      • 32-bit 임베디드 시스템을 이용한 자동변속기용 전자제어시스템의 Software-in-the-loop simulation

        Drivers are becoming more fatigued and uncomfortable as traffic densities increase, which can lead to slower reaction time, They then face the danger of traffic accidents due to an inability to cope with frequent shifting, To reduce this risk some drivers prefer automatic transmissions (AT) to manual transmissions (MT), The AT is superior drivability and less shifting shock than the MT, so the market-share of AT is increasing, The AT is controlled by Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to obtain better shifting performance, The Transmission Control Unit (TCU) is a product of higher-value-added, so the companies which have advanced technology (BOSCH, SIEMENS VDO, DELPHI, and etc.) tend to evade technology transfer. As the number of ECU used on a car is increasing gradually (for example, engine management unit, transmission control unit, brake control unit, and powertrain control unit), TCU's performance is expected to be faster and more efficient for organic communication and arithmetic processing between the control systems than the performance of 16bit controller. In this paper, the model of automatic transmission vehicle using MATLAB/Simulink is developed for the hardware in-the-loop simulation with an embedded system. The AT control logic developed is loaded to 32-bit Embedded system platform developed on the basis of Freescale's MPC565, and we execute the Software-in-the-loop simulation (SILS) of AT based on Real Time Operating System (RTOS). These test results show that the developed embedded system can be used as AT control unit.

      • 자기개방성 증진을 위한 3D 상담 플랫폼 제안 - 20대의 심리상담 인식 개선을 중심으로

        코로나19 이후 현대인이 겪는 정서적 문제가 높아지는 가운데, 심리상담에 대한 부정적 인식과 물리적 한계로 인한 내담자의 부담은 여전히 높다. 이에 본 연구는 비대면 관계에서 관계에 개방적인 20대의 특성을 이용하여 효과적인 상담을 위한 가상 심리상담 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 20대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 상담사와의 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이후 Unity를 통해 3D 가상 상담 환경을 조성하여 PC 기반의 서비스를 구상하였다. 연구 결과, 20대가 상담에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 요소는 상담사의 성향과 부담감 없는 분위기로 나타났으며 이는 심리 상담에서의 자기개방과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 드러났다. 따라서 편안한 분위기로 조성된 3D 공간에서 상담사 캐릭터를 보며 상담에 참여할 수 있도록 하였고 상담 중 상담사와의 다양한 인터랙션 요소를 제공하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 20대 내담자의 자기개방성을 증진해 내담자의 적극적인 상담 참여를 목표로 한다. 이는 원활한 상담을 통해 심리 문제 개선에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 보인다. As the emotional problems experienced by modern people after COVID-19 have increased, the burden on clients due to negative perceptions of psychological counseling and physical limitations is still high. Therefore, this study proposes a virtual counseling platform for effective counseling using the characteristics of people in their 20s who are open to relationships in non-face-to-face relationships. To this end, a survey was conducted for those in their 20s and in-depth interviews with counselors were conducted. After that a 3D virtual counseling environment was created through Unity to PC-based service. As a result of the study, it was found that the most important factor in counseling in the 20s was the tendency of counselors and an atmosphere without burden, which was closely related to self-opening in counseling. Therefore, it was possible to participate in counseling while looking at the counselor character in a 3D space created in comfortable atmosphere, and various interaction elements with the counselor were provided during counseling. The significance of this study aims to promote self-openness of clients in their 20s and actively participate in counseling. This is expected to greatly help improve psychological problems through counseling.

        IN738LC 합금의 열간 노출 및 재생 열처리에 따른 미세조직과 응력 파단 특성의 변화

        Effects of thermal exposure and rejuvenation treatment on the microstructural evolution and the stress-rupture properties of IN738LC have been investigated. The role of precipitates on the stress- rupture properties has been analyzed through microstructural observations. Thermal exposure at $982^{\circ}C$ for 1000 hours gave rise to precipitation of $\sigma$ phase and coarsening of ${\gamma}$'. The microstructural degradation with thermal exposure at $982^{\circ}C$ deteriorated stress rupture properties of the alloy. All the existing phases except MC carbides have completely dissolved into the matrix with homogenization treatment at $1200^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. Microstructure and stress-rupture properties of the thermal exposed specimens have been successfully rejuvenated by the proposed treatment.

        자동변속기용 임베디드 시스템 성능 시험을 위한 Hardware-in-the-Loop 시뮬레이터 구축

        Drivers are becoming more fatigued and uncomfortable with increase in traffic density, and this condition can lead to slower reaction time. Consequently, they may face the danger of traffic accidents due to their inability to cope with frequent gear shifting. To reduce this risk, some drivers prefer automatic transmission (AT) over manual transmission (MT). The AT offers more superior drivability and less shifting shock than the MT; therefore, the AT market share has been increasing. The AT is controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU), which provides better shifting performance. The transmission control unit (TCU) is a higher-value-added product, so the companies that have advanced technologies end to evade technology transfer. With more cars gradually using the ECU, the TCU is expected to be faster and more efficient for organic communication and arithmetic processing between the control systems than the l6-bit controller. In this paper, the model of an automatic transmission vehicle using MATLAB/Simulink is developed for the Hardware in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation with a 32-bit embedded system, and also the AT control logic for shifting is developed by using MATLAB/Simulink. The developed AT control logic, transformed automatically by real time workshop toolbox, is loaded to a 32-bit embedded system platform based on Freescale"s MPC565. With both vehicle model and 32-bit embedded system platform, we make the HIL simulation system and HIL simulation of AT based on real time operating system (RTOS) is performed. According to the simulation results, the developed HIL simulator will be used for the performance test of embedded system for AT with low cost and effort.

        VDT작업별 정신사회적 스트레스와 근골격계 장애에 관한 연구

        It has been hypothesized that jobs that have both high psychological demands and low decision latitude("job strain") can lead to musculoskeletal disorder. The objective of this study was to test whether job strain was correlated with the presence of work-related musculoskeletal disorder, especially myofascial pain syndrome(MPS). Information on demographic factors, confounders such as household load and taking care of children or not, and scores for decision latitude, job demand, and social support was obtained by self-administered questionnaire, which had been developed in Korean language, by adopting NIOSH instrument and Extended Karasek Model(16 items). All subjects were also examined by rehabilitation medicine specialists for musculoskeletal disorders. Subjects(n=370) could be categorized into 4 groups, these were, housewives(n=89), shipyard CAD workers(n=89), general female workers(n=79; nurses, insurance counselors, public officials, clerks, etc), and telephone directory assistance operators(n=113). Results from univariate analyses indicated that all demographic factors, all confounders, scores for decision latitude and social support were not associated with the risk of musculoskeletal disorder. However, score for job demand was higher in musculoskeletal disorder cases than others. In subgroup analysis, this association was convinced again, in telephone directory assistance operators. Job strain model showed that the group of telephone directory assistance operators was high-stain group, and OR of musculo skeletal disorder was 2.446(95% C. I. : 1.174, 5.096), when comparing this with the low strain group. In conclusion, job strain is a risk factor for work-related musculoskeletal disorder.

      • A Multicenter Cohort Study for the Evaluation of Tenofovir- Based Combination Therapy for Multi-Drug Resistant Chronic Hepatitis B: Real-Life Data

        Aims: Management of multidrug resistant (MDR) chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is still challenging. Although current guidelines recommend tenofovir (TDF) or TDF+entecavir (ETV) for MDR CHB, real-life data comparing various combinations based TDF and TDF+ETV are lacking. Herein, we report a multicenter cohort study for the evaluation of TDF-based therapy for MDR CHB. Methods: The inclusion criteria were CHB patients with resistance to more than 2 nucleos(t)ide analogues and hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA level over 200 IU/mL (or 1000 copies/mL). Patients with decompensated cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma were excluded. Primary end point was virologic response (VR) defined by undetectable HBV DNA at month 12. Secondary endpoints were VR at month 24 and 36. Results: A total of 230 patients were enrolled. Mean age of patients were 49 years and 77.4 % were male. Mean baseline HBV DNA level was 4.1 log IU/mL. 78 patients (34.0%) were resistant to L-nucleoside analogues (L-NA) and ADV. 75 patients (32.6%) were resistant to L-NA and ETV, and 67 patients (29.2%) were resistant to both ADV and ETV in addition to L-NA. Initial treatments for MDR CHB were TDF+ETV 1 mg (165, 71.7 %), TDF+ETV 0.5 mg (7, 3.0 %), TDF+lamivudine (9, 3.9 %), TDF+telbivudine (1, 0.4 %), and TDF monotherapy (34, 14.8 %). Virologic response rates of the whole cohort at month 12, month 24, and month 36 were 75.3%, 83.4 %, and 88.2 %, respectively. When we compared the virologic response rate in-between TDF+ETV 1 mg group, other combination group, and TDF monotherapy group, there was no difference among the groups (74.0 %, 83.3 %, and 76.9 %, respectively, P = 0.770) at month 12. TDF monotherapy was not inferior to any combination therapies. Result of data analysis at month 24 (82.7 %, 83.3 %, and 88.9 %, respectively, P = 0.920) and month 36 (89.0 %, 88.9 %, and 87.5 %, respectively, P = 0.592) showed the same trends. Conclusions: TDF based therapy was effective for the treatment of MDR CHB. The efficacy of TDF monotherapy did not differ from the TDF based combination therapies.

        장옹(腸癰)에 있어서 종양(腫瘍).농양(膿瘍).궤양(潰瘍)의 진단(診斷)과 치료(治療)에 관(關)한 고찰(考察)

        Studies on diagnosis and treatment of tumor . abscess . ulcer in intestinal carbuncle were carried out. The result of studies were summerized as follows: 1. By Nai-Gyung carbuncle-tumor arose from disharmony between nutrient and defensive because of cold, abscess arose from fever victory between cold and fever, ulcer arose from decreasing function of Bi-Kam year. By latter literature Bi-Kam year could be interpreted that spleen stomach was invaded evil influence from unattainable vital force of the earth. 2. Sites of intestinal carbuncle were large intestine, small intestine, intestinal inside or outside between large and small intestine, Intestinal carbuncle was common name of a disease about large intestinal carbuncle, small intestinal carbuncle, pelvic intestinal carbuncle, shrink leg intestinal carbuncle etc.. Pain appeared Chunchu-Hyul in large intestinal carbuncle, and Gwanweon-Hyul in small intestinal carbuncle. 3. On abdominal diagnosis tumor had indistinct pain of Gwanweon Chunchu, edema and heary feeling in low abdomen, no excessive pain by hand press and intestinal boiling sound. In abscess pain descended from right side of low abdomen to huckle, and there was rejection against press, feeling about fever,water sound with flank movement. In ulcer hand approach was difficult since excessive pain diffuse to whole abdomen, and perforating ulcer sometimes caused a serious symptom of umbilical pus. 4. On fecal and urinary diagnosis in tumor urine was yellowish red pollakiuria like gonorrhoea and occasional constipation. In abscess uncomfortable rough pain short red early urine like gonorrhoea appeared during urination, and constipation with stinging pain appeared during defecation. In ulcer red rough pyuria appeared, and stinging and pain with puruloid blood appeared during defecation. 5. On treatment in tumor Daiwhang-Tang Daisenggi-Tang Dangui-Jun by dissipation method, calming down method, interior reliance maturation method, in abscess Mokdan-San Euiiin-Tang Jeokduiin-Tang by the method of water repelling pus discharge, acute breaking, in ulcer Takridanggui-Tang Paljin-Tang Bojungikki-Tang were each used by the method of interior reliance, virulence astriction, supplement vital force and blood, supplement spleen stomach. 6. On treatment patient may have to be careful of excessive moving and suprising anxiety. Abuse of acupuncture and moxibustion made patient worse, misuse of analgesics purgative intestinal irrigation etc. could provoke difficult diagnosis and perforation. So you must treat after exact diagnosis. 7. Prognosis of ease tumor ease abscess ease ulcer and ease astriction was good. If the intestinal carbuncle were not to promote to abscess and ulcer for a long time, its prognosis was bad and it could metastasize to cancer because of dark purple with hardness. So tumor abscess ulcer in intestinal carbuncle may be significant of precancerous lesion.

        XO/HX에 의해 손상된 배양 심근세포에 대한 枳實해백桂枝湯 과 구성약물 추출물의 방어효과

        To certify the protective effect of herbal medicine against oxygen free radical-induced myocardiotoxicity, cytotoxicity was measured using LDH activity and TBARS assay in the presence of Jisilhaebaekgyejitang(JHGT) extracts or single constituents of this prescription. In the present study, xanthine oxidase/hypoxanthine (XO/HX) resulted in a cell damage such as increases in LDH activity in culture medium and lipid peroxidation in cultured myocardial cells. In the effect of JHGT extract and its singe constituents, which are Fructus Ponciri Seu Aurantii lmmaturus (FPSAl), Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis (CMO), Bulbus Allii Macrostemi (BAM), Ramulus Cinnamomi (RC) and Fructus Trichosanthis (FT), they showed the prevention from the XO/HX-induced cardiotoxicity by the decrease of LDH activity and lipid peroxidation. From these results, they show that XO/HX is cardiotoxic in cultured myocardial cells derived from neonatal rat, and it suggests that JHGT, FPSAl, PT, CMO, BAM, RC and FT extracts are positively effective in the blocking in XO/HX-induced cardiotoxicity.
