창업자의 창업생태계 인식이 ESG 경영에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 스타트업 창업자의 창업생태계 인식과 ESG 경영에 대한 관계성을 살펴보고, 이 관계에서 창업기간의 조절효과를 분석하여 스타트업의 성공적인 ESG 경영을 위한 활용방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2022년 창업경험이 있는 창업자 290명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0, AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 창업생태계 인식 중 정책의 중요성은 ESG 경영의 환경보호, 사회적 책임, 지배구조에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 창업생태계 인식 중 창업문화지원의 중요성은 ESG 경영의 환경보호, 사회적 책임에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 창업생태계 인식 중 시장·인재·금융의 중요성은 ESG 경영의 환경보호, 사회적 책임, 지배구조에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 창업기간의 조절효과는 [정책의 중요성→환경보호], [창업문화지원의 중요성→사회적 책임], [시장·인재·금융의 중요성→사회적 책임], [시장·인재·금융의 중요성→지배구조]의 경로에서 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업자의 창업생태계 인식이 창업기업의 ESG경영에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 향후 국내 창업생태계의 방향성과 창업기업의 ESG경영전략을 창업성장단계별로 수립하는데 의의를 두고 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between start-up founders' awareness of the start-up ecosystem and ESG management, and to analyze the moderating effect of the start-up period in this relationship, to suggest a plan for successful ESG management of start-ups. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on 290 founders who had start-up experience in 2022, and the collected data was analyzed statistically using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows: First, the importance of policies among entrepreneurial ecosystem recognition has been verified to have a significant positive (+) effect on environmental protection, social responsibility, and governance of ESG management. Second, the importance of entrepreneurship culture support among the recognition of the entrepreneurial ecosystem has been verified to have a significant positive (+) effect on environmental protection and social responsibility of ESG management. Third, the importance of the market, human resources, and finance among entrepreneurial ecosystem recognition has been verified to have a significant positive (+) effect on environmental protection, social responsibility, and governance of ESG management. Fourth, the moderating effect of the start-up period was found to be significant in the paths of [importance of policy → environmental protection], [importance of support for start-up culture → social responsibility], [importance of market, human resources, and finance → social responsibility], and [importance of market, human resources, and finance → governance]. This study is meaningful in establishing the future direction of the domestic startup ecosystem and the ESG management strategy of startup companies for each stage of startup growth by verifying the impact of the founder's awareness of the startup ecosystem on the ESG management of startup companies.

탈식민주의적 글쓰기- 토니 모리슨의『 타르 베이비』를 중심으로

본 논문에서는 탈식민주의에 대해서 논하고, 토니 모리슨(Toni Morrison)의 소설 『타르 베이비』(Tar Baby)에 나타난 탈식민주의적 관점을 분석하고 탈식민주의 글쓰기에 대해서 논하고자 한다. 탈식민주의는 1980년대부터 논의되어왔으나 아직 “Postcolonialism”이라는 단어에 대한 개념정리도 확실히 정립되지 않은 상황이다. 탈식민은 서구담론에 의해 생긴 이데올로기와 권력에 의해 연구되고 있으므로 비서구 국가에서도 탈식민에 대한 연구가 더욱 필요한 상황이다. 사회적인 현상뿐만 아니라, 사람들이 쉽게 접할 수 있는 문학작품을 탈식민주의적 시각으로 분석하고 연구하는 것도 중요하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 영문학 작품을 통해 이를 논의하고자 한다. 토니 모리슨은 『타르 베이비』는 과거에 영국의 식민지였음에도 불구하고 독립 후 아프리카인들을 식민노예로 삼은 미국의 상황을 적나라하게 보여주는 작품이다. 이 작품에서 모리슨은 식민 현장인 카리브를 작품의 배경으로 삼았고, 서구제국주의의 식민 자본주의적 폭력을 고발하고 흑인신화를 인간을 통해 복원하려 하고 있다. 주인공 son과 Jadine, 섬을 식민화시킨 Valerian의 행동을 통해 서구 사회의 제국주의와 식민주의, 미국 자본주의를 앞세운 신식민주의의 폭력을 노예의 억압받고 훼손된 삶을 살펴볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모리슨의 작품을 탈식민주의적 관점으로 분석하고, 그녀가 저항적 글쓰기를 통해 미국의 흑인이 겪는 현실적인 상황과 작중 인물들이 식민주의를 거부하는 과정을 어떻게 표현하는지 살펴보고자 한다. This paper is aimed at discussing Postcolonialism, analyzing the postcolonial perspective shown in Toni Morrison s novel 『Tar Baby』, and discussing postcolonial writing. Postcolonialism has been discussed since the 1980s, but actually, even the concept arrangement of the word Postcolonialism has not been established as yet. Postcolonialism is being discussed through the ideology and power which arose from the Western discourse, so it s more required that even the non-Western countries should do research on Postcolonialism. Not to mention a social phenomenon, it s also important to do analysis of and research on literary works, with which people easily come in contact through postcolonial perspective; thus, this paper is intending to discuss it through English literature works. Toni Morrison s 『Tar Baby』 is the novel which plainly shows the situation in America which made Africans slaves after their independence although America was also British colony in the past. In this novel, Morrison used the colonial site-the Caribbean as the background of the work, denounced the colonial capitalism violence of the western imperialism and tried to restore the colored people s myth through humans. It s possible to look into the Western society s imperialism and colonialism, and neocolonial violence under the pretext of American capitalism, as well as slaves suppressed, damaged life through the main characters-Son and Jadine, and the act of Valerian who colonized the island. This paper is intending to analyze Morrison s novel from the postcolonial perspective, and to look into how the author expresses realistic circumstances suffered by colored people in America, and the process, in which the characters in the story reject colonialism through her resistant writing.

LiDAR 기반 보행자 추적을 통한 보행 궤적 패턴 분석 연구

도시철도 역사 내 경로안내체계는 길찾기 뿐만 아니라 재난재해 발생 시 인명피해 최소화를 위하여 효과적인 정보 제공이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 역사 내 경로안내체계의 적절성을 평가할 수 있는 보행 궤적 패턴 분석을 위한 방법론을 개발하였다. 2호선 삼성역을 대상 역사로 설정하여 LiDAR 기반으로 수집된 보행 궤적 자료를 활용하였다. 보행자 배회 유형은 pacing, lapping, stay, inefficiency로 분류하였으며, 개별 보행 궤적 내 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 특징벡터를 도출하였다. 각 특징벡터에 대응하는 임계값 설정을 통해 보행 궤적 데이터 레이블링을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 구축하였다. 분석 결과, 보행자 중 약 20%가 배회 궤적을 나타낸 것으로 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 지하철 역사 내 보행 패턴 분석을 위해 효과적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. The effective provision of route information in subway stations is essential for not only the edestrian guidance but also the evacuation in emergency situations including natural disaster and terrors. This study developed a methodology for characterizing the pedestrian walking trajectory patterns, which can potentially represent the performance of information provision and facility operations in subway stations. Pedestrian tracking data was collected at the Samsung subway station using a LiDAR-based tracking technique. Pedestrian trajectories were classified into four groups such as pacing, lapping, stay, and inefficiency. Feature vectors were extracted toward the reliable characterization of pedestrian walking trajectories. A heuristic classification algorithm based on extracted features was then developed for the trajectory labeling. Approximately, 20% of pedestrians in our dataset were identified as having abnormal trajectories. The outcome of this study is expected to be useful in analyzing pedestrian trajectory patterns.

Proteomic analyses reveal that ginsenoside Rg3(S) partially reverses cellular senescence in human dermal fibroblasts by inducing peroxiredoxin

Background: The cellular senescence of primary cultured cells is an irreversible process characterized by growth arrest. Restoration of senescence by ginsenosides has not been explored so far. Rg3(S) treatment markedly decreased senescence-associated β-galactosidase activity and intracellular reactive oxygen species levels in senescent human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). However, the underlying mechanism of this effect of Rg3(S) on the senescent HDFs remains unknown. Methods: We performed a label-free quantitative proteomics to identify the altered proteins in Rg3(S)-treated senescent HDFs. Upregulated proteins induced by Rg3(S) were validated by real-time polymerase chain reaction and immunoblot analyses. Results: Finally, 157 human proteins were identified, and variable peroxiredoxin (PRDX) isotypes were highly implicated by network analyses. Among them, the mitochondrial PRDX3 was transcriptionally and translationally increased in response to Rg3(S) treatment in senescent HDFs in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion: Our proteomic approach provides insights into the partial reversing effect of Rg3 on senescent HDFs through induction of antioxidant enzymes, particularly PRDX3.

Quantitative Analyses of the Functional Constituents in SanYangSam and SanYangSanSam

Objective: SanYangSam and SanYangSanSam are traditional Korea-medical herbs that are grown from Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer. In our previous studies, we found that the functional compounds in SanYangSam and SanYangSanSam were different and depended on the type and the cultivation environment of ginseng. This study aimed to profile the functional constituents in SanYangSam and SanYangSanSam. Methods: To profile the functional aspects of the many compounds that have therapeutic activities in SanYangSam and SanYangSanSam extracts, we used liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and quadrupole orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Results: A total of four major compounds were detected; two of which were the natural flavonoids kaempferol and quercetin. Among others, two polyacetylene compounds, including panaxydol and panaxynol, were detected. Conclusion: In this study, we found that panaxydol, one of the polyacetylene constituents of ginseng, is a candidate anti-cancer agent in SanYangSam and SanYangSanSam pharmacopuncture. In addition, we found that the panaxydol levels in the SanYangSanSam extract were over 30 times those in the SanYangSam extract.
