 지각된 가치로 경제적 가치, 감성적 가치, 편의적 가치, 사회적 가치가 해외직접구매에 대한 쇼핑만족에 미치는 영향과 이러한 만족이 해외직접구매에 대한 지속적인 이 용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여 해외직접구매에 대한 초기수용자들의 요구 및 기대와 해외직접구매 활성화에 대한 마케팅 측면의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 해외직접구매를 실제로 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 소비자의 지각된 가치 → 해외직접구매에 대한 쇼핑만족 → 해외직접구매에 대한 재이용의도에 대한 인과적 구성 모델에 대해 구조방정식 모델분석으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 소비자의 지각된 가치 중 편의적 가치를 제외한 나머지 모두 해외직접구매 쇼핑만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 중 경제적 가치가 해외직접구매 쇼핑만족에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 분석 결과 나타났다. 또한 해외직접구매에 대한 쇼핑만족은 해외직접구매를 지속적으로 이용하려는 재이용의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 본 연구에서 논의된 바와 같이 학문적으로 소비자의 지각된 가치가 해외직접구매를 이용하는 소비자들에게 매력적인 요인이 되는지를 파악하여 그들은 어떠한 요구 및 기대를 가지고 있는지를 파악 하였다. 또한 실무적으로는 소비자가 느끼는 가치를 관리할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제시하여 관련업계에 대해 중요한 마케팅적 시사점을 제공한다. As customers usually use internet and mobile shopping easily today and consumption trend is changing to globalize, overseas direct purchase shopping is growing in Korea. Although people are interested in the overseas direct purchase shopping, there are no research dealing with it. Therefor, this study focus on perceived value of customer and research the impact on Consumers’ shopping satisfaction and Repurchase intention. That is, we can get needs and expectation of customers as using overseas direct purchase shopping, and we give some marketing insights in order to vitalize the market of overseas direct purchase shopping. This study attempted to investigate the impact of consumers’ perceived values on overseas direct purchase shopping. The purpose of this study is to examine how four perceived value constructs of consumers related to overseas direct purchase shopping(economic value, emotional value, convenience value, social value) affect consumers’ shopping satisfaction and repurchase intention using overseas direct purchase shopping. For this study, data were gathered from respondents who use overseas direct purchase shopping and analyzed by structural equation model. All three constructs except for convenience value about perceived value(economic value, emotional value, social value) affected consumers’ shopping satisfaction and repurchase intention toward overseas direct purchase shopping. Among the three constructs, the economic value is most important factor to affect consumers’ shopping satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results show that management and investment to improve perceived value(economic value, emotional value, social value) of overseas direct purchase shopping make consumers’ shopping satisfaction toward overseas direct purchase shopping, and then the satisfaction can improve repurchase intention of overseas direct purchase shopping. These findings have important theoretical implication how perceived value is attractive factor on using overseas direct purchase shopping and practical implications which are suggest to manage and develop customers’ perceived value as a important marketing strategy in this paper.
