        배움의 다문화교육에 관한 인문학적 논고(論考)

        본 연구는 다문화교육을 인문학에 기반하여 배움이라는 주제를 중심으로 새롭게 정립함을 그 목적으로 한다. 21세기 포스트모던의 지식기반사회에서 다문화교육은 한국교육의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 열쇠이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 현재까지 이루어진 다문화교육은 미래지향적이지 못하다. 이를 위하여 인문학과 그에 기반한 배움의 의미와 가치가 도움을 준다. 배우는 것은 인간의 본능이다. 그러기에 배운다는 것은 개인의 삶과 공동체를 개조하는 힘이다. 인간의 배움이 제대로 실현되기 위해서는 인간자본과 사회자본, 그리고 교육자본이 상호관여적으로 연계된 교육자본화의 노력이 필요하다. 다문화교육을 교육자본화 하기 위해서는 이 나라에 머물고 있는 다문화인들을 이 사회의 중요한 인력자원으로 간주하는 관점부터 필요하다. 그래서 그들을 위한 공간, 관계 활동의 교육자본화가 필요하다. 이러한 노력은 이 사회의 발전을 약속하는 기대의 힘으로 작용한다. The purpose of this study was to propose the invigoration of the educational capital for developing practical theories of multicultural education to actualize in lifelong learning society. In the 21st century, multicultural education will be the key to achieve the successful edutopia. But until now, the researches of multicultural education was not enough to analysis of the practical researches for the future. The erudition was the instinct of human-being. Therefore, the erudition was the power of reformatting personal and social lives. To achieve the erudition, it is necessary to establish the invigoration of educational capital that inter-related among the human capital, social capital, and educational capital. To invigorate the educational capital, we must focus on the multicultural person as one of the most important hunan capitals. In addition to this, we need to integrate among spaces, political relationships, and program development for the invigoration of educational capltal. These should be the 'Expects' to promise the future development of Korean Society.

      • Phosphorylated S6 Kinase-1 as Predictive Marker of Lapatinib Efficacy in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer Patients

        Purpose: The 40S ribosomal protein S6 kinase-1 (S6K1) is a crucial downstream effector of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway. S6K1 overexpression is found in 10% to 30% of breast cancers and is associated with aggressive disease and poor prognosis. Herein, we investigated the relationship between the expression of phosphorylated S6K1 (p-S6K1) and efficacy of lapatinib in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive metastatic breast cancer. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 36 patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer treated with lapatinib between January 2010 and September 2014. The p-S6K1 expression status of the primary tumor was assessed via immunohistochemistry using a mouse monoclonal antibody. Results: Fourteen of the 36 patients (38.9%) had p-S6K1-positive tumors. The median progression-free survival (PFS) of patients with p-S6K1-positive tumors was significantly longer than that of patients with p-S6K1-negative tumors (13.4 months vs. 7.1 months, p=0.025). In multivariate analysis, p-S6K1 positivity remained an independent, favorable predictive factor for PFS (hazard ratio, 0.32; 95% confidence interval, 0.11–0.97; p=0.044). Conclusion: The high expression of p-S6K1 was significantly associated with prolonged PFS, suggesting that p-S6K1 can be a potential biomarker for predicting the efficacy of lapatinib in patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer.

        기능별 재정지출에 대한 지방정부 유형 분석과 불평등도 분석

        본 연구는 기능별 지출을 바탕으로 지방자치단체를 유형화하고, 지방자치단체 지출의 불평등도와 불평등도의 원인을 기능별 지출에서 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 분석을 위해 분석 대상은 기초자치단체로 한정하고, 기초자치단체를시, 군, 자치구로 구분한다. 지방자치단체의 규모가 클수록 지출 역시 크기 때문에, 본 연구는 기능별 지출을 해당 지역의 인구와 면적으로 나눈 일인당 지출과 면적당 지출을 유형화 판단의 기준으로 삼는다. 먼저, 기능별 지출에 따른 지방자치단체를 그룹화하기 위해 군집분석을 활용한다. 그러나 기능별 지출의 수가 14개이기 때문에 유형 역시 다양하게 구분될 가능성이 크다. 이에 본 연구는 주성분분석을 통해 유형을 구분하는 변수의 차원을 축소하는 방법을 이용하고, 군집분석의 방법은 K-means를 활용한다. 다음으로 시, 군, 자치구에 대한 지출의 불평등도를 분석한다. 또한 불평등도의 원인을 분석하기 위해 지출에서 차지하는 비중이 높고 군집분석 결과로부터 중요한 분류 기준이 되는 기능별 지출에 대한 샤플리 값을 산출한다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 시, 군, 자치구에 대한 유형별 지출의 불평등도와 불평등도의 원인을 기능별 지출에서 파악하고 이에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. This study aims to categorize local governments on the basis of functional expenditure, and to analyze the causes of inequality and inequality in functional expenditure. And the analysis targets are basic local governments, and they are divided into cities, counties and autonomous districts. This study is interested in the per capita expenditure and the expenditure per area as the criteria for classification. First, cluster analysis is used to group local governments based on functional expenditure. However, it is highly likely that the types of local governments will be divided into too much because the number of expenditures by function 14. So this study principal component analysis to reduce the number of expenditures. And the method of cluster analysis utilizes K-means. Next, it analyzes the inequality of expenditures by cities, counties and autonomous districts. In addition, to analyze the causes of inequality, a Shapley value is calculated for functional expenditures which are significant criteria for classification from the results of the cluster analysis and account for high percentage of expenditure. Based on this, the study aims to identify the causes of inequality and inequality in the type of expenditure from functional expenditure and to suggest implications.

        실리콘에 감작된 임파구의 배양액에 의한 섬유모세포의 기능적 이상발현

        Fibrous capsular contracture has been considered as a major side effect of breast silicone implant. The etiology of fibrous capsular contracture has not been fully determined. In the present study, we tried to determine the indirect effect of immune system in fibroblast function which plays a major role in fibrous capsular contracture. For preparation of conditional medium of lymphocytes, mouse(ICR) splenocytes were cultured for one day. Two kinds of conditioned medium, silicone conditioned medium(SCM) and silicone free normal conditioned medium(NCM), were prepared from splenocyte cell suspension cultured on silicone gel coated surface and naked surface, respectively. Mouse fibroblasts(NIH 3T3) were cultured in usual culture dish. Conditioned medium of 25% concentration was added. On day 2 after innoculation, cell number, thymidine incorporation and proline uptake of fibroblasts were measured. The results were as follow; 1) There was no difference of fibroblast number by cultivation in SCM of splenocytes compared with that in fresh medium(FM). 2)There was significant increase of DNA synthesis of fibroblasts in SCM compared with that in FM(p < 0.001). 3) There was significant increase of collagen synthesis of fibroblasts in SCM compared with that in FM(p < 0.01) and in NCM(p < 0.001). 4) The functional activities of DNA and collagen synthesis mediated by same number of fibroblast were calculated to be significantly increased in SCM compared with that in NCM and in FM (p < 0.001). In conclusion, fibroblasts cultured in SCM had a higher potential to synthesize macromolecules such as collagen and DNA. We can postulate that SCM may contain certain amount of unknown growth stimulant of fibroblasts, which is produced by silicone gel sensitized murine splenocytes.

        EU 회원국 근로자들의 근무강도 및 작업환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The present Study investigated on effect of working time and physical work environment on job satisfaction, and is based on a representative survey carried out in the 15 European Union Member States in 2,000 on behalf of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions by Infratest Burke Sozialforschung and a consortium of national fieldwork institutes. In the course of the survey, a total of 21,703 people drawn from the economically active populations in the 15 countries were questioned about their working time, overtime, weekend work, physical work environment, social support of supervisor and co-worker and job satisfaction. Regression analysis and subgroup analysis were employed to examine the hypotheses. It was found that weekend work, overtime and physical work environment associate negatively with job satisfaction. Social support of supervisor and co-worker moderated only relation between working time and job satisfaction. The results provide support for prior quantitative studies partly. Based on these significant research findings, theoretical implications were discussed.

        개별요소법 및 유한차분법 연계 모델을 활용한 복합지반 TBM 굴진 시 TBM에 작용하는 힘의 수치해석적 분석

        쉴드 TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) 굴진 시 TBM에 작용하는 커터헤드 토크, 추력, 챔버압, 상향력 등은 TBM의 굴진성능을 결정하는 데 매우 중요한 요소들이다. 그러나 균질한 지반 조건에 비해 복합지반을 굴진할 때 TBM에 작용하는 힘들은 그 경향이 달라 TBM 굴진성능을 저해할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 복합지반 굴진이 TBM에 작용하는 토크, 추력, 챔버압, 상향력에 미치는 영향을 수치해석적으로 모사하고자 하였다. 해석 모델은 개별요소법(DEM, discrete element method)과 유한차분법(FDM, finite difference method)을 연계하는 방안을 적용한 TBM 굴진 모델을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 상부 화강풍화토와 하부 풍화암으로 구성된 복합지반을 굴진하는 것을 가정하여 굴진을 모사하였으며, 복합지반 경계면의 위치, 경사에 따라 TBM에 작용하는 힘에 대한 영향을 해석적으로 분석하였다. Forces exerted on a shield TBM (tunnel boring machine) such as cutter head torque, thrust force, chamber pressure, and upward force are key factors determining TBM performance. However, the forces acting on the TBM when tunnelling the mixed ground have different tendencies compared to that of the uniform ground, which could impair TBM performance. In this study, the effect of mixed ground tunnelling was numerically investigated with torque, thrust force, chamber pressure, and upward force. A coupled discrete element method (DEM) and finite difference method (FDM) model for TBM driving model was used. This numerical study simulates TBM tunnelling in mixed ground composed of upper weathered granite soil and lower weathered rock. The effect on the force acting on the TBM according to the location and slope of the boundary of the mixed ground was numerically examined.
