딥러닝 기술의 발전으로 2차원 영상으로부터 3차원 정보를 정밀하게 생성함으로써 높은 품질의 3차원 복원을 수행하는 기술이 발전하고 있다. 3차원 복원 기술이 일반적으로 갖는 느린 학습 속도의 단점을 개선하기 위해 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 전경의 3차원 복원 정밀도를 향상시키기 위한 연구가 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배경 영역을 제거하여 전경 영역만을 분리했을 때의 3차원 복원을 세분하여 정량적 및 정성적으로 비교·분석하였다. 실험 결과를 토대로 충분한 외관 특징이 확보 가능한 전경에 대해서 전경을 분리하여 학습하는 것과 학습 영상이 부족한 환경에 대해서 전경 영역을 선택적으로 학습하는 것이 효과적임을 확인했다. Due to the rapid advancement of deep learning techniques, high-quality 3D reconstruction methods that generate precise 3D information from 2D images have been proposed. However, the long duration for model learning has been a major drawback of 3D reconstruction techniques, and many studies have been conducted to address this issue. In addition, there are many ongoing studies to enhance the precision of the 3D reconstruction for a foreground object. This paper conducts quantitative and qualitative comparisons and analyzes the 3D restoration of an object while matting the foreground areas but excluding the background areas from participating in the learning process. Based on experimental results, it has been noted that it is effective to separate foreground objects with sufficient visual features from background areas and to selectively train the foreground information in the condition of insufficient training data.
<i>Mycobacterium abscessus</i> activates the NLRP3 inflammasome via Dectin-1–Syk and p62/SQSTM1

<P>Numerous atypical mycobacteria, including <I>Mycobacterium abscessus</I> (Mabc), cause nontuberculous mycobacterial infections, which present a serious public health threat. Inflammasome activation is involved in host defense and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. However, inflammasome activation has not been widely characterized in human macrophages infected with atypical mycobacteria. Here, we demonstrate that Mabc robustly activates the nucleotide binding and oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome via dectin-1/Syk-dependent signaling and the cytoplasmic scaffold protein p62/SQSTM1 (p62) in human macrophages. Both dectin-1 and Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) were required for Mabc-induced mRNA expression of pro-interleukin (IL)-1β, cathelicidin human cationic antimicrobial protein-18/LL-37 and β-defensin 4 (DEFB4). Dectin-1-dependent Syk signaling, but not that of MyD88, led to the activation of caspase-1 and secretion of IL-1β through the activation of an NLRP3/apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain (ASC) inflammasome. Additionally, potassium efflux was required for Mabc-induced NLRP3/ASC inflammasome activation. Furthermore, Mabc-induced p62 expression was critically involved in NLRP3 inflammasome activation in human macrophages. Finally, NLRP3/ASC was critical for the inflammasome in antimicrobial responses to Mabc infection. Taken together, these data demonstrate the induction mechanism of the NLRP3/ASC inflammasome and its role in innate immunity to Mabc infection.</P>
철도안전관리체계 대응을 위한 도시철도 RAMS 활동범위 기준정의 연구

철도안전관리체계 기술기준 개정에 따라 철도운영기관들은 철도 안전이나 운행에 관련된 주요 안전 부품에 대한 유지관리 활동, 부품관리 및 확보 등 신뢰성 분석을 통해 시행해야 한다. 따라서 모든 철도운영기관은 운영실적 자료를 통한 신뢰성 분석 활동 정립으로 개정된 법령에 대응해야 하지만 일부 차량분야를 제외하고는 자료 확보나 추진 사항들이 미비한 실정이다. 도시철도 시설물에 대해 신뢰성 분석을 위해서는 고장현황 및 유형에 대한 기준을 수립해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 도시철도 운영 현황과 평가기준이 고려된 도시철도 RAMS 통합시스템 구축을 위해 도시철도 운영기관 RAMS 추진계획을 기반으로 설비 별 고장유형 및 범위 관리 현황 분석 후 RAMS 활동범위에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. Railway Corporation shall perform maintenance activities through a reliable analysis of the main railway safety components in accordance with the amendment of the Railway Safety Management System. Therefore, all Urban Rail Corporations need reliable analysis activities through the operating performance data, but the situation is incomplete except for rolling stock. For a reliable analysis on the Urban Railway facilities shall establish the criteria for the status and fault type should be made. This paper is to analyze the condition of urban Rail facilities failure data and to coordinate the activities range of RAMS.
PPAR-α Activation Mediates Innate Host Defense through Induction of TFEB and Lipid Catabolism

<P>The role of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor a (PPAR-alpha) in innate host defense is largely unknown. In this study, we show that PPAR-alpha is essential for antimycobacterial responses via activation of transcription factor EB (TFEB) transcription and inhibition of lipid body formation. PPAR-alpha deficiency resulted in an increased bacterial load and exaggerated inflammatory responses during mycobacterial infection. PPAR-alpha agonists promoted autophagy, lysosomal biogenesis, phagosomal maturation, and antimicrobial defense against Mycobacterium tuberculosis or M. bovis bacillus Calmette-Guerin. PPAR-alpha agonists regulated multiple genes involved in autophagy and lysosomal biogenesis, including Lamp2, Rab7, and Tfeb in bone marrow-derived macrophages. Silencing of TFEB reduced phagosomal maturation and antimicrobial responses, but increased macrophage inflammatory responses during mycobacterial infection. Moreover, PPAR-alpha activation promoted lipid catabolism and fatty acid beta-oxidation in macrophages during mycobacterial infection. Taken together, our data indicate that PPAR-alpha mediates antimicrobial responses to mycobacterial infection by inducing TFEB and lipid catabolism.</P>
