GPU 정점 셰이더의 가상 기계 구현

Vertex shader of GPU in personal computer is advanced in functions as to be half of traditional fixed T&L functions. And, capacity of memory for saving resources to process instructions is unlimited. GPU that can be programmed by programmer is needed for mobile system as well as personal computer. In this paper, we implement software virtual machine for vertex shader using C++ language. Our goal is designing hardware GPU that can be applied to mobile system. The virtual machine consists of nVidia GPU instructions. Input data to virtual machine is generated by Microsoft fxc compiler. That is to say, Input data is compiled shader program written in HLSL, Cg, or ASM. The virtual machine will be a reference model for designing hardware GPU and can be used for Testbed to test added or modified instruction.

淸上補下丸이 黑色腫의 肺轉移 抑制 및 免疫調節作用에 미치는 影響

1. 연구 배경 최근 놀라운 과학기술의 발전에 힘입어 난치병이라고 생각되어 오던 질환들이 하나씩 정복되어 가고 있으나 평균수명의 연장, 생활수준 향상으로 인한 고지방식, 스트레스 및 과학기술발전의 부작용 등을 이유로 새로운 질환들이 나타나고 있는 실정이다. 종양도 이런 대표적인 질환중 하나로 최근 경제적, 시간적으로 많은 투자를 해왔으나 아직까지 그 발생원인이나 성장기전 등이 자세히 밝혀지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 哮吼를 치료하는 淸上補下丸을 이용하여 흑생정의 폐전이 억제능과 이에 의한 면역증강에 관하여 연구하고자 하였다. 2. 연구결과 B-16세포를 이용한 C57BL/6계 마우스에 있어서의 폐전이 억제능을 측정한 결과 淸上補下丸 투여군이 대조군에 비해 검액처리 7일후에는 52.70%, 14일후에는 19.43%의 유의성있는 억제율을 보였으며, 淸上補下丸의 B-16 세포에 대한 직접적인 항암작용을 알아 보기 위한 시험관내 세포독성 실험에서는 淸上補下丸의 용량이 5ug/well, 2.5ug/well, 1.25ug/well, 0.625ug/well인 경우 유의성있는 효과를 얻을수 있었으며 생존율에 의한 IC_50은 2.17ug/well이었다. NK-activity를 측정한 결과 淸上補下丸 투여군이 작동세포와 표적세포의 비율이 100:1, 50:1의 경우에 있어서 72.63±5.17%, 26.94±2.43%를 보여 대조군에 비하여 각각 31.12%, 43.68% 유의성있는 증가를 보였다. IL.2의 생산능을 측정한 결과 淸上補下丸 투여군은 l392.00±22.3lpg/ml을 보여 대조군에 비해 4.04%의 유의성있는 증가를 보였다. In order to investigate the antitumor effect by Chungsangbohahwan after B-16 cells were transplanted in C57BL/6 mice, and the immune responses in mice induced by methotrexate, the extract of Chungsangbohahwan sas orally administered to the mice for 21 days. Experimental studies were performed for measurce of metatasis, cell cytotoxicity in vitro, natura killer cell activity, productivity of interleukin-2. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Inhibition of metastasis in Chungsangbohahwan-treated group was higher than control group woith significance on 7th day and 14th day. 2. On the MTT assay, cell viability was signigicantly inhibited by 5ug/well, 2.5ug/well, 1.25ug/well, and 0.625ug/well of Chunganbohahwan concentration inbited cell viiability sifnificantly(P<0.05). IC_50 for cell viability was 2.17ug/well. 3. Matural killer cell activity in Chungsangbohahwan-treated group was significantly incresed on 100:1, 30:1 E/T(effect ce;;/target ce;;) rato(P<0.05). 4. Produciton of interleukin-2 in Chungsangbohahwan-treated group was significantly increased(P<0.05).

TSC-3a 스트림 암호 알고리즘의 하드웨어 구현

본 논문에서는 RFID/USN 분야에 적용할 수 있는 스트림 암호 알고리즘인 TSC-3a를 하드웨어로 구현하였다. TSC-3a 알고리즘은 전체 알고리즘에 대한 C 프로그램 분석을 바탕으로 Verilog HDL로 기술한 후 Modelsim Simulator로 검증을 하여, C 프로그램 수행 결과와 일치하는 지 확인하였다. 검증에 사용한 테스트 벡터는 표준안에서 제공되는 테스트 벡터를 사용하였다. 설계된 회로는 IDEC 삼성 0.35um 표준 셀 라이브러리를 사용하여, Synopsys 소프트웨어로 합성하였다. 합성 결과 전체 게이트 수는 약 6,300개 이며, 동작 주파수는 약 100Mhz 이다. 설계한 TSC-3a의 암호 및 복호율은 약 1.6Gbps이다.

I studied th formative progress of Kasa with the formative specialization by applying some phenomena of developmental principles in Sika(詩歌). In Act Ⅱ, I analyzed the forms of Kasa and analogized its characters of problems which have been presented in the formation of Kasa. So the results are as follows. 1. It is examied that 3ㆍ4, 4ㆍ4 rhythm and antithetical expression techniques that are the most fundamental elements in the long formed Kasa had been inherited from the form of Tan Si-zo(短時調), a short stanza-form of Si-zo. Yet Jang Si-zo(長時調), a long stanza-form of Si-zo, were not developed by the series and explanations of Tan Si-zo, but Tan Si-zo had been passed through the reasonable specialization of RyeonSi-zo(聯時調), a stanza-form of Si-zo and was developed into Jang Si-zo. 2. The progressive formation of Tan Si-zo is divided into two, through the formative specialization. The one is that through Joong Si-zo(中時調), a mid stanza-form of Si-zo, Tan Si-zo was developed in to Jang Si-zo and at last became one of plebiean literary. The other one is that through Ryeon Si-zo, Tan Si-zo was developed in to Jang Si-zo. This long formed Ryeon Si-zo has contained three characters of Si-zo and could base on the fundamental formation as a long poem by deviating freely from the restricted condition of the length, 3 lines and 6 phrases.

To minimize the trial and error by farmers who have no other choice but to use antibiotics for human-disease control, because no agricultural tetracycline for jujube witches-broom disease is available at this point. therapeutical efficacy of several commercial antibiotics against the disease through trunk injection was evaluated. The efficacy of human tetracyclines in trunk injection of jujube tree for witches-broom therapy varied to some extnet. Tetracyclines for intravenous or subepidermal injection showed the strongest symptom-suppression effect. Those, however, were not practical because of high price. On the other hand, tetracyclines in capsule were much cheaper than the former and can be used practically. For trunk injection, just the powder in capsule should be dissolved in clean water and then filtered through cheese cloth or tissue papaer to remove the sediments unnecessary for trees. Otherwise, the sediment would clog the injection hole and the feeder tube. In this experiment. tetracycline HCl of Glaxo made the least sediment in the solution. In addition, the plastic bottle to contain Korean wine was much cheaper and more practical than the commercial one for tree injection.

영구치의 선천적 결손을 동반한 복합 치아종

치아종은 치아조직의 비정상적인 과성장으로인해 형성되는 외배엽성 상피세포와 중배엽세포로 구성된 혼합종양이다. 양성 치성 종양 중에서 가장 흔하며 신생물이라기보다 과오종으로 보고 있다. 치아종은 악골내 모든 부위에서 발생할 수 있지만 치아와 유사한 복합 치아종은 비교적 상악 전치부에 호발하고,불규칙한 형태를 나타내는 복잡 치아종은 하악 구치부에 호발한다. 일반적인 증상이 없어 일상적인 방사선 검사에서 주로 발견되며 영구치의 맹출지연이나 매복,유치의 만기잔존 등의 원인이 될 수 있지만 영구치의 선천적 결손을 동반한 증례는 매우 드물다 치료는 외과적 제거가 추천되며 완전한 적출시 재발은 드물다. 본 증례는 영구치의 선천적 결손을 동반한 복합 치아종 환자에 대하여 보고하는 바이다. Odontoma is the most common benign odontogenic tumors, and have been defined as mixed odontogenic tumor composed of epithelial and mesenchymal cells. Odontoma is believed to be hamartomatous rather than neoplastic in nature. The classification by WHO divides odontoma into 2 groups such as complex odontoma and compound odontoma. Compound odontoma comprises dental tissues, resembling the morphology of a tooth and has predilection for the anterior maxilla, In contrast, complex odontoma has unorganized mass, not resembling the normal tooth and has predilection for the posterior mandible. Odontoma is almost asymptomatic, so it is usually found on routine radiographic examination. Common presenting symptom is impacted or unerupted permanent teeth and retained primary teeth, but coexistent odontoma and congenital missing of permanent teeth is a very rare condition. The recommended treatment for an odontoma is conservative surgical excision, with care taken to remove the surrounding soft tissue. This report presents 2 patients with compound odontoma of the mandible who have congenital missing of the permanent teeth.
