In this paper, we discuss actual conditions for running school of electrical and electronic engineering in domestic universities. Also, we catch hold of industrial circles's demands in electrical engineering education and analyze questionary results according to goes into effect school of electrical and electronic & information engineering in major of electrical and electronec engineering's students. Conclusively, we present suitable model in electrical engineering by correction of problems.

Head injury is the most frequent direct cause of death in sports. Furthermore, injury to the head takes an singular importance when we realise the brain is neither capable of regeneration nor, unlike many other body parts and organs, of transplantaion. Every effort must be made to protect the athlete's head as injury can lead to dementia, epilepsy, paralysis and death. There are three distinct types of stress that can be generated by an acceleration force to the head : compressive, tensile and shearing forces. The differential diagnosis with a head injury includes cerebral concussion, intracranial hemorrhage, postconcussion syndrome, second impact syndrome, malignant brain edema. 90 to 95% of all head injuries are cerebral concussions and more than 90% all cerebral concussions fall into mild categories. With a head injury the ABCs of first aid must be followed and then a neurological examination will be followed. In the case of the intracranial hematoma. definite surgical evacuation is indicated and in cases of the closed head injuries and most severe degree of concussion. observation is appropriate, with careful neurological monitoring. Over the last 20 years there has been a dramatic decrease in the most serious head injuries due to multiple factors. There are five areas that can affect a reduction in head injuries. The first two involve rules and coaching technique changes. The other three areas involve improvements in conditioning (especially of the neck), equipment, and finally medical supervision. The reduction in incidence and severity of athletic head injury gas been the results of changes and improvements instituted following constant study and research. And also, for the reduction in incidence of athletic head injury every effort or team physician, athletic trainer, physical trainer and team coaches should be necessary.

Objectives: Symptoms arising from spinal cord tumor are often insidious in onset and nonspecific in nature. To make the subtle initial signs and symptoms of these tumors more apparent to clinicians, we retrospectively analyzed the data of spinal cord tumor patients who were misdiagnosed as degenerative spine disease. Methods: We reviewed history, symptom, sign, radiological study, and pathologic diagnosis of 19 spinal cord tumor patients who had been operated as degenerative spine disease, especially duration and description of symptoms and sign before an accurate diagnosis was made. Results: Average duration of delay before an accurate diagnosis was made was 178.4 days(range: 23~303). Common symptom and signs on neurologic examination included aggravation of pain(8 cases; 47.1 %), and neurologic decline(9 cases; 52.9%) The misdiagnosis included a herniated lumbar disc(16 cases; 94.1%), lumbar stenosis(1 case; 5.9%). Inappropriate treatment for these misdiagnoses included 5 percutaneous lazer discectomies, 9 discectomies, 3 chemonucleolysis, 2 posterior lumbar interbody fusions with cages. Conclusion: When a patient has symptoms that appear to be out of the ordinary, surgeons should suspect other spinal disease including the spinal cord tumor.
Electrospun Polyacrylonitrile-Based Carbon Nanofibers and Their Hydrogen Storages

Electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers were carbonized with or without iron (III) acetylacetonate to induce catalytic graphitization within the range of 900-1,500$^{circ}C$, resulting in ultrafine carbon fibers with a diameter of about 90-300 nm. Their structural properties and morphologies were investigated. The carbon nanofibers (CNF) prepared without a catalyst showed amorphous structures and very low surface areas of 22-31 $m^{2}$/g. The carbonization in the presence of the catalyst produced graphite nanofibers (GNF). The hydrogen storage capacities of these CNF and GNF materials were evaluated through the gravimetric method using magnetic suspension balance (MSB) at room temperature and 100 bar. The CNFs showed hydrogen storage capacities which increased in the range of 0.16-0.50 wt$\%$ with increasing carbonization temperature. The hydrogen storage capacities of the GNFs with low surface areas of 60-253 $m^{2}$/g were 0.14-1.01 wt$\%$. Micropore and mesopore, as calculated using the nitrogen gas adsorption-desorption isotherms, were not the effective pore for hydrogen storage.

Sorafenib, originally identified as an inhibitor of multiple oncogenic kinases, induces ferroptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. Several pathways that mitigate sorafenib-induced ferroptosis confer drug resistance; thus strategies that enhance ferroptosis increase sorafenib efficacy. Orphan nuclear receptor estrogen-related receptor γ (ERRγ) is upregulated in human HCC tissues and plays a role in cancer cell proliferation. The aim of this study was to determine whether inhibition of ERRγ with DN200434, an orally available inverse agonist, can overcome resistance to sorafenib through induction of ferroptosis. Sorafenib-resistant HCC cells were less sensitive to sorafenibinduced ferroptosis and showed significantly higher ERRγ levels than sorafenib-sensitive HCC cells. DN200434 induced lipid peroxidation and ferroptosis in sorafenib-resistant HCC cells. Mechanistically, DN200434 increased mitochondrial ROS generation by reducing glutathione/glutathione disulfide levels, which subsequently reduced mTOR activity and GPX4 levels. DN200434- induced amplification of the antitumor effects of sorafenib was confirmed in a tumor xenograft model. The present results indicate that DN200434 may be a novel therapeutic strategy to re-sensitize HCC cells to sorafenib. [BMB Reports 2022; 55(11): 547-552]
