Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a major cause of end-stage liver disease. Direct-acting antivirals (DAAs), including inhibitors of nonstructural proteins (NS3/4A protease, NS5A, and NS5B polymerase), represent key components of anti-HCV treatment, but these are associated with increased drug resistance and toxicity. Thus, the development of host-targeted antiviral agents, such as cyclophilin A inhibitors, is an alternative approach for more effective, selective, and safer treatment. Starting with the discovery of a bis-amide derivative 5 through virtual screening, the lead compound 25 was developed using molecular modeling-based design and systematic exploration of the structure-activity relationship. The lead 25 lacked cytotoxicity, had potent anti-HCV activity, and showed selective and high binding affinity for CypA Unlike cyclosporin A, 25 lacked immunosuppressive effects, successfully inhibited the HCV replication, restored host immune responses without acute toxicity in vitro and in vivo, and exhibited a high synergistic effect in combination with other drugs. These findings suggest that the bis-amides have Significant potential to extend the arsenal of HCV therapeutics.

<P>A highly stable, dual-gate (DG) amorphous, indium-gallium-zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin-film transistor (TFT) with an offset top-gate (TG) is reported. Given that both gates are opaque and electrically tied together, the TG functions as a lightshield and drain-current (IDS) enhancer as synchronized gate-voltage (VGS) sweep induces bulk-accumulation (BA) at positive voltages. It is demonstrated here that regardless of the offsets between the TG and source/drain electrode, this BA a-IGZO TFT is immune to negative bias and light-illumination stress (NBIS) when the TG covers at least 50% of the channel region. Therefore, high performance BA a-IGZO TFTs that are also immune to NBIS can be designed without introducing additional parasitic capacitance that occurs when the TG overlaps the source and/or drain electrode(s).</P>
Development of an R-Mode Simulator Using MF DGNSS Signals

With the development of positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) information-based industries, PNT information is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, various navigation studies have been actively conducted to back up global positioning system (GPS) in scenarios in which it is disabled. Ranging using signals of opportunity (SoOP) has the advantage of infrastructure already being in place. Among them, the ranging mode (R-Mode) is a technology that uses available SoOPs such as a medium frequency (MF) differential global navigation satellite System (DGNSS) signal that has recently been recognized for its potential for navigation and is currently under research. In this study, we developed a signal simulator that considers the characteristics of MF DGNSS signals and skywaves used in R-Mode.

<P>The overlap between gate and source/drain electrodes gives rise to parasitic capacitance (C-gd), which causes RC signal delay in thin-film transistor (TFT) circuits. Here, we show that in amorphous-indium-gallium-zinc-oxide TFTs, offsets as large as 0.5 mu m, result in only slight reductions in drain-current, such that (compared with single-gate TFTs with 2.5-mu m gate-to-source/drain overlaps) an overall three times increase in switching speed can be achieved in dual-gate TFTs with offset top-gates shorted to offset bottom-gates. The high switching speed (similar to 18 ns/stage delay), which is a combined effect of the bulk-accumulation achieved by shorting the two gates and zero C-gd, results in high-speed amorphous oxide TFT-based circuits.</P>

Contemporary space design interacts with a variety of media, and space design not only involves space planning, but also the use of furniture in space to produce the effect that designers want to express.In general, furniture occupies a certain proportion in space design, so the important role of furniture in space design, besides its own use function, can have an influence on the material, shape and color of furniture.In order to study the relation between intelligent space design and furniture application, this paper understands the key elements of space design, summarizes and analyzes the restaurant case according to the five factors of structure, light, color, material and atmosphere, reveals the relation between space design and use, and pre-considerates the relation between restaurant design and furniture use. The relationship between the design of smart restaurants and the use of space is designed to guide future smart design development.
포스트코로나 시대에 지속가능한 해안어촌의 PEST- SWOT분석 연구

한국은 바다로 둘러싸인 나라로서 수산업의 발전을 위해 필요하며, 어촌에서 사회적 가치를 지닌 관광 소비 형태를 향유하고 있음을 고려할 때 어촌관광의 쇠퇴는 우리 사회에 상당한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 2019년 코로나19 발생 이후 모든 산업이 다양한 정도의 영향을 받았으며, 특히 접촉 비즈니스 활동인 관광산업이 큰 영향을 받았다. PEST는 개발 환경을 의미하고 SWOT는 평가 기준을 의미하며, 어업 개발의 현재 상황에 기초하여, 이 연구는 PEST-SWOT 분석 방법을 사용하는데, 16 키워드를 알아내는 P-S, P-W, P-O, P-T, E-S, E-W, E-O, E-T, S-S, S-W, S-O, S-T, S-T, T-S, T-W, T-O, T-T, 장점을 나타내는, 단점, 기회와 위협의 정치, 경제, 사회와 기술, 설문지 및 설계 모델 그들에 기반을 두고 있다. 조사 자료에 따르면, 정치, 경제, 사회, 기술 중에서 사회 (S)의 중요성을 사람들이 가장 중요하게 여기고 있으며, 사회 요소의 SWOT에서는 현재 상황(S)의 장점을 전제로 사회 요소(S-O)의 발전 기회를 포착해야 한다. 반면 기술적 요인은 부족한데, 이는 어촌의 큰 위협, 노후화된 시설, 기술적 한계 및 기타 문제점(T-T)으로 지속해 어촌의 경제발전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 어촌 발전(T-O)의 기회를 잡으려면 코로나19의 대유행을 이용해 어촌의 낡은 기술을 업데이트할 수 있다. As a country surrounded by the sea, Korea is necessary for the development of fisheries, and considering that we enjoy a form of tourism consumption with social value in fishing villages, the decline of fishing village tourism would have a significant impact on our society. Since the post COVID-19 in 2019, all industries have been affected to varying degrees, especially the tourism industry, which is a contact business activity. PEST represents the development environment and SWOT represents the evaluation criteria. Based on the current situation of fishery development, this study uses PEST-SWOT analysis method, Find out the 16 keywords are P-S, P-W, P-O, P-T, E-S, E-W, E-O, E-T, S-S, S-W, S-O, S-T, S-T, T-S, T-W, T-O, T-T, which represent the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of politics, economy, society and technology, and design the questionnaire model based on them. Put together 24 questionnaire options. According to the survey data, among politics, economy, society and technology, the importance of society(S) is considered the most important by the people, while in the SWOT of social factors, the opportunity to develop social factors(S-O) should be seized under the premise of the advantages of the current situation(S-S). On the other hand, there is a lack of technical factors, which is reflected in the great threat of fishing villages, aging facilities, technical limitations and other problems(T-T) that constantly affect the economic development of fishing villages. To seize the opportunity of fishing villages' development(T-O), the COVID-19 pandemic can be used to update the outdated technology of fishing villages.
