골아세포의 IGF-I 유전자 발현 및 세포증식에 대한 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$의 영향

Polypeptide growth factor belong to a class of potent biologic mediator which regulate cell differentiation, proliferation, migration and metabolism. 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ decrease cell proliferation, and stimulate alkaline phosphatase activity which express in osteoblast during cell differentiation period. IGF-I is known to stimulate cell proliferation and differentiation too. 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ is known to increase IGF-I binding sites and IGF binding protein which inhibite the effect of IGF. The purpose of this study is to evaluate potential role of IGF-I as mediator that control the action of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$. MC3T3-E1 cell were seeded $5{\times}10^5/ml$ at 100mm culture plate in ${\alpha}-MEM$ containing 10% fetal bovine serum. After 48 hour incubation period, medium were changed ${\alpha}-MEM$ containing 5% fetal bovine serum. After 24 hours, $10^{-9}M$ 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ added. Total mRNA was extracted at 0, 6, 24, 48, 72 hour. PRPCR method was programed for the detection of IGF-I mRNA. In the both groups of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin $D_3$ treated and control, alternative splicing form of IGF-I, IGF-IA and IGF-IB were expressed. In the 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ treated group, IGF-I mRNA expression was matained until 24 hour, there after expression was decresed. MC3T3-E1 cell were seeded $2.5{\times}10^4/ml$ at 24well plate in ${\alpha}-MEM$ containing 10% fetal bovine serum. After 48 hour incubation period, medium were changed ${\alpha}-MEM$ containing 3% fetal bovine serum. After 24 hours, $10^{-9}M$ 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ and 10 ng/ml IGF-I were added separately or together. Cell were cultured for 1 and 3 days, $2{\mu}Ci/ml\;[^3H]$ -thymidine was added for the last 24h of culture of each days. ${[^3H]}$-thymidine incorporation in to DNA was measured and expressed counter per minute(CPM). DNA synthetic activity was significantly decreased by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ both at 1 day and 3 day, and in the combination group of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ and IGF-I, DNA synthetic activity was also decreased both at 1 day and 3 days. IGF-I did not affect the DNA synthetic activity compared to control group both at 1 day and 3 day. From the above results, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ was potent inhibitor of cell proliferaton in MC3T3-E1 cells. It assumed that the effect of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ on osteoblast proliferation may be mediated in part by decreased level of IGF-I.

There remain 7 volumes for the war diary of Admiral Yi Sun-Sin’s original handwritings. In the 1st volume Imjin Ilgi(壬辰日記), script is about daily diary, draft memorials to Court(狀草), draft letters(書簡草) and memo written with a brush during the year of Imjin(1592) and the earlier part of year Kyesa(1593). One draft letter written on a separate sheet is attached on the last page of Imjin Ilgi. This draft letter had been classified to ‘Another letter to someone(Sang-mo-in-seo 2, 上某人書 二)’ in the Complete Writings of Admiral Yi Sun-Sin(李忠武公全書, 1795) which was compiled 200 years after his death(1598). The present work reviewed the sheet size, content of the draft letter and compared with relevant remarks in the references and contents of his diary on various other dates. It is concluded that the draft letter was certainly written in the latter part of Seventh Moon(7月), Year of Kabo(甲午, 1594) and hence was originally belonged to the 3rd volume Kabo Ilgi(甲午日記). Little is known about the reason and history of the present location of the draft letter sheet while a mistake is mostly suspected happened during the inheritage period of centuries. Attention is called for recovering the draft letter sheet at the original location.

스포츠강좌이용권의 스포츠복지서비스 전달체계 분석

본 연구는 스포츠복지를 필요로 하는 사회적 흐름을 바탕으로 국내 스포츠복지서비스의 대표적 사업인 스포츠강좌이용권의 전달체계 및 정책사업의 운영구조를 진단하고 공급자, 사업자, 수혜자 등 사업과 관련한 모든 주체의 시각을 다각적인 측면에서 분석함으로써 스포츠복지서비스 전달체계 운영 전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 스포츠강좌이용권의 예산 편성 구조, 작동기제, 서비스 전달체계 분석등 세 가지의 연구문제를 수립하였다. 이상의 연구문제를 규명하기 위해 심층면담과 각종 문헌조사 방법을 병행하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 스포츠강좌이용권운영 및 관리의 편의성 증대를 위해 전달체계가 유연하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 운영의 독립성을 증대시키고, 중앙 집중형 예산 관리를 통한 수수료 절감 등의 협상력을 확보해야 할 것이다. 또한 경제적이고 효율적인 정보시스템 및 결제 인프라를 구축하고 운영하는 방안이 필요하다. 특히, 스포츠복지서비스 전달체계의 구조 속에서 사업의 기획 및 관리 · 운영을 담당하는 기관이 별도의 컨트롤타워가 되어 전체 사업과 시스템을 총괄함으로써 스포츠복지서비스의 전문성 확보를 바탕으로 전달체계의 평가까지 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 효율성 증대가 가장 필요하다고 판단된다. This research is based on social flow that is in need of sports welfare that diagnoses the delivery system of sports program pass that is typical business of national sports welfare services and operation structure, and analyze the supplier, operator, beneficiary and all that is related to business from multilateral aspects, therefore seek for operation systems for provision systems of sports welfare services. To clearly grasp the operating mechanisms of service provision system that is happening in real field, there were in-depth interview done by the 18 people of suppliers, operators, and beneficiaries that are the main participants of business, and through which drew an ideal agreed point for sports welfare services to get in the right direction. The result of this study is as following: First, based on the limited government budget for the compilation of budget for the business of sports welfare services it is found that there is need of constructing a pragmatic service provision system that can bring maximum of efficiency. Second, voucher that was introduced for market logic application and greater transparency of the business of sports welfare services has a complex structure that it is in need of simplification of structure which that is well fit with its characteristics. Third, for convenience enlargement in administration and management, make management policy of provision system be reflected and therefore enlarge the independence of management and secure the power of negotiation regarding fee savings through centralized budget management.

The purpose of this study was aim to analyze the consequence of media consumers` recall for the sponsor brands which were exposed on the different types of field-side advertising boards in professional soccer stadia. In a bid to accomplish these goals, three video-recorded domestic professional soccer games which represented the typical exposure of A-board, Rolling-board and LED-board advertisements were chosen for analysing. Experiments were performed to measure the pervasive sponsor brand recall toward 3 types of board advertisements with the same laboratory condition. In all, 150 people who were asked to respond to the questionnaire after watching each video copy of the games. Data was processed with SPSS 12.0+ statistic program for Window, then it was analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and one-way ANOVA. As a result of this procedure and data analysis, following conclusion was derived. First, after analyzing the recognition for sponsor brand exposure during the game, audiences` recall toward the LED-board was the highest, followed by the Rolling-board and the A-board. Second, the length of sponsor brand exposure via media and the audiences`s recall were correlated each other. Third, the advertising board shown the highest rate of correct recall for sponsor brand was the LED-board, even though its lowest medium show time among the advertising boards.

스포츠센터 소비자의 이용만족도가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of consumer satisfaction level on repurchasing intention in two different management type of sport centers for suggesting effective marketing strategies. The subjects of this study were drawn from Daejeon metropolitan city. Total 973 (494 consumers in public sport centers and 479 in commercial sport centers) surveys were returned available. The factor analysis and multiple regression analysis was used for statistical verification. The significant findings of this study as follows: First, the satisfaction level of consumers had positive effect on their repurchase intention. Second, consumer satisfaction towards the facility factor was the most influential cause in public sport centers. Third, service factor was proved to be the leading factor which aroused consumers` repurchasing intention effectively in commercial sport centers.

무술년(1598년) 이순신의 최후 結陣處 - ‘㹨島’에 관한 고찰

‘유도(㹨島)’는 이순신이 무술년(1598) 9월부터 11월까지 순천왜성에 주둔한 코니시 유키나가(小西行長) 왜군의 퇴각로를 차단하고 공격을 주도하였던 진처로 전해지고 있다. 이 중요한 결진처의 위치에 대해 이순신의 일기 원문 판독본으로부터 숱한 번역본에 이르기까지 기존 문헌자료의 오류가 답습되어 온 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 이순신의 일기 무술년 9월 20일조의 기록에 나타난 ‘유도(㹨島)’의 친필원문을 재검토하고 현재 위치에 관련된 추론을 제시하였다. 이순신의 전사 후 약 100년이 지난 뒤 쓰여진 필사본 「日記抄」를 통해 이 ‘유도(㹨島)’ 지명이 무술 11월 11일조 일기에도 나타남을 확인한 바, ‘유도(㹨島)’는 이순신이 노량해전에서 전사하기 직전 마지막으로 결진한 장소임을 밝혔다. 또한, ‘유도(㹨島)’의 위치에 관련해 서울대학교 규장각에 소장된 조선 후기 고지도를 전수조사한 바, 수 종의 고지도에서 현재 광양만에 위치한 ‘묘도(猫島)’ 위치에 ‘유도(㹨島)’가 기입되어 있음을 확인하였다. 이순신의 일기에 나타난 ‘㹨’자는 ‘猫’자와 구분되어야 함을 당대의 자전에 근거하여 밝혔으나, 현재로서는 ‘묘도(猫島)’의 옛 지명을 식별할 방법은 발견되지 않는다. 한편 지역민들의 구전 전승은 현재 묘도에의 연륙도인 ‘괴섬, 괴입섬’과 ‘유도(㹨島)’의 연관성을 나타내고 있다. ‘Yudo(㹨島)’ is known as a camp position where admiral Yi Sun-Sin pushed the siege to the Japanese military of Konishi Yukinaga(小西行長) stationed at the Japanese fortress in Suncheon with cutting off their retreat from the 9th month to the 11th month of the lunar year Mu-Sul(戊戌, 1598). Regarding the location of this important island, the mistakes in the existing literatures from deciphered versions of Yi Sun-Sin’s original handwritings to the several translations have been followed. In the present work, the original handwriting of the ‘Yudo(㹨島)’ presented in record of the 20th day of the 9th month of Mu-Sul(1598) of the Yi Sun-Sin’s Diary is re-examined, and a speculative opinion associated with its current location is given. It is confirmed that the place name, ‘Yudo(㹨島)’ had been used in the 11th day of the 11th month of Mu-Sul(1598) by 「Selected Copy of the Yi Sun-Sin’s War Diary(日記抄)」 that was written with a brush roughly 100 years after the Yi Sun-Sin’s death(1598). Thus, it is verified that ‘Yudo(㹨島)’ is the last place where Yi Sun-Sin’s naval fleet made a military camp(結陣) on record of the Yi Sun-Sin’s War Diary. Also, through a complete enumeration survey on the antique maps of late Joseon Period preserved at the Kyujanggak of the Seoul National University, we confirmed that the ‘Yudo(㹨島)’ had been used in several maps at the same location as ‘Myodo(猫島)’ in the Kwangyang Bay area. We showed that the character ‘㹨’ presented in the Yi Sun-Sin’s Diary should be distinguished from the character ‘猫’ on the basis of the Chinese Dictionary of the time. However, for now, the original name of the island is not identified. Additionally, the oral tradition of the local residents suggests that there is a link between ‘Goe-Seom, Goeip-Seom’, a region incorporated into ‘Myodo(猫島)’ and ‘Yudo(㹨島)’.
