Purpose: Health examination centers of regional public hospitals are essential facilities for strengthening preventive medical services in local communities. This study is to organize architectural planning data related to function, space, and area composition of health examination center by the size of the regional public hospitals. Methods: The literature review on the function and spatial composition of the health examination center and the drawings of the regional public hospitals were analyzed. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into several points. 1) The function of the health examination center consists of a diagnostic area, patient area, and staff area based on general examination and comprehensive examination. 2) The type of spatial composition of the 300-bed public hospital examination center is a spatial linkage type with examination rooms of the other departments where general examination and comprehensive examination are undifferentiated. 3) The examination center of public hospitals with 500 beds or more is composed of an independent space-separated type with self-installed examination rooms, and general examination and comprehensive examination are divided. 4) The examination center of public hospitals with 300 beds around, the diagnostic area occupies most of the total area, around 80%, but in public hospitals with 500 beds or more, the proportion of diagnostic area drops to 50-60%, and patient area increases to 30-40%. Implications: The examination center planning of public hospitals requires an architectural planning approach to the function and spatial composition according to the size of the hospital.

The front-end system having a capable of 2x reading and writing of BD-R/RE/ROM is developed. Its readability is improved by adopting 5-tap adaptive partial response maximum likelihood (PRML) with the PR(a,b,c,d,e) type channel. Due to the proposed PRML, less than 2 x 10-4 of the bit error rate (BER) is achieved with radial and tangential tilt margin of over0.6on 25GB disc in 2x speed. The method of an optimum power control (OPC) for stable writing of various BD-R/RE is proposed. The developed chip contains 14-million transistors in a 60mm2 dies, and is fabricated in 0.18-μm CMOS technology. BD-R/RE/ROM을 2배속으로 기록하고 재생할 수 있는 전단 시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템의 재생능력은 PR(a,b,c,d,e)형 5탭 PRML을 채택함으로써 향상되었다. 제안된 PRML덕분에 2배속 25GB 디스크에서 0.6 이상의 라디알 및 탄젠셜 틸드 마진을 가지고도 2x10-4이하의 BER을 얻을 수 있었다. 최적파워레벨이 다른 다양한 BD-R/RE의 안정적인 기록을 위해 OPC 방법에 대해서도 제안하였다. 개발한 시스템은 0.18-μm CMOS공정으로 60mm2 면적에 1,400만 트랜지스터를 칩에 집적하였다.
감염병전문병원의 시설 가이드라인에 관한 연구 - 운영방식과 건축계획을 중심으로

Purpose: In terms of efficiency and safety, this study attempted to organize data on the operation methods and architectural planning of infectious diseases hospitals. Methods: The results obtained through on-site and interview surveys with hospital officials and medical staffs at four infectious diseases hospitals under construction were summarized based on those original business plans and facility guidelines. Results: First, the operational methods to secure safety and operational efficiency were summarized for each department which are major hospital functions of infectious disease hospitals. Second, as the architectural planning, the characteristics of space and circulation of each department are summarized. For safety of medical staff, negative pressure and non-negative pressure zone have to completely separated. In addition medical staff wears PPE and enters the negative pressure zone and returns in the order of admiral, shower, and gowning in the PPE undressing room after patient treatment. In case of operational efficiency, flexible operation is required in normal and crisis situations. For example, it is important for The Ward to gradually switch to negative pressure beds in times of crisis from normal situation and the outpatient department considers the composition of negative pressure and non-negative pressure outpatient spaces that can operate in parallel even in crisis situations. Implications: Infectious disease hospitals require flexible operation and appropriate facilities for normal and crisis situations.

본 연구는 농업회사법인의 정보시스템 도입과정에서 발생하는 이해관계자들간의 충돌과 정치적 해결 점 그리고 ERP성공요인을 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 ERP기반 정보시스템의 도입 및 구현 과정의 분석을 통하여 업무의 특성과 이해관계자의 정보제공 요구를 수용하기 위해 적절한 커스터마이징 방법과 결과, 그리고 도입 후 업무의 생산성 향상, 정보의 신뢰성 및 정확성 증대에 대한 사례연구를 진행하였다. 본 ㈜로즈피아의 ERP기반 정보시스템 구축 사례는 수출 주도형 농업회사법인의 정보시스템 도입 및 효율 적인 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다

Current Korean healthcare facilities face on a difficult period as much as financial difficulty in Korean economy. Most of all the hospitals have difficulty in minus profit margin and hospital investments are also reducing rapidly. Probably, these seem to set in the period of re-organizing its structures and enhancing productivity from the rapidly growing period, which was to concentrate its resources and prefer large scaled structures. Analyzing the developing process and future trend in the U. S. health care facilities, already experienced in financial difficulty of current Korean health care facility in 70s thru. 80s, this paper is to present directions in future Korean health care policy and healthcare facility planning.
