        현재의 정보통신 사회에서 널리 사용되는 인터넷 서비스는 기본적으로 ID/PW(PassWord) 기반의 인증을 사용한다. 이때 사용자는 여러 웹 서비스에서 대해서 각각 다양한 ID/PW를 기억해야 한다는 어려움을 가진다. 마찬가지로 웹 서비스 관리자 역시 여러 사용자들의 ID/PW를 관리하는데 많은 비용 및 노력을 소모해야 한다. 따라서 한 번의 안전한 인증 과정을 통해 사용자 및 관리자의 편리를 도모할 수 있는 SSO(Single Sign-On)시스템의 적용이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 SSO 시스템을 분석하여 새롭게 모든 인터넷 환경에서 보다 안전하게 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하며, 관리자에게는 편리성을 제공하는 브로커와 에이전트의 기능을 포함한 통합 SSO 시스템을 설계하며, 추후 연구과제로서 실제 브로커 및 에이전트 기반 통합 SSO 시스템 구현 및 적용에 대하여 연구 할 것이다.

        동결건조 로열젤리 내 putrescine 함량 분석을 위한 분석법 밸리데이션

        Putrescine generated by the action of microorganisms in the decay generally used as a measure of freshment in food. However, the analytical method of putrescine in freeze-dried royal jelly has not yet been established. In the present study, the UPLC method for putrescine in lyophilized royal jelly was established using C18 column. The newly established method was able to analyze putrescine accurately within 7 minutes and was validated by analytical parameters such as specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection, and limit of quantification. These results provide for the analytical method to evaluate the level of freshment in freeze-dried royal jelly, which will useful in further studies of safety verification.

        일 대학병원 외래 내원 사회공포증 환자에서 증상적 특성의 남녀차이

        Objectives : Gender differences in demographic characteristics, symptom presentation, and severity may influence the selection of target behaviors as well as the course and outcome of therapeutic interventions for patients with social phobia. The purpose of this study was to explore the gender differences in the symptomatic characteristics of Korean patients with social phobia. Methods : A total of 256 outpatients with social phobia at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital were included in this study. All subjects were evaluated using the Korean version of the MINI International Neuropsychiatric Interview Plus. Potential differences in demographic characteristics, severity of anxiety, and situational fear and avoidance were examined. Self-report questionnaires and interviewer-administered instruments, including the Social Phobia Scale (SPS), Social Phobia subscale of the Fear Questionnaire (FQ-social), Appraisal of Social Concerns (ASC), and Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS), were used to evaluate the severity of the patients' symptoms. Results : There were no gender differences in demographic characteristics, age, age at onset of social phobia, total SPS score, FQ-Social score, ASC score, and LSAS score. In addition, there was no gender difference in the severity of fear in specific social situations. However, women reported significantly higher total scores on the social helplessness category of the ASC than men (p=0.009). Conclusion : Previous studies reported that the severity of social phobia symptoms is greater in women than in men, but our results suggest that there are no significant gender differences in the severity of social phobia symptoms. Thus, gender differences among patients with social phobia are discussed in the context of traditional sex-role expectations.

        서양종꿀벌 일벌독에 함유된 putrescine 밸리데이션 및 함량 분석

        서양종 꿀벌(Apis mellifera L.)의 봉독은 예로부터 항염증과 탁월한 진통 효과로 인해 많은 질병 치료에 이용되어 왔다. 이러한 기능성은 멜리틴과 같은 봉독의 다양한 활성물질로부터 기인하며 약리기전에 대한 연구도 활발하다. 그러나 아직까지 봉독 내에 존재하는 생체아민에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 초고성능액체크로마토그래피를 이용하여 봉독 내에 존재하는 생체아민인 putrescine의 존재 여부를 확인하였으며 이에 대한 밸리데이션을 수행하였다. 밸리데이션은 특이성, 정확성 및 정밀도를 평가하고 분석법을 검증하였다. Putrescine 분석의 선형성은 R≥0.99로 높은 선형성을 나타냈으며, 검출한계는 0.9 ㎍/ml, 정량한계는 2.7 ㎍/ml였으며, 회수율은 96.4%-99.9%로 나타났다. Intra-day 정밀도와 inter-day 정밀도의 상대표준편차(RSD) 값은 각각 0.16%-0.23%와 0.09%-0.36%였으며, 이는 RSD 값이 5%이하의 우수한 정밀도를 보였다. 따라서 본 분석법은 putrescine 분석에 있어서 선형성, 검출한계, 정량한계 및 회수율을 모두 만족하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 봉독내에 존재하는 putrescine의 함량을 조사해본 결과 3.1 ± 0.09 mg/g 존재하였으며 본 연구를 통해 봉독 내 putrescine 함량에 대한 기본적인 데이터를 제공하며, 이는 다양한 생물 활성에 대한 추가 연구에 유용할 것으로 사료된다. The venom of honeybees (Apis mellifera L.) is used to treat many diseases because of its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Bee venom consists of several biologically active molecules and exhibits remarkable anti-cancer effects. However, biological amines, which exhibit diverse functionality such as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, have not been previously reported in bee venom. In this study, we determined the content of putrescine in bee venom by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography. The specificity, accuracy, and precision of the assay were assessed, and the assay validated. The linearity of the putrescine assay was r ≥ 0.99, indicating a moderate level of putrescine in the bee venom. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were both 0.9 ㎍/mL, while the rate of recovery was 96.4%-99.9%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the intra-day precision and inter-day precision of the putrescine assay were 0.16% - 0.23% and 0.09% - 0.36%, respectively, with the RSD ≤ 5% indicating excellent precision. Thus, the linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, and recovery rate of the putrescine assay were satisfactory. The analysis of the bee venom showed that the putrescine content was 3.1 ± 0.09 mg/g. This study provides fundamental data on putrescine content in bee venom, which will prove useful in further studies of its bioactivity.

        UPLC를 이용한 동결건조 로열젤리 내 spermidine의 분석조건 확립 및 함량 분석

        Spermidine is one of biological amines with various functions such as anti-aging and life extension. This study aimed to analyze content of spermidine in freeze-dried royal jelly and establish an optimal analysis method. This assay was optimized to analyze spermidine in lyophilized royal jelly within 13 minutes using UPLC and evaluated the following performance parameters: linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, specificity, accuracy, and precision. The linear range of spermidine was 7.8~125 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient (R2)>0.9998. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.63 and 1.93 μg/mL, respectively. Average recovery of spermidine ranged from 96.6% to 109.8%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the intra-day precision and inter-day precision for spermidine were 3.47~4.33% and 4.54~6.77%, respectively. Through this method, it was found that content of spermidine was 131.3±4.9 mg/kg in the freeze-dried royal jelly. This study revealed that this validated method was suitable for spermidine determination and it can be used as basic data in further studies on the bioactivity of spermidine.

        국산 밀랍의 일반성분 분석 및 영양학적 가치평가

        Beeswax is a hydrophobic substance secreted by the wax glands of young worker bees and is used in the construction of beehives. Beeswax finds applications across various industries such as medicine, food additives, food coatings, and preservatives. This study evaluates the general composition and nutritional value of beeswax. Beeswax is primarily composed of over 90% crude lipids and carbohydrates, with carbohydrates having the highest content. Proteins are present in minimal amounts. Beeswax contains a total of six minerals, with potassium (K) being the most abundant at 11.05 mg/100 g. The fatty acid content in beeswax is notably high at 10.2 g/100 g, with over 80% being saturated fatty acids. Through this research, the nutritional value of beeswax as a versatile material has been analyzed, providing fundamental data for its utilization in various industries including the food sector as additives.

        RF power amplifier requires linearization in order to reduce adjacent channel interference. And most of the existing linearization algorithms assume that a PA has memory-less nonlinearity. But for the wider bandwidth signal, the memory effect of PA cannot be ignored. This paper investigates digital pre-distortion by use of a memory polynomial model which compensates for amplifier nonlinearity and memory effect. The look-up table based implementation scheme is used to reduce the computational complexity of the pre-distortion block. The linearization performance is demonstrated on wideband CDMA signal and class AB high power amplifier.

        꿀벌(Apis mellifera L.) 일벌독의 생체아민 cadaverine 함량 및 분석법

        본 연구의 목적은 항염, 항균 등 다양한 기능성을 갖는 서양종꿀벌(Apis mellifera L.)의 일벌독에서 분리한 봉독의 활성아민 성분과 함량을 분석하고 그 분석법을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography에 Halo C18컬럼과, acetonitrile 및 증류수를 이동상으로 사용하여 분석시간 13분 이내에서 봉독의 cadaverine에 대한 성분 분석법을 개발하였고, 분석법 밸리데이션을 통하여 특이성, 정확성, 정밀성을 갖춘 분석법임이 확인되었다. 봉독의 cadaverine의 직선성은 R²=0.99 이상으로 측정되어 양호하게 분석되었고, 검출한계는 0.3 ㎍/ml, 정량한계는 0.3 ㎍/ml으로 나타났으며, 회수율은 97.6~99.1%로 나타났다. Cadaverine의 일내 정밀도는 상대표준편차(RSD) 값이 0.25~0.44%였으며, 일간 정밀도는 0.25~1.25%로 상대표준편차 값이 5% 이내의 우수한 정밀성을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석법을 통해 지금까지 봉독에서는 보고된 바 없는 활성아민 cadaverine이 평균 1.10±0.05 ㎎/g 함유된 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 봉독에서 cadaverine 함량과 cadaverine 분석법에 대한 직선성, 검출한계, 정량한계 및 회수율을 측정한 결과, 모두 만족스러운 결과를 나타냈으며, 봉독의 cadaverine에 대한 기초자료와 생리활성에 연구로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study aimed to analyze the content and composition of a biological amine, cadaverine, isolated from the venom of worker honeybees (Apis mellifera L.). This biological amine-which has diverse functionality, such as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects-has not been previously reported in bee venom. An assay completed in 13 minutes was developed for the cadaverine present in the bee venom using an ultra-performance liquid chromatograph and a Halo C18 column with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase. The specificity, accuracy, and precision of the assay were verified, and the assay was validated. The linearity for cadaverine in the bee venom was R²=0.99 or above, indicating a moderate level. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were both 0.3 ㎍/ml, and the rate of recovery was 97.6%-99.1%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the intra-day precision and inter-day precision for cadaverine was 0.25%-0.44% and 0.25%-1.25%, respectively, with an RSD that fell within 5% indicating excellent precision. Through this novel assay, it was found that the mean content of cadaverine was 1.10±0.05 ㎎/g. Our results indicated that the linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, and rate of recovery of the cadaverine assay were of a satisfactory level, and the cadaverine content of the bee venom was ably determined. This study provides basic data on cadaverine in bee venom, which will prove useful in further studies on the bioactivity of this component.
