        장 정결 후 발생한 정상 신기능에서의 고마그네슘혈증

        대장 내시경 검사에서 장 정결은 필수적인 조건이며, 이를 위해선 장 정결제가 반드시 필요하고 정결제는 각기 다른 특성을 지니고 있다. 따라서 정상 신기능을 가진 환자라도 대장 내시경의 목적 및 환자의 증상에 따라 장 정결제 선택에 주의를 해야 할 것으로 생각된다. Most reported cases of hypermagnesemia are related to laxative abuse and impaired renal function, while hypermagnesemia is uncommon without iatrogenic magnesium administration and decreased renal function. Magnesium-containing bowel-cleansing agents are widely used before colonoscopy, usually without complications. However, we experienced a case of symptomatic hypermagnesemia with normal renal function after using a bowel-cleansing agent. A 74-year-old man with normal renal function complained of lethargy and motor weakness after taking a bowel-cleansing agent containing 14 grams of magnesium before a colonoscopy for hematochezia. His magnesium level was 12 mg/dL. Fluid stasis in the gut due to colonic obstruction might have caused the hypermagnesemia. He was treated successfully with a bowel enema and intravenous calcium. We should be cautious when prescribing drugs for colonoscopy if colonic obstruction is suspected. (Korean J Med 2016;91:306-310)

        본 논문에서는 IoT 기반의 클라우드 관리 서버를 통해 강의실 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템은 컴퓨터 온/오프, 전기정보, 문 잠금 정보, 온도정보를 저장하며, 저장된 정보를 사용자의 요구에 따라 제공하여 효율적으로 강의실을 운영할 수 있으며 사용되는 컴퓨터와 전기사용을 용이하게 파악 및 관리할 수 있다. 인터넷 망을 통해 클라우드 서버에서 강의실에 관련된 정보를 수집하고 수집된 정보를 분류 및 분석하여 컴퓨터, 전기, 문 잠금에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 전기사용 감소, 도난 방지 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. In this paper, we develop a classroom management system through IoT based the cloud management server. The system save the information of computer on / off, the electric information, door lock information and the temperature information. Because the system provide the data according to a user"s request we operate the classroom management efficiently and can manage if the computer"s uses and the electricity used. Also the system collects information relating to classes in the cloud server over the Internet. Classification and analysis of the collected information is provided information on the computer, electric door lock. so the department office can be obtained an effect such as a decrease in the electricity used, the anti-theft.

        유사 이미지 분류를 위한 딥 러닝 성능 향상 기법 연구

        딥 러닝을 활용한 컴퓨터 비전 연구는 여전히 대규모의 학습 데이터와 컴퓨팅 파워가 필수적이며, 최적의 네트워크 구조를 도출하기 위해 많은 시행착오가 수반된다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 최적화나 데이터를 보강하는 것과 무관하게 데이터 자체의 특성만을 고려한 CR(Confusion Rate)기반의 유사 이미지 분류 성능 향상 기법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 유사한 이미지 데이터를 정확히 분류하기 위해 CR을 산출하고 이를 손실 함수의 가중치에 반영함으로서 딥 러닝 모델의 성능을 향상시키는 기법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 네트워크 최적화 결과와 독립적으로 이미지 분류 성능의 향상을 가져올 수 있으며, 클래스 간의 유사성을 고려해 유사도가 높은 이미지 식별에 적합하다. 제안 방법의 평가결과 HanDB에서는 0.22%, Animal-10N에서는 3.38%의 성능향상을 보였다. 제안한 방법은 다양한 Noisy Labeled 데이터를 활용한 인공지능 연구에 기반이 될 것을 기대한다. Deep learning in computer vision has made accelerated improvement over a short period but large-scale learning data and computing power are still essential that required time-consuming trial and error tasks are involved to derive an optimal network model. In this study, we propose a similar image classification performance improvement method based on CR (Confusion Rate) that considers only the characteristics of the data itself regardless of network optimization or data reinforcement. The proposed method is a technique that improves the performance of the deep learning model by calculating the CRs for images in a dataset with similar characteristics and reflecting it in the weight of the Loss Function. Also, the CR-based recognition method is advantageous for image identification with high similarity because it enables image recognition in consideration of similarity between classes. As a result of applying the proposed method to the Resnet18 model, it showed a performance improvement of 0.22% in HanDB and 3.38% in Animal-10N. The proposed method is expected to be the basis for artificial intelligence research using noisy labeled data accompanying large-scale learning data.

        Inhibition of THIP on Morphine-Induced Hyperactivity, Reverse Tolerance and Postsynaptic Dopamine Receptor Supersensitivity

        This study was performed to investigate the effect of tetrahydroisoxazolopyridine (THIP), a GABAA agonist, on the morphine-induced hyperactivity, reverse tolerance and postsynaptic dopamine receptor supersensitivity in mice. A single administration of morphine induced hyperactivity in mice. However, the morphine-induced hyperactivity was inhibited dose-dependently by the administration of THIP (0.2, 0.4 and 0.8 mg/kg, i.p.). In contrast, daily administration of morphine resulted in a reverse tolerance to the hyperactivity caused by morphine (10 mg/kg, s.c.). THIP inhibited the development of reverse tolerance in the mice that had received the repeated same morphine (10 mg/kg, s.c.) doses. The postsynaptic dopamine receptor supersensitivity, which was evidenced by the enhanced ambulatory activity after the administration of apomorphine (2 mg/kg, s.c.), also developed in the reverse tolerant mice. THIP also inhibited the development of the postsynaptic dopamine receptor supersensitivity induced by the chronic morphine administration. These results suggest that the hyperactivity, reverse tolerance and postsynaptic dopamine receptor supersensitivity induced by morphine can be inhibited activating the GABAA receptors.

      • Scale-up and optimization of HfO<sub>2</sub>-ZrO<sub>2</sub> solid solution thin films for the electrostatic supercapacitors

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To date, the high energy storage performances observed in the field-induced ferroelectric HfO<SUB>2</SUB>- or ZrO<SUB>2</SUB>-based films have had an obstacle to scale-up due to the involvement of low-k monoclinic phase at the large thickness (> ~ 10nm). Considering that the monoclinic phase formation is closely related with the in-situ (partial) crystallization during the atomic layer deposition (ALD) process, in this work, the ALD temperature of Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin films was lowered, and its influence on the energy storage performances was systematically examined. Carbon and nitrogen dopants incorporated at a low deposition temperature in combination with grain size decrease change the polymorphism of Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin film from the genuine ferroelectric to field-induced (incipient) ferroelectric crystal structure. The Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin film deposited at 210°C shows improved resistance to degradation by monoclinic phase involvement up to ~ 40nm compared to the previously-reported Hf<SUB>0.3</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.7</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin films. By investigating Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin films with wide ALD temperature and thickness ranges, energy storage density of ~ 55Jcm<SUP>−3</SUP> with an efficiency of ~ 57% can be achieved at the ~ 7.1nm Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin films deposited at 215°C. The performance can be retained even after 10<SUP>10</SUP> bipolar switching cycles, and the film endures thermal stress up to 175°C without severe degradation, demonstrating notable reliability.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The field-induced ferroelectricity was acquired from the Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> thin film. </LI> <LI> Chemical/structural changes by the decreased deposition temperature were elucidated. </LI> <LI> The crystallization in the as-deposited state was minimized by controlling Zr content and T<SUB>dep</SUB>. </LI> <LI> The electrostatic HfO<SUB>2</SUB>-ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> capacitor were scaled-up for the large energy storage. </LI> <LI> The FFE Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> capacitor does not degrade even after 10<SUP>10</SUP> switching cycles and up to 175°C. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>The crystallization in the as-deposited state and the resulting low-k monoclinic phase evolution were suppressed by changing the Zr content and the deposition temperature of the electrostatic supercapacitors based on the HfO<SUB>2</SUB>-ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> solid solution.         Naringenin Derivative Diethyl (5,4'-dihydroxy flavanone-7-yl) Phosphate Inhibits Cell Growth and Induces Apoptosis in A549 Human Lung Cancer Cells

        Anti-cancer effects of naringenin derivative diethyl (5,4'-dihydroxy flavanone-7-yl) phosphate were evaluated in human lung cancer cells. The effect of diethyl (5,4'-dihydroxy flavanone-7-yl) phosphate (dEdHF-7-p) on A549 cell viability was measured using MTS assay and cell counting. Morphological changes were detected using phase-contrast microscopy. Apoptosis was analyzed using Hoechst staining. The influence of dEdHF-7-p on cell cycle distribution was determined using propidium iodide (PI) staining, and protein expression was determined by Western blot analysis. A newly synthesized naringenin derivative dEdHF-7-p suppressed cell growth of A549though mechanisms including inhibition of cell cycle and increased apoptosis. Apoptotic and cell cycle modulators were changed by dEdHF-7-p in A549 cells; cyclins, ppRB, and antiapoptotic factor Bcl-2 were down-regulated, whereas apoptotic factor Bax and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors p21 and p53were enhanced, thereby releasing cytochrome c into the cytosol of dEdHF-7-p -treated-A549 cells. dEdHF-7-p treatment processed caspases-3/-8/-9 and cleavage of poly ADP-ribose polymerase. The dEdHF-7-p treatment enhanced Fas expression and decreased expression of cell survival factors such as PI3K and p-Akt in a dose-dependent manner. Taken together, dEdHF-7-p induces apoptosis by inhibiting the PI3K/Akt survival signaling pathway and modulating mitochondria-emanated intrinsic and Fas extrinsic pathways in A549 cells.
