        기계적으로 밀링된 나노결정 Al-14wt%Ni-14wt%Mm 합금 분말의 열 안정성과 미세조직

        Mechanical milling has been performed for Al-14 wt%Ni-14 wt%Mm(Mm=misch metal) alloy powders rapidly solidified by the gas atomization method. The microstructure, hardness, and thermal stability of the powders were investigated as a function of milling time using X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Vickers micro-hardness tester and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) methods. In the early stage of milling, a cold-welded layer with a fine microstructure was formed along the edge of the milled powder (Zone A). The interior of the powder remained unworked (Zone B), resulting in a formation of two-zone microstructure. With increasing milling time, the nanocrystallite size decreased gradually reaching a size of about 10-15 nm and the lattice strain increased reaching a maximum value of about 0.7% after milling for 200 hours. The microhardness of the mechanically milled powder was 132 kg/㎟ after milling for 72 hours, and it increased to 290 kg/㎟ after milling for 200 hours because of the presence of fine nano structured phases.

        In this study, a precipitation method, one of the most effective liquid phase reaction, was adopted in order to prepare high-tech Al₂O₃/ZrO₂ composite ceramics. Al₂(SO₄)₃·18H₂O, ZrOCl₂·8H₂O and YCl₃·6H₂O were used as starting materials and NH₄OH as a precipitation agent. Fine powders were prepared at optimum calcination condition. Sinterability of each fine powder and the effects of ZrO₂ on the grain size and mechanical properties of Al₂O₃ were investigated. The composition of Al₂O₃/ZrO₂ composites was fixed as Al₂O₃-15v/o ZrO₂(+3m/o Y₂O₃). The effect of MgO on the grain size of Al₂O₃ZrO₂ ceramics was also investigated.

        Etching Effect on Microstructural Behavior of Gas Atomized Al-20 mass%Si Alloy Powder

        <P>In this research, a metallographic investigation of as atomized Al-20 mass%Si alloy powders, etched at surface and cross-section, was conducted by scanning electron microscopy. The surface micrographs of the etched powders showed the existence of primary Si and eutectic Si on the microstructure of the powder surface, and satellite particles adhering to the larger particles, while it was impossible to observe the surface microstructure in the case of the non-etched powder surface. The coarse primary Si phases in these powder particles were not present, indicating that their formation was effectively suppressed by the rapid solidification. In addition, it was possible to observe the microstructure of satellite powder surface such as fine cellular or featureless structure due to surface etching.</P>

        임금노동자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 인구사회학적요인, 성격특성요인, 조직요인을 중심으로

        This study aims to examine the factors affecting job satisfaction of wage workers. For this purpose, theories and preceding studies on job satisfaction and Big 5 personality factors were reviewed and the effects of sociodemographic factors, personality trait factors, and organizational factors were analyzed. From the 18 and 19th Korean Labor and Income Panel Study data, 5,784 wage workers were extracted for the analysis, and frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, the openness, conscientiousness, and agreeableness of the personality factors showed positive influence on job satisfaction, while neuroticism showed negative influence. In addition, it was analyzed that gender, age, education, employment position, monthly average wage, incentive pay, weekly regular working hours, and the fitness level of education and skill have significant influence on job satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggested introducing programs to enhance openness and alleviate neuroticism in organizations. It also proposed policy measures to improve job satisfaction such as reducing working hours, switching to permanent position, and providing quality jobs. 본 연구의 목적은 임금노동자를 대상으로 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 고찰하고 그 영향력을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직무만족과 Big 5 성격요인을 중심으로 이론과 선행연구를 고찰하고 인구사회학적요인, 성격특성요인, 조직요인으로 변수를 구성하여 한국노동패널조사 18차 부가조사와 19차 본조사에 응답한 임금노동자 5,784명을 대상으로 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 성격요인 Big 5 중 개방성, 성실성, 친화성은 직무만족도에 정적인(+) 영향력을 신경증은 부적인(-) 영향력을 나타냈다. 이와 함께 조직요인의 정규직 여부, 월평균임금, 성과급제 여부, 교육수준적합도와 기술수준적합도는 정적인 영향을, 근로시간은 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 인구사회학적요인에서는 여성일수록, 학력과 연령이 높을수록 직무만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 개방성 함양과 신경증 완화를 위한 프로그램 개발, 근로시간 단축, 정규직 전환, 고용의 질 재고 등 직무만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제시하였다.

      • Glutamate, GABA, 5-HT의 이온영동적 주입이 동통과 관련된 시상 뉴론의 단위 활동에 미치는 효과

        This experiment was conducted to determine what neurotransmitters are involved in ascending pain modulation mechanism from periaqueductal gray (PAG) to parafascicular nucleus (PF) of the thalamus by observing the response patterns of PF neurons to iontophoretically released drugs. For this, after the spontaneous activity of PF neurons and the evoked potentials to the noxious stimulus were recorded, the responses of neurons were observed while ejecting glutamate, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) iontophoretically. And the responses of neurons to electrical stimulation of the PAG were recorded. Results are as follows: 1. PF neurons which showed responses to the noxious stimulus were identified. 2. The activity of PF neurons was increased by iontophoretic application of glutamate but decreased by GABA. 3. The ejection of 5-HT tended to decrease the activity of PF neurons. 4. PAG stimulation by and large inhibited the increase in firing rate caused by the noxious stimulus. 5. The effects of glutamate and GABA on PF units were independent of the effect of PAG stimulation. 6. The effect of 5-HT of PF units was related to the inhibitory effect of PAG stimulation. The results may be interpreted to indicate that neurons mediating 5-HT but not glutamate and GABA are related to ascending pain modulation system from PAG to PF.

        여성 노인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 자녀를 둔 여성 노인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인구사회학적 요인과 건강 요인, 가족 요인을 중심으로 규명하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국 고용정보원에서 제공하는 ‘고령화연구 패널’ 7차 자료의 라이트 버전 6,136명 중 여성 노인 2,669명을 대상으로 기술통계분석과 다중회귀분석 등을 시행하였다. 연구 결과를 통합회귀분석에 의거 정리하면, 학력, 혼인상태, 주관적 건강, 우울, 건강 만족도, 손 자녀수, ADL 가족 여부, 자녀만족도가 여성 노인의 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 기초로 여성 노인의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 제언을 전달하였다. This study examined factors affecting life satisfaction of elderly women with children, focusing on sociodemographic factor, health factor, and family factor. For this purpose, this study conducted descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis using the data of 2,669 elderly women from the 7th “Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA)” released by the Korea Employment Information Service. As results, this study showed us that educational level, marital status, subjective health status, depression, satisfaction of health, number of grandchildren, ADL family member and satisfaction of children affected the life satisfaction of elderly women. Based on the results, it delivered policy and practical implications to improve life satisfaction of elderly women.
