직류 전원선을 이용한 다중 접속 양방향 직렬통신 프로토콜 구현

This paper handles, implementation of multiple access bidirectional serial communications protocol using two common DC power lines, whict are power supply and ground, connecting multiple devices. Communication between the host and the multiple clients are performed using unique packet data with device ID unique to each devices connected on the common power lines. Host initiates data communications by transmitting command packet to the designated client with the client"s ID and the client responds by transmitting response packet to the host and in this way, multiple clients and host exchange the packet through the common power lines. The normal voltage of the power communication line maintains 24V corresponding to level 1 and the host drops the voltage to 12V on sending level 0 signal, also the clients normally keeps the line voltage to 24V use pull-down circuit to drop the voltage to 12V on sending level 1 signal. Power supply originates from the host, the host senses the voltage level of the power communication lines and when the clients activates pull down circuit to send level 0 signal and the voltage drops to 12V, the hosts switches power source from 24V to 12V. Also, when clients deactivate pull down circuit to send level 1 signal, the host senses the voltage increase and switches the power source from 12V to 24V. Experimental circuit is designed with one hosts and four clients and verified the power line voltage switching operation depending on the data signal levels on the power line. The proposed research result can be applied to two wire power communications system with one host and multiple low current consumption clients.
금은화와 회화나무꽃으로부터 항산화성분의 추출 : 중심합성계획모델을 이용한 최적화

본 연구에서는 금은화와 회화나무꽃으로부터 항산화성분을 추출하는 용매추출공정의 최적화를 위해 반응표면분석법 중 중심합성계획모델을 이용하였다. 반응표면분석법의 반응치로는 추출수율과 DPPH 라디칼소거활성을 설정하였고, 독립변수로는 추출시간, 주정/초순수 부피비, 추출온도 등을 설정하였다. 중심합성계획모델로 최적화과정을 수행한 결과 금은화의 경우 최적조건은 추출시간(2.08 h), 주정/초순수의 부피비(41.53 vol.%), 추출온도(55.08 ℃)이었으며, 이때 수율(37.38 wt.%), DPPH 라디칼소거활성(40.37%) 값을 나타내었다. 또한 회화나무꽃의 경우 추출시간(2.13 h), 주정/초순수의 부피비(62.89 vol.%), 추출온도(50.42 ℃)에서 개별 최대값인 수율(35.43 wt.%), DPPH 라디칼소거활성(55.27%) 값을 나타내었다. In this study, an antioxidant was extracted from Lonicera japonica and Sophora japonica L, which was optimized by using the central composite design (CDD) model of response surface methodology (RSM). The response value of CDC model establishes the extraction yield and the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity. The extraction time, volume ratio of ethanol/ultrapure water, and extraction temperature were selected as quantitative factors. According to the result of CDC, optimal extraction conditions of Lonicera japonica were as follows; the extraction time of 2.08 h, volume ratio of ethanol/ultrapure water of 41.53 vol.%, and extraction temperature of 55.08 ℃. At these conditions the expected results indicated that the yield and DPPH radical scavenging activity were estimated as 37.88 wt% and 40.37%, respectively. On the other hand, optimal extraction conditions of Sophora japonica L. could be found as the extraction time of 2.13 h, volume ratio of ethanol/ultrapure water of 62.89 vol.%, and temperature of 50.42 ℃. Under the conditions, the (possible) maximum values of yield and DPPH radical scavenging activity were found as 35.43 wt% and 55.7%, respectively.

본 논문에서는 손동작을 영상 입력 정보로 하여 기기의 기능을 제어하는 UX를 구현하였다 이를 위하여 Microsoft 사의 Kinect 센서를 이용하여 초당 30 프레임의 사용자의 3차원 depth map을 얻고 여기서 skeleton 이미지를 추출하여 손목 등의 관절의 위치에 대한 좌표 값을 얻는다. 전 후 프레임의 손의 위치가 변화하는 방향과 병화량으로부터 손 동작의 의미를 추출하고 다양한 손동작을 이용하여 스마트TV 등의 원격의 영상을 제어하는 명령어 입력으로 사용하는 UX를 제시하고 실험을 통하여 구현하였다. This paper handles the UX implementation for system control using the visual input information of hand motion. Kinect sensor from Microsoft is used to acquire the user's skeleton image from the 3-D depth map at a rate of 30 frames per sec. and eventually knows the x-y coordinates of hand joints. The x-y coordinate value changes of hands between the present frame and next frame shows the direction of changes and rotation of changes and the various hand motion is used as a UX input command for remote image control on smart TV, etc. Through the experiments, we showed the implementation of the proposed idea.
ARM프로세서를 이용한 RS232C와 TCP/IP 접속장치의 구현

In this paper, the connection device of RS232C and TCP/IP implementation using ARM processor and LINUX is proposed. Data interaction flash memory the multiple serial ports are transferred to ARM processor and the data are processed and formed into data packet for transfer via internet protocol. Packet flash memory internet is decoded to extract the serial port data. The serial ports supports RS232C asynchronous protocol communication and control program is developed in GNU -C and installed in the on-board memory for packet conversion and control The research result can be applied to terminal server, printer server and multiple serial ports equipments.
