사회적 기술 훈련 프로그램이 정신지체 청소년의 눈맞춤행동에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 기술 훈련 프로그램이 정신지체 청소년들의 눈맞춤 행동 증가에미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 단일대상 실험설계의 하나인 대상자간 중다기초선설계에 따라 수행했다. 연구 대상은 17-20세의 정신지체 학생 3명으로서 담임교사의 추천과 연구자의 관찰을 통해 선정되었다. 본 연구의 독립변인은 사회적 기술 훈련 프로그램이었으며, 각 회기의 프로그램 실시 방법은 욕구설정, 내용확인, 기술시연, 역할극 및 강화제공등 이었다. 본 연구의 종속변인은 대상학생들의 눈맞춤 행동 발생률이었으며, 10분간의 관찰회기를 20초 간격으로 동일하게 나누어 발생여부를 기록한 후 총 30등간 중 눈맞춤 행동을 보인 등간 수를 백분율로 나타낸 것이었다. 대상학생의 눈맞춤 행동 관찰은 훈련받은 3인의 관찰자에 의해 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 사회적 기술 훈련 프로그램은 정신지체 청소년의 눈맞춤 행동의 발생률을 증가시켰고, 중재종료 후 약 2개월 후에 수집한 유지단계의 관찰자료 에서도 프로그램 효과가 확인되었으며, 실험장소가 아닌 교실에서의 관찰 자료에서도 프로그램 효과의 일반화가 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a social skills program on increasing the rate of eye contact behavior of adolescents with mental retardation. This study was conducted following a multiple-baseline design across subjects. Three adolescents with mental retardation were selected to participate in this study. They were all judged by their classroom teachers to show deficiency in eye-contacting with other people. Based on the teachers`` response to a survey about the social situations in which the participants were expected to perform eye-contacting skills, the researcher developed a 12-session social skills program. During each session, instructional strategies such as demonstration, modeling, role-playing, and feedback were used to teach the participants to eye-contact with other people. The dependent variable was the rate of eye contact behaviors observed using a 20-second-interval recording method. A total of four trained observers collected data during baseline, interval, generalization, and maintenance phases. The results showed that the social skills program had positive effects on the participants`` acquisition, maintenance, and generalization of eye contact behavior.

A single-phase PWM current source rectifier with a neutral leg is presented and throughly analyzed m this paper. This novel topology is implemented by adding an extra leg a step-down single phase PWM space vector modulation method to reduce the dc output voltage harmonics is proposed. The PWM pattern generation need a digital system As compared with a conventional single-phase PWM rectifier, over 20% improvement of the total harmonics distortion in the output voltage can be obtained. Different SVM techniques are analyzed for this PWM rectifier and simulation result are presented.

In this paper, authors propose a new nonlinear rotor flux observer for rotor field oriented control of an induction motor which is designed based on theory of the extended Luenberger observer(ELO), one of a nonlinear state observer. The proposed rotor flux observer is derived from the 2 phase model of induction motor by the theory of ELO. The $\beta-In_2Te_3$ single crystal was grown by vertical Bridgman method. The $\beta-In_2Te_3$ single crystal had a face centered cubic(fcc) structure. The lattice constants were found to be $a\;=\;0.617\;{\AA}$. The direct optical energy gap ($E_g$) was found to be 1.11 ev at 300 K. Raman spectra peak of $\beta-In_2Te_3$ single crystal showed the low $E_{LO}$ mode at $105\;cm^{-1}$. The electrical conduction type was measured by the thermal method and was p-type. The electrical conductivity was found to be $1.8\;{\times}\;10^{-2}\;{\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$ at 300 K. The activation energy was found to be 0.51 eV.

Flavanone 3-hydroxylase(F3H)는 안토시아닌과 플라보놀 생합성과정의 분기점에서 작용하는 아주 중요한 효소이다. 본 논문에서는 복분자(Rubus coreanus Miquel)로부터 F3H 유전자를 분리 및 특성을 구명하였다. RACE-PCR을 통하여 총 길이 1,098-bp ORF(open reading frame)을 가지는 RcoF3H cDNA를 분리하였으며, 이 유전자는 365개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있고 약 41.1kDa의 단백질 분자량과 5.45 정도의 등전점을 나타내었다. 이 유전자의 아미노산 서열은 다양한 다른 식물종의 F3H들과 매우 높은 상동성을 나타내었다. RcoF3H는 복분자 내에서 단일 유전자로 존재하였으며 두 개의 인트론과 세 개의 액손으로 구성되어 있었다. RcoF3H 유전자의 전사 발현을 조사한 결과, 꽃, 줄기 및 잎에서 비슷한 수준으로 강하게 발현이 되었고 복분자 열매에서는 발달 단계별로 다른 발현 양상을 나타내었는데, 초기 열매 발달 단계에서는 아주 낮은 발현 수준을 나타내었지만 과숙이 진행이 되면서 강하게 발현이 증가하였다. 결과적으로, 과숙이 진행되는 동안 RcoF3H유전자의 발현이 증가하는 현상은 복분자 열매에서 안토시아닌 축적과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. Flavanone 3-hydroxylase (F3H) is one of the key enzymes acting during a bifurcation of the anthocyanin and flavonols branches. Here, we report on the isolation and characterization of an F3H gene from a Korean raspberry (Rubus coreanus Miquel). By rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE)-PCR, the full-length cDNA of the RcoF3H gene contains a 1,098-bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a 365 amino acid protein with a calculated molecular weight of about 41.1 kDa and an isoelectric point (pI) value of 5.45. The comparison of the deduced amino acid sequence of RcoF3H with other F3Hs indicated that the protein is highly homologous with various plant species. The RcoF3H gene exists as a single-copy in R. coreanus and had three exons and two introns. Transcription analysis revealed that RcoF3H was expressed at similar levels in the flower, stem and leaf. In addition, the gene had a different expression pattern during fruit development. At the early stage of fruit development, the expression level was extremely low, but the levels dramatically increased during the progress of ripening. Our results suggest a correlation between anthocyanin accumulation and expression of the RcoF3H gene during the ripening of fruits.
