      • 초등학생에서 집단따돌림의 유병률과 이와 관련된 정신병리현상

        연구목적 : 학교폭력의 가장 흔한 형태인 집단따돌림은 피해아동 및 가해아동 모두에서 다양한 행동, 정서 및 사회적 문제와 연관되어 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역사회내의 초등학교 고학년 학생들을 대상으로 집단따돌림의 유병률과 집단따돌림과 관련되어 아동에게 나타나는 정신병리 현상에 대하여 조사하고자 한다. 방 법 : 안양지역의 두 초등학교에서 무선으로 선출된 두 학급의 4, 5, 6학년 학생들이 본 연구의 연구대상이었다. 학생들은 한국형 또래지명설문지(K-PNI)를 완성하였고, 교사 및 부모는 ADHD Rating Scale(ARS)과 Conners 척도를 완성하였으며 부모들은 추가로 아동행동조사표를 완성하였다. 통계방법으로는 기술적 통계, 다중회귀분석 및 다중로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 결 과 : 총 532명의 학생들이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 집단딸돌림의 피해자, 가해자 및 피해자 겸 가해자의 유병률은 각각 48%, 45%, 30%로 나타났다. 심한 집단따돌림의 유병률은 2.1∼4.1% 사이였다. 집단따돌림의 피해아동와 피해자 겸 가해아동들은 교사와 부모에 의해 부주의하고 수동적이며 사회적으로 미성숙하고 공격성이 있는 것으로 평가되었으며 학년이 올라 갈수록 피해자가 되는 경향이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 가해 아동은 행동문제와 관련되어 있었으며 남아에게 많은 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 집단따돌림은 한국 초등학교 고학년 학생들 사이에서 매우 흔하게 일어나는 현상으로 보인다. 집단따돌림의 경험을 한 아동은 그렇지 않은 아동에 비해 더 많은 정신병리 현상을 보였다. 이러한 정신병리와 집단따돌림과의 인과관계를 밝히기 위해서는 집단따돌림을 경험한 아동에 대한 추적 조사가 필요할 것이다. Objective : School bullying, the most prevalent type of school violence, is Know related to various behavioral, emotional and social problems both in victims and per The purpose of the present study is to investigate the prevalence of school bullying psychopathology in a community sample of elementary school students. Method : Fourth to 6^th graders of two randomly selected classes in two elementary Anyang City participated in a cross-sectional study. Study subjects completed Nominating Inventory(K-PNI). Parents completed Korean-Child Behavior Checklist(KADHD Rating Scale(ARS) and Conners Scales for parents, and teachers completed Conners Scales for teachers. Descriptive statistics, multiple linear and logistic regress performed. Results : A Total of 532 students participated in this study. Prevalence of victims, and victim-perpetrators were 48%, 45%, and 30% respectively. Extreme victims and of school bullying ranged from 2.1∼4.1%. Inattention-passivity in teachers' Conn social immaturity or aggression in K-CBCL were positively associated with victims perpetrators, and grade was negatively related to school bullying. Conduct problem in Scale for teachers and emotional instability in K-CBCL, and male gender were positively with perpetrators. Conclusion : School bullying is very common in Korean children of elementary Those who had experienced school bullying, either as victims or as perpetrators, cantly more psychopathology than their counterparts. To clarify a causal relationship psychopathology and school bullying, a longitudinal follow-up study is suggested.

      • Implementation of ECG Arrhythmia Detection Algorithm for Ubiquitous Healthcare Application using Dynamic Time Warping Technique

        Nowadays, the technological advances in sensors network, integrated circuit and wireless communication have enabled the design of lightweight and low-cost sensor nodes particularly for healthcare application. Ubiquitous sensor network give new possibilities for monitoring of human biomedical signal using wearable sensors node and allow patients the freedom to move around but still under continuously monitoring. In this paper, a new concept for wireless wearable belt-type ECG sensor node transmitting signal via an ultra low power consumption wireless data communications unit to personal computer using Zigbee-compatible wireless sensor node. The measured ECG signals carry a lot of clinical information for a cardiologist especially arrhythmia detection from ECG signals. DTW (dynamic time warping) method is applied on normal ECG and abnormal ECG to determine the arrhythmia detection. For evaluate performance analysis, arrhythmia detection algorithm using MIT-BIH databases is performed in this research.

      • Development of BCG Monitoring System for Unconstrained Health Monitoring

        This paper focuses on development of new concept for ubiquitous BCG (ballistocardiogram) monitoring system using wireless sensor node transmitting signals to a diagnostic station at hospital and analysis the performance of long term BCG signals which can be used as an advanced diagnosis for health monitoring index. This research takes place either at home or office during daily life which can perform effectively in signal measurement by implementation of a new chair type BCG unconstrained measurement system.

        CASE REPORT : Endoscopic Findings of Enteropathy-Associated T-Cell Lymphoma Type II: A Case Series

        Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL) is a rare extranodal T-cell lymphoma arising from the intestine. Two types of EATL have been reported. In contrast to the classic EATL type I, EATL type II occurs sporadically, is unrelated to celiac disease, and comprises 10% to 20 % of all EATL cases. A total of five cases of EATL type II were diagnosed at our clinic from January 2009 to September 2012. Four of the five patients were diagnosed with the help of endoscopy. Among the four patients, two of the cases involved both the small and large intestines, whereas in the other two patients, EATL was limited to the small intestine. Common endoscopic findings included innumerable fine granularities (also called mosaic mucosal patterns) and diffuse thickening of the mucosa with a semicircular shallow ulceration in the lesions of the small bowel. In contrast, the endoscopic findings of the colon were nonspecific and could not distinguish EATL type II from other diseases. There are only few published reports regarding the representative endoscopic findings of EATL. Here, we present the clinical and endoscopic findings of four cases of EATL type II diagnosed by endoscopy. (Gut Liver 2016;10:147-151)

        무구속 심탄도 모니터링 시스템을 이용한 스트레스 분석 기초연구

        Heart related diseases mainly caused by heavy work load and increasing stress in human daily life. Therefore, researches on mobile healthcare monitoring for daily life has been carried out. Notably, wearable healthcare monitoring system which has least restriction has been tried to provide an emergency alert of abnormal heart rate. In this study, we developed chair type unconstrained BCG measurement system which able to perform continuous heart status monitoring at the office and daily life in the unconstrained way. Furthermore, adaptive threshold is used to detect the heart rate from BCG signals. The HRV(heart rate variability) is calculated from heart rate interval. ECG signal measured using conventional method and BCG signal measured using unconstraint system are carried out simultaneously for the purpose of performance evaluation. From the comparison result, BCG signal shows a similar heart beat characteristic as ECG signal. This proves the possibility of practical implementation of unconstraint healthcare monitoring system. In addition, medical examination like valsalva maneuver is performed to observe the changes in HRV due to stress. By performing valsalva maneuver, heart is said to be placed under an artificial physical stress condition. Under this artificial physical stress condition, the time and frequency domain of HRV parameters are evaluated.

        무구속 건강모니터링을 위한 심탄도 계측 시스템 구현 및 평가

        This research proposes measuring of BCG(ballistocardiogram) to monitor heart activities in a non-constrained environment, at home or work. Unlike with ECG, measuring BCG does not require the attachment of leads on the subject`s body and allows signal measuring in a non-constrained state. It enables effective long-term monitoring of cardiac conditions. In this study a chair type BCG measurement system to continuous monitor the activity of the heart is implemented. The instrument consists of upper petal and ready for press of chair load cell sensor is attached to measure the change of the object`s weight. In order to extract the output ballistic signal from the weight and force sensor signals. Beside the signal processing circuit for the digital conversion, the ballistic signal is detected using DAQ equipment. Signal processing algorithm including wavelet transforms for noise cancellation, template matching for normalization and peak detection in BCG is developed. ECG and BCG were concurrently measured to evaluate the performance of the system, and comparing the characteristics of the two signals verified the possibility of the system in non-constrained and non-conscious health monitoring.

        일상생활 중 건강모니터링을 위한 착용형 심전도계측 시스템 개발

        In this study, wearable ECG measurement system was implemented for health monitoring during daily life. A wearable belt-type ECG electrode worn around the chest by measuring the real-time ECG is produced in order to minimize the inconvenience in wearing. The measured ECG signal is transmitted via an ultra low power consumption wireless data communications unit to personal computer using Zigbee-compatible wireless sensor node. The ECG monitoring program is developed at end user which is personal computer. The measured ECG contains many noises mainly due to motion artifacts. For ECG signal processing, adaptive filtering process is proposed which can reduce motion artifacts efficiently and accurately than digital filter. The experimental results show that a reliable performance with high quality ECG signal can be achieved using this wearable ECG monitoring system.

        DTW 최소누적거리를 이용한 심전도 이상 검출 알고리즘 구현 및 평가

        Recently the convergence of healthcare technology is used for daily life healthcare monitoring. Cardiac arrhythmia is presented by the state of the heart irregularity. Abnormal heart`s electrical signal pathway or heart`s tissue disorder could be the cause of cardiac arrhythmia. Fatal arrhythmia could put patient`s life at risk. Therefore arrhythmia detection is very important. Previous studies on the detection of arrhythmia in various ECG analysis and classification methods had been carried out. In this paper, an ECG signal processing techniques to detect abnormal ECG based on DTW minimum accumulation distance through the template matching for normalized data and variable threshold method for ECG R-peak detection. Signal processing techniques able to determine the occurrence of normal ECG and abnormal ECG. Abnormal ECG detection algorithm using DTW minimum accumulation distance method is performed using MITBIH database for performance evaluation. Experiment result shows the average percentage accuracy of using the propose method for Rpeak detection is 99.63 % and abnormal detection is 99.60 %.
