In this research, characteristics of electric energy saving equipments, which were produced by several companies, were analyzed. Output voltage of equipment was 208[V] when input was220[V]. Change of harmonics and power factor cannot be observed in experiments. voltage variance was in limitations. But illumination and lift decrease of lighting fixtures and rotating characteristics change of motors can be anticipated.

전력계통에서 부하모델은 안정도 해석과 조류계산의 정도를 높이기 위하여 매우 중요하다. 전력계통의 모선은 전압/주파수 변화에 따라 소비형태가 다른 다양한 부하들로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 전압/주파수 변화에 따른 부하모델을 고려하지 않으면 안된다. 본 연구는 정도 높은 부하모델링을 위해 신경회로망을 사용하였다. 대표적인 주거용 부하를 선정하여 전압과 주파수를 변화시키면서 부하특성을 측정하였다. 실험에서 얻은 실적자료로 신경회로망을 이용한 개별부하모델을 구축하고, 개별부하모델과 부하구성비에 의한 집단부하 모델을 제시하였다. 또, 전력계통해석 프로그램에 적용하기 위한 수학적 모델로의 변환기법을 제시하였다. Load model is very important to improve accuracy of stability analysis and load flow study in power systems. A power system bus is composed by various loads, and loads have different power consumption due to voltage/frequency changing. Thus the effect of voltage/frequency changing must he considered to load mxleling. In this research, ANN was used to construct component load moddel for more accurate load mxleling. Typical residential load was selected, and characteristics exrerimented on voltage/frequency changing. Acquired data used to construct the component ANN model, and aggregation method of component load model was presented based on component load model and composition rate. Furthennore, it's transfomlation method to the mathematical load model to he used at the traditional power system analysis soft wares was also presented.sented.
HS-TLBO 기반의 퍼지제어기를 이용한 신재생 하이브리드 전력 시스템 최적운영 알고리즘 개발

In this paper, we propose an optimal power control scheme for a stand alone hybrid power system based on an fuzzy controller. The stand alone hybrid power system was constructed using wind power and solar power system as a renewable energy source, and a fuel cell system including a battery bank and a hydrogen tank was applied as a backup power source. The fuzzy controller was designed by HS-TLBO, which is a combination of Harmonic search (HS) technique and Teaching-Learning Based Optimization (TLBO) algorithm to optimize fuzzy rules. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm and fuzzy logic controller, we modeled a stand alone hybrid power system using Matlab. Performance comparison and evaluation with classical optimization algorithms were also performed. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms

Most photovoltaic power prediction model has been developed considering solar radiation and temperature. Therefore, the reliability of measured radiation value is considered to be a very important factor in the performance of the predictive model. In this paper, we have developed a diagnostic method of solar radiation sensor based on solar power prediction model constructed by RBFN(Radial Basis Fuction Networks). The developed fault diagnosis method is performed by using the difference between power calculated by the solar power prediction model and the actual generation amount. To construct the model, we selected the data with higher correlation coefficients between irradiation and PV power. In the diagnosis process, the diagnosis is made by using the error between the power generation predicted value calculated by the RBFN and the actual power generation. We verified the usefulness of the proposed method through various experiments.
