농촌진흥청 및 환경부의 폐금속 광산인근 농경지 중금속 오염 모니터링에서 비소에 의한 오염이 상당수 확인되고 있고, 또한 코덱스오염물질분과위원회에서는 2010년부터 쌀의 비소기준 설정을 위한 논의가 계속되고 있어 농업환경 및 농산물에 대한 비소 관리가 시급한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 발표에서는 우리나라 농업환경 및 농산물의 비소오염 기준설정, 모니터링, 환경 위해성 및 독성, 작물로의 흡수이행, 복원을 통한 오염 저감화에 대한 화학물질안전과 무기화학연구실에서 수행한 현재까지의 현황 및 연구동향을 소개하고자 한다. 본 초록에서는 2009년부터 2010년까지 수행한 우리나라 폐금속 광산인근 지역에서의 비소오염 현황 및 환경위해성 평가 결과에 대해서만 언급하고자 한다. 국내 24지점의 폐광산 주변 지역에서 논토양, 용수 및 재배된 쌀의 비소 오염도를 조사하였고, 인체에 대한 평균 일일 노출량(ADD)을 산정하여 발암 위해 확률을 평가하였다. 광산인근에서 재배된 쌀 중 총 비소의 평균 농도는 0.123 mg/kg으로 조사되었다. ADD값은 총 비소농도함량을 고려하여 FAO/WHO에서 정한 2.1 ㎍/kg b.w./day의 PTDI값을 초과하지 않았다. 그러나, 일부 폐광인근에서 재배한 쌀을 섭취했을 경우, 인체의 발암 위해 확률은 허용수준인 10-4 범위를 초과하였고, 따라서 비소로 오염된 쌀을 장기간 섭취하게 된다면 인체 독성영향의 가능성은 있는 것으로 판단된다. 이들 결과를 통하여 비소오염 논토양에 적절한 관리방안을 도출하고 안전농산물 생산에 기여할 것이다.

Objective: To examine the effects of self-acupressure which is usually used in reducing clinical nurses sleep pattern disturbances and fatigue. Methods: The research involved a nonequivalent control group with a pre test and post test design. The study subjects studied included 48 clinical nurses who work in C hospital located in Pusan, and they were classified into 2 groups: 25 nurses in the experimental group who took self-acupressure, and 23 nurses in the control group who did not. Self-acupressure of G12, H7 and Sp6 was administered over a period of 3 days with 1 demonstration and 4 frequencies. Results: 1. The sleep pattern disturbance score of the experimental group who took self-acupressure was significantly lower than that of the control group. (t=7.00, p=.00) 2. The fatigue score of the experimental group who took self-acupressure was significantly lower than that of the control group. (t=6.78, p=.00) Conclusions: Self-acupressure of G12, H7, Sp6 was effective for relieving clinical nurses sleep pattern disturbances and fatigue. The relevance of this study involved the use of Meridian self-acupressure in nursing intervention and was based on the theoretical foundations of Oriental Medicine.

N/A The thermal degradation kinetics of SBR and tire were studied using a conventional thermogravimetric analysis in the stream nitrogen at a heating rate of 5, 10, 15, 20℃/min, respectively. Thermogravimetric curves and their derivatives were analyzed using various analytical methods to determine the kinetic parameters. The degradation of the SBR and tire was found to be a complex process which has multi-stages. The Friedman method gave average activation energies for the SBR and tire of 247.53kJ/㏖and 230.00kJ/㏖, respectively. Meanwhile, the Ozawa method gave 254.80kJ/㏖ and 215.76kJ/㏖. It would appear that either. Friedman`s differential method or Ozawa`s integral method provided satisfactory mathematical approaches to determine the kinetic parameters for the degradation of the SBR and tire. Approximately 86% and 55% of oil products were obtained at a final temperature of 700℃ and a heating rate of 20℃/min for the SBR and tire respectively.

Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the distribution of apolipoproteins A-I and B among Korean employees and their partners. Methods : The study population consisted of 7,633 men and women (4,578 men and 3,054 women) residing in Seoul and Kyung-gee Do, with an average age of $43.5{\pm}8.3$ years. Blood samples were collected following at least 12 hours of fasting. Apolipoproteins A-I and B were measured using a Behring Nephelometer analyzer. The body mass index (BMI) for each participant was calculated as weight (kg) divided by height squared $(m^2)$. Information on health-related behaviors such as exercise, alcohol intake, and smoking habits was collected through self-administrated questionnaires. Results : The mean concentrations of Apo A-I were $132.6{\pm}22.3mg/dL$ and $142.9{\pm}24.8mg/dL$ in the men and women, respectively. The concentration of Apo A-I increased significantly across all age categories of men. The mean concentrations of Apo B were $101.7{\pm}23.2mg/dL$ and $87.8{\pm}23.5mg/dL$ in the men and women, respectively, and Apo B increased significantly across all age categories for both the men and women. Exercise and BMI were major determinants for Apo A-I and B levels. The 10th percentile of Apo A-I concentration was 109 mg/dL in the men and 113 mg/dL in the women, and the 90th percentile of Apo B concentration was 131 mg/dL in the men and 118 mg/dL women. Conclusions : For the prevention of coronary artery disease, we recommend that for individuals in the 10th percentile of concentration for Apo A-I and the 90th percentile of concentration for Apo B, active preventive interventions such as weight loss and exercise should be taken. This study, within its limitations, may be useful for evaluating apolipoprotein A-I and B concentrations in Korean adults.
모호성을 포함하고 있는 시계열 패턴인식을 위한 새로운 모델 RFAM과 그 응용

본 논문에서는 모호성을 포함하고 있는 시계열 패턴인식을 위한 새로운 인식모델인 순환퍼지기억장치를 제안한다. 순환퍼지기억장치는 기존의 퍼지기억장치에 순차적인 입력패턴를 처리하고 시간적 관련성을 표현할 수 있는 순환층을 추가함으로써 확장된 모델이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 순환퍼지기억장치는 입력과 출력사이의 관련정도를 설정하기 위해 헤비안 방식의 학습알고리즘을 사용한다. 그리고 순환퍼지기억장치의 순환층에 필요한 가중치를 학습하기 위해서 오류역전파 알고리즘을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 모델을 음성신호의 경계를 추출하는 문제에 적용하여 성능을 평가한다. This paper proposes a novel recognition model, a recurrent fuzzy associative memory(RFAM), for recognizing time-series patterns contained an ambiguity. RFAM is basically extended from FAM(Fuzzy Associative memory) by adding a recurrent layer which can be used to deal with sequential input patterns and to characterize their temporal relations. RFAM provides a Hebbian-style learning method which establishes the degree of association between input and output. The error back-propagation algorithm is also adopted to train the weights of the recurrent layer of RFAM. To evaluate the performance of the proposed model, we applied it to a word boundary detection problem of speech signal.
