Fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda is an invasive polyphagous pest and has annually invaded Korea since it was first reported in 2019. This pest has already acquired resistance to synthetic chemical pesticides. To mini mize the damage caused by S. frugiperda, alternative control methods with different mode of action should be developed. In this study, we assessed the virulence of native entomopathogenic fungi against S. frugiperda and investigated application methods to effectively control the target insect. We obtained 93 fungal isolates and assayed their pathogenicity against second instar larvae. Of the 93 isolates, 34 isolates caused high mortality. Based on their virulence, conidial productivity, and thermotolerance, ten isolates were selected for quantitative bioassays. In the bioassays using leaf dipping, all isolate treatments showed high virulence against second instar larvae, but only two isolates, Beauveria bassiana JEF-492 and Sf83 caused 93.3% and 86.7% mortality against fourth instar larvae, respectively. Given the soil-dwelling pupal stage, drenching the soil with Metarhizium ani sopliae JEF-157 and B. bassiana JEF-492 from the selected isolates reduced the survival rate of pupae by up to 80% under laboratory conditions. The M. anisopliae JEF-157 and B. bassiana JEF-492 cultured on barley and rice showed high conidial productivity and thermotolerance. Our results show that soil application of M. anisopliae JEF-157 and B. bassiana JEF-492 targeting pupal stage could be effectively combined with the spray on the leafdwelling larval stage when the isolates encounter unfavorable abiotic stress on the leaves.

This paper was studied the variations of x-ray diffraction pattern and texture under equibiaxial stretching in various sheet metals. After the equibiaxial stretching, (200) plane is developed well in FCC structure materials, but is not changed in BCC structure material, and all materials having preferred oriention have changed to planar isotropic sheets.
금호강 수질특성 및 유량확보에 따른 수질개선 효과 분석

하천의 관리를 위하여 수질오염총량 및 물환경기본계획을 수립하여 목표수질을 설정하고 있으며 금호강의 경우 T-P는 목표수질을 달성하고 있으나 BOD, COD, TOC의 경우 지난 5년간 물환경기본계획 목표수질을 초과하였다. 이에 금호강을 대상으로 BOD, COD, TOC를 이용하여 유달부하량 및 유달부하밀도, 오염기여율을 분석하고 수질오염총량관리에서 사용하고 있는 1차원 수질모델인 QUAL-MEV를 활용하여 목표수질 만족을 위한 필요유량을 모의하였다. 유달부하량을 분석한 결과 금호C 지점에서 BOD, COD, TOC 모두 9,832.2 kg/day, 20,656.6 kg/day, 15,545.1 kg/day로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 유달부하밀도는 강우기 및 비강우기에 달서천에서 9.47 kg/day/㎢, 37.55 kg/day/㎢, 30.20 kg/day/㎢ 과 17.19 kg/day/㎢, 47.59 kg/day/㎢, 39.14 kg/day/㎢로 가장 높게 나타났다. 오염기여율은 강우기에 팔거천이 약 25%, 비강우기에 달서천이 모든 항목에서 약 50%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 금호강 본류 및 지류 유기물질간의 상관관계 분석을 수행한 결과 비강우기, 강우기 모두 COD-TOC가 0.8 이상으로 BOD-COD, BOD-TOC보다 상관관계가 높게 나타났다. 그리고 금호C 지점에서 수질오염총량 및 물환경기본계획 목표수질을 만족하기 위한 유량을 조사한 결과 2019년 4월(3.46 m<sup>3</sup>/sec)을 기준으로 약 14배, 22배의 추가유량이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. For the management of rivers, the target water quality is set by establishing the total amount of water pollution and water environment basic plan. For Geumho river T-P has achieved the target water quality, but for BOD, COD, TOC the target water quality of the water environment basic plan has been exceed for the past five years. Therefore, the flow rate for satisfying the target water quality was simulated by analyzing the load, load density, and pollution contribution rate of the Geumho river using BOD, COD, TOC and by utilizing QUAL-MEV a one-dimensional water quality model. According to the analysis of the load, the BOD, COD and TOC all showed the highest levels at the Geumho C point at 9,832.2 kg/day 20,656.6 kg/day, and 15,545.1 kg/day. The load density was highest at 9.47 kg/day/㎢, 37.55 kg/day/㎢, 30.20 kg/day/㎢, and 17.19 kg/day/ ㎢, 39.14 kg/day/㎢ in Dalseocheon stream during the wet seasons and dry seasons. Pollution contribution rate was highest at about 25 percent for Palgeocheon stream during the wet season and about 50 percent for Dalseocheon stream during the dry season. In addition, the correlation analysis between organic materials showed in the main stream and tributaty of the Geumho river that COD-TOC was 0.8 or higher than BOD-COD and BOD-TOC in both the wet seasons and dry seasons. And after surveying the total amount of water pollution and the target quality of the water environment basic plan at Geumho C, it was analyzed that an additional flow tate of 14 times and 22 times was needed as of April 2019 (3.46 m<sup>3</sup>/sec).
스마트폰 중독 방지를 위한 스마트 컨트롤 박스 및 애플리케이션 제작

본 연구는 현대인의 스마트폰 중독 문제에 대한 심각성을 인지하고 이를 해결하기 위한 스마트 컨트롤 박스와 애플리케이션을 제작하기 위해 진행되었다. 박스는 라즈베리파이, 애플리케이션은 안드로이드 스튜디오를 이용하여 제작하였다. 세부적인 하드웨어 부품으로는 Linear actuator, Pressure sensor 등을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과물로 사용자들의 눈에 스마트폰이 보이지 않고 사용하지 않을 시간을 직접 설정함으로써 현대인의 스마트폰 중독 문제 해결에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. We recognized the seriousness of modern people’s smartphone addiction problems. So, this project was conducted to create a smart control box and an application to solve this problem. The box was implemented by using RaspberryPi, and the application was made by the Android Studio. For detailed hardware components, linear actuator and pressure sensor were used. As a result of this study, it is expected that it will help deal with the problem of the smartphone addiction of modern people by directly setting the time and making smartphones invisible to user.
