<P>We present a determination of the magnitude of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element vertical bar V-cb vertical bar using the decay B -> Dl nu(l) (l = e,mu) based on 711 fb(-1) of e(+)e(-) -> Upsilon(4S) data recorded by the Belle detector and containing 772 x 10(6) B (B) over bar pairs. One B meson in the event is fully reconstructed in a hadronic decay mode, while the other, on the signal side, is partially reconstructed from a charged lepton and either a D+ or D-0 meson in a total of 23 hadronic decay modes. The isospin-averaged branching fraction of the decay B -> Dl nu(l) is found to be B(B-0 -> D(-)l(vertical bar)nu(l)) = (2.31 +/- 0.03(stat) +/- 0.11(syst))%. Analyzing the differential decay rate as a function of the hadronic recoil with the parametrization of Caprini, Lellouch, and Neubert and using the form-factor prediction G(1) = 1.0541 +/- 0.0083 calculated by FNAL/MILC, we obtain eta(EW)vertical bar V-cb vertical bar = (40.12 +/- 1.34) x 10(-3), where eta(EW) is the electroweak correction factor. Alternatively, assuming the model-independent form-factor parametrization of Boyd, Grinstein, and Lebed and using lattice QCD data from the FNAL/MILC and HPQCD collaborations, we find eta(EW)vertical bar V-cb vertical bar = (41.10 +/- 1.14) x 10(-3).</P>

We report measurements of the charmless semileptonic decays B0->π-/ρ-@?+ν and B+->π0/ρ0@?+ν, based on a sample of 2.75x108BB@? events collected at the @?(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- asymmetric collider. In this analysis, the accompanying B meson is reconstructed in the semileptonic mode B->D(*)@?ν, enabling detection of the signal modes with high purity. We measure the branching fractions B(B0->π-@?+ν)=(1.38+/-0.19+/-0.14+/-0.03)x10-4, B(B0->ρ-@?+ν)=(2.17+/-0.54+/-0.31+/-0.08)x10-4, B(B+->π0@?+ν)=(0.77+/-0.14+/-0.08+/-0.00)x10-4 and B(B+->ρ0@?+ν)=(1.33+/-0.23+/-0.17+/-0.05)x10-4, where the errors are statistical, experimental systematic, and systematic due to form factor uncertainties, respectively. For each mode we also present the partial branching fractions in three q2 intervals: q2<8, 8=<q2<16, and q2>=16 GeV2/c2. From our partial branching fractions for B->π@?ν and recent results for the form factor from unquenched Lattice QCD calculations, we obtain values of the CKM matrix element |Vub|.

<P>We report inclusive and exclusive measurements for chi(c1) and chi(c2) production in B decays. We measure B(B -> chi X-c1) = (3.03 +/- 0.05 (stat) +/- 0.24(syst)) x 10(-3) and B(B -> chi X-c2) = (0.70 +/- 0.06 (stat) +/- 0.10(syst)) x 10(-3). For the first time, chi(c2) production in exclusive B decays in the modes B-0 -> chi(c2) pi K--(+) and B-0 -> chi(c2) pi(-)pi K-+(+) has been observed, along with first evidence for the B-0 -> chi(c2) pi K--(s)0 decay mode. For chi c1 production, we report the first observation in the B+ -> chi(c1) pi(-)pi K-+(+), B-0 -> chi(c1) pi(-)pi K-+(s)0 and B-0 -> chi(c1) pi(-)pi K-+(+) decay modes. Using these decay modes, we observe a difference in the production mechanism of chi(c2) in comparison to chi(c1) in B decays. In addition, we report searches for X(3872) and chi(c1) (2P) in the B+ -> (chi(c1) pi(+)pi(-))K+ decay mode. The reported results use 772 x 10(6) B (B) over bar events collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider.</P>

<P>We present a measurement of the top quark mass in p (p) over bar collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The data were collected by the D0 experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9.7 fb(-1). The matrix element technique is applied to t (t) over bar events in the final state containing leptons (electrons or muons) with high transverse momenta and at least two jets. The calibration of the jet energy scale determined in the lepton + jets final state of t (t) over bar decays is applied to jet energies. This correction provides a substantial reduction in systematic uncertainties. We obtain a top quark mass of m(t) = 173.93 +/- 1.84 GeV.</P>

<P>We present the first measurement of the CP violating charge asymmetry in B-+/- -> mu(+/-)nu D-mu(0) decays using the full Run II integrated luminosity of 10.4 fb(-1) in proton-antiproton collisions collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. We measure a difference in the yield of B- and B+ mesons in these decays by fitting the reconstructed invariant mass distributions. This results in an asymmetry of A(mu D0) = [-0.14 +/- 0.20] %, which is consistent with standard model predictions.</P>

<P>We measure the forward-backward asymmetries A(FB) of charged Xi and Omega baryons produced in p (p) over bar collisions recorded by the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron collider at root s = 1.96 TeV as a function of the baryon rapidity y. <P>We present a study of the X-+/-(5568) using semileptonic decays of the B-s(0) meson using the full run II integrated luminosity of 10.4 fb(-1) in proton-antiproton collisions at a center of mass energy of 1.96 TeV collected with the DO detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. We report evidence for a narrow structure, X-+/-(5568), in the decay sequence X-+/-(5568) -> B-s(0) pi(+/-) where B-s(0)-> mu(-/+) (DsX)-X-+/-, D-s(+/-)-> phi pi(+/-)which is consistent with the previous measurement by the DO Collaboration in the hadronic decay mode, X-+/-(5568) -> B-s(0)pi(+/-) where B-s(0 )-> J/psi phi. The mass and width of this state are measured using a combined fit of the hadronic and semileptonic data, yielding m = 5566.9(-3.1)(+3.2)(stat)(-1.2)(+0.6)(syst) MeV/c(2), Gamma = 18.6(-6.1)(+7.9)(stat)(-3.8)(+3.5) (syst) McV/c(2) with a significance of 6.7 sigma.</P>

<P>We present a measurement of top quark polarization in t (t) over bar pair production in p (p) over bar collisions at root s = 1.96 TeV using data corresponding to 9.7 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity recorded with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. We consider final states containing a lepton and at least three jets. The polarization is measured through the distribution of lepton angles along three axes: the beam axis, the helicity axis, and the transverse axis normal to the t (t) over bar production plane. This is the first measurement of top quark polarization at the Tevatron using lepton + jet final states and the first measurement of the transverse polarization in t (t) over bar production. The observed distributions are consistent with standard model predictions of nearly no polarization.</P>

<P>We report a measurement of the CP-violation parameter phi(1) obtained in a time-dependent analysis of B-0 -> (D) over bar(*)(0)h(0) decays followed by (D) over bar (0) -> K-S(0)pi(+)pi decay. A model-independent measurement is performed using the binned Dalitz plot technique. The measured value is phi(1) = 11.7 degrees +/- 7.8 degrees(stat) +/- 2.1 degrees (syst). Treating sin 2 phi(1) and cos 2 phi(1) as independent parameters, we obtain sin 2 phi(1) = 0.43 +/- 0.27(stat) +/- 0.08(syst) and cos 2 phi(1) = 1.06 +/- 0.33(stat)(-0.15)(+0.21)(syst). The results are obtained with a full data sample of 772 x 10(6)B (B) over bar pairs collected near the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider.</P>
