Dual band Antenna Switch Module의 LTCC 공정변수에 따른 안정성 및 특성 개선에 관한 연구

본 논문은 LTCC 공정에 기반을 둔 GSM/DCS dual band 의 소형화된 antenna switch module을 공정변수 따른 특성의 왜곡을 안정화시키는 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 tape thickness의 변화에 따라 패턴간의 기생 커플링이 주된 변수로 작용한다. 두께 50um인 tape으로 제작된 시편의 사이즈는 $4.5{\times}3.2{\times}0.8 mm^3$이고 insertion loss는 Rx mode와 Tx mode 각각 ldB. 1.2dB 이하이다. 공정상에서 tape thickness의 변화에 따라 개발된 모듈의 특성 안정성을 검증하기 위해 각 블록-다이플렉서,필터, 바이어스 회로-을 probing method을 이용, 측정하였고, 각 블록간의 상호관계는 VSWR을 계산하여 비교하였다. 또한 회로적 관점에서 특성 개선을 위해 바이어스 회로부분의 집중소자형과 분포소자형을 구현하여 서로 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 각 블록의 측정과 계산된 VSWR의 데이터는 공정변수에 의해 변화된 전체 module의 특성과 안정성 거동을 파악하는데 좋은 정보를 준다. Tape thickness변화에도 불구하고 다이플렉스의 matching값은 연결되는 바이어스 회로와 LPF의 matching값과 상대 matching이 되면서, 낮은 VSWR을 유지하여 전체 insertion loss가 안정화되는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어 분포소자형 바이어스 회로보다는 집중소자형이 다른 회로블럭과의 관계에서 더 좋은 매칭을 이루어 loss개선에 일조하였다. Tape thickness가 6 um이상의 변화를 가져와도 집중소자형 바이어스 회로는 낮은 손실을 유지하여 더 넓은 안정 범위를 가져오기 때문에 양산에 적합한 구조가 될 수 있다 그리고, probing method에 의한 안정성 특성 추출은 세라믹에 임베디드된 수동회로들의 개발에 충분히 적용될 수 있다. A compact antenna switch module for GSM/DCS dual band applications based on multilayer low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate is presented. Its size is $4.5{\times}3.2{\times}0.8 mm^3$ and insertion loss is lower than 1.0 dB at Rx mode and 1.2 dB at Tx mode. To verify the stability of the developed module to the process window, each block that is diplexer, LPF's and bias circuit is measured by probing method in the variation with the thickness of ceramic layer and the correlation between each block is quantified by calculating the VSWR In the mean while, two types of bias circuits -lumped and distributed - are compared. The measurement of each block and the calculation of VSWR give good information on the behavior of full module. The reaction of diplexer to the thickness is similar to those of LPF's and bias circuit, which means good relative matching and low value of VSWR, so total insertion loss is maintained in quite wide range of the thickness of ceramic layer at both band. And lumped type bias circuit has smaller insertion itself and better correspondence with other circuit than distributed stripline structure. Evaluated ceramic module adopting lumped type bias circuit has low insertion loss and wider stability region of thickness over than 6um and this can be suitable for the mass production. Stability characterization by probing method can be applied widely to the development of ceramic modules with embedded passives in them.

Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" on Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient. Methods : The therapies were Chuna("Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique"), acupuncture treatment, Carthami-Semen Herbal Acupuncture treatment and herbal medicine. We estimated the effects of treatment by measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth, measuring a gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth. And by measuring Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Patient Global Assessment(PGA) before and after treatment. Results : After treatment, we confirmed these improvements : the length measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth and the gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth was improved in all cases. Also Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was improved in all cases. Conclusions : These results suggested that "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" effected for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate the change of Myofascial Meridian treatment as literature. Methods: We arranged many kinds of medical literature related to Myofascial Meridian treatment. Results: The Myofascial Meridian treatment originated from Young-Chu(靈樞) was developed for many centuries. Conclusion: The modern western treatment like Myofascial Pain Syndrome therapy, Rolling therapy, Myofascial Release, Proproioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Kinesio taping treatment is thought to be connected with Myofasical Meridian treatment.

잔류농약의 식이노출량 평가를 위한 국민건강영양조사 미산출 식품 섭취량 산출 연구(Ⅱ)

농산물에 적용되는 농약의 잔류허용기준 설정을 위해서는 우리나라 국민이 섭취하는 식품의 섭취량을 정확하게 파악하는 일이 선행되어야 한다. 현재 우리나라의 대표성 있는 섭취량 자료는 국민건강영양조사(이하 국건영)이지만 본 조사의 식품코드 체계로는, 가공·혼합식품에 사용된 원재료의 섭취량을 반영하기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 국건영 코드체계로, 가공·혼합식품의 섭취량까지 반영한, 원재료별 섭취량산출 체계를 구축코저 하였다. 또한 농약잔류허용기준을 적용해야 하지만 국건영에서 섭취량 산출이 되지 않는 원재료의 산출 원칙을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 원재료별 섭취량 산출 체계를 구축하기 위하여, 국건영 제5기(2010-2012년), 제6기(2013-2015년) 그리고 제7기 1차(2016년) 총 7개년의 자료를 식약처의 “식품 위해평가 통합 플랫폼(MIMS/MAP)”과 연계하고, 연차별 및 전체 통합 섭취량 산출할 수 있도록 DB를 보완하였다. 국건영 자료 품목 중 다른 품목 레시피의 구성 성분으로 속한 품목의 경우, 식약처 보유 국제특허인 “식품원재료 섭취량 산출 시스템”의 DB 및 알고리즘을 분석, 적용하였다. 개발된 알고리즘을 이용하여 개별 섭취량과 혼합·가공식품에 원재료로 포함된 양을 통합한 식품원재료별 통합섭취량을 산출한 결과 서류, 콩류, 견과종실류, 버섯류, 향신료 중 콩류의 대두만 국건영 3.85g, 통합 23.41g으로 많은 차이를 보였다. 이는 대두의 경우 된장, 간장, 대두유 등 가공식품을 통해 섭취하는 양이 많았기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 한편 국건영 통합 식품섭취량 중2010-2015년(6년)과 2010-2016년(7년) 산출 값 간의 차이를 검토한 결과 6개년 대비 7개년 값이 오렌지, 사과, 포도, 감귤, 참외, 석류, 배는 소량 증가한 반면 쌀은 소량 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 농약잔류허용기준을 적용해야 하는 원재료 이지만 국건영에서 섭취량 산출이 되지 않는 카사바, 렌즈콩, 리마콩 등의 섭취량 산출 원칙을 정하기 위하여, 농산물별 생산량, 수입량 등을 고려한 추정방법과 품목 그룹별 최저섭취량, 또는 국건영 섭취량 최저 값 수준인 0.01g을 일률적으로 적용하는 방안 등을 비교하였다. 향후 시뮬레이션을 통해 최적의 안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 과제가 완료되면, 특정 원재료의 섭취량을, 원재료로 소비되는 양 뿐 아니라 혼합·가공식품을 통한 소비량까지 반영할 수 있어 좀 더 정확한 식이노출량 평가가 가능할 것이다. 또한 국건영 자료로 섭취량 산출이 불가능하지만 최근 들어 수입이 늘고 있는 일부 농산물의 잔류농약의 관리가 일관성을 가질 수 있게 될 것이다.

This study examines the ambiguity and unconstitutionality of the current legal system and regulations related to the sale conversion price of public rental housing. As a result of the review, it was confirmed that there were some unconstitutional elements in Article 50-3(5) of the「Special Act on Public Housing」related to the sale conversion price of public rental housing. 1. Article 50-3(5) of the「Special Act on Public Housing」is comprehensively entrusted with the Enforcement Decree without setting any the calculation criteria or scopes related to the sale conversion price. And the Enforcement Decree is also comprehensively re-delegating to the Enforcement Regulations as it is. As a result, the enforcement regulations are required to determine the essential matters that limit the property rights of the people. This violates ‘the principle of reservation of law’, which states that the legislator must directly decide the essential matters related to the restriction of the people's basic rights by law. 2. Based on the provisions of Article 75 of the Constitution, Article 50-3(5) of the「Special Act on Public Housing」does not distinguish between the calculation criteria for pre-sale conversion price and general sale conversion price. In addition, it is thought that there is a fundamental problem in this, as it comprehensively entrusts the “price, etc.” only to be determined by the enforcement decree without providing any criteria. Therefore, this violates the “comprehensive non-delegation principle” of Article 75 of the Constitution(“the President may issue presidential decrees concerning matters delegated to him/her by Act with the scope specifically defined and also matters necessary to enforce Acts”). 3. The meaning of “price, etc.” in Article 50-3(5) and the sub-regulations of the「Special Act on Public Housing」is not clear. Due to the ambiguity in the meaning of ‘price, etc.’ when calculating the conversion price for sale, legal conflicts between rental companies and lessees are increasing. This violates ‘the principle of legislative clarity’, which is the basic principle of a state governed by law as set forth in the Constitution. 4. The uniform regulation of the criteria for calculating the conversion price for sale of public rental housing excessively limits property rights, which are the basic rights of rental business owners. This violates the 'the principle of minimal infringement' and ‘balance of legal interests’ as stated in the Constitution. Overall, the legal system and regulations related to the calculation of the conversion price for sale of the current 5-year public rental housing are unconstitutional and need to be improved.
