Background : About 30% of patients in the hospital are under nourishment. A large portion of people are undernourished when they are admitted to the hospital and in the majority of these, undernutrition develops further while in hospital. Patient-Generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA), a method of nutritional assessment based on clinical judgment, has been widely used to assess the nutritional status of adults for both clinical and research purposes. Modified PG-SGA can be used as a nutrition screening tool, and a comprehensive nutrition assessment is desirable for those who are malnourished. The purpose of this study is to develop a simple, reliable and valid nutrition screening program(NSP). Methods : We applied the nutrition screening program(NSP) to adult inpatients who are at risk of malnutrition using the Modified Patient-Generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA) and objective assessment(electrical medical record data). Results : Therefore simple and beneficial NSP is developed for patients with severe malnutrition. Using NSP. nutritional information of the severe malnutrition patient should be shared with the physicians and they should be taken care of by clinical dietitians to improve their nutritional status. Conclusion : The Modified PG-SGA and nutrition screening tool are simple, reliable and valid nutrition screening program(NSP).
사회학적 변화가 공공아파트단지 외부공간의 공간구조에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 사회 환경의 변화가 공공아파트단지 외부 공간구조의 시대적 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 즉, 사회학적 변화와 아파트단지 외부공간의 공간구조의 상관성을 규명함으로써 사회적 특성과 변화를 고려한 주거단지 외부공간 계획의 방향성 및 디자인에 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 1970년대 이후부터 현재까지 아파트단지 외부공간구조의 변화과정을 공간구문론을 활용하여 정량적으로 분석한다. 또한 사회ㆍ문화ㆍ경제적 측면에서 아파트단지 외부공간의 변화 원인과의 상관관계를 분석한다. 이와 같이 분석한 결과, 공간의 변화가 있었던 시점에는 사회 환경 변화의 영향 요소가 있었음을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 요소는 아파트단지 외부공간의 공간구조에도 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 아파트단지 계획 시 사회적인 변화와 소비자들의 욕구를 반영한 외부 공간 요소의 배치는 소비자의 만족도를 제고함과 동시에 새로운 주거문화의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 새로운 주거문화를 위하여 아파트 단지 외부 공간 계획 방향의 시사점을 제시하고 있으며, 근본적으로는 공간과 사회의 관계를 규명하는데 기여할 것으로 해석된다. This study aims to examine the effect of social environment transformation on the outdoor space of Public housing apartment complex. For this purpose, we investigate the interrelationship between the social characteristics and spatial configuration in Korea’s apartment complex. Detailed literature review was carried out to elicit the social environment change and Space Syntax was adopted to analyze spatial properties in apartment complex. Then these two variables were analyzed to see the influence of social environmental changes on spatial configuration in the outdoor space. We could find the evidence to explain the transformation of spatial configuration according to the social environment. In order to reflect social changes and consumer desires spatial layout of the complex has been changed. Dramatic change was happened in 2000s by the trends stressing the impotance of revival of community and outdoor activity. This study suggests that social change and spatial properties are related each other, thus we have to be keen to provide healthy outdoor space considering society.

The objective of this study is to investigate the influences of the spatial configuration on sales of tenants in Complex Commercial Facility. One of the representative large Complex Commercial Facility in Seoul was selected as the study area. This study analyzes the indoor space using space syntax and then investigates the relationship between spatial configuration value and sales of store. The results of the study are that first, spatial configuration of the Complex Commercial Facility has an effect on a sales. Second, total integration value that explains accessibility and visibility of store has a positive influence on the increase of sales. Third, the effects of spatial configuration on sales are varied depending on tenants` characteristics and it would be carried out how to organize the tenants. Thus, this study indicates that the rental value and sales prediction would be evaluated in the stage of planning of complex commercial facility by understanding visitor`s behavior applying spatial configuration. Furthermore, this study is significant in terms of analyzing the configuration of indoor space using the real sales data base by visual analysis based on spatial analysis model.
가변적 피난경로 설정을 위한 피난동선과 이용자 행태 분석

The purpose of this study is to provide a convertible paths through analysis of evacuation routes and spatial behavior. In order to analyze the evacuation routes and spatial behavior on site, it explained the visual depth from the unit space to the exit, the number of movement routes, and the pedestrian flow. As a result, the visibility from the unit space to the evacuation exit is low, making it difficult to find the evacuation routes. Therefore, it is possible to propose of a convertible wall so that a small number of visual depth from the unit space to the evacuation exit when evacuating.
