        초기 인공 우식법랑질의 재석회화에 관한 실험적 연구

        To provide basic information for understanding the mechanism of de-and remimeralization and clinical data on effect of remineralizaion using fluorides in the early stage enamel caries, microhardness study of sound enamel, artificially induced initial enamel lesion and remineralized enamel has been conducted in permanent premolar teeth; microhardness profiles were determined with Knoop hardness diamond load intending at about 50㎛ interval across the polished surface from outer surface to deep area. The results were as follows: 1. Microhardness numbers from 20㎛ to 120㎛ in enamel depth of artificially induced initial enamel lesion group were lower than those of sound enamel groups. 2. In artificially induced initial enamel lesion group, microhardness number of surface xone (20㎛ in enamel depth) was higher than that of subsurface zone (70∼170㎛). 3. Remineralized gruops showed increased microhardness numbers. 4. Among remineralized groups, APF topical applied group showed the highest microhardness numbers(P<0.05) and no differance between SMFP dentifrice group and NaF rinsing group(P>0.05). 5. Remineralizing effect by fluorides influenced upto 170㎛ in depth from outer enamel surface.

        비만 및 대사증후군의 발달학적 측면

        Metabolic syndrome comprises central obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, glucose intolerance, and insulin resistance. Children sometimes develop metabolic syndrome, and it is strongly associated with the same syndrome in adulthood. Recently, there is evidence that obesity and metabolic syndrome originate from fetal life. Possible explanations of fetaland developmental origin of metabolic syndrome are the thrifty genotype and thrifty phenotype hypothesis, whichtogether confer insulin resistance on developing fetus. Poor nutrition in utero as well as extrauterine growth restrictionof preterm infants are important triggers of this hypothesis. Like metabolic syndrome in adulthood, the high levelsof inflammatory cytokines and adipokines are certainly characteristic in pediatric patients. Increased fat mass wasalso observed in these patients, although their birth weight was lower than average. The mitochondrial genome isresponsible for the inheritance of obesity from the maternal line. This can be a key as to why the phenotypes of obesityand metabolic syndrome start in fetal life with an association with poor maternal nutrition. In such circumstances, catchupgrowth with an over-nutrition strategy can aggravate those features, suggesting that rapid catch-up growth in earlyinfancy should not be encouraged.

        도덕교육에 있어서 정의와 배려의 공동체에 관한 연구

        Nowadays our moral education require student who have the consciousness of a community and morality. By the way, we would see formal difference between the morality of justice and care orientation to implant the correct morality of a community. From the point of view of justice moral problems are regarded as conflicts between claims, especially between the rights and duties of individuals. From the viewpoint of care, on the other hand, moral problems are considered to be tensions in relationships. In this article it is accepted the claim that both orientation of morality is not contradict but inclusive. The distinction and the limits of 'morality of justice and 'morality of care which are recently brought up to discussion are examined and it is set up that the two morals should be combined to educate in moral community so that the whole and sound human beings are fostered. It is proposed 'just community' approach to moral education where justice and care can be represented. And this study of this paper is consider the structure of Plato and Kohlberg's educational proposal with relation to just community, and to re-examinate their philosophy of just community. By the way, it is important they does not aware of caring community to create caring. For bridge between justice and caring community, I present an approach to morality that stems form Noddings and Martin's work distingushing a moral orientation of care from a morality of justice. And I suggest that intergation of moral community in justice domain and caring domain. Also, it is necessary to put into a good program which for the purpose of education. Therfore, this study seeks to prepare for guidance programs suitable to justice and caring community and provide manuals.

        디지털 진술증거의 입법방안 제시: 형사소송법 제310조의2를 중심으로

        By the recent 4th Industrial Revolution and the development of information technology, the value of not only the evidence of general statement, which has been considered as important conventionally, but also the evidence of digital statement is being increased gradually in the investigation and trial of criminal cases. Here, the evidence of digital statement refers to the statement information having the value as a evidence 'stored' or 'transmitted' in the digital form and it has characteristics of (a) media independence, (b) vulnerability, (c) invisibility and illegibility and (d) anonymity, and to utilize it as an evidence of 'statement' provided by Article 310-2 of same law, it is required to meet the prerequisite of identity or integrity (authenticity) and reliability. Further, as it cannot be recognized with human perception due to the special characteristics (property, prerequisite, etc.), it can be used as evidence as long as it passes the procedures of 'digital forensics' procedure prescribed in Clause 2, Article 3 of "Regulation of Collection, Analysis and Management of Digital Evidence", the standard operating procedure of Supreme Prosecutors' Office. In the meantime, although Clause 2 of Article 310 of same law is the legislation based on the human (contents of statement of a person) and material evidence (existence and condition of material) such as hearsay or non-hearsay statement, etc, Supreme Court (Judgement No. 2013DO2511) recognized the hearsay rule and its exception (Article 311 or Article 316) on the admissibility of the digital statement evidence, the intangible. However, differently from the United States, our country does not stand on the case law and does not provide the contents of related statement ('-- the text information recollected by storing in data storage media--') in the Article 310-2, which stipulates expressly the hearsay rule, the prerequisite to be met before applying Article 313, the exceptions for hearsay rule, has not been provided. Moreover, since 'Comprehensive' digital statement evidence is not included in Article 310-2, the fundamental provision of hearsay rule and only Article 313, the provision of its exception, includes 'individual digital statement evidence', there is a problem in the legislative void that cannot include the normal document stored in the computer, etc. of Article 315, the provision of same exceptions as a digital evidence. In addition, as Clause 2, Article 313 of same law provides that 'nevertheless of text in Clause 1, the writer of that statement...'. recognizing the true existence of evidence by objective method limited only to that statement, in case of the document containing the statement provided by 'Clause 1' of same article, its application is not recognized taking very limited legislative form. Therefore, regarding how the admissibility of evidence of the digital 'statement' evidence passed through the procedure of collection, restoration and analysis prescribed in 'Clause 3', Article 106 of same law is recognized in the court, this article proposed more systematic legislation on the admissibility of evidence of the statement evidence through (a) the legislative review on the interpretation and limitation for the system of current 'Criminal Procedure Law and (b) the case analysis of legislation examples in the United States. 최근 제4차 산업정보기술의 발전으로 형사사건의 수사 및 재판에서도 종래부터 중시되어오 던 일반적 진술의 증거뿐만이 아닌 디지털 진술증거의 가치도 점점 높아지고 있다. 여기서 디지털 진술증거란 디지털 형태로 ‘저장’되거나 ‘전송’되는 증거가치 있는 진술정보로서, 그 진술증거는 ⒜ 매체독립성, ⒝ 취약성, ⒞ 비가시성·비가독성, ⒟ 익명성의 ‘특성’을 갖고 있으며, 동법 제310조의2의 진술증거로 활용하기 위해서는 동일성 내지 무결성(진정성) 그리고 신뢰성 등의 선결요건을 갖출 것을 요구하고 있다. 더 나아가, 그 진술증거의 ‘특수성’(특성, 선결요건 등)으로 인해 사람의 지각으로는 인식 불가능하므로, 대검예규인「디지털 증거의 수집․분석 및 관리 규정」제3조 제2호의 ‘디지털 포렌식’(Digital Forensics) 절차를 거쳐야만 증거사용이 가능하다. 한편, 동법 ‘제310조의2’는 전문이나 비전문진술 등의 인적(사람의 진술내용) 및 물적(물건의 존재·상태)증거에 기반을 둔 입법임에도 불구하고, 대법원(2013도2511 판결)은 ‘무체물’인 디지털 진술증거의 증거능력에 관해 전문법칙과 그 예외의 규정을 인정하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 미국과 달리 그 진술증거에 관해 ‘판례법’에 기초하지 않고 있고, 또한 전문법칙을 명문으로 선언하고 있는 ‘제310조의2’에 관련 진술(‘--정보저장매체에 입력하여 기억된 문자정보 또는 그 출력물….’)내용을 규정하고 있지 않아, 전문법칙 ‘예외’인 제313조 등을 적용하기 전 충족되어야 할 전제조건을 갖추지 못한 측면이 있다. 더군다나, 전문법칙의 ‘원칙’규정인 제310조의2에 ‘종합적’ 디지털 진술증거를 포함시키지 못하고 있었고, 그 예외규정인 제313조만이 ‘개별적’ 디지털 진술증거를 포함시키고 있어 같은 ‘예외’규정인 제315조의 ‘컴퓨터 등에 저장된 통상 문서’를 디지털 증거로 포함하지 못한 입법상의 공백에도 문제가 있었다. 또한, 동법 제313조 제2항은 ‘제1항 본문에도 불구하고 진술서의 작성자’라고 하여, 그 진술서만을 한정해 객관적 방법에 의한 성립의 진정을 인정함에 따라 동조 ‘제1항’의 진술기재 서류의 경우에 그 적용을 인정받지 못한 매우 제한적인 입법형태를 취하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은, 동법 제106조 ‘제3항’의 수집·복구·분석절차를 거친 디지털 진술증거가 공판정에서 어떠한 방법으로 증거능력을 인정받는지에 관하여, ⒜ 현행「형사소송법」체계상의 해석 및 한계에 대한 입법검토와 ⒝ 미국 입법례에 대한 사례분석을 통해 그 진술증거의 증거능력에 관한 보다 체계적인 입법방안을 제시하였다.

        홍익인간·풍류도와 한류의 문화윤리적 성찰

        This study reflects on the originality and uniqueness of Hallyu, but tries to find the possibilities of subjectivity, multi-junctional altruism, consilience, hybridity, and creole that Hallyu embraces in order to establish itself as a cultural discourse for the world in the 4.0 Hallyu era. For this purpose, I would like to present the ideology of Hallyu as the ideology of the Hongik-ingan ideology contained in the myth of Dangun, the unity of heaven, earth, and human beings, and the ideology of the three religions of inclusiveness and the multi-connection of sectarians in Pungnyu Island. The cultural ethics of the Hallyu in the present era embraces the postmodern and post-colonial diversity that emphasizes the banners of postmodernity, post-identity, and post-nationalism along with globalization beyond nationalistic cultural ethics, in the dimension of peace, justice, and life, but I would like to suggest that cultural ethics that respect individual religious culture and surrounding cultures of the world and each locality should be moved forward to the cultural ethics of Hallyu that aims for consilience, hybridization, and creole with those cultures. In this dimension, we have a conversation with historical sources and the present that the ideas of Hongik-in and Heaven, Earth, and Pungryu-do are the ‘spirit’ and artistic soul of our people, but that they can become the most consensual, hybrid, and creole cultural ethics with the world in the 4.0 Hallyu era. We would like to present it through. 본 연구는 한류의 시원성과 고유성을 성찰하되, 4.0 한류 시대의 문화담론인 한류가 품고 있는 주체성을 천지인 다중접합 이타성, 통섭, 혼종성, 크리올화의 가능성에서 찾고자 한다. 이를 위해 단군신화에 담긴 홍익인간 이념과 천·지·인의 합일사상 그리고 풍류도에 나타난 포함삼교와 접화군생의 다중접함 현묘의 도를 한류의 이념으로 제시하고자 한다. 작금에 있어서의 한류의 문화윤리학은 민족주의적 문화윤리를 넘어서 세계화와 함께 탈근대, 탈정체성, 탈민족의 기치를 강조하는 포스트모던·탈식민주의적 다양성을 평화·정의·생명의 차원에서 수용하되, 제 3세계 및 각 로컬의 개별종교문화와 주변부 문화를 존중하는 문화윤리학, 그런 문화들과 통섭·혼종화·크리올화를 지향하는 한류의 문화윤리학으로 나아가야 함을 제시하고자 한다. 이런 차원에서 홍익인간과 천지인 사상, 풍류도란 우리민족의 ‘얼’이자 예술혼이지만 4.0 한류 시대에 세계와 가장 통섭, 혼종화, 크리올화가 되는 문화윤리학이 될 수 있음을 역사적 근원과 현재적 대화를 통해 제시해 보고자 한다.

        학교폭력예방을 위한 긍정심리학적 인성교육

        The purpose of this study is to propose that personality education is needed to provide an opportunity to experience positive emotions by accepting positive psychological activities for effective school violence prevention, and to enhance personal strengths and positive institutions. In particular, in an effort to prevent school violence, this study proposes a personality education approach to both victims and offenders as well as victims. For this, we want to examine what characteristics of psychological factors of an individual are and what psychological factors interfere with school violence. In addition, it suggests that if we control the surrounding institutions that cause violent behavior, that is, domestic factors and school environment factors, through positive institutionalization, it can help to prevent school violence. In addition, the psychological health dimension, positive emotional education, mindfulness meditation, social emotional learning, and resilience education will be combined. 본 연구는 효과적인 학교폭력 예방을 위해서 긍정심리학적 활동을 수용하여 긍정 정서를 경험할 기회를 제공하고 인성강점과 긍정기관의 제고를 추구하는 인성교육이 필요함을 제시하는 것이다. 특별히 학교 폭력을 예방하기 위한 노력으로 이 연구는 가해자, 피해자 뿐만 아니라 가해·피해자 모두를 대상으로 하는 인성교육적 시도를 제언하였다. 이를 위해 개인의 심리적 요인의 특성이 무엇이며, 어떤 심리적 요인에 의해 학교 폭력에 개입하게 되는지를 살폈다. 뿐만 아니라 폭력행동을 유발하는 주변 기관, 즉 가정적 요인과 학교환경적 요인을 긍정 기관화를 통해 통제해 나간다면 학교폭력 예방에 도움이 될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 뿐만 아니라 정신건강적인 차원과 긍정 정서의 교육, 마음챙김명상·사회정서학습과 회복탄력성 교육 등이 병행되는 긍정심리학적 교육의 필요성을 제시하였다.

        정신의학 분야에서의 예방적 개입

        This paper argues for the adoption of a theoretical framework within which to conceptualize the design and evaluation of preventive interventions. The benefits to be gained by basing the field's activities within a conceptual model are reviewed in terms of their empirical and political implications. As evidence of the field's readiness for such a step. three existing theoretical options are examined-Bloom's life-events model. Trickett's ecological model. and Rappaport's empowerment model. These models are compared with the transactional developmental model proposed by Sameroff as a viable framework for prevention programs and research. The field's rate of future progress is viewed as dependent on the organization of its activities within a paradigamatic structure. The most valuable contribution which any of the models presented herein offers to the field is a framework within its activities can be organized and its findings examined for the incremental value to the existing knowledge base. Whichever model is selected it is important that it be used paradigmatically to establish criteria for determining which forms of deviance to target for defining the adequacy of its generative footing and for establishing the basis for strategy's success. It too has reached that point in its evolution that its findings will not be received by the scientific and political communities without overacrching frame for their interpretation. Fortunately, the field has multiple viable conceptual directions in which to pursue its long term objectives. More fortunately, it appears that those directions will merge at some point in the future. A number of barriers exist that make it difficult to enlarge upon primary prevention activities in the field of emotional disorders in Korea. First, no national policy exists with regard to the enhancement of mental health. A second barrier relates to the difficulty in extending our knowledge regarding effective approaches to primary prevention. A third barrier lies in our failure to act on our growing realization that monoetiological theories do not really explain the development of most forms of psychiatric disorder and that the concept of health is itself multidimensional. A final barrier that should be noted lies within the mental health establishment itself reflected in the characteristics of contemporary practice and its underlying societal values.

        대중문화읽기를 통한 인성교육의 자기주도적 학습방안

        This study argued two main propositions : that mass-culture text's audience is not passive ; and that students actively read mass-culture text in other to study from meanings that connect with their experience. So, it is important to understand and use characteristics of mass-culture's texts in educational purpose. Teachers can give students various opportunities for self-directed learning. In order to enhance student's study to inquiry, students should memory various materials relevant to cultural text's contents. learning should focused upon composition of the text's information. But teaching methods should not be focused superficial information and knowledge but be focused upon issues and problems in our society so that students can make ethically sound decisions and practice it in their life contexts. And teachers should discussions in other to develop student's value judgement. The first, teachers expected to engage students with various learning experiences facilitating student's voluntary participation and open discussion. The second, teachers should make efforts for enhancing student's critical and analytical thinking skills so that students can interpret the meaning and basic spirit of the text. The third, in order to facilitate student's decision-making, teachers should introduce various problematic situations and apply them to contemporary life. The fourth, synthetic thinking is dealt with. For educational purpose of personality education through reading mass-culture text, self-directed learning approach is effective to develop learning mass-media.
