        기술수용모델을 기반으로 한 디지털 전시에 대한 평가 연구

        The aim of this research is to analyze Perceived Usefulness(PU) and Perceived Ease of Use(PEOU) based on Technology Acceptance Model in 〈Van Gogh Inside: Festival of Light and Music〉, and how viewing experiences and knowledge of motion graphics have an impact on attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use. Both usability for learning and usability for appreciation in terms of PU have significant correlations with the degree of satisfaction and immersion, and behavioral intention to use. On the other hand, PEOU has an influence on degree of exhibition satisfaction and immersion, and onto behavioral intention to use with the exception of intention to revisiting 〈Van Gogh Inside〉. Unlike PU or PEOU, previous viewing experiences do not have correlation with attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use. Only previous knowledge of motion graphics has a correlation with degree of satisfaction and immersion, and behavioral intention to use. As the influence on PU and PEOU’s attitude toward using and and behavioral intention to use has been verified, our findings show that two variables of TAM enable the prediction of user’s technology acceptance on digital exhibitions and as a result prove the suitability for TAM as an evaluation model for digital exhibition of remediating the originals. This study offers a fresh understanding of the importance of motion graphic effects which influence attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use from the perspective of curating methodology.

        Abstract: It is now well established that the bactericidal activity of vancomycin is not temporal-ly stationary. As a result, clinical pharmacokinetics consultation service(CPCS) become necessary for the maintenance of the trough concentration of vancomycin to minimize adverse effect while maximizing therapeutic effect. In particular, CPCS was essential in geriatric, pediatric patients or patients over moderate stage kidney disease patients with creatinine clearance(CLcr) < 60ml/min(by National Kidney Foundation standards) for successful vancomycin therapy. However, in previous studies, CPSS was claimed to be not clinically relevant in adult patients with CLcr ≥ 60ml/min. Therefore, the objective of the present study was to evaluate the merit of CPCS and the factor(s) influencing the results of CPCS in adult patients with CLcr ≥ 60ml/min. Accordingly, the patients, from 18 to 65 years of age, with calculated CLcr values above of 60ml/min by Cockroft-Gault equation received vancomycin CPCS between January and June 2008 in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital; The electronic medical records(EMRs) of the patients were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were first classified into the maintenance dose group, the increased dose group or the reduced dose group according to CPCS results. A number of factors, such as gender, age, body weight, CLcr, duration of therapy, indication, dosage, combination of nephrotoxic drugs and occurrence of adverse effects, were studied for the potential impact on the results of CPCS. Among 132 cases, 83 cases were categorized as the maintenance dose group, 30 cases as the increased dose group, and 19 cases as the reduced dose group; The rate of patients having the dose adjustment was 37.1%. A significant(44.7%) number of patients received medications that potentially affected renal function(e.g., diuretics, amino-glycosides, amphotericin B). Approximately 6.1% of the patients experienced adverse effects(e.g., renal failure and thrombocytopenia) related to vancomycin administration. Statistical analysis indicate that age and CLcr show statistical significance between the three groups, suggesting vancomycin dose adjustment is necessary in the younger patients and/or patients having higher CLcr. When vancomycin was empirically administered in adult patients under 65 years of age with CLcr ≥ 60ml/min, the therapeutic trough range was not achieved depending on the age and the renal function, suggesting that CPCS is vital in the dose adjustment for the drug in the patient group.

        Control of nucleation characteristics of GaN nanograins grown by hydride vapor phase epitaxy

        GaN nanograins were grown by hydride vapor phase epitaxy and the nucleation characteristics of the nanograins were investigated by using secondary electron images. It was found that the density and the diameter of the grains could be {\it independently} controlled by changing the substrate temperature and the flow rate of N$_2$ over a Ga boat. In addition to the independent controllability of the diameter and density, the formation of nanofacets on the individual nanograins was observed to become prominent with increased growth temperature. These nanofacets were inferred to act as quasi-substrates for subsequently adsorbing atoms. In fact, randomly oriented nanorods in consistent with the nanofaceted grains were observed to form with similar growth conditions.

        Effect of NH3 Pretreatment on the Surface Morphologies of GaN Films Grown on Miscut Sapphire Substrates by Using Hydride Vapor Phase Epitaxy

        The effect of NH$_3$ pretreatment at high temperature (above 1000~$^{\circ}$C) on the surface morphologies of GaN films grown on 0.3$^{\circ}$-miscut sapphire substrates by using hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) was investigated by employing scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). NH$_3$ pretreatment introduced many hillocks on the surfaces of the GaN films, and the coarsening effect of nucleated grains was clearly observed with the increasing flow rate and exposure time of NH$_3$. Unlike previously reported results on no-miscut substrates by other researchers, high-temperature pretreatment of NH$_3$ did not produce mirror-like flat surface morphologies, but the GaN films grown without NH$_3$ pretreatment showed flat terraces with steps, which were supposedly due to an enhanced nucleation mechanism through the step edges present in miscut sapphire substrates

      • 전시환경에 대한 자외선 지시카드 적용성 평가

        이 연구는 문화재 보존환경 간이 측정법의 적용 및 활용 가능성 검토를 위한 기초연구로 자외선 지시카드의 성능을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 일부 전시조명에서의 적용성을 검토하였다. 5종의 자외선 지시카드를 대상으로 온 습도 환경 및 자외선램프에 의한 반응도를 살펴본 결과, L 카드와 K 카드는 반응도가 매우 낮아서 환경 측정용으로 부적합한 것으로 나타났으며, M 카드는 습도의 영향을 받는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 S 카드는 반응성이 가장 좋고 자외선 저 방사 환경에서도 민감한 색도 변화를 보였다. S 카드를 주요 전시조명으로 활용되는 광원에서 노출평가를 실시한 결과, 자외선량이 높은 할로겐램프와 형광램프에서 큰 색차 값과 육안상의 뚜렷한 색변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. 따라서 자외선 지시카드 중 S 카드가 문화재의 전시조명 환경 점검 및 관리에 있어 간편하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다. In this study, reliability assessment was carried out on UV(ultraviolet) indicators for the application of the indicator method on cultural heritages. As a result, some UV indicators(L, K, and M) proved to be unsuitable due to their low reactivity to UV and high reactivity to RH(relative humidity). On the other hand, indicator S showed considerable color changes and fading due to UV-B and UV-C according to the integral amount of UV irradiation. Indicator S showed the most distinct reaction to UV and a remarkable applicability to exhibition light, which are used in museums. Therefore, UV indicator S is an easy and useful monitoring tool for light environment management in cultural- property conservation facilities.
