        DEA와 Malmquist지수를 이용한 연안여객 항로 운영 효율성 분석

        본 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA)방법 및 Malmquist지수를 활용하여 국내 14개 지역 즉 의사결정단위(DMU: Decision Making Unit)에 대하여 연안여객 항로의 효율성을 분석하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 항로에 취항하는 선사의 50%이상이 평균적으로 종업원수 665명, 영업수입 1,000백만원~5,000백만원 사이인 중소형 기업이다. 효율성 분석을 위해 평균속력, 총톤수, 운항거리를 투입변수로 선정했으며, 연간수송실적을 산출변수로 선정했다. 분석 결과, 완도 및 마산지역 항로가 CCR과 BCC 값 ‘1.0’을 보여 상대적 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직항로 개설, 최신 여객선의 투입을 비롯한 투입요소를 증감시키는 것은 개별기업의 역량으로는 한계가 있기 때문에 정부의 관심 및 장기적인 정책마련이 필요하다. This paper aims to analyze the relative efficiency within the coastal passenger shipping, to select the relatively low effective Coastal Passenger Routes (CPRs), and to suggest the improvement strategies for those. As a research methodology, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and and Malmquist Index were applied to 14 coastal areas and companies which of them 50% had characteristics such as having average 665 employees, and earning between 1,000∼5,000 million Korean won in terms of yearly business profits. To draw out the efficiency of targeted CPRs, ``the average speed``, ``total tonnage of ship`` and ``voyage distance`` are used as input variables while the ``the total transportation volumes`` is represented as output variables. As a result, areas of CPRs such as Wando and Masan are the most efficient corporations which are scored CCR and BCC 1. However, changing input and output variables can not be improved a short time so a variety of long-term plans are surely requested.

        포지셔닝 분석을 이용한 인천국제공항 발전방향에 관한 연구: 항공화물을 중심으로

        최근 세계화와 적기공급생산방식의 도입 등으로 항공물류에 대한 의존도가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그 중 한국, 중국, 일본 및 필리핀, 인도네시아, 베트남 등 신흥경제국가가 위치하고 있는 동아시아 지역은 최근 유럽, 북미 지역보다 높은 경제성장률을 보이고 있어 항공화물 운송 시장의 급성장이 예상되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 허쉬만-허핀달 지수, CR 지수 및 포지셔닝 분석을 활용하여 국제 항공화물운송을 하는 동아시아지역 16개 공항에 대하여 항공화물 집중도 및 경쟁구조를 파악하고, 인천국제공항의 향후 발전방향을 모색하였다. 분석 결과, 동아시아 권역 내 경쟁이 점차 심화되고 있는 상황이며, 인천국제공항은 분석기간 동안 성장률과 점유율 모두 낮아지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 푸동국제공항을 벤치마킹으로 한 인프라 구축 및 지원 정책의 필요성을 강조하였으며, 이는 화물 물동량 측면에 있어 동아시아 지역 내 인천국제공항의 포지셔닝에 대한 이해와 향후 개선 방향 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper aims to analyze the concentration and positioning of airports in East Asia in terms of air cargo. It has been utilized the combined methodology which consists of Hirshmann-Herfindalh Index (HHI), Concentrate Ratio (CR), and Positioning Analysis (PA). Based on the value of HHI and CR, it can said that the degree of de-concentration keeps continuously increasing during past 10 years. The result of PA on 16 major airports in East Asia considering the international cargo traffic has been illustrated with the BCG matrix consisted with the key factors, the average annual growth rate and relative market share. The competition degree of air cargo in Eastern Asia is getting intensified, but the growth rate and market share of Incheon International Airport (ICN) has been decreased. Based on the result of the positioning analysis, it has been proposed how ICN to secure the comparative competitiveness. The Pudong International Airport has been determined as the target of benchmarking based on the average annual growth rate, stability, and cargo volume. The necessity of government`s policy and incentives to constructing infrastructure is emphasized. The result of this research can be utilized as the basis to understand the position of ICN in Eastern Asia and how to develop strategies to improve the competitiveness in terms of volume of air cargo.

        Carbon neutrality, which has emerged significantly in recent years, has reduced coal-fired power plants worldwide and the proportion of renewable energy sources is increasing. Currently, the mandatory RES supply ratio based on the Renewable Portfolio Standard(RPS) system has been revised from 10% to 12.5% as of 2022, and the goal of reducing greenhouse gases by more than 40% compared to 2018 by 2030 by raising the Nationally Determined Contributions(NDC) through the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26). According to this policy, the proportion of renewable energy sources in Korea will increase further, but as a power source that cannot be controlled causes a problem in the supply and demand balance of a power load, the expansion of stable renewable energy sources using green hydrogen is in the spotlight. Green hydrogen is produced through water electrolysis technology that stores hydrogen generated by electrolysis of water and discharges oxygen into the atmosphere. This paper could consider the finite amount of water required to use the water electrolysis technology and derives a water electrolysis connection method based on a small hydropower source whose power is relatively stabilized among renewable energy sources. In this paper, it is classified from the perspective of water electrolysis facilities to the energy perspective linked to water electrolysis, and the method of linking water electrolysis based on a small amount of power is analyzed.

        선박엔진의 SCR 성능 향상 및 촉매재생을 위한 플라즈마 버너 실증 평가

        선박엔진 배기가스의 국제적인 규제가 강화되고 있으며, 규제를 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 플라즈마 버너를 적용하여 선박엔진 배기가스의 질소산화물 저감 성능을 향상시키고, 촉매 재생에 활용하기 위한 가능성을 확인하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 실험을 통해, 플라즈마 버너의 연소 성능을 확인할 수 있었으며, 공연비 대비 40% 이하의 공기 조건에서의 안정적인 연소와 배기가스의 산소를 활용한 연료의 완전 연소를 확인하였다. 또한, 요소수를 환원제로 활용한 탈질실험을 수행하였으며, 플라즈마 버너를 통해 탈질 촉매의 작동 영역으로 온도를 제어하여 탈질 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 촉매 재생을 통해 촉매의 성능이 회복되는 결과로부터 플라즈마 버너를 활용하여 탈질 설비의 내구성 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다. We investigated the possibility of applying a plasma burner to improve NOx-reduced performance of a marine engine and to utilize it for catalyst regeneration. Through experiments, we confirmed that stable combustion can be obtained under an air condition of less than 40% air-fuel ratio and can achieve complete combustion of the fuel using oxygen in the exhaust gas. A deNOx experiment using urea as a reducing agent was performed. We confirmed that deNOx performance can be improved by increasing the temperature of the SCR with a plasma burner. Moreover, we confirmed that the performance of the SCR was restored through the regeneration process, implying that the use of the plasma burner can contribute to a durability improvement of the deNOx system in a marine engine.

        Intermodal Transportation Preference between Hamburg and Warsaw Using a Conjoint Analysis

        Among the intermodal transportations such as rail and truck, feeder and truck, and only trucking service, the shippers have encountered the choice of modes from the Port of Hamburg to Warsaw transport route. In this respect, the aim of this research is to analyze the shippers' preference of intermodal transportation modes, and provide competitive strategies. As a methodology, Conjoint Analysis (CA) was used for measuring the preferences. As a result, the relative importance of 'Reliability of arrival time' is rated the highest (33.183%), then 'Mode' (26.133%), 'Transit Time (21.825%), 'Freight Rate' (18.860%) followed. Regarding the attribute, 'Reliability of arrival time', the attribute level of 'High' scored 0.549 and 'Medium' scored 0.257 of part-worth, so 'High' was indicated to be much preferred than 'Medium' in this research. Concerning the attribute, 'mode', which is the main topic of this study, 'Rail + Trucking service' was found to be the most desirable mode scoring 0.861 of part-worth.

        The Relative Efficiency of Container Terminals in Small and Medium-Sized Ports in China

        The promotion of domestic consumption in China will gradually ramp up the small and medium-sized port container industry, and this will require greater port efficiency and an updated development strategy. The aim of this paper is to evaluate operational and productivity efficiency change in 21 coastal small and medium sized-port container terminals in China. The first step was carried out using data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the Malmquist productivity index (MPI), and the factors affecting productivity efficiency change were then estimated and quantified using Tobit regression. The empirical results indicate that the most efficient terminals are the Rizhao and Lianyungang port terminals. Furthermore, the terminals that hold a share of more than 50% of Chinese state-owned shipping line show the highest increase in productivity efficiency change. Lastly, the results indicate manpower structure; Chinese state-owned shipping line shareholding; registered capital; and shipping routes have positive effect and the factor, number of terminal operators, have a negative correlation.

      • Real-World Efficacy and Safety of Daclatasvir/Asunaprevir Therpay for Patients with Hepatitis C Virus in Ulsan Metropolitan City

        Aims: Daclatasvir/asunaprevir (D/A) combination therapy has approved as a first interferon free oral regimen for chronic hepatitis C in Korea. D/A combination therapy has shown a high virological response for chronic genotype 1 hepatitis C virus (HCV) infected patients in clinical trials and real world data of Japanese. In the present study, we analyzed the real world efficacy and the safety of D/A combination therapy for patients with (HCV) in metropolitan city Ulsan. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of chronic HCV genotype Ib patients treated with D/A combination therapy at five hospitals in the metropolitan city Ulsan. Of 146 patients treated with D/A combination therapy, 117 patients completed treatment were included in safety and efficacy analysis. Results: D/A combination therapy was the first-line treatment for 64 (54.7%) patients. 44 (37.6%) patients were null responders or relapsers of previous interferon treatment and nine patients (7.7%) were found to be intolerant of interferon. Fifty two (44.4%) patients exhibited cirrhotic change. Sustained virologic response at 12 weeks (SVR 12) rate was 90.6% (106//117) overall, 93.87% the treatment- naive group, 86.4% in the treatment-failure group, and 88.9% in the treatment-intolerant group. SVR12 rates for patients with and without cirrhosis were 86.5% and 93.8%, respectively (p>0.05). SVR was achieved in 89.2 % of patients aged order 65 years and 92.4 % of younger 65 years. There was no significant difference in SVR12 rate (86.2% vs 97.8%) between high viral load (HCV RNA > 80,000 IU/mL) group and low viral load group. Adverse treatment-related events were reported in 00 (17.1%). One patient stopped drug due to severe general weakness and died from aspiration pneumonia. Conclusions: D/A combination therapy combination treatment should be considered as a safe and effective treatment option for genotype 1 HCV-infected patient.
